Me and a friend ate there on Saturday at 2. The restaurant is quite a sight, vivid in colors and spacious. The staff was very friendly. The food was good. I loved the plate of pork bits with yucca fries. I had never had that before. I ordered the eggs Benedict with chicken. It was good, but I ordered it on an English muffin that was a big soggy and didn’t seem toasted? It almost looked like a biscuit? Regardless, the chicken was really good so Id rate the food 4 stars. I’d return for sure just for that pork!

Daniela and the rest of the staff were professional, friendly, and really get the vibe of the evening! Drinks especially at happy hour are always on point, and the music gets the people dancing!! Great place that really stands out among the Dallas nightlife!

If you’re looking for a great Latin spot I highly recommend Gigi’s. The service and food is great!! I got La Bichota as a drink and it was smooth, my steak was cooked perfect 🤌🏼. Make sure to ask for Gloria, Daniela & Alex

The vibe and atmosphere was great. I went for brunch with my sister in law and stayed for hours. We weren't too impressed with the food but loved the service.

I love Gigis! Beautiful aesthetic. Located in a great location. Free parking. Great food, amazing drinks & vibes are always on point. Usually gets busier during the weekends. The bartenders are always attentive. Definitely my go to. Shoutout to Alex for always taking care of us!

I am always happy to find great brunch places, and Gigi’s was not the exception! We tried the chilaquiles and huevos rancheros, great choice. The Salsa is rich in flavor and chicken as well, might be an easy plates to make but not easy to satisfy a Latin palate! Great customer service, they even change the TV Chanel to a soccer game per our request. Well deserve 5 stars!!!

Go to Gigis. I went for brunch and had the quesadilla. My friend had the south American hash. Both were fantastic, but the hash was over the top. Also, I didn't get a pic of the waffle, but the cinnamon butter cream was freaking amazing. I will be coming back.

It's been a nice experience so far! I've been here couple of times, and I enjoy the service. Food is prepped real nice and it's been fresh! -Good place to go dancing near the weekends -Nice drink specials and happy hour -Food is delicious!

Gigis is a small latin lounge in far west Plano. The bar seats 18 During the day, They have Indoor table seating for about 65, and outdoor patio seating for about 20. On evenings then they have dancing, This arrangement changes, however. They convert the dining area into a dance floor by storing the tables in the patio. They have a limited food menu with 3 appetizers, 10 shareable's, 4specialty sandwiches, and 5 large plates. The tahin spiced shrimp and chicken quesadillas are very good! The bar is stocked with premium liquors.. they charge separately for the setup and liquor so you need to state your preference when ordering a drink. Total cost of my old fashioned was about $19 (with tax before tip) Staff is friendly and attentive,,

First off, let's just start with the food which was really good. Small menu for brunch, with a large cocktail selection. The drinks were great as well, and the ambiance, perfect for a girls brunch! Sundays they have a DJ spinning House. A lot of the negative comments here are for service. Honestly, the service we had was great, but slow. I think this is mainly due to the fact that the place was almost empty and staffed accordingly. Two servers and a bar tender. I hope that more people give them a try. I think they have a shot.

So Gigi's is a very cute spot. It has many photo opportunities. It's very pink, charming and darling. Great for a girls night out. The ambiance is definitely a vibe. 4 STARS for the cool atmosphere and decor. Service 2.5 STARS Short staffed and slow. We were a big party and they couldn't handle us. The restaurant was EMPTY. We helped them out and gave them some business. They knew we were coming well in advance and should have been prepared. Food 2.5 STARS Average and came out cold. Brunch menu has a very limited selection. I ordered a side of crispy bacon and it was nice and crispy. The Latin potatoes were seasoned and had they been served hot. I would have liked them better. Drinks 4 STARS This was the GOOD part. The drinks were good. The Go with the flow had cotton candy. It was cute and delicious. I also tried the La Toxia and enjoyed the smokey flavor. The lime, agave and jalapeño with mezcal was yummy. They definitely need to work out some kinks. I can see the potential. However, right now it seems to be a little underwhelming. I would go back for drinks in a few months to see if any improvements. Overall it was a decent experience. I was happy to support and give them a chance. It's going to take more than a cute space to be successful.

I went to Gigi's for a girl's brunch. I saw an instagram post on this place and thought it would be a great place to try. The ambience was great. The decor was perfect for a girls brunch. When I arrived on Saturday I was shocked that my party of 30 women were really the only people in the restaurant. The service was slow. The waitress was good. She just honestly had a hard time keeping up with the large group. We really needed several people for our area. The drinks were tasty and strong. I'd come back for a drink and the prices were ok. At $14 they weren't crazy. The food was average. I had eggs and bacon and it was ok and most of the ladies said their food was ok. At the end we had a disaster trying to pay. They couldn't take many cards and had to split the card payments evenly. It just made the whole brunch worrisome for our group. Overall I think this place had potential but definitely has many areas for improvement.

