***Don’t miss this hidden gem***. This was an insider tip by an uncle that has lived in queens all his life. The service was exceptional, there is something absolutely endearing about the homely atmosphere and the friendly service. The food was freshly made, nothing seemed coming from a plastic bag. They have a large menu, I went for the Reuben sandwich and it did not disappoint.

I wish there was a 3.5 rating available. As a veteran of MANY diners, this one was unremarkable. That does not mean bad, but not acceptional in any way. The good: I went looking for a place to eat that had a parking lot. Georgia Diner has a BIG ONE. This eatery is old and shows it inside and out. As a matter of fact, once I started walking from my car, I had second thoughts about eating there. It looks old and minimally maintained to me. Inside, it is deceptively large. On a diet, I only glanced at the deserts up front. Typical Diner choices. Ordered and pictured was a grilled chicken salad and the Greek gyro without the white sauce. The salad got rave reviews from my friend. The chicken breast was cooked well and juicy. My gyro actually concerned me a little bit. The lettuce and tomatoes looked not spoiled but not the freshest either. The gyro meat had strange light colored circles in it. I know the meat is processed, but I had never seen it look so unappealing before. Whatever it was, it was not bad but not great either. As I looked at other meals being delivered, they all seemed large and well adorned. The service was adequate. Nice enough lady and no gaps in service. The bathroom was not dirty but not fresh. The floor was sticky like the last show at a movie theater. This really turned me off. The two meals were a modest $35, which these you get what you pay for I recon. I certainly would not rush back there myself. Your mileage may vary...

Georgia Diner is a classic diner that serves classic specials and dishes and has the same old-timey diner feel, but quite frankly, doesn’t hold up to the expectations of a good diner. The food was honestly just average, and considering the price, I’m tempted to say that it wasn’t really worth it. I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs, which comes with toast and potatoes, and it was honestly not that great. It was average-tasting hash that you can get from a can, and the potatoes on the side were slightly undercooked. for the price of 18$, it wasn’t that great. The rest of my table’s dishes were just average, but considering the price, it brings the rating down a bit. The service was decent, and our waiter/busboy were attentive enough, but nothing too out of the ordinary. I will complain though, that an 18% tip was automatically added to our bill. Perhaps it was because I had a large party, but that certainly was unexpected as no one and nothing on the menu mentioned that. The atmosphere was decent, having that classic diner feel. the bathrooms weren’t that clean, but there was nothing too bad. On a positive note, there were cookies at the register which really brought me back to other classic diners. One final complaint is that there are two separate prices for cash and credit, with the credit being higher. If you do come, try to bring some cash. overall, Georgia Diner is decent but nothing stands out too much, and my complaints of the pricing, food, and tip put my rating lower. Not the worst diner I’ve been to, but not the best either.

This is a very busy diner on the weekend, and even so, we were seated very quickly. The food was on point for breakfast and I had to try the piña colada which was excellent. We had the Chicken Fingers with waffles and Chocolate Chip Pancakes with whipped cream.

A very comforting, old-timey diner feel. When you go to a diner, you know exactly what you're looking for: comfy booths, tasty smells of food in the air, and a hot beverage. This diner provided all of that. Ordered the Irish Breakfast and a cup of tea. While the service took a significant amount of time, the food was fresh and the home-fries were actually good (not wet at all, browned decently, and great for soaking up egg yolks from sunny side up eggs). The black pudding and the white pudding made great accompaniments to the ham, the eggs, and the tomatoes. While it took some time to get anyone to get the check, overall, the food and atmosphere make for a superb diner experience. Overall: 8.4/10

Make sure you check all the prices on the menu first! They will charge extra for everything. First, the waitress Silvia was rude. She gave us cold coffee and when we asked why, she said "that's what's in the pot". She didn't even try to fix it. Then we ordered French toast and strawberries, which was already 16 dollars for 2 pieces, and we asked for turkey sausage, and they charged 8 dollars! 8 dollars I've never seen that. For 3 little pieces of sausage. And an extra 4 dollars for the turkey bacon my mom asked for with her order. We proceeded to speak to the manager, and he did not even care. When my father went to speak to him about the other extra charge after, he dismissed him and said he had already spoken to the lady (me) and didn't even hear him out came back to our table took the bill angrily and took off the Turkey sausage. If you don't care about your customers, why work in a restaurant. Disgusting service. Our first time there and we won't be back! The diner wasn't even busy and 3:30 pm.

