"Ghost Pizza Kitchen is the sibling to Ghost Sando, one of the Unfortunately, Ghost Pizza Kitchen doesn’t meet the high expectations of their sando operation. This Beverly Grove shop has New York and Detroit-style slices, both of which come soggy and greasy after they’re reheated. There’s a decent “Phoenix” slice drizzled in a spicy buffalo-ranch sauce, and plenty of vegan options. But apart from landing like a gut bomb, these slices are recommendable in the same way TGIF is recommendable after a bad day.  " - Sylvio Martins

Google
First off they participate in this amazing app called Too Good To Go which allows people to buy a mystery box at the end of the day so they don’t have to throw out/waste food! That right there makes this place pretty awesome The pizza slices were nice big slices and not too thick which I like And the building is really cute and brightly colored and on a fun street! If only they served beers or alcohol of some sort

Google
I was craving some pizza and this place caught my eye. I love the colors and design elements of the store. I was very happy to see a lot of specialty slices available. They could have just stuck with pepperoni or cheese but they had about a dozen different slices available. The dough was great. The sauce was tangy and tasty. Overall, quite happy with this spot.

Google
Great fresh pizza with plenty of vegan options. Yay! Lovely service as well. The crust was thin as promised but the bottom was a tad bit too dark to my taste (over baked?). My kids also enjoyed the pizza, and the slices are well sized and reasonably priced.

Google
I would give the pizza 7.5/10! No this is not the best pizza in LA, but yes it definitely hits the spot when you are craving a quick slice of pizza. The setup makes it super easy to go in and out with a good quality slice in under 5 minutes!! They have some other unique specialty slices that I would try in the future and I would definitely come back. The service is also really good, the workers are very kind.

Google
I actually found this place, Ghost Pizza, through an app called Too Good To Go. HIGHLY recommend you dowoad the app but also read the business and mission statement behind the app. Because I had ordered my food through the Too Good To Go app, my food took all of 3 minutes to collect and hand over to me. The young lady working there was especially nice and friendly. The place was nearly empty but it was between 8pm and 8:30pm when I arrived. There was almost no parking so I parked on side street where the light was in a red section knowing I wouldn't be there long. All in all, I would visit again... app or no app.

Google
This was some damn good pizza. I tried the Marg Pizza and the Phoenix. Marg Review: The thinness of the crust gave it a satisfying crunchy but the end was still doughy and dusted with parmesan cheese. The sauce was some of the freshest I’ve had in a pizza, it tasted like a simple well-made tomato sauce. I feel like some more herbs and spices could’ve amplified the flavour even more! The mozzarella was so warm when it came out that I had a couple good cheese pulls. Phoenix Review: This slice has the same crunchy crust that I loved but I preferred the simpler flavours of the other pizza. Having the buffalo sauce as the base made it lack sauce which is probably my favourite part of a pizza. The toppings were good and I enjoyed the flavour of it overall, I just would’ve made it spicier and saucier. Overall, this is a great pizza place, which walk in slices range from $3-5.50. It’s affordable and delicious!

Google
One of the Best Pizza Joints in LA. Have been waiting for their reopening. I was definitely not disappointed. All you Pizza Lovers need to try this place out.

Google
Amazing pizza and wings( with the Buffalo ranch and sweet chili sauce...mmm)! Originally from NYC and finally found a NY style pizza place that tastes like Home after so much searching! Service was great and the presentation from the window front to the box packaging was perfect! Would most def go back!

Yelp
The garlic knots alone were worth the trip. I ordered online and the service was faster than estimated. They were out of the drink I ordered and called me right away to offer a replacement. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a cute little store front on a busy part of Melrose. Definitely coming back.

Yelp
"The Difference is in the Dough" so says their website. I agree, but I think they missed big: the toppings were okay, but the crust on all three pizzas was doughy and dense. I called ahead to minimize wait times to cook three Detroit Style pizzas, the person on the phone told me on the phone it would take 45 minutes AND since it was a big order they wouldn't start cooking it until we arrived. We asked if they could start it since we were so close (15 minutes out) and they agreed to. We arrived and ended up having to wait 55 minutes for our pizza. I don't believe they started early and/or you can't trust their quotes times. The ambiance is very much pick up only. There are benches and countertops for eating your pizza but the place does not feel warm or inviting. At best everyone who ate the pizza said it was okay. Think twice about this place.