Place is special, lot of love in the room. It's all Latin music along with. Dancing instructors getting the crowd into participating it's family oriented.has great drink selections . If you come on Wednesday, frozen margaritas like six bucks they're open till 2 AM.

First things first, this place is extremely well decorated! I'd love to come here with my girls and have a fun night out! I came here with my husband on a random Wednesday night for dinner. The food and drinks were tasty! The music was great and as an avid soccer fan, I love that they have games playing on all the TVs! The bartenders were very friendly! Here's the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5: They have happy hour from 6pm-2am Monday -Thursday but you can't find that information anywhere on their website, and the staff definitely don't tell you about it or advertise it to you! I found out via social media about happy hour and asked our waitress about it. She said they only do happy hour directly at the bar or on the patio. It had been raining, so we definitely weren't going to sit outside. We asked if we could sit at the bar instead and she said it was fine. I asked her what was included in happy hour and all she said was "cheaper drinks". She couldn't give us more information. We sat at the bar and had to request a happy hour menu and it wasn't descriptive at all. We had to ask several clarifying questions. We ended up getting $6 frozen margaritas that were super strong so it all worked out! I really dislike how shady and secretive they are about their happy hour though. If you're going to offer it, offer it without withholding information or don't offer it at all. Would I return? Yes!! Would I recommend this place to others? Yes!! I do think it could easily be jam packed on a weekend though, so please pay extra attention to the reviews from those who went on a Friday or Saturday night. It seems there are reservation issues, but I obviously didn't a reservation for a Wednesday night.

Gigis was EVERYTHING!!! I absolutely loved everything about this new restaurant. It's beautiful, super trendy, sexy, fun, with great food and the best customer service!! I wish this place nothing but success!! No dress shorts. Lmao. It's Texas. It's hot. We golf and go out. Nope. What a joke, I go to every steak house around with no problem. Won't try to go again.

The place is beautifully decorated with upbeat vibe. Foods selection is very limited. I came on Thursday evening. Service was not attentive at all. The restaurant was not busy. I requested extra crispy jalapeño lime wings. The order came out with buffalo sauce and no extra crispy. The second time it came with the correct sauce but still no extra crispy I ate one wing and was done. Needless to say, it was disappointing. Not returning because I am not paying $15 for 1 wing.

Food was amazing and our server was very attentive, definitely recommend! Server name was Jorge and the manager was Alex, both were very friendly!

Finally a place in Plano/Shops of Legacy with great food, drinks, music and ambience.

The place is beautifully decorated, and the story behind the owner is genuinely inspiring. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We had a reservation and even received a confirmation via text. But when we arrived, we were told they don't accept reservations -- a confusing and frustrating contradiction. Our plan was to enjoy dinner, drinks, and stay for karaoke to celebrate a birthday. Instead, we were seated at a small table and told we only had an hour to eat. Then came another unexpected "rule": if you arrive before 8 PM, you're not allowed to stay at your table -- even though there were no signs indicating time limits or upcoming reservations, and the place wasn't full. We ordered full meals and drinks, yet the check was brought to us without being requested. As the karaoke began (this was on a Friday), no one came by to ask if we wanted more drinks or dessert -- despite it being a birthday celebration. At any other restaurant/lounge that promotes a similar "experience," there's usually a designated area for bottle service or large groups. Not here. Instead, they simply tell paying customers they need the table -- which comes off as rude and classless. The venue promotes itself with the phrase: "At Gigi's, we don't just serve food and drinks -- we serve an experience." Sadly, our experience was far from what was promised. It had the potential to become a regular spot for us, but after this, we won't be returning -- not even for brunch. At 11 PM, the place was far from full, with no line outside, which made the treatment even more disappointing.

Horribly rude bouncer. A club in the suburbs of Dallas and he thinks he's bouncing at a club in downtown Los Angelos. Will NEVER return.

I've been to Gigi's several times, and they never disappoint! Delicious food, unique cocktails, gorgeous atmosphere, friendly staff! I love all the different events they host weekly! Hands down best place in Plano!

The restaurant had a lovely, feminine charm. To our surprise, the food was exceptional, and both our waitress and bartender were incredibly nice and friendly. My sister had a great time celebrating her birthday , We will definitely be back.

One of the most horrible experiences on a restaurant , we have a confirmed reservation and when we arrived they said they don't take reservations and they said you can only be seated for 1 hour after that time without asking they bring the check , completely rudeness, minutes later, someone came and said they need the table, which for us that was leave immediately, . Never back at that place.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
