"Located in a Northwest strip mall, Glo Noodle House delivers an assortment of flavorful ramen and noodle dishes, and lives up to its name — its dining room is bathed in neon lantern light. 16 Places to Dine Outdoors Around Denver

"Though just steps from the traffic on 38th Avenue, Glo’s patio feels miles away, flanked as it is by a peaceful, tree-lined lawn. Fresh air may be just the thing to temper the heat of dishes like eggplant in dynamite sauce, crispy rice cake with spicy tuna, and the chili-spiked deathwish ramen — but cocktails such as the gin-based Summer Clouds with kumquat juice, condensed milk, and tonic do their part, too." - Gigi Sukin, Ruth Tobias

2023 Colorado MICHELIN Bib Gourmands

"The location in a run of the mill strip mall belies the cool interior at this spot named for Chef/owner Chris Teigland's mother. Inside, dark charcoal and dark wood are offset by pops of bright colors, while overhead, vibrant lanterns of different colors and sizes draw attention. The kitchen delivers serious flavor on their noodle/ramen-based menu. Kick off with a sweet and savory skewer of marinated tofu skewer served with a miso peach jam and an almond and sesame candy crumble. Ramen options run the gamut from miso bacon and brothless versions to the death wish designed for spice hounds who want the heat without sacrificing flavor. Sweets worth saving room for include the sweet crispy rice cake with smoked caramel and kasu-lime ice cream." - MICHELIN Guide

Google
Holy shit! This was some of the best ramen I've ever had. I asked for spicy Ramen but I have a shellfish allergy and so they substituted the mushroom stock and it was the most flavorful mushroom broth I have ever had in my life. You guys have got to try this place! The drinks were creative, the vibe was super fun, and the food was truly spectacular.

Google
My Fiance took me here for my birthday dinner. The restaurant and food were amazing!! We loved everything we got. The service was very good and we loved the atmosphere. We love ramen and they had by far, the best ramen we have had in the US. We've had Ramen in Japan and the ramen here is very authentic and the broth was one of the best we have ever had. The Hamachi and Death Wish Ramen were incredible. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back. We loved the Saki flight and many of the appetizers. 10/10!

Google
This place is just OK, but I don't get the hype. Most dishes feel too gimmicky. I do however, appreciate them trying new combinations of flavors, but its just not up to par in quality and cohesiveness of flavors. A $6 bowl of ramen from a random restaurant in Tokyo is generally much better in every way compared to anything you could find here. I guess its adequate as a source of sustenance but not much more than that.

Natalia Patterson

Google
We’ve been wanting to try their food for a while but unfortunately ended up disappointed. The lemon chicken ramen had an overpowering flavor, especially in comparison to the quite flavorless broth. The desserts, crepes and cheesecake, were tasty. We did not get the hype around their ramen though.

Google
Yo, this place rocks! Great drinks, delicious filling noodles, and a fun vibe. Like where else you gonna get a huge brothy bowl of fresh noodles and pork and kimchi as well as tiki drinks or a juice box of sake? There's lots of options to pick from in all categories and I had a great dinner

Sierra Bergsgaard

Google
I really enjoyed this place. Started with the fried chicken bao which was fine, nothing special at all, just chicken, hoisin and cucumbers, I wouldn’t get this again. For the main I had the snow crab udon which I really enjoyed, subtle flavors, lots of crab meat, overall, really tasty. Finished with the mochi crepe which was also very good. I will for sure be back! I also appreciated that they had good mocktails and vegetarian options.

Google
Glo Noodle House has been on my radar this past year, and I really enjoyed my dining experience here. For a Friday night, they were busy but still had room for walkins. Highly recommend everything we ordered off the menu and then some. 🥃 OROCHI'S REVENGE (sesame fat-washed whiskey, bermutto sake vermouth, zoranj orange liqueur, bitters) 🫛 EDAMAME (garlic soy, togarashi) 🍣 SPICY TUNA CRISPY RICE CAKE (serrano, eel sauce, sushi rice) 🎣 SCALLOP TEMPURA (scallop, shiso, lemon, tentsuyu) 🍜 DEATHWISH (chili-pork broth, dashi, confit bacon, onsen egg, narutomaki, green onion, bean sprouts, chili flakes, black garlic oil, chili oil, crispy shallot) Glo Noodle House is one of the 9 restaurants awarded with the Michelin Guide - Bib Gourmand for 2025 for its amazing menu with reasonable prices (aka The company has awarded Bib Gourmand designations to restaurants with “best value for money.”)

