After disappointing visits to Frankie's and The Golden Tiki, we hit Glitter Gulch Tiki in Fremont. Everything about Glitter Gulch FAR surpasses the others. The food was great, drinks were generous, decor was cool, staff was attentive, and presentations were top-notch. I hope this gem survives the challenges of its Fremont location, because we want to make it a mandatory part of all of our future Vegas trips.

For some reason, I didn't think I'd like Glutter Gulch. It looked a bit too shiny, new, and - well - perfect. That said, in reality I truly enjoyed my visit. Zoe was my bartender, and she was amazing. In fact, the whole staff was engaged and attentive. Zoe made me a Missionary's Downfall, despite it not being on the menu. The decor couldn't be faulted, though not as fantastical as the Golden Tiki. And, lastly, the food was delicious. It's easily accessible for those who are visiting the downtown area. In a nutshell, it was a delightful visit and I will gladly return.

If you love tiki as much as we do, Glitter Gulch Tiki is an absolute must! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the vibrant atmosphere, incredible decor, and the friendliest service you could ask for. The owner, Fred, is such a gem! Genuinely personable, community focused, and clearly passionate about creating an unforgettable experience for every guest. It’s the kind of care and connection that makes you want to keep coming back. The drinks? Next level. Beautifully crafted, perfectly balanced, and served in the most extraordinary tiki mugs I’ve ever seen (and at only $55, they’re worth every penny!). A huge shoutout to Ashley, who was behind the bar and made our night unforgettable. Not only is she stunning, but her charisma and energy absolutely lit up the room. She went above and beyond; from walking us through the drinks to putting on a full smoke-and-fire show with dry ice that had us grinning like kids. You can tell she loves what she does, and it made the whole experience feel extra special. This place has everything we look for: amazing drinks, thoughtful service, and people who truly love sharing good times. Can’t wait to come back! 🍹🔥🌺

Hidden Gem Just Off Fremont Street! Stumbled upon this new tiki bar and wow—what a find! Easily some of the best food and drinks we’ve had in Vegas. The cocktails were strong, creative, and perfectly mixed, and the lumpia and fried rice were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming—the staff made us feel like we were visiting an old friend. This spot completely made our day. I’m telling everyone to check it out!

Google
Our group finished a five stop bar crawl at Glitter Gulch and unanimously agreed it was our favorite of the night. Our server was great, she helped us make excellent choices, and we were stoked to upgrade to flaming drinks and something served in a pineapple. Both upgrades were well worth the small fee, especially the fire show we got, so fun!! We came in on a Tuesday night so it wasn’t very busy inside, but we’re hoping this place does well and that we will be able to visit again every time we’re in Vegas. Thanks for hosting us, you were the perfect finale for our night of drinks downtown!

Had a fantastic time here two nights in a row after we'd had enough of the bright lights and noise of Fremont Street. We had lots of laughs with friends in the laid back environment, and we enjoyed trying out several of the different drinks and chatting with Zoe at the bar! Will definitely be back on our next trip out West.

The lumpia was absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The drinks were also fantastic, but the standout for me was definitely the Dole Whip drink. It was incredibly refreshing, creamy, and packed with just the right amount of sweetness, making it the perfect treat. The overall experience was great, and the service was wonderful. Zoe was incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the positive atmosphere. The only downside was that the women’s restroom was missing a light, which made it a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely come back again!

Originally, I found out about this spot because of our Yelp Elite Event. We had such a great time so I decided to return back with some friends. We sat in a booth and waited for the server. She came by and took our drink order. Also, my friend did order the Vegetable Lumpia. I raved how delicious the island Inspired food we had during the event. We already ate so it was only drinks for me. I asked for a glass of red wine cabernet and was later informed they didn't have any so I ordered my go to Crown on The Rocks. My friends enjoyed their drinks too. My 3 Star is because of service. She rarely came by and always had to flag her down to order more drinks. The decor is beautiful, and it's a great place to hang out. I'll come back again and eat here too.

