The 38 Essential Cleveland Restaurants

"Apparently you can teach an old dog a new trick. Geraci’s, a venerated Italian restaurant opened in University Heights in 1956, recently unveiled a downtown slice shop with vibe to spare. The fun restaurant takes its cues from retro-inspired slice shops like Paulie Gee’s in Brooklyn, with wood paneling, tangerine-colored tables, and letterboard menus. Period-appropriate details like pool table lights, a vintage Coca-Cola machine, wall-mounted payphone, and sit-down arcade games complete the experience. To eat, there are heat-and-eat slices of classic round, grandma, and Sicilian pizza, personal pan lasagna, meatball and Italian hoagies, and garlic knots." - Douglas Trattner

Google
Wow!! BEST VEGAN PIZZA I have EVER HAD!! First off, I have a dairy allergy, so I have been searching for a good vegan cheese pizza for so long, I have tried some, and while enjoyed (simply because options were limited) nothing truly hit the spot. My boyfriend decided this would be a good spot to try out. We ordered a pizza with vegan cheese, bacon, and pineapple (don't judge). When we walked in the man who greeted us (I believe his name was Darrell (maybe it was with a J)) was extremely kind, had great energy, and was super helpful. He let us know the wait for the pizza and apologized explaining why. No big deal, we were in no rush and the wait was only about 12 minutes. Super grateful for the wait because this place was so so cute! I loved the variety of stained glass lamps, vintage pieces, games, just a cool spot to be in! When we got our pizza we took a look and knew immediately this was going to top anything else we had. The texture of the crust was amazing, it had a great amount of sauce, and the cheese was good too (obviously still has the vegan cheese texture) but it was a little more toasted near the top and the flavor was just out of this world compared to anything else l've had. We will be back for sure! This is the BEST!

Google
Cute location! The hours on google are not reflected in the actual hours they are open!! The space was very hot and I would say too hot to eat inside the restaurant. We needed up taking our pizza to the arcade seating for all the space. The pizza was okayish- a little dry and very "warmed" tasting for the price point. The salads were fresh. A solid 3 for food. Just average in my opinion.

Google
Huge thank you to Darell (hope I’m spelling this right) and the team here. It’s rare we get to have pizza with a dairy allergy in the mix, so after trying a few subpar pies elsewhere, and doing some research, Geraci’s stuck out as a front runner in the online reviews. Darell informed us as we walked in that our pick-up pie was just getting in the oven. Definitely a minor inconvenience, as we wanted to spend some time taking advantage of the aesthetic masterpiece they’ve devised for this location. He offered us some complimentary water while we waited, and assured us the pizza would be hot and ready soon. We took some time to play with our cameras, play some Ms. Pac-Man and really enjoy the space. Before we knew it, our pizza was ready. We were extremely excited, and I think it was showing! Darell invited us to open it up and take a look. Our eyes were amazed at the sight! We took it home and it did not disappoint! It was pricey, but 100% worth every penny. We will be back, again and again. Best pizza I’ve had in Cleveland, EVER!

Google
Stopped in after a ballgame and had such great service compared to other places I've visited for my week stay I thought to leave a review. Great, friendly staff, even kinda funny when they tried to crack jokes. Place was super clean even for how busy it was. Pizza by the slice was just what I was looking for! No too greasy, but just greasy enough to satisfy my craving.

Google
We stopped by before the Guardians game. Super cute, and they opened 10 minutes early for us. The guy working the counter was really friendly, and the food was good. I'd definitely recommend this as a must do when downtown! My son LOVED his spicy vegan ( he can't have dairy).

Google
We stopped at Geraci‘s Slice Shop today because we had a gift card. We came to find out that our gift card is only good for a Geraci‘s Restaurant location. While we were looking at the distance to the restaurant from downtown on Google maps, they brought us out a large pepperoni pizza on the house! They were so nice and apologetic, even though it wasn’t their fault. We will definitely be going back to Geraci’s Slice Shop!