Google
friendly neighborhood ramen spot. best dish we had with the spicy tuna with crispy rice. we ordered the Wagu Brisket Ramen which was ok, at first it was really good but once there was less broth it was a little too salty for us. Same goes for the lemon chicken, by the end the broth was too tart. Overall , a nice restaurant with a good vibe.

Yelp
We're making it a thing to try a new restaurant in Denver once a month and this place was the first stop! Thankfully there were some free 2 hour parking spots nearby so we didn't need to worry about paying for that. We made a reservation for us and our friend (3 total) at 4:15 thinking it might get busy since reservations seemed to be so limited online but it wasn't. We were the first ones there and were still asked if we had a reservation which I thought was funny but it is what it is. We were sat pretty quickly and it stayed pretty empty the entire time we were there (almost an hour total). The place itself is pretty nice. Spacious but also not. We got a table along the wall which had booth sitting and it felt a little squished with the 2 extra chairs. We ordered the $30 ball out appetizer which included 2 skewers, 2 baos, and 2 temaki. We also got the kimchi shoyu ($22), deathwish ($19), and pork mazemen ($18). I only ate the mazemen out of all the noodles as well as part of each skewer and 1 temaki. Once we ordered, the food just kept coming out one after the other which was great cause I was starving. I didn't try the baos but they looked great. The spicy tuna temaki was SO good. It was a great way to start the meal. It was savory and the fried onions on top was a great addition. The chicken breast skewer had good flavor but it was slightly dry. The chicken thigh was tender and juicy too. The mazemen was nutty but more of a sesame flavor than a overpowering peanut flavor. The ground pork was soft and tender which was good cause I typically don't like the ground meat texture anyway. The onsen egg made the sauce nice and creamy and thick so it stuck to the noodles really well. I was tempted to ask them to either steam or take out the bean sprouts cause I don't like the flavor of raw bean sprouts but I gave them to my partner instead. Overall I would definitely recommend this place (already did to my sister and my friend who is planning to come visit soon) and rate it a solid 9/10!

Yelp
I can understand why this spot has a Michelin bib gourmand-it has it all: great food, great service and great ambience. We tried the pork kimchi dumplings, chicken thigh yakitori, death wish and pork & shrimp noodles. Their ramen broths were great and the death wish had a great spice to it. I loved the creaminess of the pork and shrimp one and the noodles were phenomenal. For dessert we tried the yuzu cheesecake and although nothing like a traditional cheesecake, was great. We let the waiter know we were celebrating my birthday and he event brought it out with a candle and comped it. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. Seating: there is a good size outdoor seating area, dining area, and bar seating. The outdoor seating area has umbrellas Parking: there is free street parking around the area and some small lots around

Yelp
Glo Noodle House is definitely one of the under-rated places for ramen in the Denver area...and I almost wish I could keep it a secret! This is a smaller restaurant with both indoor/outdoor seating, but that doesn't mean their food is lacking. Service was top notch from beginning to end, everyone was working as a well-oiled machine - they were quick to clear additional dishes or trash, and food came out promptly in between courses. Staff was friendly without being overbearing (always nice when I'm stuffing my mouth full of noodles). We tried a variety of tempura - all perfectly fried, not oily, and seasoning complimented each other. Hamachi was fresh and melted in our mouths. Onsen eggs were perfect in both the kimchi shoyu and the mazemen. Portions reasonable - not massive, but no skimping either. Overall, the quality of food went beyond our expectations at a good price point too. We can't wait to come back and try their other options!