Used to come here a lot as a kid in the 90s and always visit when I come back to town. I miss the old location and the atmosphere isn’t the same. I went there last weekend and it was just ok. The food and service wasn’t as good as it used to be.

Pretty nice diner off Queens Boulevard. Large parking area. Seated immediately by a well dressed fellow at a long booth. Coffee was hot and fresh and the cup was bottomless. Food was plentiful and delicious. Menu has two columns of prices, one for cash and one for credit cards. Good idea. ♿️.

I remember passing by (but never going into) the original location back in the day whenever my parents would take us shopping at Macys in what is now Queens Place. Anyway, sorry for the nostalgia but that definitely hits you when you enter the place. The ambiance exudes nostalgia in the best possible way. Like it's been untouched by time. The latest trends in decor or complex menu items don't matter when the food is good, the price is fair and the service attentive. My wife and I stopped in for breakfast due to our car being worked on nearby. A pretty stressful morning seemed to totally dissipate. This place was wonderful. All the staples of a good diner were there: fantastic scrambled eggs, perfectly cooked bacon, and your coffee cup never runs dry. I ordered just a regular waffle and it tasted exactly how you expect, nothing more nothing less. My wife ordered a fancy omelet which we enjoyed. What really sealed everything was the service. The waitstaff were efficient yet attentive. A lot of places these days make you feel like they're rushing you out the door but that was definitely not the case here, which was perfect for our unexpectedly hectic morning.

I'm not sure why this diner has such low reviews or rather mediocre. I've been here a bunch of times in the past, but not within this past year. So, I wanted to come back to see what's changed. The menu has definitely changed as now there's cash or credit card pricing on it. Otherwise, this place hasn't really changed that much. There's still the dessert area where people wait around at too. But we didn't have to wait as there was seating. Got seated right away and was given water and a menu off the bat, too. The service was great, and there are servers everywhere. Foodwise. I ordered the Angel Hair Pomodoro. They gave a ton of pasta and a large portion of the baked chicken, too. I wish they gave more of the sauce, but overall, it was good. It came with either soup or salad on the side, so I picked the soup. All in all, this place shouldn't have such low reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised!

Georgia Diner is a major dining establishment growing up in Elmhurst. It was the place to go after shopping at the mall and you wanted to cool your jets to break for a cup of tea or coffee. As you walk in host greets you and brings you to booth. Staff always makes sure your coffee is filled to the rim. Waitress is fast with getting orders in and your meal comes out pretty quick. Weekends its very busy as you see parking lot fill up. Georgia Diner will always be here in the Elmhurst neighborhood. My favorite is the Eggs Benedict. Decor very festive and cozy here.

Stopped in on a random Friday night, and am so happy we did! Burgers, fries & onion rings were great, milkshakes even better! Service was excellent & the place was very clean. We'll be back!

Service was well attended. I ordered the eggplant moussakka. The flavor was delicious, and the eggplant was well cooked. The sauce was not too watery and spiced well. The whole family enjoyed the wide selection on the menu. The salad was plain and could be chopped finer; lettuce pieces were too large. The main dining area lighting is a little too dim; they can use better light. The original Georgia diner was nice and bright. They have a parking lot, but the main entrance is tricky because it is very close to the corner of Queens Blvd, so be careful when turning in or out.

Love this place. Great menu and super hospitable staff. Love the old school nostalgia vibes.

This diner closed down but I need to write a review about them. Was a regular at this diner. I love their starters and appetizers! If you order a main dish or some entree that involves a soup or salad, Georgia Diner will give you warmed bread along with chickpea salad, coleslaw, and red beets. The chickpea salad and warmed bread was my go to. I love it so much that I always made my ex boyfriend drive here to order an entree to get that chickpea salad. They have assorted bread such as cheese bread and white bread along with saltine crackers as their appetizers. I would always order either a medium well cheeseburger deluxe or a spaghetti/angel hair pasta primavera with grilled chicken. They sure give a lot of pasta. Pasta was very good and the seasoning was just right. Sometimes the grilled chicken was kind of burnt and bitter but the pasta was still good and made up the whole dish. I just didn't like the dried up sun tomatoes which were hard to chew. Ugh. I had to always take them out. The zucchini was very nice along with the squash! Usually I take it to go because I could barely finish the pasta. Burger was very good and I like how they make it. It's always not burnt and not that raw. It was just right so you can taste the juice of the beef. So good! The diner always sat me and my ex in a personal booth so then we don't need to be surrounded by people which I didn't really like if we were too close to people. Thank god for the booths so then I had more personal space and privacy to talk. It was a large place so there many sections of booths to choose from. What's good about this place is that it has an enormous parking lot for free. So many parking spots to choose from so you don't need to resort to street parking. Too bad they sold the diner and parking lot to some person that is creating a new condo sky rise.