Google
Do not waste your money here! This place has fallen off massively in all categories in the past year. This used to be one my favorite places to go before or after an event downtown but not anymore. Can only pay with cash with exact change is an absolute joke! Had no idea about that until a rude employee told me. Food quality has really dropped off, no soap and no toilet paper in the restroom, slow service, and one rude employee. What a joke this place has become. Sad to see a place that had a lot of potential being ran into the ground. It seems like they are trying to go out of business. I will not be back here again anytime soon. This place is extremely overrated!

Google
I went in there ordered once slice of pizza. It took 15 minutes. The pizza was hard as a rock, burnt, and missing the hot honey glaze on top. After one bite I threw it in the garbage. This place was good when it first opened. It's not anymore.

Yelp
First impressions- I love the retro vibes, old school pizza parlor aesthetics, and love the variety of slices they offer! foods I tried: Hot Tito- my favorite slice, I love the addition of hot honey, I think the sweetness really balances the heaviness of the sausage and pepperoni. Bianco- simple but so so good. I am a huge fan of ricotta so this slice was a big hit for me. Meatball Flight- actually some of the best meatballs I've had, it's tender and flavorful, and they don't skimp on the sauces which I so appreciated. Each sauce was delicious but I particularly have a biased favoritism towards the pink sauce. Garlic Pillows- soft, fluffy, buttery, and garlicky, dip it in the meatball sauces, you won't regret it. Big Gus Salad- a large portion of salad Love how close it is to the field, you can easily get some slices before or after a game/concert!

Yelp
Customer service was good and food was delicious. Stumbled across the Geraci's Slice Shop on our visit to Downtown Cleveland. I got the veggie pizza and it was delicious with a little kick of spice. Pepperoni pizza was also good. The space itself is pretty cool. Lots of seating area some arcade games and vintage items. I would definitely go to this pizza place again if I'm ever in Ohio.

Yelp
Great ambiance and atmosphere, yet food and service fall short. Geraci's tends to be a highly acclaimed pizza shop downtown, and I was excited to try them out! They offer super cool retro vibes from the 80s and a fun environment. When you enter there is a pizza counter, but it's hard to see the menu, and when I asked for help I was pointed to the handheld menu on a hidden area of the wall. I ended up going with the two slice combo (1 for The Pep and 1 of the Hot Tito) with a side salad and the Buffalo Pillows (similar to garlic knots) with Spicy Ranch sauce. The cashier seemed annoyed with my questions about the menu and wasn't very friendly while I ordered, I felt like an inconvenience to them. They also didn't bring out our entire order and we had to remind them about the pillows with our order. The Hot Tito and the Buffalo Pillows were the biggest disappointment. They weren't even spicy. In fact, the Hot Tito was very sweet and the Buffalo Pillows were kinda pesto flavored? It was odd. The Pep was good, and the salad was a basic salad. I would recommend the spicy ranch sauce though, it had a nice little kick and was a great combo with my crust from the Pep. Probably won't be back, but at least the vibes were cool to check out and see in person!

Yelp
Stopped by after a guardians game and this didn't disappoint. All these toppings for just a dollar more than the cheese slice. Toppings were fresh and the hot honey drizzle was perfect. Quick service and easy to eat on the go!

Yelp
Visited Geraci's today to try their pizza. My co-worker and I visited and we each ordered two slices. For two slices and a drink it's around $15.50, but if you get the combo it's $16. The combo comes with two slices, chips or a small salad, and a drink. I went with the bianco and a spicy vegan. Then we proceeded to get drinks and sat down. A minute later, the pizza was delivered after being warmed in the oven. Both of my slices were tasty. I especially liked the thin, crispy crust - it had a good bite and chew. The sauce was good, but the bianco (olive oil, riccota, cheese, mozz, and romano cheeses) wasn't really flavorful. I think with some garlic butter, it would've been much better. A spicy vegan was yummy. My co-worker had a slice of hot tito, which had a sweet sauce for some reason. He did not enjoy it at all. His square slice consisted of crust, sauce, and seasonings only, but he said that one tasted better than the tito. Overall, he was disappointed with the pizza and the price. As far as pizza goes, we're glad we tried it, but I don't think we'll be back often, since there are several other pizza options nearby.

