Georgia Department of Revenue - South Metro Regional Office

My family has a car that we paid off a few years ago but we never received the title. We got here on a weekday afternoon and were in and out with the title in 5 mins! Super efficient and friendly.

I had an issue with how I paod my state taxes. So I called and spoke to Stacy. She is an absolutely amazing, kind and wonderful person. Everything was taken care of. I would strongly suggest everyone to call if they have any problems.

Horrible service. Security treats you like an inmate being moved around a jail. Workers sits and talk with security at window and behind counter l, while no customers are being serviced or called to window. 10 minutes now with no numbers being called up and no one at a single window…..

When you look up great customer service in the dictionary Anitra from window 4’s face pops up. She is so kind and helpful!

I went here just to use the Kiosk that is suppose to hurry up the process. I ended up waiting outside for more than an hour and never had the chance to use the kiosk, because the doors were locked and no one was available inside.

Great customer service. I called the wrong place but they still took great care of me and gave me the phone number I needed.

Says it’s open until 5pm on Saturday. It’s closed. Coned off.

Sad... these people take almost 2 months to issue a commercial plate like we don't need to make money. Open the office back up. Online only is horrible 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🔥😡🔥😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