Yelp
I really enjoy ramen during winters and would love to come back again. Service was great, our server had some great recommendations. Me and a friend started with the Bubbles drink and my husband got the Fireworks. I liked my drink but I had to keep wiping my lips because of the dill foam, neverthess, it was a good drink. I personally enjoyed the crispy tuna rice and the pork belly but the miso eggplant stole the show. I think it's a must try imo. For mains, I got the broth less noodles and it was alright, I would have liked some spicy or crunch to it. For desserts, the yuzu cheese cake was really good and very light. I felt like I could have an entire dessert by myself. I definitely want to come back during winters to try their ramen.

Yelp
Great service and some incredible ramen. Came in for a birthday and tried a few cocktails, sake, the "appetizer sampler" and the ramen along w mochi cake for dessert! The broth in the ramen was super rich, noodles w a perfect chew and the pork belly was soft and luscious. The bao, temaki and skewers were also great with a perfect balance of flavors between the veggies and selected protein. I was recommended this spot by a few friends and will most certainly be back. Thank you!

Yelp
We went one Friday night & had delicious ramen dinners! Glo is a lively little spot tucked away in the neighborhood. It has a cool industrial vibe to it, with music playing in the background. The restaurant gets pretty busy so I highly recommend making a reservation. There are a number of seating options - you can sit at one of the two bars. At the drink bar you can watch the bartenders make drinks, at the other bar you can watch the chefs prepare meals. There is also a very nice outdoor space with tables & chairs, when the weather is nice. We sat in the inside dining room & were cramped, our wooden table & chairs were quite small & uncomfortable. Side note - check out the awesome bathrooms. One has an arcade theme & the other looks like a bodega, really cute! Our server was great, very attentive & friendly. He even asked us twice if we had food allergies, just to be sure, he said. We had the Wagyu Brisket Shoyu & the Shrimp & Pork Tantanmen Bowls. These are big ramen noodle bowls, enough that we took some home. The brisket bowl was warm & hearty, lots of beef. It had a deep umami flavor. The pork (ground pork) & shrimp bowl was very flavorful too with a little spicy kick to it. It was creamy & had lots of shrimp thru-out. The food was amazing! Absolutely craveable, I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Hidden away in the old Elich Gardens - this noodle house is much more than meets the eye. I took my girlfriend here last night for dinner and we were both blown away by the quality of the food and service. We both did the omakase experience and neither one of us were disappointed with what the chef fed to us. The cocktails were also fun and tasty, using flavors and techniques that you don't find often (especially in the Denver area). I highly recommend giving this place a try whether you're looking for a casual bite or a high end dining experience. It's quite clear why they have a Michelin bib Gourmand! p.s DON'T leave without trying the foie gras or hamachi dish.

Yelp
GNH might be the BTS of the Denver Ramen scene... their dishes "light it up like dynamite!" If you're unfamiliar, BTS is a famous K-Pop boy band that sings the 2020 hit song, "Dynamite". Check your spotify or reference your last wedding, you know the song. :D So what was so "Dynamite!", let's break it down... Upon walking in, I felt a "I-I-I'm in the stars tonight, so watch me bring the fire and set the night alight". They have really vividly colorful murals and lantern lighting from above that gives a "shining through the city with a little funk and soul". If you're thinking about this spot for a date or gathering, I think you can definitely "bring a friend, join the crowd". Anyone would enjoy the very music video-isc vibe. The service was "cha-ching like money" just on it! We were greeted with cool kindness, solid explanations to our questions about the menu and swift refills of our water glasses. We got the Deathwish and Miso Bacon... both were "Dy-na-na-na, na-na, na-na-na, na-na-na" and lit our taste buds up "like dynamite!" The broth in both was salty, savory and all kinds of "whoa oh oh"! If you like spicy, Deathwish is for you. If you don't, Miso Bacon. My favorite was the Deathwish. I'd say it was the "I'm diamond, you know I glow up" of the Miso Bacon, because the bowls have the same ingredients excluding their chili sauce (which I found to be a well-balance of spice, tang and delicately sweet). So, if you're in the area, I'd dance your way into Glo Noodle House! You'll be sure to have a "Dy-na-na-na, na-na, na-na, ayy" DYNAMITE experience. :D