Yelp
Very cool slice shop downtown. Cool vibes and love the decor and whole aesthetic of the place, service is always super nice and the food is always super hot and fresh. The Spicy Vegan pizza slice was very good, nice crispy crust, good sauce, awesome vegan cheese, and love the banana peppers and crushed red pepper. The garlic pillows were fluffy like little pillows and had great garlic flavor and went great with the marinara sauce. Also loved the Cleveland Sweetest Slice event, it was very cute and fun.

Yelp
Nice vibe inside, enjoyed the music and the smell reminded me of how pizza places would smell a few years back so it brought back memories. Pizza is good, crust has a nice crunch to it. I had a small salad as well; deducted 1 star because I'm not sure the cheese on it was still good. It didn't smell right. All in all, I enjoyed eating here and would come again.
google avatar

Yelp
Cleveland pizza is mostly crap and this place is a little bit above that. The vegan pizza is good but sweet. The crust here is that thick Cleveland stuff that no New Yorker would eat, which is fine, but not my kinda of pizza. The service is friendly.

Yelp
Service was quick and friendly. We were looking for a place to sit down and with a short wait time. Everywhere else seemed quite busy, however, this place appeared to be moving quicker and since we previously had Geraci's and had a good experience, we decided to grab a bite here. You order at the counter, you find your table and they bring it to you...very quick. The restaurant had a very cool vintage touch. Our group certainly enjoyed the food. I highly recommend their Garlic Pillows, they're to die for!! I'm from California, I wish we had a Geraci's here. .

Yelp
Cute pizza place next to the 5th Street Arcade on the Prospect Ave. side. The decor is 1960-70s, so cool for us who grew up during those decades. Several kinds of pizza were warm and available to purchase. You can order a slice or a whole pie. There were a few Italian dishes i.e., lasagna, meatballs and meatball subs, and salads. The beer list included a few domestics and imports. There were a few specialty drinks, too. There was plenty of seating. A back room looked nice to hold a private party or the overflow. There are several Geraci's around CLE. Yummy.

Yelp
The staff at Geraci's are kind & knowledgeable. There's a huge variety of options - not just pizza. I ordered 2 slices of Bianco pizza (Fresh garlic, olive oil, parsley, romano, mozz, and ricotta cheese) and the Big Gus salad (Mixed greens, fresh sliced Italian deli meats, pepperoncini pepper, tomato, lemon wedge, black olives, mozzarella cheese & Italian vinaigrette dressing). My kids each got slices of The OG (cheese). The oldest got a 10-count of garlic pillows with marinara while the youngest ordered the Caesar Marie. My kids LOVED the old-school Atari table game in the back. The hanging Pizza Hut lamp above the table made me smile & giggle, seeing the mix of other hanging lamps (I don't think there were 2 of the same lamp throughout the restaurant). I was determined *not* to have pizza for dinner tonight & I'm so glad I changed my mind.

Yelp
Great stop after a game! Little bit of a line, but moves quickly! Chelsea is an amazing person with a million dollar smile! Please give her hug! This world needs more Chelsea's!

Yelp
Upon entering you're instantly greeted by friendly staff and old school pizza shop vibes! The decor is amazing. They have a pay phone! Yes a pay phone! There is also a nice size dine in area. Now onnto The pizza I had the Spicy vegan (OMG) I had to keep checking to be sure it wasn't real meat and the Grandma G Slice, and the Bianco all delicious: my his has the chicken bacon ranch and the pepperoni. Overall the experience was amazing.
google avatar

Yelp
I cannot fathom why anyone would give this place anything other than 5 stars! Went last night and it exceeded expectations. The awesome 1980's Pizza Hut vibes of the interior and music are super fun. The slices were piping hot and delicious. Probably the best slice I've had in town in recent memory. The slice was $5 and my beer was $2. For being downtown and right by East 4th, you can't get much better than this! Looking forward to going back soon.