Yelp
Wowow this place is a gem the ambiance and decor are so fun! The food was great! My mom is vegetarian and our lovely server recommend the vegan chicken katsu, which she loved! The coconut shrimp was probably the best I've ever had (and I've had lots of coconut shrimp!) The service was great. Food came out very fast! I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Vegas!

Yelp
During my most recent visit, I had Hurricane Weather for $18, from their signature tiki menu. Next, I had the special soft serve drink for $15. That pricing is too rich for my blood. The serving size is not generous. For an additional charge, the server will light a flammable mist above your drink, using a spray bottle. However, it is obvious that the drink itself is not aflame, which defeats the whole purpose. During my last two visits, the window was closed for the seating overlooking the sidewalk. To me, this kills 50% of the vibe that this place should have. There is a relatively small number of patrons, who tend to come for one drink, then leave. The reason is simple: $18 for a tiki drink is overpriced for the Fremont Street Experience. If they dropped the price by $5, they would get more customers, who would buy more than one drink. I think they would actually make more money that way.

Yelp
I've been to many tiki bars and this one has a modern looking twist. The ambiance has a bit of disco in it. Drinks were well presented in classic tiki mugs with the full regalia of garnishes and smoke. I wish I had more time to enjoy here but they had a buy out on a Saturday night and opened very late. We certainly would have stayed longer since the service was good and so were the drinks.

Yelp
I'm writing this after a whole fish bowl but.... Dear god the coconut shrimp we sampled from the pupu platter was so good we ordered 2x and bailed on our original plans. THE DRAGON SAUCE DEAR LORD THAT WAS SO GOOD. That's all. Service was amazing on top of the super cool look of the bar and vibes of this place . Great place . DEFINITELY MUST GO IF YOURE LOOKING FOR FOOD ON FREMONT OR IN GENERAL. Very average price and just a solid pick and bang for your buck 10/10 I will die for the dragon sauce

Yelp
Loved the play on Vegas with the drink names. Rock you like a hurricane was my favorite drink. Bartender was friendly and the music was fun. Will return.

Yelp
They are amazing. We spoke to them about our precious concerns and they addressed it! Five star service.

Yelp
We love this place! The food is so good and the staff are all very friendly and nice. We came back for a second time last week. So much fun!We will be back again soon with friends.

Yelp
We ordered the coconut shrimp, the watermelon salad and the pork bowl. The coconut shrimp was extremely delicious, breaded perfectly and paired with a mild hot sauce. The watermelon salad was very refreshing, and unorthodox combination of onions and fruit worked surprisingly well. The service was quick and well accommodating. The pork bowl was unfortunately rather uninteresting and too salty. The ambience was the best part of the restaurant. The decorations were almost over the top but worked well. We were seated at a booth. It was cozy and even had adjustable lighting. Overall, this place is a great place to have drinks and light food outside the strip, with reasonable pricing.

Yelp
Cool tiki bar in downtown Vegas! I do wish the location were elsewhere, but I braved Fremont to check out this new(ish) spot. Pretty standard tiki menu. Each drink comes in a cool glass. I loved that there was glitter everywhere, even on the bathroom floor! I wanted to take one of the gold cushy chairs home with me. Nice ambiance, not too loud - just right for conversation with friends. I loved that they had a vegan food option on their menu - can be hard to find at bars! Our server was really nice as well. It was fairly empty (Saturday around 830-1130), which was surprising. Points for improvement: -there were only 2 beers available, both of them bad. -bathrooms could've been cleaner. -prices for the tiki mugs were wildly marked up (twice the price, or more, the brands sell them for online) I'd definitely return when I next head to Fremont!