Yelp
We were visiting town and were craving soup as a snow storm had just blown in. Came here pretty late on a Friday evening and surprisingly there was no wait to get seated. Ended up ordering the Wagyu Brisket Shoyu since it seemed popular through reviews. Initial bites were great but I would say it started tasting a bit too sweet? Unsure if that's the best way to describe it. Also it felt pretty heavy after a while and this was me coming in completely famished. Back at home we have a lot of authentic Asian food option so maybe I was just a little bit picky. Overall though I would say it was ok and ultimately did fill me up. We ended up ordering some drinks as well. I settled with a beer but other people in my group ordered some cocktails. I would say the Witch of the Waste was the best out of the bunch. However, we did not enjoy The Taste of Tea whatsoever. For some reason, the blend of matcha and tequila really didn't go well together. It ended up tasting like sniffing burned plastic. All of us only managed to take small sips of it, but we ended up leaving it behind since it just didn't go down well. I will have to say the ambiance of the place is awesome. Love all the decor and theming. Would def rec to check out both bathrooms as one is decorated to be like you're inside an arcade cabinet, while the other looks like you're in a little outdoor market. Ofc you can't take any of the items out of the restroom. Food: 2/5 Ambiance: 5/5

Yelp
Very popular ramen place. The interior is tiny so the patio is preferably during good weather. We enjoyed their innovative eggplant dish, ramen and strawberry mochi cake. Service was very good. Parking available around the park area. It was an expensive dinner - Miami prices, even with happy hour drinks.
google avatar

Kylie B.

Yelp
Officially my favorite ramen spot in Denver. Exceptional experience all around. The spicy mushroom ramen was perfectly made, and I also highly recommend the eggplant & hamachi starters.
google avatar

Yelp
This place has a great vibe inside, everyone who helped us was great and the food was even better! We had Bubbles, Spicy Mushroom ramen, Sesame Buffalo wings and the Fillet kabob and it was all phenomenal. My mouth is still watering from the food. Will definitely eat here again. :)

Yelp
Had a spectacular experience at Glo Noodle House! My friends and I didn't have reservations, but the host made sure to accommodate us at the bar, which was incredibly kind of them to do! The lights and the decor are super cozy and give a modern twist on a traditional ramen shop. The appetizers were flavorful (spicy tuna crispy rice and nigiri) and the ramen was delicious. Definitely try the Deathwish Ramen if you're looking for something bold and spicy. Don't skip out on dessert either! Their Matcha Cannoli was just the right amount of matcha flavor and was perfectly balanced. Also wanted to mention that the staff was super nice/helpful and our water cups were never empty (which was needed with the spice level of the Deathwish Ramen). Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a fun and delicious ramen spot!
google avatar

Kayla R.

Yelp
Enjoyed this place so much! Loved the lights and the whole vibe here almost as much as I loved the food! Both broths from the noodle dishes we had were incredibly flavorful. Service was great too. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I had a GENUINE love-at-first-bite experience here. I don't even know where to start. Delectable food, fun atmosphere, friendly staff. They somehow found that perfect balance between elite and easygoing; their dishes are innovative, well-thought-out, and downright delicious, but not in an exclusive or unapproachable way. They're high-caliber, but unpretentiously so. I started with a tasty and refreshing cocktail called the Mononoke. Their cocktails have Miyazaki-themed names, which I thought was delightful :) We ordered the bok choy for the table, and it was great. Perfectly cooked, and the toasted sesame vinaigrette and almond chili crunch were amazing on it. I also got two pieces of the daily nigiri, which was salmon belly, and it was so good - just barely seared so it had a bit of a smoky taste, but the salmon flavor was still front and center. I loved it. For our meals, I got the Miso Bacon ramen and my friend got the Kimchi Shoyu ramen - and we both agreed it was some of the best ramen we've had in Denver. The broth was incredibly flavorful, the noodles were firm, and the meat was tender. It was everything you want in ramen, with some little creative extras :) Overall, we really liked this place. Outstanding food and outgoing atmosphere. I can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Christine N.

