Me and my husband made reservations for our anniversary here and had the best experience! Everything from the service to the food and even the little details were perfect. Patricia was our waitress and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Gave us wonderful recommendations. She even gave us a free dessert at the end of our meal since we told her we were celebrating! Such a great time, we’ll definitely be back.

I took my mother here for her birthday. Our server was wonderful he sang happy birthday to her. He was a really nice guy. I their new location at Gibson Mill this restaurant seems more roomy. The food was delicious especially their bread and appetizers. The pasta was delicious too my mother really liked her dish.

Google
Nice place, great food, but from watching the room, we got the short end of the stick on the service. I’d definitely go there again, I’d just be more selective with who waited on my table (definitely not that guy.) Oh, I was a little iffy about going when Google noted it as a $$$ restaurant, I’d say it’s more of a $$+. Try it out for yourself! Ok, update. Just went back last night (5/25/25) with a couple friends and had the dining experience I was expecting on my first visit! Patricia, our waitress, was great and made sure we had an exceptional experience. Our meals were top notch. The 1/2 duck w/raspberry bbq sauce special was excellent!! To top it all off, we got to meet the owners on our way out! Very nice people! Oh yes, we’ll be back for sure! Thank you, Patricia, for your spot-on service and friendliness!

I have been here many times (old and new location) and the food and experience always gets better and better. This time, Patricia F was our server and she was absolute magic! I never know what wines to order and she explained it perfectly for me and loved the bottle I ordered! Our food was delicious as usual and i got the special since I have had everything on the menu! Highly recommend for everyone! Welcome to Concord!

Google
Italian Restaurant – Decent, But Not Worth the Hype We visited this spot around 6 PM, and while the food was decent, it didn’t quite live up to the reviews — especially considering the price. There were very limited menu options, and surprisingly, no pizza since this location doesn’t have an oven. That was a bit disappointing for an Italian place. Also, it was uncomfortably hot inside, which affected the overall dining experience.

Exploring the world one plate at a time! We sat at the bar at Gianni’s Trattoria and had a great experience. The bartender and owner were both incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They gave us great menu recommendations, and their enthusiasm really added to the night. We started with the calamari, which came with a spicy Fra Diavolo sauce—it had a nice kick and was cooked perfectly. But the standout appetizer was their pan-roasted wild mushrooms on grilled bread. Rich, creamy, and packed with flavor—easily one of the best bites of the night. For mains, we had the orecchiette with sausage and chicken, which was hearty and satisfying. But the real star was the tagliatelle with scallops and shrimp in a creamy, bold sauce. The flavors were luxurious and perfectly balanced—an unforgettable dish. Gianni’s delivers not just great food, but genuine hospitality. A must-visit if you’re looking for quality Italian with a personal touch.

Google
My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day and it truly did not disappoint. This has been our favorite dining experience since moving to Concord a few years ago. The food was very flavorful and delicious, the drinks were very good. The service was incredible too especially considering it was such a busy night. My husband is counting down the days until we can go back.

Google
For the price it is, the ribeye was burnt. But that wasn’t the only reason for me to come here to comment. The server offered to split our bowl of pasta between the two of us and we were appreciative that she was helping us by putting the pasta in two separate bowls, however we then realized after receiving our bill that we got hit with a “split” charge of $5. Additionally, there are no refills on the soda was $3.5. I wish there was more clarity with the service instead I walked out feeling like I was scammed.

Yelp
We had an amazing experience here for my youngest son's birthday. We made a reservation even for a Monday night, just to be sure, and glad we did. Restaurant was very busy shortly after we arrived and was busy the whole time. They do have outside seating but it was a bit too hot to sit outside. Bradley was our server, and I must say, one of the best service we have had anywhere. He talked about specials, brought drinks promptly, came to the table often, answered questions about the menu, etc. Really impeccable service. We started with the French onion soup, mista mixed salad, and arancini rice balls. All delicious. The rice balls were not overly hot, very warm, but it made for quick eating. I don't like my food overly hot, so it was fine by me. For our entrees we had the Melanzane, Cavatelli Frianelli, Shrimp Francaise, and the Nona Manicotti. The Melanzane was extremely unique and delicious. The birthday boy devoured it. Just amazing. The cavatelli was a little spicy as per the menu stated, but not too hot to eat it. I loved the shrimp francaise. I enjoyed a glass of Pinot Grigio with the dish, so good. The shrimp were enormous and lightly battered. I really enjoyed it. Most of us took home our meals, as the portions were large and filling. Dessert was just as impressive. Birthday boy got a cannoli, we tried the salted caramel cheesecake, triple layer chocolate cake, and the limoncello sponge cake. All delicious and we even took home the desserts. Very large and quite filling. Prices are fair for the quality and service here. The ambiance is very rustic Italian and quite unassuming from the outside. We had a great night and the birthday boy was very happy. Thank you!

