A horrible experience here on 12.12
We made reservation through SAVOR Website 1 month before and got many confirm Emails also, arrived 25min before today, but they cancelled our Reservation without any reason and noone could explain the reason of this situation at all
That website required VISA card for NO-SHOW, but they worked and communicated with their customers in this way and they told us, that we must have to wait for 1:30 hours for that🤦♂️
Thx for that UNCOMFORTABLE experience in ASAMI, but that was really unprofessional, SAVOR and ASAMI both of you