Yelp
I got the spicy mushroom and it was KILLER. The broth wasn't too rich and was so flavorful. I asked for the spice on the side and it was awesome. We also had the hamachi and wings. My friend got the cocktail with the dill foam, carrot juice and tequila and I'm still thinking about it. Our server Goldi was so informative and attentive. Our entire table (we are all/have been in the food industry) was so impressed with this place. We haven't felt like this about a restaurant in denver for a long time! Highly recommend

Yelp
Had a great meal and Glo last night during happy hour and was so happy leaving! First thing is to make sure you go during happy hour, the appetizers and drinks are discounted and great value for the flavor and quality of the dishes. The edamame was top notch and the togoashi topping was amazing. Also loved the hand rolls but the real crown jewel is the dumplings. They're covered in kimchi and it's incredible. I had to learn how the kimchi was made because it was the best I've ever had in my life. Our server was so kind and helped us pick out some amazing drinks and was everything you want in a server for a restaurant you haven't been to before. I got the green chili "ramen" but the server was clear that it wasn't really a ramen and he was right. It was delicious pork carbonara and super filling and tasted great. My GF got a super spicy Deathwish ramen and was delicious. Absolutely loved it. Can't wait to come back and get the different ramens and more dumplings!!!
google avatar

Astyr K.

Yelp
Ambiance and service was great! However the food was salty and too sweet. I ordered wings and ramen - I would not get again. The pork belly skewers were pretty good but I'm not sure if it was worth $8.
google avatar

Ali W.

Yelp
Food: We got a few happy hour items. The sushi taco with hamachi + uni. It was okay but not too exciting. Then two different boa buns. Fried tofu and brisket - both were fantastic but keep in mind they were super small (I didn't even know boa buns were made that tiny!) Then I got the mushroom ramen which was so flavorful. Definitely on the spicy side. I'd say 6/10 spice. But super yummy. They had a great selection of sake which spoke to my heart and the server gave me a few tasters which I loved! Service was perfection. Attentive at all the right times. 10/10 Ambience is cute. A bit crowded, tables felt a bit close together. Definitely recommend a reservation although they do have bar seats. The main reason I'm giving 4/5 is because the food didn't wow me but I would still be back!
google avatar

Yelp
What a great spot! Visiting town for a conference and super glad to stumble upon this. Tucker in the back side of a strip mall type building it's not that large but the smells are delicious the second you walk in the door. Service was extremely attentive. We had a group of 8 for a birthday so made a reservation and had no issues. We came for happy hour before a work dinner and had a pretty large sample of the menu. The highlights were: the dumplings which were really tender and had an excellent broth base and kimchi topping. Of the bao, the fan favorite was the brisket. Denver does a good brisket apparently! So juicy and a cool fusion take. Of the hand rolls we could not agree, everyone thought their own was the best so I guess you can't go wrong. Noice level is appropriate, there is music but not so loud that we had to yell to hear each other at opposite ends of the table. I imagine it could get crowded at peak times so would snag a reservation if a bigger group. The reservation deposit gets deducted from the bill. We had such a great experience here, I would absolutely recommend and come back again next time I'm in town.

Yelp
This has become our favorite spot to go for ramen. We have been twice now, and are always blown away with the flavors. The food is delicious and the service is perfect! It also has a cool atmosphere - we really like sitting at the bar. Highly recommend getting the spicy tuna cakes, shrimp and pork noodles, and kimchi noodles. You also MUST try the whipped cheesecake - fantastic!
google avatar

Melissa S.

Yelp
Very impressed with Glo. Wanted to check it out after hearing they received a Michelin bib gourmand designation. I got the spicy mushroom ramen and my husband got the wagyu brisket ramen. We were both so impressed with how flavorful the broth was, along with a generous serving of noodles and vegetables (and meat in the wagyu bowl). We got the bok choy and edamame for appetizers which has equally impressive flavors through their toppings, both crunchy and spicy! The vibe was great and the decor of the place was spot on. Will be back to try more apps, skewers, and the yuzu cheesecake!
google avatar

Yelp
Glo Noodle House is a small intimate restaurant with an open kitchen. A long eating bar near the kitchen provides a nice view of the food preparation area. We started with edamame tossed in a tasty soy and garlic sauce. I ordered the Deathwish ramen which was spicy and delicious. Others ordered the Wagyu ramen, Miso Bacon ramen and Shrimp tempura. All were tasty. It's nice to see such a small independent restaurant get recognized and awarded with a Michelin star.
google avatar

Lauren A.

