We arrived around 5:30 pm on a Saturday evening and there were only two other couples besides ourselves. Our server was very nice, helpful, and checked on us often throughout our dining experience. As for the food, my wife ordered Mongolian beef with steamed rice while I went with the curry beef tendon minus the rice.
Both dishes arrived at the same time, hot, and with fresh quality ingredients. As always, I have to sample my wife's dish to see if I regret not ordering what she got since it happens very often that her meal looks and tastes better than mine. The beef was tender, veggies were fresh, and flavor was good. Although the flavor was good, it didn't shine as much as another local place that we frequent.
Now, onto my curry beef tendon. I didn't realize it was going to be a soup, but I like trying new dishes, so I was still all for it. Honestly, it gave me pot roast vibes with an Asian flare. The beef was very tender, melt in your mouth, and took on the flavor of the soup. It came with th8n sliced carrots, slivers of onion, and small potatoes halved . The broth had a good subtle curry undertone with a soup like consistency rather than being thicker like a Thai or Indian curry.
Between the freshness and great service, my wife and I concluded we would return to try other menu items. If I were to have a complaint, which isn't really a complaint, would be their old menu on Google Maps, had pictures of the menu items so you can visually see what you're ordering, unlike the new menu it text only with no description.
