"George’s Bar is where you should be heading if you're in and around St Pancras and want a cocktail, a burger, or - if you're anything like us - both. Wander in late afternoon and you’ll probably have the place to yourself. Stick around for an hour though and it starts to fill up. They might even start pumping out Balearic beats that sound a little incongruous with the Victorian setting. And you might start wondering why we’ve sent you here. Well, it’s not for the music, Nor is it for the crowd. You’re here for some of the best made cocktails in town, and for the £15 burger - a massive affair, which is at least half sloppy joe, and is actually pretty damn good." - Oliver Feldman

Simple, beautiful decor with an old world charm that I can't resist. Great Gin based cocktails, nice whiskey selection and an atmosphere that screams cool!

Food was fantastic and drinks were spot on! Service and presentation were perfect for the rather expensive price and the portions were small - but is normal for that style of establishment in London.

Truly cinematic atmosphere, you could spend a zillion dollars and still not replicate this Gothic Revival masterpiece. Great cocktails & pub food. Memorable space for special events/meetings but also enjoyable for everyday cocktails. Very friendly staff. Cures your blues on dark London winter nights, and it glows in the summer.

Beautiful venue with lovely cocktails and excellent bar food. The staff could not have been more helpful or attentive. Perfect place for a drink and a snack. The building is stunning. Toilets could be cleaner!

Still a lovely space, it some how seems to have lost something. Service pleasant enough but sloppy. The drink was good chips ok. Somehow the old sense of chique was missing. Tbh London was a sad shadow of its former self too. The damage from the bug response was clear. I hope its temporary.

This gorgeous and glittery bar is always a special treat, but will leave a hole in your wallet; so take a friend strictly to impress! My waiter was efficient and attentive, and the dazzling restored neo-gothic decor took my breath away. But this is not your local pub with ales and crisps..

Yelp
Stopped in after returning to London via St. Pancras station. Really lovely bar within a hotel that has clearly preserved many period details. There weren't many people there (about 4:00) so service was attentive. I had the Boulevardier (my new favorite drink) as well as the arancini and grilled chorizo and all were fantastic. Will definitely come back, especially if I'm traveling or in the neighborhood.