Yelp
Wow. What a spot. We did not expect this place to be as awesome as it was, but a lot of us felt like it was the coolest stop in all of Vegas, strip or downtown. Disclaimer: we love tiki bars. We check them out wherever our travels take us. Now to it. We didn't eat the food, but based on everything else, I'm sure it's good stuff. They've only been open a few months, so they are still growing for sure. We were lucky to not have to wait in a line like some of the other hot spots. The drinks were outstanding. We had a large bowl, we had most of the signature cocktails. We had standard drinks. It was all awesome. There are fire drinks. Fun drinks. Drinks in cool mugs. Anything you could want. The service was great. They were very welcoming of our large group, and seated us right away. We had a reservation, but didn't end up needing it as they were not packed yet. The vibe is classic tiki. It's all very well done. No complaints whatsoever. Run don't walk to this one, it's a diamond in a volcano!

Yelp
Came here randomly, as I love myself a good tiki bar. The ambiance is amazing and it's quite spacious (compared to other tiki bars ex The Golden Tiki) plenty of seating options. Their cups are awesome and makes me want to buy them all. Tati was so helpful with recommendations when it came to drinks. Sadly we got here too late to order food, I was looking forward to the lumpia :/ But..a special shout out to the bartender Jason!!! He made our experience here extra special by lifting up the ambiance with funny/special quarks and it's people like him that make worth coming back to places like this. Ps/ They have this blue glitter that makes your tongue numb :) Definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
Excellent customer service. I was immediately greeted and attended to upon entering the bar. Enjoy the dialogue and friendly nature of the young lady who was bartending. They have great drinks and I really enjoyed an amazing order of wings a slice of watermelon and no ranch unfortunately. I would definitely recommend glitter gulch Tiki bar for anyone visiting on or around the Fremont experience which is where the bar is located next to White Castle.

Yelp
After walking around Fremont, we wanted to grab a cocktail. Glittler Gulch came up on a search and was nearby. The space itself is no-frills; I was actually not sure we were walking into the right place at first, until I saw all the tiki mugs. There is an island theme, but not overdone. Drinks were fun, albeit a little overpriced, in my opinion. Was a little disappointed that we were recommended a dole whip drink, but they had just sold out of the mix, but still made the drink without it. It definitely wasn't the drink we were expecting at that point. Other than that, fun place, fun vibe.

Yelp
We had a great time visiting the newest Tiki Bar in Vegas. It's located conveniently off of Fremont Street. The staff and managers were so welcoming. I made a reservation, but when we got there, we decided to sit at the bar. Glad we did. Tatiana was amazing. From the fire drinks to the dry ice drinks, they were all presented very creatively. The decor is top notch. Lots of artwork and many wood carvings by Bamboo Ben. There are mugs for sale, but no branded ones yet. I did end up getting a tshirt. We didn't try the food this trip, but the menu looked good. Would definitely stop here again.

Yelp
I loooove me a Tiki bar and I love that this place opened up! I believe it's under the same umbrella as Nacho Daddy, which if you're familiar with them, this is their old downtown location that they switched up and made into this and moved that other location a couple doors down, if even that. When you step foot in here, it really does feel like you're in a tropical place! They have a variety of seating options, booths, tables, at the bar, etc. We opted for a high top table. They also have food options, too, so it's not just your typical bar. I actually ordered the poke and it was SOO good. I really enjoyed it. To drink, I ordered the Tito's Tropical Death Punch and it was tasty. I think one of my friends got a drink that you literally set on fire, so that was fun to see too because they do it at your table! I will definitely be back here again. The drinks were strong and delicious and the service was great. Definitely a cool hole-in-the-wall type of experience because looking at it from the outside, you'd never know it was a tiki bar!
google avatar

Danielle T.

Yelp
Came here with my hubby over the weekend! Cute spot, there's a variety of seating options. They have big booths, cute intimate tables for two, wraparound seating at the bar, and bigger tables for larger parties. Service was very attentive and provided good recommendations! The cocktails are HUGE and some of them come with beautiful presentations! The coconut shrimp was also excellent and packed with

Yelp
We love Tiki Bars so we had to check out this newer one located near Freemont Street. We had walked in to look around a few months ago, but didn't have time to visit. This time we decided to order a couple drinks (both alcohol and non-alcoholic) before a show we were going to see. This Tiki Bar has a wonderful inside atmosphere with interesting and great decor. The drink menu has a good selection, and the Tiki mugs they use are so unique and interesting. We didn't have time to order any food items so we plan another visit in the future. The staff here is wonderful, friendly and attentive. Our server, Jade, was so nice and personable, and we enjoyed our conversation with her. If you want to experience a great Tiki Bar with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and unique and beautiful decor, definately check out the Glitter Gulch Tiki.