Yelp
Another amazing delicious meal! I only wish they gave us larger portions so I would have left overs for the next day. We made reservations at the bar for Friday night. We had some great bartenders. We started with the Arancini which my husband loved the last time. And we had some cocktails I had the limoncello spritz and my husband had an okay old fashioned. Our wine made up the drinks. For dinner. I had the gnocchi with the shrimp. And my husband had BROOKLYN STYLE "BROCCOLI & MACARONI" with the shrimp. Needless to say we finished both our dishes. We could have used more bread throughout the meal. I wish they didn't run out of tiramisu. I had the special berry crème brûlée it was okay but I should have gotten something else. My husband had the caramel cheesecake which was good. And to finish the meal I had the best espresso martini in concord! Can't wait for another date night here

Yelp
This place is amazing! Went there last nice with a huge party, there were 17 of us. We walked in and were greeted at hostess station, seated promptly and everything went smoothly with our reservation. We had an awesome waitress, who was very good at explaining the menu items, and answering questions. Even though there were so many of us, all the staff was very professional and helped each other out and we never had to ask for more water, they were checking on us and on it! The place is very clean and beautifully decorated. It's very rustic and classy inside, with gorgeous, dimmed lighting and lots of space for customers. There are giant tables available for large parties, with was perfect for us!!! Our appetizers and food were amazing! Everything that came out was very fresh tasting and high quality, certainly worth the money! I personally tried the calamari app with spicy sauce...it was perfectly breasted and seasoned!! The sauce was fantastic! I also had the special pasta for the evening, it was chicken rigatoni with mushrooms and cheese. So delicious and I'm so glad I tried it! My husband got the lasagna and we also tried the Caesar salad! Everything was so good!!!! No complaints at all!!! We also ordered desserts...the Mexican chocolate creme brulee and the salted caramel cheesecake!! Decadent!!!!! You have to try both! I got a macchiato as well to pair with my desserts, and I highly recommend!!! We were blown away by our experience last night in the best way!!! We will be back and we will be telling everybody about this amazing gem! Thank you so much to the staff who worked so hard for our party, and especially our waitress. We thought the place stayed open until 10 and even unknowingly overstayed our welcome after they were closed, and they were still friendly and kind to us. Check the hours before you go so you don't do that, but what I'm saying is...you definitely have to try this place and anything you order will be amazing! Enjoy!!!!!

Yelp
Great service and delicious food. The best Italian in the south. I highly recommend it.

Yelp
My partner and I were on a road trip and had a craving for Italian. We pulled up Apple Maps to see what Italian Restaurants were in the area. We recently visited Italy and knew that the name seemed like traditional Italian cuisine so we headed over to Gianni's Trattoria. What a gem of a find! The menu had classic Italian meals along with some new variations. We ordered the Arancini, Nonna's Manicotti, Francaise and Creme Brûlée. Everything was absolutely delicious! The gravy for the manicotti was a little on the sweeter side but still really great! Our server was exceptional and knowledgeable of the menu and specials. The ambiance was upscale and had a nice romantic feel. If you are in the area, give Gianni's Trattoria a try!

Yelp
We bought takeout from Gianni's to celebrate our anniversary with my twin sister and her husband (We had a double wedding.), and we brought it to the rehab facility where my sister was recovering from a stroke. We bought a lasagna and two shrimp piccata. Our food was delicious, but the shrimp piccata only had 4 shrimp, one quartered artichoke heart, a modicum of pasta and some kale that looked like it might be a garnish. We paid $28 each for what amounted to two child's meals. I was excited when we walked in to pick up our meal. The restaurant looked like a fine place to eat in, but we would not eat there and pay their prices for such small portions. I was disappointed.

