"Situated on North Ocean Drive, GG’S is known for its alfresco dining and sprawling waterside, as well as a former celebrity hangout of Sinatra, the Rat Pack, and New York mobsters. Locals come here to dine on Florida fresh seafood and steak like stone crab claws, chilled Maine lobster, blackened grouper tacos, roasted chicken, and braised short rib. On Sundays, GG’s hosts a special brunch and live Caribbean music at the dockside lounge." - Juliana Accioly, Carlos Olaechea

Amazing melt in your mouth grouper bites. Fresh stone crab claws. We had the sweet potato soup which i wasn't a total fan. The lobster roll is served cold and taste fantastic. My Husband had a spicy watermelon margarita which he felt was made with fresh ingredients. The chicken club wasn't exactly how I pictured it but full of favor although the bread was almost twice the size of the chicken breast. The view was very tranquil and our server Daniela gave us exceptional service. We finished off lunch with a sambuca and espresso. This place came highly recommended and did not disappoint. If you drive, valet is required.

This was our first time visiting GG's Waterfront, and it was definitely worth the visit! We started with the Pow! Pow! Shrimp, which was excellently presented and tasted even better. For lunch, we both decided to step out of our comfort zone and order the whole fried Yellowtail Snapper, this means it was still complete with head and tail. It was delicious, however, the concept itself got a little weird for me about 3/4 of the way through, and I didn't finish it. My lovely wife, however, picked the bones clean, even enjoying the eyeball! If the food was fantastic, the service was even better! Brandon was consistent and always there when we needed something. The bar served the drinks cold and fast with great pours. Overall, this was probably one of our favorite restaurants we stopped at on our trip. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Google
A waterfront restaurant with a professional valet service. The beautiful and gracious hostesses welcome you and ensure your best seating options. Our waitress shared the restaurant offerings and her favorite recommendations. Given a gluten-free requirement for one in our party, every accommodation was made to substitute appropriate items. The food was perfectly prepared, and the service was perfect. A final cupcake celebration for one of our birthdays was done with class. Highly recommend this restaurant for the most demanding diners.

Everything was good. They do use a multi server approach which makes you feel like you have to tell two people the same thing so that it doesn’t get done twice. Atmosphere and taste of food made a good impression. Always remember to ask what the market price which fluctuates on Alaskan king crabs which were good and were pre opened before coming to the table which made for easy eating. The calamari appetizer was the best recipe for it I have ever tasted, with arugula and other flavors mixed in.

We were in it for the experience, and it didn't disappoint! As Nebraskans, we don't do a lot of seafood, because let's be honest, that's one of those things done best on the coast. As someone who only learned to eat fish of any kind less than 15 years ago, I was looking forward to trying all new things with our Florida trip. My husband and I had a goal to only try new things. The Pow Pow shrimp wasn't a brand new item as we already love shrimp. But I would label this as a 'must have' item here. We were in for lunch, and I was impressed by the dated fresh lunch/daily specials in the menu. This attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. We opted for the Yellowtail snapper Chef's special knowing it must be unique. Indeed it was as a whole fish! This was new, and a bit odd at first, but our server, Brandon, assured this was a great choice. He didn't steer us wrong. It was an experience, and I'm grateful we were in this classy upscale environment to ensure it was done right. The vision of the dish was Asian inspired with the rice, veggies and soy glaze. Everything was paired beautifully. We had a seat outside along the water, and if you come in at sunset will be a beautiful experience. Brandon was quick, attentive without being pushy, polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I greatly look forward to coming back here on our next trip.

We always make it a point to come back here whenever we’re in the Fort Lauderdale area. Be sure to get a table on the dock—it’s absolutely beautiful. The calamari is the best I’ve probably ever had… The service is exceptional, and the food is consistently top-tier. Every visit has been an amazing experience from start to finish.

Had an excellent experience here. The oysters, the crab claws, the cocktails, as well as filet and seafood pasta entrees… was all fantastic. Great view. Service was very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. High level restaurant. And the key lime pie was so good.