Yelp
Cool place to grab a few slices of pizza. Order at the counter and wait for your name to be called. Fast and friendly service. Great open seating options. Fountain drinks. They also have a great beer and wine selection. Hot Tito and Hawaiian slices had great flavor and good crust. Worth a stop if you are in the area.
google avatar

Dashaun W.

Yelp
Very nice nostalgic decor. Feels like an old school pizza shop. Several signature pizzas to select from. The employees warm the slices while you wait. Finally got to try the Hot Tito and I enjoyed it. Big slices. Thin. Good undercarriage. Would return. Overall, 6.2/10

Yelp
I love Geraci's Slice Shop! We didn't realize how badly we needed them until they came to town. I've now been here multiple times and it keeps getting better. Located in the 5th Street Arcades, Geraci's is an old school pie shop open late for all your slice needs. When you enter, you order at the counter by the slice. My favorite is the hot Tito. I love hot honey on just about anything, but on this foldable pizza, it's an easy slam dunk. They'll assign you a 90s icon as your moniker and they'll deliver your meal to you on a cafeteria tray while walking around looking for Tupac (it's you, you're Tupac). The vibes are outstanding. Geraci's brings back my fondest memories of childhood pizza parties, particularly with the upcycled Pizza Hut lamps, vibrant 90s music, and prize crane machines. You can count on Geraci's for a good time with friends! Thank you for bringing so much vibrancy to a formerly vacant spot!
google avatar

Yelp
Ole Skool pizza shoppe that'll take you back a few years when pizza slices were much bigger, very tasty and a little greasy! Careful, if you're ordering by the slice one may be enough. Try the lunch combo option with a slice, small salad and a soda. Don't let a slightly long line dissuade you, it moves pretty fast! Once you sit down, enjoy the 70's and 80's decor to take you back in time! If you're really hungry, add a 10-pack of garlic bread bites to your order!
google avatar

Colleen M.

Yelp
Can't say anything that would do this place justice. The slice size for the price is a great bargain. They were short employees due to a call out, but they were hustling. I lived NY/NJ and fancy myself a connoisseur of pizza this ranks up there. Loved the music and ambience puts you back the 80's.
google avatar

Mike G.

Yelp
Today, I find myself in downtown Cleveland. Gardians are playing the Rays, and the ball park is still not open just yet. Am i hungry for a victory? Yes. Am I just plain hungry? You betcha! So where does a non Clevelandnite go to, you say? Your guess is as good as mine but not as good as babunfoodie on Instagram. They recommend this place - pizza by the slice. It's a bare-bones place, fitting for Cleveland, really. It fits. Ordered a slice of pepperoni and a slice of cheese. This thin crust bad boy was good!! The shop pumps out 1990 songs, and it's a very low-key experience (at least when I was here). About 6 minutes from the ballpark, perfect for a "pre-game meal" for us "bleacher athletes." Babunfoodie is coming thru in the clutch at the "216"!!!
google avatar

Emily P.

Yelp
We had an INCREDIBLE experience here! The vibe is so cute and the quality delivers. You might have to wait in line depending on the time of day, but that speaks to their amazing pizza offerings. My favorite is the Pink Hawaiian, but the Grandma G seems to be really popular and I saw a ton of people order it.
google avatar

Pam Pam G.

Yelp
My friends and I visited Geraci's pop up booth located within The Yard in Willoughby. It was the perfect late-night pizza. The pizza was made-to-order and served to us fresh out of the oven. It had good crust and sauce.
google avatar

Kumalah J.