Yelp
Beautiful ambiance, intimate with dim lighting, great customer service, and delicious food! Their menu has more cocktails/drinks but the food were perfect portions for dinner. I will return!

Rachel ..

Yelp
The food, service and cocktails were fantastic! We tried various tiki drinks and a scorpion bowl and they were strong and delicious. We had appetizers and entrees and loved everything we tried. Our server was kind and helpful! The bartender really sealed the deal. He was so kind and made great suggestions for food snd beverages. You should definitely check this place out when you're in downtown Vegas!

Yelp
This tiki bar is only about two years old but it was very beautiful looking the drinks were very tasty the staff was friendly bathrooms were clean I will return one day. One downside is that they don't open till 4 PM we had arrived there earlier in the day to find that they were closed on a Saturday afternoon.
google avatar

Yelp
I was happy to see this place in passing while in downtown but I'm sad to say I did not know about it as I had not spent much time on Fremont street the last two short trips I took to Vegas. My friends and I had spent time visiting some more nostalgic locations just for fun, so seeing a tiki bar named after the Glitter Gulch of older Fremont days was a must. It was unfortunately empty when we arrived, but all that meant was we received the staff's full attention. I say unfortunately because the theming and vibe are great. If I were to compare it to the other tiki bars in town (which is not truly fair as they all have their own experience) I would say the feel is closer to Golden Tiki. The drinks were good and I loved the collection of Tiki Farm mugs, especially the Ms. Fluff line which are all super fun. Tiki is as much a social experience as it is about good cocktails and exotic and mid century decor so I do hope to revisit when there is more of a crowd because the Glitter Gulch is good on the decor and drinks. Hope to be back soon and try more drinks & the food!
google avatar

Yelp
If you love Golden Tiki and Stray Pirate you will love this place! It's right near Fremont street! The ambiance is 10/10 I love the theme here and it's so cure definitely post worthy. Their drinks are so good but strong! We didn't eat here during our visit but the menus are similar to the other bars so I don't doubt it's good!
google avatar

Laura B.

Yelp
The Glitter Gulch Tiki restaurant will be a staple when we go to Fremont Street! The details to the restaurant transport you to the islands!! The food & cocktails are amazing!! All the staff were very nice and helpful!! Drop by for a tiki cocktail or Pupu platter!! You will be glad you do!!
google avatar

Steve G.

Yelp
I have to be clear that I did not eat and I only had non-alcoholic drinks as I was not feeling 100% when I visited. That said, the wait staff at the bar was friendly and attentive, the decor and DJ delivered the surf rock vibes, and those non-alcoholic drinks were delicious,. I tried the POG and the Paradise, and they were very different but quite good. The POG was very fruity, while the Paradise felt more like a balanced coconut-based drink. Both were served in a ceramic tiki mug and garnished with an orchid. Totally complemented the mood.
google avatar

Victoria E.

Yelp
Zoe was an amazing Mixologist and we had to visit Bamboo Ben's latest Tiki Bar Build. It is located off of Fremont. Nice tiki motif with videos and music that matches. Service was great. Drinks and food pricey for a Vegas location. We shared some edamame with the very spicy sauce on side. They had no mugs or stir sticks with their names on it which is the joy of Tiki Folks everywhere. Not sure I would rush back.
google avatar

Christina M.

Yelp
So so fun! This place was so cute and there was plenty of space ! So we were able to get a nice table and there was booths with plenty of room for large parties. The waiter was so unbelievably nice and the drinks were just as good. The menu had a good variety but they were mostly rum drinks! But fun place, definitely a go to if you want a more calm night downtown.
google avatar

Catalina J.