GG’s is hands down one of our favorite waterfront spots in South Florida! The cocktails are always on point, and the seafood is super fresh and delicious. Can’t recommend it enough!🍸🐟💯

Yelp
GiGi's Waterfront exceeded all my expectations and delivered an amazing dining experience from start to finish. The highlight of the meal was without a doubt the ribeye steak--it was cooked to absolute perfection, tender and juicy with a rich, flavorful sear that melted in my mouth. Every bite was a reminder of why this place has such a stellar reputation. The ambiance at GiGi's was just as impressive as the food, with a beautiful waterfront view that added to the relaxing and upscale vibe of the restaurant. Our server was not only friendly but incredibly attentive, making sure every detail of our meal was perfect. Their genuine warmth and professionalism elevated the entire experience. If you're looking for a spot with outstanding food and top-notch service, GiGi's Waterfront is a must-visit. I can't wait to return!

Yelp
I recently visited GG's Waterfront in South Florida for a work dinner with colleagues on a Wednesday night, and the experience was a delightful mix of elegant ambiance and delicious cuisine, though it had a few hiccups. GG's Waterfront offers a stunning view of the intercoastal waterways, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. We were fortunate enough to witness the South Florida sunset, which painted the sky in beautiful hues, adding a magical touch to our dining experience. The restaurant itself is both elegant and welcoming, with a sophisticated atmosphere that still feels warm and inviting. The hostess greeted us with a friendly smile, setting a positive tone for the evening. Our server, Steve, was initially attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the specials and answer any questions we had. However, as the evening progressed, the service became less consistent. Steve seemed to forget about our table at times, leading to longer-than-expected waits. One of my colleagues wanted to order a glass of wine, but by the time Steve checked in again, the meal was almost finished, so the order was canceled. This lapse in service was the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable evening. We started the evening with a selection of cocktails and mocktails, all of which were refreshing and well-suited for a summer night. There were no complaints from anyone in our group--each drink was crafted with care. For the main course, a few of us chose the Chilean Seabass, which was served with bok choy on a bed of jasmine rice. The dish was exceptional, with the seabass perfectly cooked--flaky, moist, and full of flavor. My colleagues who opted for the Grouper were equally impressed, praising its taste and presentation. In fact, I would likely order the Grouper on my next visit based on their rave reviews. GG's Waterfront is a must-visit for anyone in South Florida. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. The food is top-notch, with dishes that satisfy both in taste and presentation. However, the service could use some improvement, as the inconsistency detracted from what could have been a flawless evening. Despite this, I would still highly recommend GG's for its ambiance and culinary delights, and I look forward to returning for another taste of their fantastic seafood. Note: Valet Parking $6

Yelp
I wanted this place to be good so bad. And although the food was okay and the ambiance was very nice because of the outside view . The service was so terrible. Like I'm not exaggerating it was god awful and the manager was sassy and the place was scamming us trying to up charge certain things like the complimentary bread and the waiter failed to mention anything and let me tell you exactly why. - first thing we sat there and asked was do you guys have the complimentary bread and the waiter says yes he brings us one basket and we get another one and he fails to mention only the first one is complimentary during happy hour. So why did you not mention that to us? We ask how big the fries were and if they were shareable he said no?? Look at the picture the fries were enough to feed three people easily. And then we complain to the manager and he said it's because it's happy hour, what's funny is that they charged us for the bread for happy hour but the calamari the regular price even though the calamari is cheaper for happy hour. Also we didn't get the happy hour menu at all. Our waiter sucked and so did the manager, then they go in the back and start gossiping as if we can't see. This place is awful and honestly should be shut down

Yelp
Great food and amazing service. Our server was funny and attentive, always made sure we had what we needed. The food was phenomenal. I got the short ribs and it was delicious. For dessert, we had the banana foster bread pudding, amazing. We'll definitely come back again.