Yelp
We had a pretty good experience here for a large party on Father's Day on a Sunday at 6 pm. Some things we ordered: Penne a la vodka - liquidy, unpleasant Pepperoni pizza - "alright" Cheese pizza - good Four cheese prosciutto and wild mushroom pasta - delicious, flavorful Salad - good Old fashioned - drink wasn't good

Yelp
What a great Italian restaurant that is off the main path. Hidden on the older side of Concord but modernized, parking is ample. Seating will get tough once you arr8ve on a popular night. I would suggest making reservations. Service was very good, the starter salad was decent but the Spaghetti and meatballs was outstanding. The pasta was surrounded with home based marinara sauce. 2 large meatballs held great flavor with minimal fillers. The overall zest of the sauce combined with the meatballs was very flavorful. Overall, I was more impresses with the food quality than the ambiance. It will get loud with groups who have been drinking alcohol during their dinner.

Yelp
3 Strikes You're Out! Strike 1 - stopped by for a drink at Gianni's only to be told since we didn't have a reservation & couldn't go to the bar - not to dine, just to get a drink. We left...... Strike 2 - celebrating a personal achievement, we check in with the Hostess and go to the bar. Told by the Hostess after drinks and appetizers ordered, we needed to move because someone who'd spent lots of money at the restaurant over the years was coming in and we were in their seats. We moved.... Strike 3- tonight we check in again with the hostess, & told not to sit at the corner seats. We sit down at other seats at the bar, ordered drinks, appetizers and entree- then the hostess tells the bartender to get us to move because regulars were coming in. We moved rather than stiff our bill..... This same Hostess was in charge of the restaurant all 3 Strikes above...... I've traveled the world and have never been insulted, belittled or demeaned at a restaurant, as I have been at Gianni's in my hometown of Concord -- Im very sorry for the time I wasted supporting a local business...,

Yelp
Lovely atmosphere & staff BUT... over an hour to be served rather cold meals. The mancotti and our sausage pasta dish both looked as if they had been cooked & forgotten about, both meals were just warm, not piping hot as would be expected. Also was very disappointed in how bland everything was, very very little seasoning. Was hoping for a good Italian place, but really is just meh.

Yelp
Gianni's was a good experience. I was taken there by my wife for my birthday dinner and we had heard that it would be a nice place to celebrate the evening. We ordered ZUPPA DE CIPOLLA (French Onion soup) the and CLASSIC CAESAR SALAD for Insalat. Followed by the ANTIPASTO MISTO and CALAMARI FRITTI for the Antipasto course. Prima Pasta was next with NONA'S MANICOTTI. Secondi consisted of SALTIMBOCCA DI VITELLO and the CHICKEN & SHRIMP PICATTA. Desserts were the Chocolate cake and an Orange cake with Espresso. Impression: - We were pleased with the friendly staff and cleanliness of the restaurant. - The menu had a nice variety for our tastes. Satisfactory: - Service was attentive for the most part. We're pretty sure our server was reasonably new to the staff, so we made allowances as we understood everyone needs time to learn excellence. - We planned to spend 2 hours at dinner, so we did not focus on time, but the flow of courses was aligned with our plan. Therefore, plan a longer than average meal duration. Consider: - The Zappa di Cipolla (onion soup) was excellent. It was one of the evening's highlights and shouldn't be missed. - The desserts were very good. However... - SALT. Several dishes had far too much salt. The Caesar salad, Saltimbocca, and Piccata all had a saltiness that distracted us from truly enjoying the meal. Surprisingly, the onion soup had a perfect balance of seasonings. Neither of us have issues with salt in our diets, but I would warn those people watching their sodium intake to ask the staff to help them out. Overall, a good night out, but didn't capture a spot in our top 10. 3.5 of 5. Would recommend with certain cautions.

Yelp
Best Italian place in Concord! Was sad to see them leave Union but also so excited to welcome them to Gibson. Everything is so good! Salads are amazing, the spaghetti and manicotti are my favorites!

Yelp
First time eating here since they moved to the location. My husband and me both love the new cozy modern vibe. It was a fun romantic dinner date. Good Italian food and service.

Yelp
We went to Gianni's in Concord, NC, for Valentine's Day. As expected, it was a full house that night so we had a 5:00 PM reservation but had a wonderful table on the window. Keep in mind that the restaurant is in a gorgeous old building that is original to old downtown Concord. The downstairs is for fine dining (exceptional) but they serve very good pizza upstairs! We started off the evening with whiskey sours and then switched to a beautiful bottle of Argentine red wine. For an appetizer, we chose the fried, cornbread oysters. The oysters were huge....and delicious. The wine selection went perfectly with our entree selections; the veal chop and the scallops/shrimp St Jacque. For dessert, the white chocolate, raspberry creme brulet came highly recommended...and did NOT disappoint! Wowser. This an Itamisn restaurant but they have a range if entrees to suit many tast Our server, Tony, was excellent. He recently moved to Concord from New York and his Italian heritage fits this restaurant to a "T". He inquired if we wanted/needed anything throughout our dinner, without being intrusive. Great service. This restaurant is located in an old bar/restaurant that must be over 100 years old. It is a delightful place to go go with your spouse, friends/family or out of town guests. Be sure and visit before March 31st; Gianni's is moving to a new location on Concord.