Yelp
this is by far my new favorite spot. I've even come here again already after I took these photos. They deserve all the service! Located near downtown Fremont, near the White Castle and nacho daddy. This is a PURE HIDDEN GEM!!! The moment you enter you are transported. The decor is immaculate, from the tiki hut booths , the music, the tiki themed drinks. What really blew me away where I knew I would be a consistent customer was the service and the food. Both times I have come here the girls are so sweet and so nice and kind. The food is approved I am Hawaiian and I didn't know what to expect and I was shocked. You don't expect that from a bar and they understood the assignment and exceeded it. Please don't go anywhere because I'm planning my next visit again!
google avatar

Mickey R.

Yelp
The drinks were great. Hawaiia 5-O and the Cinco de Mayo special palamo. The food also very tasty-"Rolling" With Flavors! Lumpia, Island Kalua Pork Bowl, Spam-Tastic Fried Rice Bowl. The Cinco de Mayo had a mug which you can buy. The people were very friendly. The setting is pleasing. Also there were other mugs you can buy.
google avatar

Diana C.

Yelp
This place in downtown is a hidden gem. The design reflects classic tiki aesthetics with a Vegas flair, the venue is moody and immersive, featuring straw hut-style seating, blowfish lights, and wooden arches. A dance floor and live entertainment stage add to the energy of this 90-seat lounge. Menu is a highlight, offering a range of creative, tropical cocktails that blend classic tiki bar elements with a Vegas twist. Many cocktails are served in intricately designed tiki mugs that patrons can purchase as souvenirs Service is excellent. The staff complements the fun and festive atmosphere, enhancing the overall tiki bar charm.

Hello Alove R.

Yelp
Don't sleep on this place, it's new on Fremont street and if you're a tiki fan, you'll love this spot! Make the time to visit, our bartender Ashley was so friendly and helped us figure out what to drink the manager Jeff was so personable as well. The drinks and mugs were fun and available for purchase (great gifts) they have so much personality haha Can't wait to come back , I'll leave the fun surprises for the next guys! Check it out you'll love the vibe and fun touches they add to the cocktails

Yelp
We checked this place out for a friend's birthday and it was a good time. The drinks are fun and good, the food was really good, and the atmosphere has major tiki vibes. This place is located right off Fremont Street so I think its great there is another option to go to while down there. And what I really thought was so great about this place was the service. Everyone was super friendly and attentive which can be rare in places like this.

Yelp
We had had a great time last night, the bartender was super nice, drinks were great. Food was delicious, we started with the sampler plate and got hooked to coconut shrimps, chicken pottstickers and the sweet chili sauce. We will definitely come back! The tiki mugs were really cool too!

Maribel J.

Yelp
Great place to get amazing drinks, good food and such a great vibe. Me and my friend had the pupu platter it was enough food for both of us. Jeff helped us out and even suggested to try the ube cornut bites! They were so warm and fluffy the sauce was great. Definitely recommend coming in and grabbing a drink something sweet and relaxing enjoy the decor of the place. Ask for Jeff ! Super nice guy really attentive made us feel really welcomed! Will definitely be back !

Yelp
We were super excited to try out this new tiki bar in downtown Vegas. What a disappointment. Great ambience but understaffed and an angry, condescending manager. Got our drink orders wrong and didn't make it right. Terrible experience that could've easily been reconciled by either making us the drinks we asked for or not charging us for the mixup. Instead we got super condescending vibe from the manager. Not what we were looking for while on vacay. Save your $$
google avatar

Emily W.

Yelp
Welp, we had a reservation for tonight but when we arrived there was a sign on the door indicating it was closed for a private party. Jeff came out and talked to us, explained the situation, and invited us in for a quick drink. He was super friendly and was clearly disappointed in having to turn a couple locals away. He comped us a shot, profusely and unnecessarily) apologized. It was a bummer but hey, things happen. The drinks were great, the shot was delicious, and we are looking forward to coming back again to check out the rest of the place. Cheers, Jeff. You were nicer than you needed to be and it didn't go unnoticed.