Yelp
Came here after a Guardians game a few months back and it was an okay experience. They were packed with customers, out the door, and did a wonderful job keeping the line moving. However, the pizza was just okay. Nothing special. A bit on the greasy side, and for the price, a bit small. The other big issue was the bathrooms --there was no bathroom available for use even though the sell drinks and alcohol.
google avatar

Neha G.

Yelp
Great new pizza spot in downtown CLE! Located in the Gateway District inside the 5th Street Arcades (next to Barrio). This place gives a vintage vibe with fixtures from an old Pizza Hut, light up signs, and art work representing the city. Plenty of indoor seating. Service is fast and someone was constantly cleaning/wiping down table & chairs. Pizza is sold by the slice. A bit on the expensive side with $5 for a cheese slice and $6 for any speciality pizza. Add in tax and it's almost $7 a slice! They also sell garlic knots and drinks. I tried the grandma G slice, which was delicious! Loved the combo of pesto & garlic. The pizza was really good, but pricey at almost $7 for a square slice. Definitely a treat to have once in awhile.
google avatar

Audra H.

Yelp
So excited to be able to grab a good slice of pizza for lunch! The shop was clean and the staff was really nice. There were also a variety of slices with different toppings available. I was very surprised (and kind of happy) to see the availability of cocktails! There were flasks with mixed cocktails, half bottles of wine and airplane size bottles of alcohol. If you're not familiar with or just haven't tried Geraci's in University Heights, this is your chance to sample it. If you've been visiting them for years like me, I think you'll agree that's it's the same great quality.
google avatar

Meghana S.

Yelp
After being a regular of the previous owner Vincenzas, I guess I had high expectations from Geraci's. The inside is pretty similar to the previous establishment although the colors are all red and yellow. The service is ok to we did wait 10-15 mins for our pizzas. The pizzas are ok, but I've had better pizzas in Cleveland. There sauces are also passable, nothing to impressive.
google avatar

Vish C.

Yelp
Loved the ambience of this place--they commit to the retro vibe, and commit to it well. Also a good amount of outdoor seating for those beautiful Cleveland summer days (although, also typical to the Land, it suddenly started to rain cats and dogs when we were there). What I was not in love with, however, is the pizza. It was perfectly average; the cheese was a bit rubbery, the crust was a bit burnt, and the tomato sauce was not properly tangy. I did quite like the garlic pillows, which were indeed pillowy and not too greasy. I'd be interested in trying some other slices (including the vegan one) to see if my opinion changes.
google avatar

Nancy F.

Yelp
Best slice I've had in recent memory! Loved the Bianco with garlic pillows. Super friendly staff.
google avatar

Neal M.

Yelp
Pizza was good. Service was bad. Place was dirty- crumbs on the table / no paper towels in the bathroom. Took forever to get our pizza and drinks. They don't bring it out to your table- you have to wait there at the counter. The staff are mostly 20 year olds that are friendly enough but ultimately don't really care if customers have to wait a while. It also bothered me that they don't give out water cups- you have to buy water bottles. Order take out or make sure they can give you the slice right away before ordering because that wait could be really long.
google avatar

Joseph B.

Yelp
This pizza shop is next to the Marriott in downtown Cleveland, OH. From the outside, it smelled great, so I decided to grab a slice after I checked in. The pizza was delicious. It totally hit the spot after a long day of travel.
google avatar

Jpb T.

Yelp
This is a 1980's style old school fast casual restaurant that sells pizza by the slice and whole pizza pies. There is a free 1980 PAC Man video game. I like the Terry Francona pictures on the wall. For $5 you can get a big slice of cheese pizza.
google avatar

Anthony S.