Yelp
Food was great service was wonderful. Loved the ambiance and the owner was very nice to come to our table

Yelp
If you're looking for great Italian cuisine Gianni's Trattoria is the answer to your prayers! Not only is this place adorned with the old style, Italian restaurant walls and memorabilia, but the food is excellent! I have not had Italian food this mouthwatering in five years and the last time I did, I had to make a trip back to New York to get it! I ordered Chicken Franchise and it was perfectly cooked; the lemon wine and butter sauce was perfectly balanced, which complemented the chicken breast, which was tender and juicy the pasta and all of the dishes taste like theres an Italian grandmother in the kitchen cooking dinner for her family. Cooked with I met Gianni who is such a wonderful man, with a kind heart. He's such a great business owner, he treated me like family and made me promise to come back again. My friend and her husband are from out of town and always stop in to have dinner at Gianni's when they visit, and " G" treats them like family so he told me that I live here and I have no excuse to come home for dinner. I say this to say, the food, the wait staff and the atmosphere are wonderful, so stop in and order your favorite Italian dish, you'll love it! I'll be back for more...

Yelp
This is the greatest new addition at Gibson Mills ..! If you've visited in downtown #Concord before, then you HAVE TO check this out. Excellent use of space, much happier service & amazing menu options. You'll definitely see us there again soon, too...in my seat. #yum #italian #restaurant

Yelp
Great Italian Restaurant Eggplant Parmesan the best I've had! Don't miss out! Love this Restaurant!

Amy M.

Yelp
The ambiance was fabulous! The food was amazing! The service was top notch! The prices were unbelievable! We love to find local restaurants and choose only to eat at those type of establishments when we travel. This one seems to be off the beaten path but we aren't from that area so maybe not but it is one of the best places we've found for all categories mentioned at the beginning of this review. If you are considering it, GO! You will not be sorry! Thank me later!

Yelp
I went to Gianni's while on a work trip. My team of 3 were immediately greeted by chef Heather and Gianni and were quickly taken to our table. I know they recently moved locations and we had not visited the previous, but the ambiance was fun and modern. The food was fresh and flavorful. I had scallops and there is nothing worse than an overcooked scallop. They were perfectly cooked with a good sear on the outside. Will definitely return on my next visit.

Suz H.

Yelp
Food was delicious. Service was friendly. However the meal took 2 hours! Had to go to the hostess stand to remind them that we were still waiting and could use some more bread. Owner came out and gave excuses. They should have comped our drinks or something. Considering I have had a restaurant and have eaten internationally, this was really lame.

Matt C.

Yelp
Food very over priced felt very out of place, hostess was very rude and condescending. Will never return to this restaurant. Does not fit the concord nc neighborhood.

Briana B.

Yelp
My husband and I visited Gianni Trattoria's Friday and had a great experience. We didn't have reservations but, was able to get seated at the bar without any issues. The bartender was very friendly and attentive. Assuming by chance but we were able to the owner Mr. Gianni. He was extremely personable and spoke with us about experience. Lastly but most importantly, the food was AMAZING....Absolutely no complaints and we will be back!

Yelp
The service and food was the best yet in the area. Coming from a family were my mother in law cooked amazing Italian food. This place truly felt like being at her table. I recommend ordering an appetizer (mushroom dish), the baby arugula side salad to start. Dinner will be the finishing touch!!!! P.s. they have espresso!!!!

Chelish M.

Yelp
This is one of the Best Italian restaurants!! This is one of our go to spots every week! Our favorite dishes are the chicken piccata and chicken franchise, the Steak with heather sauce is out of the world! Want a bigger steak? They will cut it for you! Want a choice of sauces on it? Five different sauce choices! The ambience is great for date night! Great location to get in and out of with plenty of parking! Get a reservation! They only do reservations!! Get one now!! You will thank me for it!!