Basic Diner food, nothing more, nothing less. While we were in the area, we passed this diner that appeared to be a neighborhood staple. Out of curiosity, we thought to check it out. Fortunately, the wait was short for a party of two. We ordered the 3 egg omelet with spinach and a side of the corned beef hash and breakfast potatoes. This meal came with toast. The second order included a grilled cheese sandwich with tomatoes and a side of fries. Each of these meals just tasted blah! I enjoyed the hot chocolate. The fries came fresh, so you could add your own salt. However, the corned beef hash tasted like it came right out of a can and old. Overall, the staff were pleasant and seemed to have a system of getting things done but not enough for me to return.

Every time I come here with my parents, we get the same server, and she's not too pleased to be serving us. Not a smile, not a greeting and somehow unluckily always gives us coffee with lipstick stains on it. Main point: there's ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS dirty silverware and coffee cups. Its clear they use a shitty dishwasher Food: The chocolate chip pancakes were chip-less, and the portions got smaller. It wasn't even that tasty. Ambiance: crowded af and families/kids. Overall: Meh

Neighborhood staple, suffice to say. Rather miss when they were 24 hours and more easily accessible by foot, but, I digress. Still popping in whenever the time is afforded to me.

The food kept them at satisfactory, but then the end wrecked the whole thing. I've been going to Georgia Diner for the past 30+ years. Both the current location and old. I have never had an out of pocket experience until this past night. When I went up to pay at the register, the tap feature on their machine was not working. Thinking there was an issue with my phone, i opted to use my physical card. The pay to tap on their machine still wasnt working. The host then suggested that i handed my card to him. He then attempted to use the tap feature to pay but it didnt work. Here's where the disturbing/ enraging part began. When i handed him the card i told him to just use the chip feature. The host then started tapping the card against the machine, front back sideways. Holding up both sides of my card for an uncomfortable amount of time. I got so nervous about my info getting stolen I actually looked up at the ceiling expecting a camera. This was done in spite of my request to just insert the card into the machine. After this the host then inserted the card into the machine and all was well. The host asked me if i wanted to add a tip to the credit card payment and i informed him that i was paying the tip cash. The woman beside the host mutters something. She then takes over. The payment was approved and the woman immediately rips out the first print out ( restaurant ) and hides it. She then hands me the second print out (customer copy). Confused by this , i ask her for the other receipt. I'm then given a copy of the itemized bill and not the restaurant copy of the credit card receipt. I then tell her "No, the other receipt." She then appeared upset and handed me the restaurant receipt. The restaurant receipt required: a customer signature. I then sign the receipt, wrote out the total, and crossed out even the word TIP on the receipt. Because, clearly something was going on here. The women then muttered something again anger to the other host. Frustrated by this, i handed the receipt amd walked over to the table i was seated at and did what i did what i said i was going to do. TIP CASH. I made sure the waiter saw, and placed the tip on the table and walked away in disgust. As i was walking out the male host ran to the table to take the cash tip. What restaurant hides their copy that required a signature?! Ask yourself that. Its proof that the credit charge is legit. Why was it such a big TO DO to just process the payment. Why have the side of the signature line exposed for an extended amount of time???! And then, hide the restaurant receipt?! A copy that requires a signature? Why did staff get upset when i requested the original credit card receipt that requires a signature????? This was a disturbing experience. Im more than disappointed. Im disgusted. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of places that will have better food, prices, and service. PS- this the first time i have ever felt the urge, no, the NEED to keep a copy of the customer receipt from a restaurant for my records. Post PS- their menus have a cash price and a card price. This is akin to charging a surcharge for credit card use, which is AGAINST visa and master card policy.

It's not the same as the original location. Ambiance is nice as the space is larger however service and food is not as it use to be. I just miss old style New York style dinners.

I grew up in Elmhurst going to the Georgia which was always a reliable good food / good service / good priced establishment. However, after the pandemic and current inflationary policies things have changed drastically... The food prices have soared unbelievably - especially for breakfast. They no longer offer breakfast specials and the menu prices are grossly overpriced... Almost $17 for eggs and corned beef hash!!!!! $3.25 for cup of coffee!!!! Prices are up like 70-100% !!! And they no longer open 24 hours and close way too early. Diners used to be the reliable go to place for off hours workers and for late night diners .. no more... I understand that things change over time but for this change to the worse to be this fast and drastic is truly stunning.