Yelp
I used to live closer to Prince Pizza in Arts District (my old spot for pizza), but I moved closer to this pizza place and this one is delicious!! I love how crunchy the crust is and the pepperonis. I tried two slices: Ohana and the pepperoni (Detroit Style) pizzas. Also, I ordered a box of hot wings. My mouth is watering as I'm writing this review... I def recommend this place. I got lucky with parking so just the careful with parking signs. Plus, this place has sodas that are waaay better than your regular sodas. Service was friendly too! The outside artwork of the kitchen is pretty cool too!

Yelp
We normally order takeout from the Burbank location, but we were in the Fairfax District area so we popped in for a slice. It was around 7pm, but the poor guy behind the counter seemed flustered. We asked him a simple question, like what was on a particular slice, and he said he didn't know and pulled out the menu for us to look at. The menu isn't up anywhere. We heard another guy ask about the sausage on one of the other pizzas, and the employee did the same thing to him. Mostly this is a hub for Doordash, Grubhub, and UberEATS deliveries. It's not very walk-in friendly. That being said, Ghost kitchen pizza is super scrumptious. The pizza speaks for itself!

Janice S.

Yelp
I placed a too good to go order as my son had a track and field meet nearby. First time trying it out, and we weren't disappointed. We got 3 slices and a drink and also ordered their garlic knotts while waiting.

Ron L.

Yelp
Slid over to one of the most interesting streets in LaLaLand- Melrose Avenue for a Gluten Free Ohana pizza. I ordered the pie to go and poured myself a Stubborn pineapple creme soda, which was a first. I sat inside at the window seat and watched the coming and going of those getting whole pies or slices. Still no GF slices served anywhere, but this large tasty pie with pepperoni and pineapple is very large and lasted 3 meals. When I got it I decided I had to chow a couple slices so next door the owner of Ghost owns the hip sandwich shop and they have two tables on the sidewalk facing the street & Fairfax High. On Sundays there is a large flea market at the high school so there was a lot to see. Excellent crust formed by the New York owner bringing the water from New York that helps make the proper chewy crust for pizza. Well played Ghost.

Renee P.

Yelp
I'm saddened to read the owner's negative comments of Yelper's reviews. But, I guess with his attitude it's impossible to make good food. Excellence starts at the top!

Yelp
Hmm. I decided on this place because it has a great Yelp rating and reviews that made be immediately say "must try delicious pizza now!" This didn't taste like NY pizza to me. But I got ahead of myself, because I ordered it to be delivered. So let's start there. By the time it got here it was not hot, more like lukewarm, at best. That could absolutely have an effect on my review, fyi. Partially anyway. Got one cheese and one half sausage, half mushroom mix and green peppers. They went heavy on mushroom mix, I regret getting the mix thoroughly, I should have just had regular mushrooms. I love mushrooms and figured why not ramp it up, but this was overwhelming and too "earth" flavoured. Did not taste like pizza, and the ratio of green peppers was very off. There were not many peppers at all, so the mushroom taste overwhelmed everything... I could smell it as soon as I opened the box. Somewhat like the smell of mushrooms when they are going bad. Both pizzas super greasy. Quintessential NY in that respect. But being not warm, it was a weird grease. The cheese pizza was good. But cold. The sausage (I had a nibble to try, but I don't typically eat pork) was good. Strange texture, almost like shaved slivers ground sausage...*if* that was actually a thing, but good. So the wait time was pretty crazy. When I ordered it said the wait was 136 min...! So I sat while my six year old whined and whined. But she's content now. Don't know what the place is like on the inside but I probably won't go in to find out. This is likely the last time I get one. I like the Hulu coloured box though. ‍

Cat L.

Yelp
Definitely recommend getting a whole fresh pie. Slices weren't warmed up and tasted soggy and old. This was a Too Good To Go pick up at 8 pm.

ExcLusIveN W.

Yelp
Surprisingly their pizza is pretty good. howdy pizza (5/5): thin crust, sweet and savory glazed. Forgot what was on it, but it tasted amazing. Detroit pizza (4/5): a bit on the greasier end, cheesy and tasted good

Mark H.