Yelp
The Margherita pizza was delish! I really need to go back there. The service was awesome & quick. Such a nicely decorated place. Italian food at its best.
google avatar

Mark C.

Yelp
Dinner was an overall success. Food quality was good, Ambiance was good, the only thing was it took quite a while for our server to come to the table initially and bring water and ask us about drinks sooner, which is why I gave only stars.
google avatar

Beth W.

Yelp
Great place, bartender was so fun and lovely to deal with. Food was amazing. We had been searching for good Italian for a couple years. Found it.

Eddie M.

Yelp
Visited Gianni's new location three times now. Disappointed with their new location. For starters, their hostess was rude on each of our phone calls to make reservations. In person, she is unsmiling, unhelpful, and officious. She wasn't having an "off" moment, this was consistent with each interaction. My husband and I commented, to ourselves, that she is EXACTLY the wrong person for a job requiring a pleasant and helpful demeanor. Once at our seat, the acoustics are very poor. The noise level on a Saturday night made it impossible to converse with people across the table from us. On each of our visits, they seated us between groups ( parties of 6-10). Perhaps the booth seating had better acoustics. However, there are only a handful of coveted booths. The tables next to us were so close to us that our chairs actually touched. We couldn't wait to get out of this overcrowded , uncomfortable situation. There are no shades yet on the huge windows, so people actually wore sunglasses as the setting sun poured into the room. My husband literally got sunburned. In preparation for our second visit, we slathered on sunscreen! We could hear many people complaining about the glaring sun and heat. We were told the shades are on order during each of our visits. How can you open an establishment with hot, NC summer sun pouring in through floor to ceiling windows and not have shades? Our servers were all friendly and apologetic for the lack of shades . They did their best to serve us professionally However, one poor server wasn't trained on how to open a wine bottle. He confessed this lack of training as he spilled some wine on us while opening the bottle. We felt sorry for him. Food was good. It's never great, but it's one of only handful of decent restaurants in the Concord area. If you were a fan of their garlic knots, they are no longer serving them as they don't have their pizza oven yet. One waiter told us it's a big expense and another told us they didn't have the kitchen space for it. So who knows if they will get one? We truly want Gianni's to succeed. We were customers at the old location for many years. The lack of good restaurants In the Concord area is a problem. We hope more competition comes to town and this will up Gianni's game.

Yelp
Honestly one of the BEST restaurants in Concord hands down!!! This locally owned business and long time head chef have perfected each scrumptious dish. The wait staff is fantastic. You should make a reservation but sometimes they can accommodate walk-ins. Only go when you have time to sit back and relax into the experience. It's not a quick service establishment. Each item you order is handcrafts and brought out to you in its own time. I'm not saying service is slow, it's just not rushed. Every time we go we say the same thing...mmmmmmmmm!!! It really is that good!!

Louis B.

Yelp
This small place really shocked me. I stopped there for a quick lunch on my way back from NJ to NC. I ordered a pizza and a calzone and they both were amazing. Definitely stopping there again.

Yelp
The best Italian I have ever had. The service here was very welcoming. The sauce was perfect in taste. It caught the very essence of Itailan. Thanks for my Lazagna. My daughter clild pick an choose her vegetables in sauce. She is Vegan an enjoyed that. My other daughter loved the chicken an pasta. She is hard to pleasr.

Yelp
Best Italian food you will find in Concord. If your going on a weekend, be sure to make a reservation as this place gets packed. We ended up sitting at the bar which the bartender was very kind and hospitable. I got the chicken and shrimp franchise which was delicious! Ate slightly on the salty side but as leftovers did not. The spinach was crispy and fried which was unique and the batter on the shrimp and chicken was perfect. My husband had a spicy sausage gemelli ricotta dish. He said I could make it better and would rather try something different next time.

Yelp
This restaurant is outstanding, the food is the best Italian in this area and the staff is excellent ! I highly recommend them. The street in front is torn up but there is a public parking deck around the corner.

