Very much enjoyed the shrimp & scallop pesto alfredo:-) Eggplant parm was really good as well. I would love to see bread and butter/oil to be offered w/ the meal and maybe a bit nit picky, but prefer cloth napkins at this price point.

We had lunch there on the Labor Day weekend. Something funky happened. I think, this place is running a little tourist scam. When I received the check, it looked all fine, meaning that the food prices matched the menu prices. I provided my CC and started waiting for receipt so that I could tip and sign. Well, after a good 10-min wait, either part of the scam or because of a busy day, I got a modified receipt to sign. I first thought that maybe they added gratuity. But a second and a careful look revealed that they added a $30 item on my bill. I told the waiter that something is off and we didn’t have this dish. And this receipt is different from the first one I saw. He acted like it was an accident. He panicked a little. He said he can fix it but the manager demanded to use the card again. They even hassled a little to void the transaction. Like, they asked to use the card again running the correct charge and canceling the old one. I told the manager that if I see a voided receipt, then I can give my card. But I don’t understand why he has to use my card again without giving me the void receipt of the false transaction. Anyways, he voided the old one after charging the correct amount. My guess is that when a customer receives the check the amount is correct. When it goes to the cashier, they void that check, generate another transaction with an extra item and assuming people will forget the original amount and will still tip and sign. Please like my comment, or reply if this happened to you, too.

The pizza was incredible — I could smell it down the street and had to grab a slice, and it was totally worth it. The takeout line was long, but that made sense once I tasted how good it was. As for the other items I tried (onion rings, pickle chips, and clam chowder), they were just okay. The rings and pickles were a bit too greasy and lacked seasoning, while the chowder had great clam flavor but very few actual pieces of clam. Service was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. I will likely return for that pizza, everytime.

If you are looking for an authentic Italian food, this is NOT the place. This is nothing better than fast food. The meatballs are rich in fillers, can't hardly taste the beef. The baked scallops, 7 small pieces for 30 bucks! The garlic bread is a piece of SUB ROLL with garlic butter spread. The only good about this place are the attentive servers .

Delicious incredible cheese pizza! Fresh outta the oven and much better than anything I’ve had in Boston.

Very disappointing meal!!! So sorry I ate here!...I had high hopes, received low quality results. My salad consisted of the all white, rough stem core part, haphazardly made with a large chunk of round green pepper underneath; (so large, I had to cut it up just to eat it), one sliver of sliced red onion, two grape tomatoes and carrot sprinkles, pitiful!...Even McDonald's does better! My shrimp scampi was absolutly bland and watery!!!...even my server, said "Sorry, I didn't make it." Very disappointing meal and wasted money...Giordanno's needs to do better!

Sorry, not sorry. It's completely understandable there's a history involved. However, this is by far thee worst Italian restaurant I've ever experienced. I'm from Brooklyn, NY and grew up on authentic Italian. I've had terrible Italian in my life but, this place is bad, bad, bad. Tasteless, no seasoning, slow staff, no bread or butter, flat fountain soda, floors are dirty, worst fried calamari in my life! The pizza is 2 stars because it's the only decent pizza around. Do not order the food! Gross! Crazy expensive for bad food!

Eggplant was delicious. Ravioli was topped by a handful of fresh basil which made it taste awful because you could only taste a mouthful of basil. Garlic bread was a halved hoagie roll, definitely not Italian. Waitress felt awful when I told her kitchen needs to learn that spices are to augment taste of the meal not be the taste. She told someone but no one approached me to say anything. Not going back