Yelp
Possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. I ordered online through their website which was outsourced to TOAST who outsourced it to Doordash. Toast included space for delivery instructions, which I typed in. 90 minutes later (as promised) the driver arrived but didn't read the instructions and called me and I missed his calls. When I called the restaurant back (as stated on their website, to "make things right," after 20 minutes with two managers, they offered me food or a refund, my choice. I took my money and told them this was the worst customer service experience I've had, and now you know about it.

Yelp
Stopped into Ghost Pizza Kitchen for a quick bite while in LA with a family member. Surprisingly we were able to get metered parking right on the street. Service was quick, staff was friendly and welcoming! They have "counter top" seating in front of their window. So we were able to sit and enjoy our pizza and people watch. I enjoyed finding this Diamond in the rough selling pizza by the slice. My GIL got a pepperoni pizza and I had the BBQ pizza. Very yummy and great quality for pizza by the slice.

Kellan M.

Yelp
This place is quite good. Pizza was very tasty, one pepperoni and one Hawaiian. The Hawaiian slice fell apart from the dough being weak but still tasty. The garlic knots were also really good. Service: awesome! There was no one working when I arrived, had to wait a bit, but then when she showed up, it was excellent service. Top notch. The inside is modern, there's bar seating, but dang it was HOT! Like sweltering inside. It was uncomfortable and I ate quickly so I could get outside. Hopefully that can be fixed because it was not fun. Bottom line: I'd go again 100%.

Yelp
Read and seen so many reviews on ghost pizza Decided to give them a try Service was fairly quick and easy The ambiance is kinda unique Very tall stools and very short stools also I got the babel slice after tip came out to 7$ and it was mediocre The ratio of ingredients are way off there is no balance/harmony.... Im a chef/cook and I've been part of the food industry for 11 years and I know quality I would rather walk down to fairfax for some good NY style pizza

Benjamin F.

Yelp
Honestly super surprised ! I ordered the same pizza couple weeks ago and it was burned and asked for extra chili flakes and Parmesan and nothing... I probably gotten the same pizza now 5-6 times here always the same one but this time something was wrong... I called several times nobody answered!

Christina D.

Yelp
The perfect Friday night includes a deep dish pepperoni pizza from Ghost Pizza Kitchen. Literally the BEST deep dish pizza in LA. We ordered with DoorDash, and it took about an hour to arrive - we live in Hollywood, so I think that's pretty fast. The garlic knots are also BOMB. My friend saw this photo on my Instagram stories, and ordered the same pizza immediately. Can't wait to order from here again!

Cherry D.

Yelp
My new favorite pizza shop in Los Angles it's so good I now love pineapple on pizza The thin pizza crust is the right amount of chewy. I've tried Ghost Pizza and love the pepperoni (spicy), the BBQ chicken, white pizza and spicy chicken. So good I can't remember the names! They have great sauces for each pizza, fresh toppings and real cheese. The shop is bright and welcoming with a staff that always greets you. It's a great pizza shop and I give it all the stars!

Yelp
Hello there Welp, we've been on a quest to find a great NY-style slice in LA since our most recent trip to NYC. My girl had read some reviews about Ghost and we thought we'd give it a shot, since they boast of having NYC-style pizza which, according to staff (as confirmed yesterday at the Melrose location), is made using water imported from NYC. So we popped in for a couple of slices that we ate on-sight to ensure freshness. We ordered two slices of cheese and one slice of Pepperoni. Welp, the pizza was very underwhelming. The warming oven behind the register was tiny and looked nothing like a more traditional pizza oven - could barely hold 4-5 slices, if that. The crust, while thin like NYC pizza, didn't have proper charring. The outside around the edges was hard (not crunchy and delicate) while the inside wasn't very flavorful or chewy. The cheese:sauce ratio was off as well...the amount of sauce they put on caused the crust to soften and sag/droop while eating. Most NYC-style pizzas have that lovely taste and essence of oregano, which was lacking on our slices; in fact, they didn't even have oregano shakers on the counters - we had to ask for it, which was surprising. I'd say that, by LA standards, it's a pretty good slice. But, judging by NYC standards, this doesn't hold a candle to any of the super HQ pizza we've eaten in the city. In fact, I'd say the pizza is more NYC-inspired than NYC-style. I have NYC roots lived their for work , have spent a lot of time their over many decades for business and pleasure. Ghost offer an a nice slice but definitely not up to snuff compared to a real NYC slice.