Yelp
8'13'2022 & 8'15'2022 Hubby and I visited this establishment twice while visiting Hollywood, FL. We visited on 8'13'2022 as soon as we arrived in FL. They were just opening for the day. Fantastic location. GREAT views. Stellar customer service. Fernando & Hailey took wonderful care of us. Great food and beverage options. Collectively, we ordered Thai Beef and Vegatable Soup, Breakfast Potatoes, and Thick- Cut House Cured Bacon. Each and everything was absolutely delicious. Great portion size, well seasoned, and plated nicely. I had to return. 2 days later, on 8'15'2022, hubby and I returned back for their generous Happy Hour. Great welcoming service by Fernando and Chris. Jonathon, not so much. We were within his section, and after 10 minutes of him walking by, he never acknowledged hubby and I. Fernando and Chris had us !! We ordered a couple of hh beverages (Sunset Martini and Piña Colada Martini), Burger Sliders, Piw! Pow! Shrimp, and Mushrooms. Omg!! AMAZING AGAIN !! I highly recommend this place for all meals to anyone who'll listen !!

Yelp
I really enjoyed Gigi's waterfront. I conveniently parked across the street a block away or you can do valet parking. The appetizers that all three of us chose were all wonderful and are on trees as well. We shared a dessert and had glasses. I'm Chardonnay. The ambience is very nice where you can sit outside by the water or inside where it's cozy and comfortable nicely lit. The staff was wonderful as well.

Yelp
I am delighted to update my previous review of GG's Waterfront following my family's visit on a recent Saturday evening. Our experience was marked by excellent service, exquisite cuisine, and a charming waterfront ambiance. To start, I ordered the Plantation Mojito, crafted with Plantation pineapple rum, coconut cream, lime, mint, and Angostura bitters. It was a refreshing drink, though I found it slightly light on the liquor. Shortly after, the bread and hummus basket arrived, and it was absolutely delicious. For the appetizer, I chose the Caesar salad. The portion was generous, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh, making for a delightful start to the meal. Upon our server's recommendation, I ordered the Cioppino for dinner. This dish featured a sumptuous mix of lobster tail, clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp, calamari, fresh fish, all simmered in a rich seafood broth. The dish was excellent. As I wasn't too hungry after the salad, my friend and I decided to share the Cioppino, which turned out to be a wise choice. The kitchen was kind enough to split the portion for us, adding a great touch of convenience. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the dessert. The Chocolate Hazelnut Bar, with its layers of brownie ganache, praline, and salted caramel, was simply amazing. Each bite was a perfect blend of textures and flavors, leaving a lasting impression. Overall, I was very happy with the service, meal quality, and waterfront ambiance of GG's. My return visit has proven that GG's Waterfront continues to offer an exceptional dining experience, and I am glad I gave GG's a second try.

Yelp
Very nice place! Delicious food and decent serving! Well trained staff and comfortable parking

Yelp
Finally went to GG's and it didn't disappoint. Went to happy hour with a friend to enjoy some girl talk. We had an amazing view along with delicious drinks and food. We sat outside and took advantage of the Happy Hour menu (m-f 3:30 to 6:30). They offer both drinks and food specials during happy hour. They provided great service - everyone that took care of us were friendly and very attentive. It makes your dining experience that much better.

Yelp
I recently had the pleasure of dining at GG's waterfront and it was an exquisite experience from start to finish. The location right on the water provided breathtaking views and the option to sit indoors or outdoors by the water added a touch of elegance to the dining experience. The friendly and personable staff greeted me warmly and I was promptly seated for brunch. Starting with the fresh and delicious oysters, I knew I was in for a treat. The cocktails were expertly crafted, especially the Watermelon Sidecar which was a delightful and refreshing choice. I opted for the Tuna Poke Bowl as my main dish and it exceeded all expectations. Bursting with flavor and featuring incredibly fresh tuna, it was one of the best Poke bowls I have ever tasted. The attention to detail in the presentation and the quality of the ingredients truly shone through in every bite. Overall, GG's waterfront is a gem for those looking for a high-quality dining experience with great food and drinks, a stunning ambience, and top-notch service. Whether you're in the area or spending a day at the beach, GG's is a must-visit destination that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Yelp
I'm actually in GG's right now. It's Mother's Day, but man this place is a mess. Waited an hour over the reservation time. Now It's been over 2 hours since we ordered. Can you believe it ? I'm ready to leave and the server says " We told you it would be a while" like an excuse. Reservations? We made them. Useless. I don't know why I've seen tables turn twice since we've been here. Still no food. I have owned a restaurant in my life, but have never seen this confusion. I've been to GG's before, and it's been great. But for my mother's 85th Mother's Day, the pooch got screwed. I'm probably going to leave and go to Taco Beach Shack. UPDATE: I'm now at Taco Beach Shack.