This was my first visit to Georgia Diner. It was a Saturday at 9:30am after running the Queens 10K. I took a seat at the counter. The place was not packed although there was a whole lot of employee traffic back and forth to the kitchen. I ordered The Cheddar Plus under the grilled chicken breast sandwich category. First, I received 3 pickles and coleslaw. I enjoyed my humongous open faced sandwich and steak fries while listening to Bryan Adams 80's tunes. Expect quantity over quality at any diner but everything tasted great here. Miguel brought over a second glass of water without being asked and I didn't have to wait long for the check.

This place has gone down the drain. I uses to live this place till tiday. The place is absolutely disgusting. Dirty and dingy. All the utensils are dirty. We asked for them to be replaced 2 times and even the third set was dirty. Their excuse was that their plates and utensils, were "just old, not dirty". Seriously? They expect us to eat off of dirty things like that? No thank you. I still paid and tipped. But I'm never returning.

My husband and I traveled here all the way from New Jersey and once we arrived at exactly 9:30 PM on a Monday, we were greeted by the host that literally ran from behind the counter and was like the kitchen closes at 9:30 PM. I kindly showed him the schedule in front of the door and online and clearly it states that they close at 10 PM. We were so disappointed that this business was so unprofessional with how they handled the situation. I would never recommend, this place to anyone ever again! I personally will never come to this diner ever again! Clearly, this place is awful simply because they only have three stars which will now probably go down to 2.5. Beware don't waste your time it's usually pretty empty. Anyway, I was just trying to help them out. Thanks for nothing guys!!! Very distasteful service!

We had a party of 16 and was really good service and good food. I had the Nova Scotia Benedict and would definitely get it again. We also had the London broil and had little sauce but meaty

Good service but the food was okay . The chicken parmigiana with spaghetti could use some more seasoning 2.5/5 and the apple pie could use a lil more sugar and was super cold. The chicken souvlaki platter was a solid 2/5. Had no flavor and the sauces honestly were flavorless but a strong garlic. Spinach pie gave a really small piece and was a 3/5 has a weird after taste, not as flaky.

Food is delicious, the service is great! My favorite place to eat, Love it ! The staff Is very nice and respectful!

This is one of the saddest reviews I have ever written. So I grew up going to the original location with my family as a kid. And It's been sometime since I've been back home in Queens so I was beyond excited to come and grab lunch. Now this day I was alone so when I walked in asking for a table for one, it definitely seemed the staff was acting like people don't come in to eat alone. Which was annoying. Now overall I thought the customer service was beyond terrible! Which was extremely disappointing to me missing this place and being so excited to return after twenty years or so. Now I had to get my childhood favorite meal which I was so glad they still had on their menu, Buffalo burger deluxe. The burger and steak fries were good but nothing special or stand out. As you can imagine, that was also pretty disappointing. Overall, my experience was very crappy and sad because of the high hopes and great memories. Sure, good place for a meal with a group or alone but that's about it.

We've been going to this dinner for many years. Under its many different names... POPS, Nevada... and now Georgia. It's a must go to Queens Dinner! The service is always top notch. The seating and dining is always inviting. As well as, the bathrooms are always clean. The food is always good and fresh.

I love this diner! I know it was across the street before and it replaced Pops diner and it's been a top 5 favorite diner's in NYC for me. I always come here for either breakfast or lunch and sometimes dinner. Can never go wrong getting their breakfast and their burgers are so freaking good. My friend had gotten a penne a la vodka with grilled chicken and she liked it! I just forgot to take a picture of it because I was so hungry and excited for my burger lol. I've come here many years and I was never served sliced bread until this time. It was served fresh and so soft! I was impressed ...even came with breadsticks and crackers in the basket! My go to diner in queens! If you're having a drunken night or having the munchies...def should come here! Always so clean and the staff is always attentive. They even have a parking lot which comes in handy being on Queens Blvd.

They are waY over pticed, the waitstaff are rude. Use to be the best diner in Queens 3 years ago. Now since pandemic they don't care. $4,50 for a ice tea $10. For breakfast eggs, no breakfast specials, $3.50 coffee, then they charge you 4 % if you use a credit card. With tip like $20 for breakfast in Queens in a dinner !!!