Malachi C.

Yelp
Great vegan pizza, nice textures, not overly greasy. The wait and cook times are long, but every bit is worth it

Dustin S.

Yelp
It's often difficult to find a quality slice of GF pizza.. Even in LA. There are a few options around, but their either as thick as a brick and weigh 30 lbs or they're actual cardboard and taste like a microwave pizza. Both are usually 35 dollars a medium as well. These guys make a damn good one. Sauces are on point, crust has crunch without being dried out, and the recipes are vast. Also they're (relatively) inexpensive compared to most of what LA has to offer in the gf dept. Thanks y'all!

Nijole T.

Yelp
The pizza is excellent! Online order was a breeze and our pizza was ready in time. All of the different crust styles were absolutely delicious, the Detroit was my favorite. Great flavors, quality ingredients, and a delicious crust. The pizzas are huge, a large can easily feed 3 to 4 people! Excellent option for the area, reheats well at home. Highly recommended!

Louie D.

Yelp
Pizza was great delivery sucked driver had the pizza half on the seat and half on the ground all toppings slid to one side see photos Grub hub was the delivery service

Alex G.

Yelp
Wow. Shocked by the good reviews here. Not sure there was anything homemade in tbt three slices I tried. Everything, including the crust, tasted like it came out of the warmer at 7-Eleven.

Shawn R.

Yelp
Ghost is still awesome. Great pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks. Lots of options in the neighborhood, they are one of our go-to take out joints.

Lowgun G.

Yelp
The best pizza in L.A. so light and crispy amazing flavor so many delicious options and perfectly done.

DJ L.

Yelp
Stopped by on my drive home from work. This place has delicious pizza! By far the best dough in town, even the crust was dang good. And the girl working the register was very friendly and nice, top notch service. It has a chill counter top ambiance. I'd 100% go back

Mark E.

Yelp
not the worst, but not very good compared to pizza options it's surrounded by. Cute branding though!

Lulu K.

Yelp
Melty, cheesy, vegan pizza that is oh so close to classic pizza!! I got the vegan pepperoni and it was so good. The texture of the pepperoni was like real pepperoni minus the fat and pork! Love the texture and taste of the dough too. It's nice crispy and think, and the layers of sauce and cheese compliment it perfectly. I will be back.

Alejandra P.

Yelp
I've had this place bookmarked on my phone for a while. As I was craving pizza, I order the Large Vegan Babel that comes with vegan sausage, beef, onions, olives. Their red sauce was good. It was decent. When I tried the pizza, it was good. But there is something missing. The toppings were AMAZING. I wouldn't changed their toppings a bit. The veggies were great and the sausage (they use Beyond Meat) was super yum! I think the issue was the vegan cheese. I felt the weird melted texture combined with lack of flavor- it didn't do it for me. I mean, it wasn't bad. Overall the pizza was good... I would just change the cheese. It is definitely a personal preference as I'm looking for a vegan pizza that tastes like the real thing! The pizza wasn't cheap, but nothing on Melrose is. I would probably order a cheese less slice if that's an option in the future. But I wouldn't go for a whole pizza again. You can only get vegan slices on the weekends- Friday- Sunday. It takes about 20 min for a takeout order to be ready. Most pizzas on their menu can be made vegan. They have outdoor seating as well. There is street parking, but it's Melrose. At the perfect time, you'll find a spot in a minute. Prime time? You'll be circling the block a few times for a parking spot.

Danielle A.

Yelp
I ordered from here with little hope that a gluten free pizza would ever meet my standards. This pizza BLEW MY MIND, it was so so delicious. the ingredients are fresh and the the sauce, oof. 10/10 highly recommend

Sandi H.

