Imagine being leaving a workout and you stumble upon the most New Orleans configuration ——a dim sum spot located inside an Irish bar. I asked Andrew, “if you had one dish that would decide if I ever come back to this spot what would you recommend.” Andrew gave me two items, however I asked for one. Andrew told me his favorite was Black Pepper Beef Dumplings so that’s what I got. Yall I’ve eaten dumplings in Korea, Thailand, China, Queens, etc. these are easily top 3 dumplings I’ve tasted. They’re packed with marinated beef (fried dumplings). After being blessed with such a dish, I had to taste the other dish that was mentioned which was Dan Dan Dumplings (steamed). These were really good as well. The pork tortellini was a unique mouth feel yet those dumpling were made fresh as they come. To even make things better Andrew was telling me to try the Mississippi catfish. I had to be straight up and tell him I get my catfish from Black owned spots in town. I just trust that my catfish gone be well seasoned and with a nice crunch. Andrew showed me he had some top tier catfish as well. One of the things I enjoyed the most is the amazing customer service and the food is fresh and made with love! Make sure to Get Your Mom & Dim Sum