Yelp
SOMEONE DRY MOP THE FLOOR DURING THE WINTER! I walked in and slipped half way through the restaurant and came close to busting my head open on the tile floor. Extremely dangerous and a law suit waiting to happen. The staff is not particularly friendly or welcoming. When I approached the case to order they just stared at me waiting for me to speak first. I came in to pick up a pizza for a friend in the evening and noticed the pizza in the case looked a bit tired. I came back late at night and noticed the same pizza sitting there. There are not many late food options downtown, so I decided to get 2 slices and my friend got the GF pizza (props to them for having a GF option). The slices I got you could definitely tell weren't the freshest and simply reheated with added garnish. My friend really enjoyed his pizza because it was baked fresh. It was kind of gross I witnessed the worker going to the back to get the frozen GF crust and brought it through the dining room to the front with his bare hands. I am giving them a 2 star instead of 1 because at least the ambience is super cool and retro. I was walking out at 12AM and noticed people standing outside trying to get in. Their hours state on weekends they are open til 1AM but for whatever reason this past Saturday they decided to not abide by posted hours and close early leaving a lot of people outside very disappointed. Overall, wouldn't recommend unless you are desperate for some late night munchies.

Yelp
came in before the game on a saturday & it was super quick to get in & out! we went for a tito which is pepperoni and sausage woth a hot honey driZZLe & a regular pep pizza with a side of the garlic knots with marinara sauce. they had like 8 other sauce choices, but i wanted to keep it simple! i would come back again, because the food was good price & tasty, made to order, and fast!

Mark M.

Yelp
Tried Geraci's for the first time today (and the last time). The sauce on the Hot Tito was like somebody poured sugar on it. And the grease dripping from it clogged my arteries just looking at it. The square slice was much better but still just average. The music that was blasting was some pretty inappropriate hip-hop. And the place is pricey. 2 slices and a fountain beverage for $16. There are MANY pizza options downtown but I had to try this at least once. I sure do miss Vincenza's. It wasn't the best, but it blew Geraci's away.
google avatar

Jason D.

Yelp
I don't know anything about this joint other than it's somewhere downtown, Terry Francona is somehow involved and their sauces are f-ing RIDICULOUS. PLEASE NEVER CHANGE YOUR SAUCES. I got a two-slice, daily-double-dealio the other day with a cover salad to make it seem like I cared about something "healthy". The slices were really good and I ordered a couple of their "dunks"-- dipping sauces for whatever. I ordered sides of their "Pink Sauce" and their "Red Sauce". I am not being hyperbolic when I say the moan that rapturously escaped my lips when I tried the pink sauce with the crust belied a dark realization that continued to haunt me until I was forced to reorder from them this evening. What "dark realization" could possibly come from tomato sauce? The realization that almost every other sauce I've encountered in my life (save a few), had not been like THIS. The pink sauce is perfect in ways that I don't really think I knew existed. I'm not even going to look up what an Italian pink sauce is comprised of or what goes into its production because then I might try to recreate it myself and end up with a result akin to how that Ecce Homo painting ended up after that well-meaning but woefully talentless old lady in Italy took a whack at its restoration. For me, this would be followed immediately by a bitter, kitchen-destroying tantrum. It's just flavored perfectly. It's slightly lighter than regular red sauce and complex in really difficult to describe ways. I want to always have access to this sauce exactly how it is. If I could marry it, we'd be in Vegas already. The red sauce is similarly complex but richer and deeper with its warmth blanketing whatever it touches, delivering an emotion when ingested that I can only compare to the way Anne Rice described euphoric vampiric blood-satiation. If I drowned in a giant pot of this sauce, I'd consider it an acceptably cool and satisfying way to die. I think there's a Geraci's on the east side or whatever that may be affiliated or something, however, it's Saturday and I don't do research on Saturdays-- but, if this IS the case and they're the origin of the sauces they use at this slice shop, I'll be moving. Across the street from them. Within the month. Today I had the meatball sub, btw, with perfectly-delicious, lovingly-handled balls of meat nestled in the red sauce with a blanket of melted white cheese that obscenely beckoned me to devour the entire sandwich by burying my face in it and just wolfing it down like a tiger. Or a wolf, I guess. Either way, I looked like when a nature photog catches an apex predator after gorging on a kill and it lifts its steaming, blood and sinew-covered head out from the guts of whatever it has killed to gaze menacingly-satisfied directly into the camera. This is what I did and it scared my dog (sorry, Chuly). I don't know what happens from here but... somehow I want to be involved with this place and probably establish some kind of quasi-religious cult around it. Look for flyers around the area shortly. 5 s for the pizza (Hot Tito) and the meatball sub (bread was awesome too) One hundred trillion s for the sauces.

kristen k.