Yelp
I first tried a few slices from Ghost Pizza Kitchen after it opened on Melrose, when it was just a walk-up window -- and I was impressed. So when I had a hankering for a pizza the other night, I ordered for delivery. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The breading on the mozzarella sticks seemed baked and not fried -- soft and not crispy at all. The sticks arrived room temperature (it happens with delivery) so I popped them in the toaster oven, which helped the coating a little but not much. I really liked the flavor of the marinara they came with, but it was too chunky for dipping. The whole thing also arrived in a ridiculously large cardboard box. For the pizza, I ordered the pepperoni and added green pepper and red onion. As soon as I opened the box, I noticed that the pizza crust was very different than it had been previously. (They've also changed physical locations, so maybe they have a new pizza chef?) The crust was overcooked and dry, which was weird since the toppings were undercooked. Honestly, I couldn't eat the crust at all and just threw it out -- which I usually don't do with pizza. I'm glad that it was the "cup" style of pepperoni instead of flat slices, but overall it just had a weird taste to me. The sauce didn't taste the same as the marinara with the mozzarella sticks, and there just wasn't enough of it. When I ordered the pizza, I appreciated that I could add veggie toppings at a reasonable price. But I probably should've skipped the shaved parmesan, which just melted into the top. (An option for grated parmesan would've been nice.) I will say that when I reheated my leftovers in the toaster oven, I liked the pizza better -- but of course that made the crust even less edible. I'm not sure what happened to their dough recipe, but it's not good, sad to say.

Yelp
So many pizza places to chose from and I picked this place to grab a pie ! The name is what reeled me in. I was grabbing a pie for my son who is very specific on his sauce to cheese to pepperoni ratios ! Got a medium pepperoni but wished I tried their vegetarian as it looked bomb !! Great name great pie and a teal colored pizza box ! Amaze ballz ! Clean shop friendly service and great pie ! Next time I'm in LA I'll have to try more options. Oh and my picky son loved it he was talking about Ghost pizza all day !

Victoria L.

Yelp
If you care about eating a nice fresh pizza, do NOT rely on this place and their service, go get it yourself. We NEVER received our order tonight, though we waited over TWO HOURS for the pizza, called several times, followed Doordash delivery on the app: they sent a text saying it was delivered...big fat lie! Ghost pizza indeed: we paid for a pizza that never materialized. Great I'll get a refund but what we all needed was DINNER! GHOST PIZZA: FIRE DOORDASH! And do better - your customer service is awful.

Melissa G.

Yelp
I wish I took photos before I devoured all the food. I have had many margarita pizzas in my time but I have to say theirs is a top favorite for me. I love their wide range of topping choices and their salads are best I have had yet from any pizzeria. You usually can expect a chunky chef's salad from most other pizza joints..nothing special but at Ghost Pizza Kitchen they care about the salad taste as much as they do their creative and delicious list of pizzas. I would definitely recommend others try this pizza place. And the Eden pizza, with a bit of customization to the order I was even able to "trick" my kids into eating at least some of the veggies. Their garlic knots are a pretty good size and good portion size on the mozzarella sticks too. I also ordered the wings and they are well sauced and plump (and by that I just mean not dry and over cooked like I have gotten at a few other places). I personally went for the mango habanero. If you aren't a big fan of spice don't worry there don't have too strong a kick but still very flavorful. I even noticed they have broccoli as a topping choice; so maybe I can custom make the pizza from the Disney movie Inside Out because with Ghost Pizza Kitchen their selection has a wide enough range I can actually do that. The only thing I didn't notice from ordering online was the option for making a small or personal pizza. (Maybe if I called or went in store it would be possible..I'd have to check on that). I look forward to ordering from here again anytime I'm in a pizza mood.

Sage K.

Yelp
I LOOOOVE this place. The pizza is divine. From the thin crust to innovative ingredients and some thick square pieces now everyone has to go to ghost! My favorite is the Howdy pizza, a leveled up bbq chicken pizza! It's out of this world! The golden bbq sauce is tangy and heavenly! I also recently fell in love with the thick square cut of cheese. I don't like cheese pizza but I love this one! They also have a great eggplant pizza for veggie lovers like me! The vegan options are great! The cheese actually melts!!!!!!! This place is the bomb.com everyone has to try! 100/10

Emily L.

Yelp
Vegan and gluten free pizza!!! Brilliant & delicious! Thank you for offering it--and making it taste great. It's often hard to eat out or order delivery with my dietary restrictions -- but I know there will always be my Ghost Pizza!

Alek B.

Yelp
The worst pizza ever Why you even trying Not cool charge so much and suck Never again

Sara K.

Yelp
Average. Tried two types of pizza for carry out. One classic pie and one Detroit style. The classic one (combo) was average. The Detroit style pepperoni had an extra cheese crust that made everything super greasy and heavy. It wasn't horrible but I Won't order again. In the end, even average pizza is fine cuz it's pizza...