We passed by this diner all the time, and this time we decided to try it, especially when they offer a parking lot. It's a considerable lot too. This diner reminds us of the restaurant we used to go to with Mommy closed permanently 2-3 years ago. I definitely will take Mommy here to try it. The diner is enormous, just like other diners out in the suburbs. They keep it very clean here. The interior decor is beautiful, and every corner is spotless. They have two sections, booth and regular table sections. We ordered French toast, two eggs Sunnyside up with rye toast, and the other two eggs on Romanian steak. We shared everything. I only tried a piece of the steak. Everything was delicious! I mean, the French toast and the potato home fries had a great taste to them. Eggs are eggs, but the way every diner prepares home fries is different, and this diner did it so well. They also listened well to instructions when I said, well done in the bottom for Sunnyside up eggs. I'm giving this place two thumbs up! Diners are not 100 percent dead! The service is terrific too. I'm sure with all the creativity people put into making and serving great food, every once a while, they want to go back in time and eat at a diner. So, try this one!

Me and my family came here for some delicious food. This place did not disappoint! We were greeted by an amazing waiter and was super kind and helpful. The food was delicious and it was made quite fast! It is also a nice and relaxing place.

They allow dogs here while people are eating their meals. Dogs are cute, but I am highly allergic and shouldn't be subjected to dogs while I enjoy a Christmas Eve breakfast with my family. Dogs shouldn't come before people.

Walked in at 9:09pm on a Thursday to grab dinner with my boyfriend. Though they close at 10pm and there were many people sitting and eating (and a couple had just walked in before us and they hugged the man in front and sat down) the man in the front requested WE take our food to go because we are here too close to closing. 51 mins to closing and all we were going to order was BLTs and fries. If you want to close at 9 - CLOSE AT 9. Don't have your hours as 10 and then pick and choose who gets to sit. Terrible way of doing business.

Years ago, my wife and I had the worst experience of our life at the Georgia Diner, and we vowed never to go back. Too, the manager said that was our choice. Well, this past Saturday, Dec. 9, with my wife and two members of her family who had surprised her for her birthday, we decided to try the Georgia Diner at its new location, and under new mgt. let me say, that it is now a very fine eating facility. The service was great, and the portions of our dinners were humongous. It is as different as day is from night. We have put the new Georgia back on our must lists.

Love my Georgia diner usually but my last visit was so very disappointing. Staff mopping up with bleach so that smell was through diner, my omelette was lukewarm warm - not hot, bacon was undercooked and when I asked for them to make the bacon crispy they microwaved it. All bad.

Food has always been good, service is as fast as they can be and place is pretty big so even on a busy sunday waiting isnt that bad.

I've came here a few years ago but I wanted to revisit! I went with two others during breakfast time. It was busy, but not too busy just right for the breakfast brunch hours. We ordered the calamari, which was perfect nice pieces of squid & fried perfectly! the sauce was warmed which I appreciate. I then got the Spanish omelette with a side of pancakes- can't go wrong with that! I really did enjoy my meal & my table. My family also enjoyed their meals as we left with leftovers to enjoy later within the day. Thank you guys for the great environment & food! Keep up the great work!

I've been going to Georgia Diner since it was at it's original spot on 55th ave, and this was my first time going in a few years (first time at the new location). My family and I went on Christmas Day and were surprised how many people were there, but how quickly we were seated. We ordered off of their breakfast menu, and the food came out timely. While it wasn't the most AMAZING breakfast in the world, it did taste good and was nostalgic. I ended up going back to Georgia Diner a few days later late at night, and the food was decent as well. Order: - Western Omelet (4/5) - Lumber Jack (4/5) - Belgian Waffle Deluxe (4/5) - Chicken Tenders (3/5) - Beef Sliders (3/5) - Waffle Fries (5/5) Pros: - Open 24/7! - Decent menu ranging from breakfast food to steaks/seafood - Inexpensive ~ it's pretty well priced for a diner in NYC Cons: - Service can be a little slow when the restaurant gets a little busy - I wouldn't say there's anything too special about the restaurant Overall: - Georgia Diner is a great place for a simple breakfast with the family or if you're coming out of the nearby clubs late at night and you need a late dinner. There have been many diners at this spot that have come and gone, but Georgia's will definitely be there for a while.

Food is good. The place needs some TLC.good portions of food, and friendly staff. Place can get very busy though.