Yelp
The pizza is pretty good for Cleveland, however be aware, for delivery they charge $10.50 delivery charge (0.8 miles) PLUS $6.40 TIP! Not for the driver but an automatic tip, on a DELIVERY ORDER. So a cheese and onion pizza delivered is about $50.

Christina M.

Yelp
The food was amazing!! I could have just eaten the garlic pillows and been so happy!! But the pizza was excellent as well! I loved the '80s style atmosphere and the music was great! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to eat downtown!

What an underwhelming experience, there were 3 of us who had the pizza and the only one of us who enjoyed it was my dog,. 34$ for a poor man's papa John's. Honestly I'd take the papa John Schattners plain cheese pie over this. Nice employees though

Yelp
30 minute wait for a slice of pizza. Slowest pizza shop I have ever been to. 20 minutes into the wait they said said the are only serving cheese and pepperoni. Cashier rang in the wrong amount of slices of pizza for me. Terrible and slow place.

Yelp
Yes thank you for your $28 for a pizza. NO YOU MAY NOT GET A WATER! I'm not joking. Hilarious. Never again. Disgusting business

Yelp
I LOVEEEEE the pizza here, unfortunately the 1 star review is because of one of the managers Tonya. I was leaving the game and I came in To buy three slices of pizza, 2 garlic knots and I asked for a cup of water, I was joking with one of the employees about the $3 water cups that I ALREADY paid for about them being expensive and Tonya decided to cut in and tell me the cups were expensive, I disagreed with her and upon doing so she asked that I leave after getting my pizza. I ignored her because that was clearly unreasonable but after getting my pizza she asked me and my group To leave for being "rude" when she was the only one rude and threatened to call the police on me in Karen fashion. Geraci's you guys have a great establishment here, please get rid of racist employees like Tonya, it's really not worth having a horrible employee like her

Yelp
Very ehh. Was craving some good greasy cheap pizza, and got a couple of expensive, somewhat stale, reheated slices. Tried to order a fresh pie and they said they weren't doing fresh pies that night. There are definitely better options for late night eats in the area.

Yelp
Ordered online and received text once order was ready. Walked in and was ignored by the 8 people working behind the counter. Very unorganized and confusing. Pizza had no flavor and looked to have been made through a machine. Spent an additional $6 for extra toppings that barley existed. Very disappointing considering Vincenza's, the prior pizza establishment located there, had the hands down best pizza in Cleveland!

Yelp
Great new addition to the downtown quick-serve food scene. Slices are big and they don't skimp on the toppings. Also love this place is open so late

Yelp
The Hot Tito is AMAZING! Great pizza, great prices, great service. Grab a slice before your next Guardians game.

Yelp
Great food and service. Very affordable and the inside is really cool. This is a must before or after a game

Yelp
The gluten free pizza is very thin and crust is fine but the sauce and toppings are so good. Honestly, I just get happy when I even get an option for gf pizza so have it to taste really good is great. My husband gets the regular slice of the Hot Tito and went twice in one week.

Yelp
We grabbed 3 slices of pizza and they were good, average pizza. Garlic bread knots were good, but could of been more garlic and buttery. They are 20 for $10 or 10 for $5. Service was quick and fast. They give you a name of a famous person if you are ordering inside while you wait, and will call that name. Not sure if I would visit again.

Yelp
Love the University Heights location, so I wanted to give this a try since I was downtown. Have had an upset stomach since eating there. Beware!

Yelp
New owner is great! Pizza comes out hot and delicious. Love the vibe of this place and i think they are open late.