Evonna Annove' W.

Yelp
Ordered the conscious vegan pizza. Says it has Beyond Italian sausage and with the picture to match. Even added extra sausage for $1. I got the massive pie and it was beyond beef crumbles. I've been vegan for 5 years now and the beyond vegan crumbles are not the same as the Italian sausage nor do they have the same flavor. We literally had to pick off the meat I paid extra for. I felt the pizza tasted pretty good with the new follow your heart cheese and I'm so happy about it ! I disliked that's cheese at first. But it's very misleading to customers spending their money not to say exactly what you're putting on their pizza. It's the difference between someone actually wanting it or not. Those crumbles are definitely a personal preference. I wouldn't have put it on that pizza and would've chosen all veggie. Your pizza is delicious otherwise! It's the choice I would've liked for my money. I called today to confirm the crumbles and I wasn't met with pleasantry regarding simple miscommunication from their end. Just it is what it is... you're welcome for the info smh

Anonymous B.

Yelp
The pizza was really good, and they have a lot of vegan options both with vegetables and imitation meat. I had my first pepperoni pizza in two years here. The pizzas are pretty big, and somewhat thin so it gets cold pretty fast. We picked it up a little late and some of the toppings were cold, so you should definitely get there right away.

Erika R.

Yelp
Everything was indifferent. The hours-old pizza, the staff, the air-conditioning, the 8 tiny stools you can balance on. No bathroom. With so many good options in LA, this is disappointing.

Alex V.

Yelp
I thought no one would beat Prime Pizza in pizza-by-the-slice game, but Ghost totally did it. I've tried almost all pies they have and love all of them. Everything tastes fresh and just right, so this is my to-go spot now if I have a cheat day or a bad mood and feel like pizza will lift my spirits. There's seating outside, which is shared with some other places next door, but there's usually a spot. We've also tried delivery from their website a couple of times and it came super fast. Highly recommend, if you are a fan of Prime - give Ghost a chance and you'll be hooked.

David M.

Yelp
I walked into this place to get lunch today and upon arriving and walking in realize there was no pricing on anything no pricing on the menu no pricing on the board in the back no pricing on the slices in front. No slices on the flyer on the countertop. I asked about pricing then I was told well it depends on what toppings are on the pizza. Some of us have corporate cards to use for lunch and we have to use an exact amount. Don't have 10 minutes to discuss what toppings cost how much money on premade pizza slices in a window. It should be a very simple process four dollars for cheese, five dollar for toppings, six dollar for specialty whatever the pricing is it would just be nice to know ahead of time and not have to guess.

Uli V.

Yelp
Honestly such a refreshing pizza experience. The deep dish squared pepperoni pizza was so flavorful, cheesy and it was baked to perfection. Their mozzarella sticks were crunchy, cheesy and delicious with the marinara sauce. It was my first time trying them out and it's safe to say I've been telling friends and family all about the experience.

E S.

Yelp
Crappy salad & crappy service! I waited 15 mins for this salad. There was only 1 other customer in the place and somehow this masterpiece took that long. I swear the workers were stoned out of their goards. They has no idea what was going on. So disappointing to pay $10 for a salad that was supposed to be loaded in toppings and it was light as a feather.

Justin N.