Jojo D.

Yelp
Best best hidden tiki bar I've ever been to. stop there first because the ambience drinks and food are better.
google avatar

Connor S.

Yelp
Excellent tiki drinks. Friendly bartenders that take time to help you pick the perfect drink. I tried The Revenge because I like ginger beer. It's a fun atmosphere!

Erin D.

Yelp
They wrongfully charged us for another tables bill. Refused to print a receipt of the void. Service was incredibly slow and rude- took over 30 minutes just to get a bill printed. They did nothing to try to fix the situation, no apology nothing. Never going back. Insanely unprofessional

Yelp
If you're planning to visit Glitter Gulch Tiki, the newest tiki bar in downtown Las Vegas, here's what you can expect, a spacious setting adorned with classic tiki decor, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests. For fans of Dole Soft Serve, the Dr. Meyer's Revenge is a must-try!

Yelp
The Demagorden Mai Tai was so cool and so good. The vibe atmosphere and drinks were amazing here. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Vegas.

Yelp
I'm on a Tiki bar mission looking for the best Tiki's to yelp about. This right here is @glittergulchtiki located in Vegas. The post is delayed but I needed to spread the word on how awesome this place was! Located in Vegas adjacent to the Fremont Experience, this recently opened Tiki Bar has great vibes and even BETTER bartenders. Jason was so awesome to talk to, gave us some great places to try, and even told us about their Tiki mug trade coming up in the new year! It took a while for us to find it, but when we finally did, the door was locked. A bartender was kind enough to open up the door and let us in when we walked in. We noticed that it was completely empty and it looked like it was closed however, Jason the bartender allowed us to sit down and be their last customers for the night. They had to close early due to some plumbing Concerns in the building. I have to say that my experience there in that half hour was immensely impressed by everyone, including the decor. I definitely plan on going back to visit once I'm in the area again in February. Because the bar was closing, we weren't able to try any of their food. However, the menu looked very impressive and I can't wait to try it when I'm there again ! If you are looking for a good Tiki bar, #glitterglutch is your place!

Yelp
We came here for Christmas Eve - stumbled upon the place while walking on Fremont Street. Got the Old Jamaican and Mai Tai. Drinks were delicious, edamame spicy and our bartender Zoe was very welcoming. Truly awesome ambiance - friendly atmosphere and made me wish we had such a gem in SF :)

Yelp
Worth the few steps from Fremont Street!! Excellent service and bomb drinks. So glad we found this hidden gem. Try the poke nachos and tuna tacos. The decor is on point! Amazing!!!

Yelp
My husband and I loved the vibe. The drinks and food were amazing. For the love of God, someone tell me the recipe for the Makula REtrograde drink! Yummy!

Yelp
Wow!!! A brand new Tiki Lounge & Bar. Opened about 3 months ago. Tiki drinks are great!!! The mugs are awesome also. Service is friendly, relaxed and timely as it should be in a Tiki lounge & bar. This will definitely be a regular stop on our Las Vegas visit. Many dishes contain cilantro and when made aware of the allergy it still snuck in some guacamole with the Aloha Nacho Luau which was otherwise delicious. The skewers were also delicious we had one of chicken and the other with beef. The appetizer we were served did not come with utensils or share plates. This place has so much more potential it's not living up to. Table wasn't cleared till the end so mugs and dishes piled up. More kinks to work out in a new establishment. Good luck. We'll be back hoping you continue to improve.

Yelp
Dirty bathrooms, even after I informed the server I watched her tell someone who I think might have been a manager but nothing was done when I went back to the bathroom before leaving. The bar was empty and I am not sure why we needed to flag down our waitress? Most of the staff were on their phones, maybe googling recipes because our drinks tasted like virgin cocktails. Fried rice was cold, but I got tired of waiting for the server to inform her. Since nobody cared to do anything about the bathrooms, I doubt anyone will care about the drinks and rice.