Gary H.

Yelp
Excellent in all phases! The service was above and beyond. The food was outa bounds. The ambiance on the water was fantastic! Wonderful spot for our Mom's 85th birthday dinner.

Paige H.

Yelp
I brought my partner here yesterday for his birthday and it was a great spot!! With an upscale atmosphere and menu, this place is sitting picture perfect on the water right off A1A!! They have a valet only option for parking at $6 which isn't bad considering you'd have to pay for parking anyway, and it's an assurance your car is safe! We had a mahi special (which isn't pictured bc we ate it all before I remembered to grab it!). The burrata and beet salad was perfect with the sweetness of the marinaded beets and a soft crunch of the roasted kale accents! The mahi was FRESH and the chefs creativity really shined with the dish of potato/carrot puree, and bed of quinoa! The French 75 was refreshing and almost perfectly balanced with a beautiful presentation! Our server was extremely attentive and educated on the menu, nightly special, and wine recommendations! Couldn't ask for better! The pricing is fair for the quality of food and service! They have an amazing happy hour and brunch as well! I can't wait to keep coming back! 10/10.

Phyllis M.

Yelp
If you are "thinking" about fining here....think no more and just do it! This place is amazing! We only had time for lunch before flying out. I'm so glad we had an opportunity to dine here. It is beautiful inside, and the food is to die for! Highly recommend!

Shawn A.

Yelp
Took my family here brunch today and had a pretty good meal. The food and views were great, however I found the service to be a little slow and inattentive. The food does make up for it. We started off with some oysters and the pow pow shrimp. The shrimp was the highlight of the meal. For entrees we got the mussels and fries and a bowl of the clam chowder. We ate both completely so no complaints there. They were a little slow with our refills and we couldn't find the server when we needed her, but overall we still had an excellent meal.

Hollis C.

Yelp
While celebrating our anniversary we decided to go to one of our favorite spots. As always when dining at GG's the service is too notch. We were being attended to by Daniel. Daniel was attentive but not pushy, he gave us great advice on dishes and his suggestions proved to be great. We ordered the filet mignon bites which came with green beans and were very tender. They had a nice sweet soy type glaze that complimented them perfectly. We were served fresh bread with hummus as well. My main dish was the Fried yellow tale snapper. The fish wasn't as seasoned as I'm a accustomed to but with the glaze and coconut rice turned out to be very delicious. I had a limoncello pomegranate margarita which was a perfect compliment to the meal. As always I would highly recommend this restaurant!!!! Kudos to the chef and staff!!!!

Arlene L.

Yelp
Used to come here lots for Happy Hour... live few blocks away. Just beware if u like their HH find another love. They took off a bunch of favorites... reduced portions of what they left and raised prices... as if their prices weren't high enough. Example... a major favorite POW POW shrimp went from )$10 to $17

Helen T.

Yelp
This venue offers both indoor and outside seatings by the water. The food is fresh and generous portions. The service was also spectacular! Highly recommend the fresh claims and shrimps!

EM M.

Yelp
I absolutely love GG's. Great ambiance. They have an amazing happy hour, view, service, and food. The food is a bit pricey and some dishes are a bit overpriced, but overall, the food quality is good.

Bel T.

Yelp
Great food, great music, and Sherina. Sherina ( hope I am spelling it correctly) she was an amazing waitress, honestly... well spoken, great recommendations and she was in time with everything and making sure we had water all of the time. I will come back to see her again.

Daniella M.

