No Saint’s Owners Gabriella Casabianca and Anthony Siccardi Share Their Favorite Portland, Oregon Restaurants | Eater Portland

"Cited as an inspiring, comforting, family-style restaurant that embodies big-portion hospitality: on a date the kitchen made Sunday gravy with pork ribs—“The way your aunt made it. Whole ribs,” Siccardi says; Casabianca recalls being moved, “I was about to cry, like ‘I can’t believe that this exists.’” Drinks are robust too: “They make very large, strong martinis.” Casabianca frames the large portions as “an extension of hospitality.”" - Thom Hilton

I used to read about places like this in old books but I must say this brings a lot of nostalgia back for my grandfather to show my nephews how it was originally started long ago. This makes for a great family photo on how hotdog carts originally looked. Not to mention those dogs are coddled like a baby by this guy I like it. I was expecting just mustard and ketchup but he’s got like 7 different toppings. Maybe more idk but I’m satisfied 5 stars for this kid.