The food was terrible!! I believe the diner prior was Nevada. This is use to be a good spot but not anymore. Don't waste your money.

The food is good and typical diner fare. The staff is reasonably attentive. The one warning I would offer is to NOT pay by credit card if leaving a cash gratuity for your server. Why? Because I left a cash 25% of my bill for my server paid my bill to a cashier who later added another 22% gratuity to my credit card! She asked if I wanted to add my tip to my charge and I informed her I had chosen to leave a cash tip on the table so no need for her to do anything after the fact.

I was here yesterday night in Georgia Diner. The place felt good air conditioning. The waiter's name I don't remember but was nice to help took pictures of my family! I had a twin burger here yesterday. I thought it be two buns and two burger meat but better it was four buns and two burger meat! I like their calamari rings, onion rings and french fries!

We went here on a whim and were very happy. The food was very good my baked clams and New England clam chowder were delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. I will definitely be going back to try some more foods.

I got the veggie burger with sweet potato fries. Also took a side salad that came with one of the orders .The patty was really yummy, surprised to have found this on the menu. The rest of the family got the fried calamari, Vegas burger, linguine alla vongole with white clam sauce with baby shrimp, french onion soup for a side. We were happy with the food and service. I found the new location a little bit more difficult to get to because we have to make a U turn to get to the other side of the street, we liked the old location right next to the queens center mall!

I used to love going to this place to get breakfast/lunch. It has since moved locations and it may be rebranding as Nevada Diner. The location has gotten larger, but it seems the service and food has gotten more expensive and worse. I ordered a Texas burger. The burger was not cooked medium as I asked, it was well done. The BBQ sauce was a super sweet flavor rather than savory like it normally is. Honesty, it tasted like I imagine dish soap would taste. I got the deluxe, so I was expecting a decent amount of fries, only to receive 7 fries. We were not given a water refill until we were about to leave. I'm sad to say I probably won't come back. It's a shame that in moving, a nice diner, with decent food, and good service has gone downhill after moving to a larger location.

Our bowtie and a shiny, viney patterned vest clad waiters switched shifts mid meal and this created a wait for our check, but both served us very well. The bland colored circular decorative obstructions create difficulty when looking to signal waitstaff assistance. Sunnyside up eggs were a bit loose on the white, but with a proper runny yolk. Nobody seems to cook them correctly always served up hot and undercooked, they lack flavor, nothing we can add but Heinz ketsup, they crowd the plate and you can not substitute them. ]]

Typical NYC Diner full of families on a Sunday Morning. We had to wait a bit to be seated. Yogurt with fruit and granola and an Irish Breakfast. The yogurt was thick, Greek Style with Fruits, Granola, Honey. Good. The Irish Breakfast came as expected. So large that we could not finish it. English Muffin and Coffee topped the meal. . The restaurant changed location from its previous one. Now it has a bit more parking space.

Extremely dirty!!!! I ordered a hot chocolate and the mug have a lipstick they not clean

Being a neighborhood stable, I really really want to love Georgia Dinner: The couple of times we had visited when we were kids in the old location, I remember not really caring for the food. Still, it was sad to see the original location gone. I decided to try the new location in the place of the Pops Diner. The interior is lovely, what they did to the inside is so nice and old school. I really wish they'd just change their recipes because what I got I didn't care for for the exact same reason. Not a lot of flavor, a very "sit in your stomach in an uncomfortable way" kind of feeling. I really hate to say it because I do want this diner to last. I'm just not a fan of the meals I've had thus far. And for crazy money too!

It pains me to give 2 stars but it's worthy. My family and I went here on Wednesday to have lunch and we were given a booth table for our party of 5. We were comfortable and we're given our waters quickly. The waiter took about 5 min to take our order, which is perfectly fine. It took our food over 25 minutes to come out! We saw people being seated, order their food, and receive their food while we were still waiting. I get up to ask the manager what is going on with our food? We only ordered BLT, salad and breakfast orders. He told me to have a seat and he would look into it. Low and behold 2 minutes later our food comes out. Waiting over 25 minutes we finished all of our teas and sodas and asked, are refills free? He said no. I couldn't believe no refills although we had nothing else to do but drink our drinks and wait because we were hungry. No apology for the slow service, and not once while we waited did he check on us. Our food was just ok. Maybe it was a bad day, but for the food prices and the service, I'm going elsewhere.

The Best Burger in town!! Hands down!!!!! Great, friendly and quick service! I'm spoiled to say, I can walk there from home