Yelp
How amazing this day was. I was racing to get to happy hour per usual. My waitress was so amazing and accommodating. I glanced the menu and place a few orders as I was waiting on my girlfriend. I ordered the most refreshing Cucumber + Basil martini it was well balanced & delicious She had a full body Cabernet wine ! I ordered a few appetizer's to start. My friend is vegan so the Califlower roast no cheese did wonders for her and my Pow! Pow! Shrimp is always juicy and satisfying for me. It was pretty busy so we moved our talents to a formal table outside just to get more comfortable; we had a lot of catching up to do. We kept it super light for dinner the Burrata & Roasted Beet Salad was elite! I'm actually crazing it now lol. I added 3 blacken Grilled shrimp and she had the Baby Greens Salad the vinaigrette dressing was really good super light. We had a round of Champagne as we watched the yachts pass by and just took in the beautiful night. Dinner or Lunch at GGs is always a great experience. You'll always see me there. Hopefully I'll see you!!

Molly R.

Yelp
Recently went here for a business dinner. Our dinner was in a side room that was incredibly loud. The food was wonderful! I always worry about gluten free food in large group meals, but the staff was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions about the food choices on our fixed menu.

Vicki R.

Yelp
The beauty of the sunset from the patio is worth a visit, but the food and service are on point too. We were promptly seated about 2 minutes after we arrived for our reservation time. There is valet parking only so be prepared for that. Once seated we were promptly introduced to our servers and warm bread arrived at the table. The bread basket included hummus as well as butter. Our drink order was taken and I tried a Sunset Martini (vodka, strawberry, pineapple). Delicious! I ordered the short ribs, and my companions ordered the swordfish, pow pow shrimp and a Caesar salad, and the large shrimp cocktail and a beet and burrata salad. I did not order the right thing. My short ribs came with mashed potatoes, broccolini, and carrots. I found the meat dry and the carrots undercooked. My companions raved about their meals however so I am not taking away 2 stars for my meal. The large shrimp cocktail was LARGE and tender and my companion raves about the burrata and beet salad. My companion's swordfish was reportedly perfectly cooked with a nice accompaniment of green beans, olives, and tomatoes. Service was exceptional with the floor manager checking in with us several times and our drinks refilled effortlessly. I would definitely return to this restaurant and try other things on the menu to give it the full 5 stars.

Alley S.

Yelp
Beautiful setting for a sunset dinner. Our server was great, very knowledgeable and attentive. Fantastic selection of daily specials. We ordered the midnight Carajillo such a fantastic well balanced cocktail, If I could've drank them all night I would've they were that good.

Andrew N.

Yelp
Good food and atmosphere. I would recommend this to friends and family coming down for vacation.

Robert V.

Yelp
Found the gem near our hotel. Packed and for good reason. Great atmosphere, outside tables on the intercostal waterway. Service was excellent. Our server was Lilly and she was attentive, knowledgeable and her suggestions were on point. We had the roast cauliflower app which was simply amazing. All of our entrees were delicious, drinks were good. I'll describe them in the pics.

Carmen B.

Yelp
This is my favorite happy hour spot. Food and drinks are great and reasonably priced from 3:30 to 6:30. Right on the intercostal so lovely view

Drg B.

Yelp
From the moment we entered the restaurant to eating on the intercoastal to having a great waitress named Tanya and the manager coming to check to see if everything was OK. I haven't been to GiGI's in a long time and it's still amazing!

Vincent

Yelp
Great food great drinks, exceptional service, but a little overpriced for what they offer

Keith M.

Yelp
What an amazing meal, from beginning to end!! I took my co-worker for an experience and a fabulous meal. My server was very accommodating when I explained I was in no rush and wanted to enjoy my experience before sunset. We shared the baratta beet salad. That could have been a meal in and of itself. The dressing was incredible. The bread with homemade hummus complemented the salad. The Alaskan King crab legs were over the top steamed perfectly. They were soft and melted in my mouth, unlike places that over cook them where they come out rubbery and tough. A big shoutout to Susan, the manager and staff dealing with parents not watching their kids while the rest of the customers on the deck were probably wanting the same experience as me. Susan came over, introduced herself and offered a very sincere apology. THAT went a long way. The staff was very attentive and I never felt rushed or neglected. I loved how the staff stopped for just a second to watch the sunset to admire it's beauty. I believe you get what you pay for. It's one of those special restaurants that you leave with an experience you will never forget!

