Holy crap, where do I begin?
I'm feeling too lazy to cook, and I'm too much of a slob to clean, so we decided to get a meal via grubhub.
Eating NY style pizza, is a religious experience, and an art form for me. At least once in a lifetime, Everyone must experience the ritual of eating a really good NY style slice - and It's not a good slice, if you're unable to fold a slice of pepperoni in half, then pause, for one half of a second, to watch the orange, artery-clogging grease, pool in the fold of the pizza. You must then dip this folded slice into a pile of parm, to soak up the grease before you even dream about putting it in your mouth.
(Pausing a moment to drool uncontrollably).
Giant's pizza is probably THE best pizza I have ever had, in my almost 50 years here on Earth.
You may not like this pizza if you like your crust to be thicker than a hoagie, but if you are looking to open your mind, to PERFECT NY style crust, Giants is the place for you.
If you can believe it, these guys make perfect pizza with the daily drama and within the confines of a food truck! Yes, A Food Truck!
How? I don't know... but it is the only pizza I will ever eat again.
Giant's pizza owners: I love you...Thanks for being open for business throughout the wreck that has been 2020! I wish you guys had a Greek salad I could take home, to go with my pie, but as long as you keep making the pizza this good, I'll be back, salad or not.
Vegans, and Anti-Glutites: (I'm sorry, IDK if what people with a gluten allergy call themselves, as a collective?)
According to the menu, they welcome you, with gluten-free crust, and Vegan pie. Haven't tried a vegan pizza, but I bet it is just as good, if not better than what I have been eating.
I just ate Giants again three days ago, and my finger is itching to open my grub hub app to order more.