Yelp
10/10 atmosphere, service, and food! They received a Michelin award for a reason :) I'll definitely be back to try more food (and drinks) but my first time here was amazing!

Yelp
Glo Noodle House in Denver impressed with its Prime Rib Shoyu--tender and flavorful. The Kimchi Pork Belly Skewer showcased a delightful blend of tastes, and the Matcha Cannoli provided a satisfying conclusion to the meal. The wait staff was attentive and helpful. We didn't have reservations but they got us in for a party of 5. Luckily for us. Highly recommend a reservation, this place isn't big and gets filled up quick. Overall, a great dining experience. If you love ramen it's a must go experience.
google avatar

Melissa B.

Yelp
Came here for a wintery date night. It was fairly quiet for a week night, which was fine. We both got the tantanmen, a fav of ours that noodle places usually don't have on the menu. It was good, but definitely not spicy enough. I blame this on not hearing what the waitress was saying, due to getting over a cold. My husband said she explained all the different bowls and their spice levels- whoops. I still enjoyed it. Noods came out fast and super hot. Cute bathrooms. Would love to come back sometime with our toddler. Seems trendy, yet kid friendly.
google avatar

Matt W.

Yelp
Really solid food here. The ramen is up there with the best in Denver but the other small plates might be just as good. I've been a few times and the omakase is definitely worth checking out for the price. My only complaint is that they need to bring the pork belly skewer back!
google avatar

Sarah G.

Yelp
I think I've found my new go-to ramen spot in Denver. Came here with a friend recently, and experience some super tasty lemon chicken ramen that was big enough to have leftovers. The staff here are so nice, and our waitress made sure we were never without water, and also made sure we were in and out in a timely manner. Will definitely be back here again soon!
google avatar

Victoria M.

Yelp
Solid place for ramen!! We came in without a reservation and they were able to seat us within 20 minutes. The guy working at the front was probably the hardest worker I've ever seen!!! They have a huge selection of ramen and of sake!!! Their crispy tuna apps were so good and melt in your mouth. I stayed away from the spicy ramen but as soon as I tried my friends spicy ramen I regretted not getting it because it was GOOD!!! This place is delish and they were so accommodating to my friend who has a food allergy!! Can't wait to come back!
google avatar

YooJin Y.

Yelp
They have a Michelin recognition so reservations are a little harder to get these days. The inside is cute with a dark ambience, and they also have ample outside seating. We tried different Ramen noodles and they were alright. It's a good place to try if you're sampling ramen noodles around Denver but it's a one and done for me. I have tried other ramen places that are tastier with more seasoning for the price. The servers were really nice and welcoming, however, slower pace as it was really busy inside.

Yelp
Wow! Wow! Wow! Went here on 10/14/23. Was able to get a reservation the week of but I would definitely make a reservation a couple weeks out. First time to any ramen place. Very cozy! Probably 10 tables, the bar top and then 6 tables right up against the kitchen. We got there about 30 minutes before our reservation and knew we would have to wait. But around 6:15 we got a table because somebody didn't show up. We were actually able to sit right next to the kitchen. Which was awesome! The kitchen staff was great! Very friendly and talkative. We tried the tofu skewers, to be honest our first time eating tofu. The flavor was really good. Then for the bowls we tried the spicy mushroom and the miso bacon. Outstanding! So much flavor! This place was awesome. Our waitress was great. Definitely recommend this place! Cheers!

Yelp
An absolute must visit!!! Glo noodle house was phenomenal, and as an Uncle Ramen loyalist, I think Glo gives Uncle a run for their money as the best ramen spot in LoHi/Sunnyside. The interior is a really cool space, vibrant colors, modern finishes, and curates a really fun vibe. The staff was extremely friendly, they were prompt with their service, checked on us regularly, had excellent menu recommendations, and delivered an elevated experience for us. As for the food, the whole menu was appealing and it was really difficult to make a decision. The crispy tuna was delicious and came with a heafty portion of tuna. I do wish the rice was a little crispier as the texture of the tuna and rice were a bit too similar. The ramens were huge portions! Excellent flavor, a variety of texture and so, so flavorful. I'm looking forward to coming back and sampling all their flavor variations! If you have allergens they were very accommodating. The staff was proactive in asking if there were any dietary restrictions and were able to modify one of the ramens for an egg allergy.