Monique Y.

Yelp
If I could afford to eat here weekly I would! The views at night are amazing! The lighting also makes a difference! Service was beyond 5 stars! Our waiter recommended dishes that did not disappoint! I had the seafood stew and I loved everything about it. The broth was not too thick and it was packed with shrimp, lobster, scallops, mussels and fish! I ordered with a side of jasmine rice to soak up the broth. For an appetizer I ordered the pow pow shrimp and it was super tasty. Shrimp was crispy on a bed of slaw with peppers. The crunch paired with the sweetness of the shrimp was a perfect combination! The hazelnut cake was amazing!!! I was super full and still trying to eat everything! Drinks were pretty nice as well! Ordered a mojito! Prices are a bit high but I think worth it for a good date night!

Amy P.

Yelp
Delightful! Intimate ambiance and romantic feel inside seating. Excellent cold drinks, dinner options are plentiful and our selections were much enjoyed. Appetizers good but not impressed. Kudos for the fresh selections served. Will come again. Pricey.

Edna S.

Yelp
Went there for brunch the service the ambience and food was great if u in mood of good home made food close to home this the place to go cocktail was good so was their coffee and cappuccino they have something for every one

Cindy B.

Yelp
I always enjoy coming here for lunch! The oysters are always fresh, octopus cooked correctly, and not chewy, I love their tacos and the service is always good. The wait staff is nice and friendly and to top it off I get to enjoy a good meal while sitting next to the water.

Deborah W.

Yelp
Food was exceptional. Presentation made it more enjoyable and the portions were large. Wedge salad, shrimp cocktail, drinks were on the mark. New York Strip steak and seafood bouillabaisse exceptional. Waiter Andreas did a wonderful job explaining the choices slo g with recommendations. His service was excellent. The ambiance made it more beautiful along the waters edge. A beautiful night.

Vanessa V.

Yelp
Hosted a 17 person dinner. The manager Susan was exceptional, very accommodating and resourceful. The food was good, drinks were good, place had a nice ambience, indoor and outdoor, good and area, would just ask for stronger air conditioner. It was hot. But would go back. Martinis were also on point

Michael C.

Yelp
Have been here several times. All for the atmosphere, happy hour and great food. GG's has changed significantly. I have had two instances that told me everything I need to know about how this place is run and that management doesn't give a hoot about their clientele. Some months ago, my wife and I were sitting at the outside bar and the 2 people next to us were chain smoking in our face. Yes it was the outside bar, but it's crowded and tight and under cover. They should not allow smoking out there. It was disgusting. I went to the manager and told him my concerns. All he had to say was "Smoking is allowed at the outside bar". No concern or empathy about how I felt and we had to eat with people blowing smoke in our face. That is the extent of his concern. Nothing else to say. In fact he had quite the attitude. Tonight was the last draw when my wife and I took my sister in law for dinner and sat outside. I ordered the 1 pound Alaskan King Crab Legs at market price. Usually marker price is $65-70.00 so I never hesitated. The waitress never warned me about how their management was going to rip me off for $135.00 A POUND. Yes you read that right. Was shocked. And for a table of 3 people, they tacked on an automatic 18 percent tip. I went to the manager and he "kindly" offered me desert on the house. LMAO. WE ALREADY HAD DESERT I told him. So he asked me if I WANTED TO TAKE MORE HOME??? He was insulting as he reminded me that the Alaskan King Crab Legs are "Market Price". So all that I heard was "market price" was their liscence to rip their clientele off. I know what Market Price means Don't insult me and don't use your Market Price to tip me off. Typical establishment that forgets where they came from and forgets who supports them. Yea. 7 years ago, my 4 star Review still stands amoung others that are were good. But today GG's has changed. It is not the place it used to be and I have no intentions of spending 435.00 on a dinner for 3 people. I only had 3 glasses of wine. I will never be back here. I can get the same view from Billy's or others on the intercostal. Thanks for your concerns.