Yelp
Where do I begin. It was my fiancé and I first time here. We had just finished running errands and wanted to try a new location. We decided to go to Gianni's. Why did we do that?!! One of the most unpleasant visits ever. We were seated, placed our order. Then it began..... As we waited, I watched the food runner come to our location, literally spin in a circle as he looked at the other tables of other (how can I put it, less melanin individuals) and then walk out. About 5 minutes later our actual waiter walks in with our food again. I addressed the issue right then and there, but the waiter acted as if he was baffled and that it didn't happen. Next, as my fiancé started to cut into her supposedly medium well steak. Only to find that it was more rare than medium anything. So we addressed that to the waiter after he returned.... He then took the steak and stated they would make another. Only to bring another (really the same one) out 5 mins later. This time closer to medium. The waiter also mentioned that the manager would come and speak to us about the things that has happened. We said ok. 10-15 minutes went by and the waiter came back to check our drinks and asked if the manager had come by. We replied, "No!" Waiter walked away. We finished our meal, sat there waited and watched the manager/owner (John) come into the area and hold conversation with every and I do mean every other table that was in the location. Never once acknowledging us, our table or our issue. The moment he walked away we asked for the check and left. With all of this being said, I've been to many restaurants in multiple states and countries. I've received some intriguing service before but to be treated the way we were tonight was just unreal. If treatment based on the color of your skin was ever a moment..... this was it. I will not recommend or ever see myself spending any money here!

Patty R.

Yelp
The new location is very nice, if a bit noisy. (Gianni said there were plans in the works to address that). The food, as always, was excellent and the service was great.

Yelp
As far as food in Concord North Carolina, nothing beats Gianni's food, service or Ambiance.

Charleen H.

Yelp
I highly recommend Gianni's Trattoria. The food and service is superb!!! Altough the area is torn up by construction, please do let it stop you from going. You will definitely miss out. It is authentic Italian cusine. Everything is freshly made and delicious! You feel like you walked into old world Italian restaurant. There was soft lightning and eclectic decor. It is a great place for a date night or a friend from out out town to impressed. Gianni's Trattoria will be moving to a new location in the April timeframe. The same great service, food, and atmosphere. I will definitely visit this restaurant again.

Trish A.

Yelp
Spectacular eggplant! Service was superb. Excellent that our time was not rushed w family.

Alejandra M.

Yelp
The food was delicious, but the desserts were the bomb especially the Pumpkin cheesecake. The people were polite and attentive.

Yadira S.

Yelp
This was our first time eating at the restaurant it's two story second floor is more of a pizzeria and first floor is Italian restaurant. The service was excellent the waiter was very helpful with recommendations on both food and wine. We got an appetizer, two entrees, and a bottle of wine for a reasonable price. If you are in the area I would suggest stopping by for dinner. Be mindful that on Sundays they have a limited menu that you can only order from.
google avatar

Janie C.

Yelp
I used to work in the area and I would always order in for lunch. My favorite is the Rigatoni alla Rena! Their garlic knots are amazing. We've also ate up in the pizza loft many times. The pizza is a hit. A good friend of mine even had her baby shower upstairs. It is very pretty inside. As one of the longest restaurants on Union street I don't think downtown would be the same without Gianni's there!

Yelp
Excellent food, service and people!! I highly recommend this restaurant! The shrimp francese is my favorite!!

Yelp
Everyone here is so nice! The hostess Aydyn was soooo nice and friendly. She worked so hard getting us a table ready. We had Becky as our waitress and she was awesome. She knew the whole menu and her recommendation was amazing. Thank you both for the great first time experience!

Yelp

The defining Italian experience for Concord, and frankly, the greater Charlotte area. As someone who loves variety and trying new things, I've eaten almost everything on the menu, and have come away more than satisfied every time. My personal recommendation is the Baby Arugula salad, which is a must-have for goat cheese lovers like myself, and the Chicken Francaise, which brings beauty in presentation, aroma, and flavor. The specials that come and go seasonally are always just as delicious, and I often take a break from my typical choices to try them, as they've always been so good that I wished they were menu mainstays. The staff are always very attentive, and seem to match the exact needs for my visit. I can sit and enjoy a fine meal, taking my time to soak in the mood with nothing left on my day's schedule, and the service is smooth throughout- or I can have upcoming plans soon, and manage to enjoy a delicious meal in a delightfully timely manner. The familiar, friendly smiles and service is unmatched by any other dining establishment, and my food and drink is delivered as close as one can humanly get to perfectly on time. The classic look of Gianni's is nostalgic and charming, you truly feel the history of the dining room. Pictures and mementos of sentiment adorn the walls, and the music pairs with the dining experience comfortably and unobtrusively. I enjoy being there just as much as I enjoy eating there. How often are you having a genuine candlelit dinner anywhere else? All in all, one cannot experience all that Concord has to offer without visiting Gianni's. Whether you're in the area and looking for a place to eat nearby, or are searching all around for good and classic Italian, Gianni's is the number one option.
