It was a weird experience here. We had been walking around all day and were tired. I thought the restaurant was enclosed but it was not. It was very hot even with the misters going. The hostess walked the folks ahead of us to a table and nodded at us and pointed to a table without a word so we walked over and took a seat. The waiter came right over, took our drink and lunch order and did warn us the pizza would take 45-60 minutes. We said fine. He did come over 2-3x to see if our drinks were still good but after an hour and 5 minutes we were getting impatient. We saw the people who came In just before us, and after us, eat their entire meal and leave while we hadn’t gotten anything. The waiter came over and said there was a problem in the kitchen and the pizza “never came out.” Sounds like the order wasn’t sent correctly but whatever, we understand mistakes happen. He said it would be out in 15. A half hour later he came out, made a show of cutting the pizza for us to see the cheese pull, but coming from New England, we have some of the best pizza in the country. I would not consider this to be world’s best pizza by any stretch of the imagination. The waiter also told us the pizza would be free which we appreciated. But the tone all changed when we finished eating and got the bill. The waiter said he knew there were problems in the kitchen but can we PLEASE PLEASE leave him a 5 star review. It came across as pushy and desperate and inappropriate. He hovered over my husband’s shoulder watching him write and submit a fake 5 star review just so we could get the hell out of there. Is this a bonus system? For people that waited an hour and a half to get a small pizza especially that were a little annoyed, even if that got us a free pizza, it’s rude and made us so uncomfortable. Please get rid of this. The waiter was certainly working hard, but it gave us a bad vibe and uncomfortable atmosphere taking away the feeling of good service.

This is a great place to go and have some Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza. The drink menu was extensive and food menu had plenty of options even for those that don't necessarily like deep dish. You could go with everything from personal custom 6" pies for a smaller portion (which was more than enough) or you could grab bigger ones that were specialty versions as well. The appetizers were really tasty and the pizza itself was amazing. We couldn't finish the whole thing because it was so filling and so good. The wait staff was great, got us everything we needed and checked on us often. Be forewarned that it does take a 40-50 wait time for deep dish, however it was well worth it in my opinion.

I’ve been to the Giordano’s in Chicago and loved their deep dish, for this visit I just got the veggie thin crust. I thought it was ok but still thicker than I expected to be. When I hear thin crust I’m thinking dominos thin, basically real thin. Their thin crust would be considered a regular size crusted pizza, it wasn’t bad at all. Overall it was a great night of pizza and drinks. The server was great and they tell you upfront that the deep dish’s take about an hour and we waited about an hour and 15. It was worth the wait and my friends thought it was the greatest pizza they’ve had, they ordered the signature deep dish. I’d definitely come back here again and try their other menu items.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. And I've eaten a lot of pizza over my lifetime. I was willing to pay the price for a well-known pizza of high quality and lore. Pizza was undercooked, dough was raw. If it wasn't for how long would it take me to travel back to the restaurant with Las Vegas traffic, I would have taken it back. Instead it's just ending up in the trash, and $40 gone. The bottom looks like it's baked, but up into the pizza it was still raw and doughy. Terrible.

This was a great quick stop for pizza while walking around the strip on my recent trip to Las Vegas! I wish I could have tried the Deep Dish pizza because all the reviews I had were raving about it, but unfortunately my hunger and inability wait up to an hour got the best of me. The server did a great job of being honest and explaining the long wait that comes with ordering the deep dish pizza, so I appreciate that they are up-front about it! To start, we ordered some of the Mozzarella Triangles and I would highly recommend these! They were cooked to perfection, not overly cheesy, and the consistency of the melted cheese was great. They came out of the kitchen incredibly quick as well! We did need to ask for some extra marinara for dipping, and I would suggest requesting that when you order. For whatever reason when you are sitting in the outside seating area, a lot of the food items are made in a kitchen that is seemingly a decent walk away, so it took a minute for us to get an extra cup of sauce. As for our main course, we decided to opt for the Chicago Classic Thin Crust Pizza and requested half without pepperoni. This pizza took only a fraction of the time as it would have been if we ordered a deep dish, and while it was overall a decently delicious pizza, I feel as though we should have definitely made the wait for the deep dish. This pizza was a little under-sauced, but as far as flavors go, this was pretty standard for a pizza! Nothing to rant and rave over, but just good and satisfying pizza. Do I mildly regret not sticking out the wait and just ordering the Deep Dish? Absolutely! Did we still have an overall great experience at this restaurant? Absolutely! We will be back! I am determined to be more patient and try the Deep Dish next time.

Terrell was a great server and the food was excellent as always. Anytime we come to Vegas we make a stop here and Terrell made the meal that much better. Definitely visit for some top-notch Chicago style pizza.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat here and was not disappointed. Firstly, it was a very hot day and the place was nice and cool inside with the misters. I was sat with an ice cold beer and a water within 3-5 mins. The pizza did take a little while to arrive (40 mins), but…. A) the server told me this is advance, and b) it’s a deep dish pizza so it’s going to take a bit more time! The pizza itself was great. Nice flaky crust, no soggy parts, great fillings and seasoning. Admittedly, I was a little jealous of the bigger pizzas as you don’t really get the full Chicago deep dish experience with the smaller ones. However, even the personal size was enough to fill me up! I had the meat extreme which was great. However, next time I would just get the classic I think. If you like pizza, and you’re not looking to cut on calories. Definitely try this place out!

JUST as good as Chicago! Without the atmosphere! We had Italian beef and the cheesy garlic bread! 😋 SO GOOD! The beef was good , flavorful, and tender. The ai jus could use a bit more flavor the garlic part fries were out of this world! 🌎 💥 The cheesy garlic bread was normal. Not AS good as Sam and Ella In Talequah Ok but better than any other chain restaurant!