Carol K.

Yelp
GG's Waterfront has some of the best service, food and views in the area. It is always on my list of places to take out of towners as they always treat my guests so well they can't wait to come back another time. And if you want a great server, ask for Brandy. Brandy works in the bar so if you ask to be seated up there, there is a strong likelihood that she will be your server at the tables and you won't be disappointed. She's quick with pouring you a great drink, has tons of suggestions as to what you should try on the menu or the daily specials, but the really incredible thing is she can take an entire table's worth of orders, not write anything down and then deliver on EXACTLY what everyone at your table ordered. How she does that I don't know, but she is an amazing server who seems to love what she does. I ask for her everytime we come in! The food is also great. As one in my party said the other night, "this is the best steak I have had in S. Florida" and I must admit, they are pretty good! They also have some tasty apps like the crab and avocado toast, the spicy octopus and their raw bar is also very good. The menu has a wide range of items from entree salads, to steaks, chicken and fish to those daily specials that are always delicious (try the snapper if its on the specials menu). They make most of the food on site, even the sauces, and it shows. And those rolls served with hummus? Delicious! And the ambiance is also nice. Located on the Intracoastal, you can sit out back right on the water and watch the sun set or inside in more of a dark, supper club ambiance. I prefer outside and on some nights (Sunday's for sure) they have live music in their bar which also makes for a fun night to sit there after dinner and enjoy the music. If you drive they have valet parking out front for $6. Also make a note that they automatically put 18% tip on your bill. Some of the servers tell you up front, others do not. So if you are looking for a place that is sure to please everyone in your group, check out GG's Waterfront.

Yelp
If you love seafood, this is the perfect place for you! Beautiful interior and view of the water. Fresh seafood tower and desserts. Service was good with plenty of staff clearing tables, refilling water and making sure they give you space when needed. Restaurant is a little more expensive but worth it!

Yelp
Excellent start to New Year! Everything was delicious and the service impeccable. Salmon was well cooked and delicious. The cauliflower appetizer with Harissa and pepitas - so yummy! And the Banana Foster bread pudding- outstanding! Our friends enjoyed their meals and the open faced short rib, quite amazing.

Yelp
GG's Waterfront is a dream if you are into small bites and divine cocktails. A waterfront staple in Hollywood, the menu has received frequent updates throughout the years. One thing remains the same: the apps are top notch. I used to dine here for special occasions years ago and visited GG's Waterfront for the first time after many years. The restaurant still has the same charm and great service. Unfortunately, the entrees do not match up to the appetizers and small bites. My favorites are the pow pow shrimp and mango matcha shaker.

Yelp
Great atmosphere for a holiday dinner. Was promptly greeted by the host and directed to my table. The seafood tower for a group was a great starter and didn't disappoint with oysters, shrimp, stone crab, tuna tartare, and lobster. The sea bass for the main was lovely, but the rice underneath was a bit over sauced though and was soggy. Still a great meal and ambiance.

Yelp
Went to GG's for happy hour while on my annual trip to south Florida. It is a convenient location right across from Costa Hollywood Beach where I stay. GG's is located on the intercoastal and you'll want to get there early to secure a table outside by the water. Plus, happy hour is only for the outdoor bar area. We had the sunset martini which was delicious and well flavored. So much so, that we kept going with those for the duration of the happy hour. The service was impeccable, the ambiance is excellent and the views of the inter-coastal and boars traveling by can't be beat. GG's is a must try when in south Florida, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
GiGi's Waterfront Restaurant truly offers a dining experience like no other. As soon as you step into this charming establishment, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a memorable meal. The true highlight, however, is the breathtaking view of the boats gracefully navigating the inner coastal, creating a serene backdrop that complements the exquisite cuisine. Speaking of cuisine, a standout dish that simply must be mentioned is the Pow Pow Shrimp. This delightful creation is a testament to the kitchen's commitment to flavor and quality. Each bite of the shrimp is a perfect harmony of texture and taste, leaving you wanting more. It's no wonder this dish comes highly recommended and has become a favorite among patrons. Whether you're here for a casual meal or a special occasion, GiGi's Waterfront Restaurant delivers an experience that is both gastronomically satisfying and visually enchanting. It's a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy great food with a view that's equally impressive.