Yelp
Holy. Fucking. Shit. This pizza, you guys.. it's flat out delicious. Walking around our new neighborhood we stumbled onto Ghost Pizza Kitchen and all I can say is lucky, lucky us. We spotted vegan options on the menu and after a few minutes chatting with Ben, the owner, it was obvious he handles their vegan operation with an utmost level of respect. Most pizza spots, when catering to vegans, just have Daiya in the fridge which they swap in for dairy cheese which is lame because A) Daiya is trash and B) they're not thinking about how the pizza will taste with Daiya. At GPK they've got Follow Your Heart which is SO much better than Daiya plus an in house vegan ricotta that's so rich, so savory, it works on pretty much everything. GPK has built custom pizzas they know will work well with the vegan cheeses they have available and it really, really shows. My wife's favorite option is the Voodoo: garlic olive oil, vegan mozzarella, rainbow carrots and kale, onion, sweet potato, house vegan ricotta and a balsamic drizzle that pulls the whole thing together like the rug from Big Lebowski. Fucking fantastic, it's a perfect crust with healthy ingredients that shine. Hi, my name is Justin and I'm a garlic addict. I'm zero days garlic sober and like to keep it that way so I flex on the Lucky which is a combo of garlic knot sauce, vegan mozz and parmesan, the house ricotta and a green garlic drizzle that will have you smelling like a garlic bomb from a mile away (which I'm totally fine with). We've also torn into the Conscious which piles on veggies along side Beyond Sausage plus we've tried a few of their salads and the vegan meatballs. GIMME MORE. I've yet to have anything other than a brilliant 5 for 5 experience at GPK. And when you have an owner like Ben who truly seems to give a shit about the food he puts out including love for the Los Angeles vegan population there's just no downside. When Ben is off duty I've had the pleasure of chatting with Matt and Ryan while snagging to-go and they are equally friendly dudes. I go on little neighborhood jogs and like to pop by and see how the shop is doing because I want them to stay right where they are and never leave the neighborhood because I want to eat this pizza forever. There's so much more to the menu that I need to dig in on. And we will. My wife has lived in LA most of her life and she said Ghost Pizza Kitchen is straight up the best pizza in Los Angeles. And this is coming from someone who knows pizza, has had pizza all over the city over 30 years, brings up pizza every few days, she fucking loves pizza to the point she had an apartment for a bit above a pizzeria. So yea, she respects the sport of pizza and is ready to hand out the Gold Medal of Pizza right here to GPK. It's just too good. They sell slices individually, they got whole pies, calzones and salads and appetizers. Way too good. I want. It. ALL.

Yelp
Wow, this place has some bomb ass vegan pizzas! We arrived around 6 on a weekday and it was super easy to find parking. I wish that they had a menu posted on their wall w all the pizza options. We had to look on our phones and the the menu is not super user-friendly. It was hard trying to order. But what we ordered, the veggie garden heaven? was AMAZING! We asked to make it extra crispy and they did not really fulfill our request. Next time, because I'll definitely be going back, I will ask for it to be well done. I wish they served alcohol, at least beer, but I understand liquor licenses are expensive. I didn't try any of the sodas but they have a draft soda machine which looks super cool. The lady who served us was super nice, I had asked about/described a specific vegan meat item and she claimed it was veg sausage and when I opened the pizza it wasn't sausage. Oh well.. gotta order again & try another type of veg meat. Hence, having a menu listed would be very helpful, with pictures.

Yelp
After having lived in NY for a few years I always take the phrase 'NY Style' pizza with a huge grain of salt. However, I was in the mood for some non-chain pizza and saw Ghost as a nearby option. I ordered the Babel, thinking the price was a little steep for a large pie, but I had a Doordash credit so it wasn't too bad. I went to go pick up and I had to wait a little bit longer than the ETA, I was a little annoyed but I figured out why it took so long/the price. They definitely have that slice shop vibe down and after seeing the ones they had one display could see why: the slices are definitely size authentic. Their pies are reflective of that size; I'm pretty certain that their boxes are custom made-not just because of the cool logo and color but it had to fit their ginormous pies. I had to put it in the backseat, it was that large. I'll be honest, it's not that difficult for me to polish off a 'large' pizza from a chain restaurant; every pizza is a personal pizza if you try hard enough and all that. GPK's pizzas are not personal pizzas at all and besides portion sizes it was really tasty as well, tons of meat and olives in there. So much so that when I had a guest come over I thought a pizza from Ghost would be a good choice. He's also a big eater so I ordered wings as well, thinking it would at least be ok. I did have to wait a little longer than expected. I got the exact same pizza so of course as great as I expected but the wings! There were a few runts in the litter but the taste of it was terrific! A decent amount of heat-and you can tell they're tossed with a generous dollop of butter in addition to the hot sauce. Really my only gripes are their ETAs being on the conservative side-seriously, what's another 5-10 minutes and that some of their wings are on the small side.

Yelp
My co-worker was ordering lunch for a couple of people & I decided to join and order too. I was trying to be healthy and was about to order a large salad, but then I looked at pictures of the pizza and couldn't resist. Also, the price for a drink, pizza, and salad was equivalent to a salad soooo why not!!! I got the Phoenix & it was DELICIOUS!!! I ate it so fast I wanted another slice! The lunch special was so cheap! :) Can't wait to order again :)