Yelp
Loved this spot! In a great spot in Denver by Tennyson street and a good amount of free parking nearby. The service was really really great and was definitely a stand out. We had the fried cucumbers and aburi salmon to start. The fried cucumbers were basically fried pickles. They were fresh and not too heavy. The aburi salmon was fresh but the miso flavor was a bit too much. The ramen bowls were really great quality and the noodles were great even though they aren't made in house. We had the chicken ramen and the brisket ramen. The fried chicken was lemony and fried to perfection. All of the drinks were really tasty and a highlight. The strawberry tart wasn't what I expected but was delicious. The tart shell was a big hard to get through though. We made a reservation for 7:30 on a Saturday and the place was completely packed. Lively ambiance. Overall I actually thought the amount of time it took for the drinks to come out was a bit too long but the time for food to come out was quick. The bathroom also had super cool decor and I liked it a lot. Highly recommend for a fun and nicer night out for a high quality bowl of ramen.

Yelp
Run, don't walk to this restaurant! Came here for dinner and it didn't disappoint. We tried the omakase - no set amount of courses you just tell the waiter you want another set of 3ish plates and they will bring you amazing food! Our omakase included salmon, tuna, hamachi, tempura shrimp, pork katsu curry (not on the menu), foie gras, and more! Everything we had kept getting better and better. Ended the meal w wagyu brisket ramen - which I thought was ok compared to the rest (next time I would skip). The omakase was also very affordable- $150 pre tip. Cannot wait to come back.

Yelp
To start, location is great. It's in Denver but there's free parking so that's a win. It is pretty packed but a nice ambience so when you're here, take it in. Look at the decor and take a trip to the bathroom because it's pretty cool with flowers and snack boxes on the wall. We came for Asian food week so they had egg roll specials and we ordered the Phillysteak egg roll and they were pretty good. If you do come here, order the sides or small plates. The brusselsprouts were quite flavorful along with the wagyu and octopus. The forget me not drink was tangy and really nice. The sushi tasted really good. Easy to eat. The desserts were also quite good. We shared everything between six people. I would skip on the ramen though. The ramen was good but the noodles felt like they're from the instant noodle packs. If you've had ramen in Los Angeles before, you'll understand.

Yelp
The food at Glo Noodle House is delicious, and the service is fast, efficient, & considerate. I highly recommend!

Yelp
I visited Glo Noodle after hearing great things about their menu and it lived up to the hype! We went with a bunch of appetizers/small plates to share as opposed to their noodle bowls but can't wait to try those as well. The service was a little slow because they had a big dinner rush but the staff was super friendly and apologized for any delay. We sat outside on a beautiful summer night and really enjoyed the atmosphere! I will certainly be back here soon.

Yelp
Love this place! Their raw appetizers are always amazing and the ramen is excellent. I love sitting at the chef's counter and watching them cook!

Yelp
Got the kimchi shoyu, and it was great! Broth had good flavor, noodles had a little bite to them, kimchi balanced the dish out really well. Service was excellent and really friendly! The place is fun and inviting, I like the small and cosy restaurant vibe with great music and lighting!

Yelp
Dang, I really wanted to be blown away and in love with this place. The interior was super small and cramped. My chair was constantly getting hit my servers and other customers walking by to go to the restroom. If the weather is nice, def opt to sit outside. The calamari was alright but a tad bit chewy. The spicy tuna crispy rice cake is the whole reason this review is getting three stars. It was the best part. The ramen was not my cup of tea. I don't know if it's the sesame soy milk in the tantanmen but it was simply not good. I sadly did not finish it. I don't see myself returning.

Yelp
This is such a wonderful place. Had the omakase a few times. My foodie son still talks about one of those meals a year later. Justifiably so.

