10 Essential Denver Doughnut Shops - Eater Denver

"Glazed & Confuzed does doughnuts with a twist. Both the newer DTC location and the stall inside Stanley Marketplace whipup creations like the Obi Wan Cannoli, the seasonal Mr. Steak, and Breakfast of Champz. The Hawaiian P.O.G. blends passionfruit, guava, and orange purees." - Camila Navarrette, Andra Zeppelin, Paul Albani-Burgio

Had these guys cater my wedding, the donuts are fantastic and they have some very unique flavors you won’t find anywhere else. Very happy they have a DTC location now.

Google
Their location in DTC said to come to the Stanley Market location because that one was closed until further notice. Came here and saw this on 1/14/2020 So sad. The Denver donut game is so bad. I hate it!

It was supposed to open at 7am....🙄

Just not very good. Limited selection. Doubt it will be there long.

Yelp
Donuts were good. Breakfast sandwiches good. Service good. New place with just about anything a diner would serve, but fast food service model.

Yelp
I don't get up to Stanley marketplace very often, and I can't remember the last time I went to the Glazed and Confuzed there. However, now that one has opened in my neighborhood, I'll be able to get my fix. The new location on Yosemite is pretty spartan - just a handful of places to sit and a small case of donuts - but as far as I can tell the donuts are made on the premises and they're kept fresh throughout the day. It would be nice to see them add a self-serve water cooler, put some art up on the walls, play some music, and look for ways to add some polish here and there. Having said this, the location is brand new (just open about 2 weeks as I write this), and I assume more polish is pending. Just like the other location, the donuts hear are hearty, with a variety of flavors. The selection was not huge - only 10 flavors or so - but all the right ones were available. The staff was nice, the prices were reasonable considering these things are fresh and unique ($3-3.50 for a donut, with a discount if you buy a dozen), and the place was clean. If I can say anything bad about this pace, it's that it's probably going to be full of high school and middle school kids at various points between 7:00am and 5:00pm. It's a very short walk to Cherry Creek High School (and I think Campus? Middle School), so there are always kids prowling this strip mall. Still, my new easy weekend morning will be breakfast at French Press (right next door), and then a nice walk over to the Glazed and Confused donut shop...this neighborhood is getting better every day!

Yelp
For the price (over $3 per doughnut) I was expecting something amazing. What I got was worse than grocery store doughnuts. Dry, flavorless, just lame. Nowhere near Voodoo's quality, but virtually any other doughnut shop is better.

Yelp
Overpriced and underwhelming donuts. They have a couple of interesting creations, however they always fail to impress. Don't bother putting forward your hard earned money for this nonsense. Some of your town's local donut shops will easily beat this expensive garbage on any given day.