Yelp
So the last time we came was over 3 years ago. Pre pandemic. This place has always been good and known for its service, food and Sunday buffet brunch Very happy to report that although they did away with the buffet brunch, the food is still as good as before, great service and the place has held up very well. If it a a beautiful day, request to be seated outside so you can enjoy the amazing view of the intracoastal and enjoy the boats that are traveling up and down on it. We went for Mother's Day brunch and it did not disappoint. The bakery board was good. It came with freshly made sconce, a small quiche and a raspberry muffin, bread with icing on top. The French toast was delicious. It was four sticks that were light yet crispy with raspberry compote and came with maple syrup on them. Service was friendly, always with a smile and very knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
We met some friends here for dinner. It was a five star experience all around. We'd been here before -- years ago for a Yelp event. And dinevgirkfriebds took me here for lunch one time (my last review). Ur I had t been here for dinner before. Our friends made the reservations to sit outside on the deck. That's usually not our choice, but there was a light breeze. And the vied of the water, the boats, and the sunset, made it spectacular. Just like being on an island vacation. We had very good professional service. And the food came out much faster than expected considering the restaurant was absolutely packed. They brought warm -- just out of the oven -- rolls in a napkin covers basket. Along with a dish of hummus for dipping. Don't be afraid to ask for more of each. We did! And skipped an appetizer. I order their cioppinoo after looking at photos on line. It had a half lobster which was supposed to be Maine but was a half Florida lobster with an added shelled Maine lobster claw. Then there were mussels, clams, calamari, shrimp, and fish (salmon today). All the seafood was in a delicious light tomatoey broth that was so flavorful. Make sure you get a spoon! My husband had their short ribs. The meat was fork tender with a very rich dark brown gravy -- all on top of whipped potatoes with fingerling carrots and broccoli rabe. He was in heaven. Our friends both got salmon -- cooked medium -- over baby greens. Healthy and delicious. We were too full for dessert, but an espresso was in order. All in all a very lovely dinner made more so with great company. PS the only caveat is the free valet parking. It's season. The beach is packed as is the restaurant -- and it does take a while to park your car here. Luckily, getting the car on the way out was easy and fast.

Yelp
This is a great place to go for happy hour or to enjoy a good meal. Directly on the intracoastal it offers a variety of plates during happy hour. We tried some oysters, calamari, sliders, corn on the cob and tuna tartare and everything was delicious. We finished with tiramisu which was very fresh and tasty. For cocktails we had a spicy watermelon mojito which was very refreshing for this hot days in Miami. If you want to relax and enjoy a nice view of the water I definitely recommend you come here either for happy hour or even for dinner. Service is also excellent. There is only valet parking option unless you want to park on the street across the A1A and you still have to pay for parking.

Yelp
Good food, great service and off the water? What more can you ask for? Anytime I'm home visiting, I end up coming in for lunch or brunch because the food and service are consistent. And there's never a wait. The restaurant is huge so you can opt between the inside or out. I always tend to choose an outside table to enjoy the breeze and watch the boats pass by. On this last visit, I didn't order a cocktail on the menu but had the waiter to tell the bartender to create something with lime juice, simple syrup and mint. They tried. I was more so wanting a mock-tail which I didn't see on the menu. So yeah. Two visits ago, I had this amazing lobster chowder that I rave about to everyone but on this visit, they had butternut squash soup. Who serves butternut squash soup in March? TF!? So disappointing. Hopefully they bring it back. Anywho, I ordered the crab avocado toast as my entree and ate every bite. The dish itself is chilled so make sure to adjust your expectations. I saw many ppl ordered an latte which looked amazing so I've added that to my list on my next visit.