Yelp
I have had ramen in BOS, Philly, DC, Seattle, Baltimore, VA, Houston, Dallas, NYC, NJ and San Diego! And I kid you NOT, this is one of the best I have ever had! Cheers to the chef! I had the "deathwish" bowl. It's not that spicy but it will warm you up on a cold Denver Day. This was on of the most thoughtful bowls of ramen I've had. It's a melting pot of small components that surprise you as you eat each bite. The portions are great, the broth could be sold as cocktail it was balanced yet deep with "this stewed for a week" level of flavor. The chicken app is splendid! Light, crispy, tangy, citrusy, slightly sweet and balanced with some creamy sauce I didn't see coming but so glad it arrived at my taste buds. Lastly if you have never had crispy rice tuna start here! 10/10 would recommend! Thank you chef!

Yelp
Really enjoyed dining here, but the prices are on the higher side. That said, I was happy with everything that I received, and the service was fantastic. Be warned that this place is ALWAYS busy. My significant other and I had arrived much too early (like 90 minutes early) for my reservation thinking it wouldn't be an issue, but they were completely booked on a Thursday night. I luckily only had to wait ~30 minutes to be seated! As for the food: - chili chicken / chicken karaage: similar to boneless wings / popcorn chicken. I do think it was a bit heavy handed with the chili sauce, but in terms of flavor, the yuzu aioli balanced it well. Just wish there was a bit more of the aioli! - spicy mushroom ramen: amazing, except for the onsen egg which was a bit undercooked (couldn't find any part if it in the bowl except for some cooked whites). However, would happily order it again. - lemon chicken shio: also good. Similar complaint regarding the egg. Not sure if we would order this again. Drinks: - Overall, I think the drinks are very well made, and you probably can't go wrong with any of the options. - autumn afternoon: nice and sweet, like a juice! Tried this one because I've never had persimmon juice, and I can't say I would recognize it even in a cocktail, but this was pleasant. - floating clouds: Favorite drink of the night! Definitely tasted like sweet "floating clouds" (there's egg white). - fireworks: Super refreshing and would highly recommend for Mezcal fans. Overall, I'd definitely come back here to try some of the other items on the menu.

Yelp
Wanted to try something beyond my regular close to home faves. Delicious Ramen - good vegan options and the orders are huge!

Yelp
Wow, where do I even begin? Made a reservation after reviewing the Michelins Guide review of Denver and initially I was skeptical as I've been in a search of a great ramen spot in Denver. As we first arrived, the hostess was attentive and we were seated right away. After reviewing the menu, we have ordered hamachi, spicy tuna crispy rice cakes, shrimp and wagyu beef skewers, death wish ramen and chilled spicy noodles. For bevies, we've ordered the spirited away, your lie in April, tasty/timeless and fun/funky sake flights. I loved the hamachi, it was fresh and the slices of grape paired well with the dish. The chilled spicy noodles is not spicy, it's more of a cream sesame sauce and it reminded me of a Korean noodle dish that I grew up with, definitely hit home for me. The death wish ramen IMO was not as spicy but my boyfriend was sweating the whole time while enjoying his slurps. This place is a MUST if you're in the mood of some delicious ramen and they have a great menu of varieties. Can't wait to be back!

Yelp
The food was way better than expected. Was recommended by a friend because of the ambience & was impressed not only by the vibe but the food too. 20/10 on the Spicy ramen with chicken and the shrimp tempura

Yelp
The hubs and I came with a friend last weekend. We showed up right when they opened because a.) we had barely eaten all day and b.) we wanted to avoid the rush. We didn't know they had happy hour on the weekends so it was a pleasant surprise. Hands down the food was awesome and I've already made a reservation to come back with another friend. We ordered: Seaweed salad Kimchi Bologna's crispy rice Miso tofu Pork dumplings Spicy tuna rice cakes Chicken skin skewer Eggplant skewer Lemon chicken shio noodles Kimchi bolognese mazeman noodles Green tea yuzu cake It was entirely too much food for three humans to reasonably consume and yet we regretted nothing. The service was impeccable as well.
