I went here for my friend’s birthday brunch and it was SO INCREDIBLY GOOD. The people serving us were welcoming, kind, and helpful. I ordered the margarita pizza and let me tell you, I inhaled that pizza so fast and left no crumbs. It was delicious!! The drinks were good, the outdoor patio area was lovely, and overall I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place too if you have a gluten sensitivity/allergy!!

We came for happy hour and had the best time. The drinks were great, the truffle fries make my mouth water and everyone who worked there was incredibly kind and friendly. They made the whole time so much better. We’ll definitely be back.

Delicious Italian food in a cozy spot. Service is very friendly. Dishes were flavorful and portions were reasonable. Great variety of food and drinks available.

We had the most amazing brunch here ❣️ we were running late and the hosts were so gracious. The food and drinks were delicious, we all had pizzas which we ate all of including the crust 😂 & they literally read our minds and we never had to wait for a single refill. Never felt more taken care of!!! Bottomless is the best! Can’t wait to come back! ❣️❣️❣️

Excellent food and excellent service. Leon provided great service! Calamari was best I have had in a while! Steak was delicious! Wish steak dish had a little something extra than just lettuce, maybe some veggies. Pasta was good, but needed something else for the price. Dessert was delicious as well. The garden sitting area was very beautiful! 4 stars, because menu needs a redoing, electronic ipads and not easy to navigate, and I think they need to go to a QRcode system.

Food was so good. Ambiance was very cool and a great vibe. UPDATE- went back for brunch and WOW! It was amazing and the owner Pierre Luigi was very kind and welcoming. The food here so good. The staff is very attentive and nice. The ambiance is a true Gem in nyc. Wish more restaurants were like this place.

Went to get a tattoo today and I researched places to eat near the shop, this one happened to be two stores down from the tattoo place. When I walked past the place the smell of the food hits your nose with such grace. The second you walk in, you are greater by the hostess, the atmosphere is a delight, this is such a beautiful restaurant. The minute you sit you are given water and bread. This place was very busy and still I received amazing service, not once did I have to look for my waiter, and when my waiter wasn't around, there was another gentleman who asked if I were okay. I was in the mood for salad and pizza, and let me tell you, it was some of the best food I've eaten in NYC in some time. The pizza was made to perfection. I love the fact that the first thing you see when you walk in the place is the pizza oven, so you immediately know they are serious about pizza. The quality of the ingredients were top notch. The salad with shaved Parmesan was amazing. And then the ice cream was the perfect ending to bless the palette.... I also loved that the waiter spoke Italian and the other gentleman spoke Spanish as I am half Italian and half Spanish. This was a great experience. I am an Executive Chef and I can say that this place is a perfect example of how a restaurant should be run, they have the perfect people working there. I will be coming back and I will make sure to spread the word amongst my peers.

I’d attach a picture to show you how good the food was, but I honestly scarfed it down before I remembered to do that. The sauce was so good I used every inch of crust on my Amatriciana pizza to make sure my plate was clean. The bottomless brunch sangria is also amazing too. Made in house fresh every day in the morning.

We've walked by Gnocco so many times and decided to try it for weekend brunch. They have a nice covered and heated back patio which was dog friendly. The menu is gigantic, with everything from pizzas, pastas, sandwiches to juices. Plus there's a boozy brunch menu if that's your thing. We decided to split a margherita pizza and the cheeseburger. The pizza was thin and crispy, with a well balanced sauce. The burger could have used some toppings, as it only has cheese on it. Otherwise it was pretty good. Gnocco is a good option if you're in the neighborhood. Will be back for the happy hour!

Now around for a quarter century, Gnocco is now an LES classic. Gnocco is a terrific local Italian restaurant. The food, cocktails, service and atmosphere are all great. Whether for Saturday night or a lazy midweek dinner, Gnocco is a good choice b

Don't buy the bottomless brunch if you're with any group (more than 3 people). They should call it "bottom brunch" because that's all we had. Just empty pitchers or none at all. They would take away empty glasses, etc, and never bring any back. We sat for an hour before they took our order. Bottomless lasts and hour and a half, and within that time frame, they brought us 2 ice-filled pitchers, which each filled only 3 glasses. We asked for refills probably 6 times, and they just walked away and never came back every single time we asked. Each of us only had 1-2 drinks in an hour and a half, and then were told we couldn't get any more. Seriously deceptive.

The food was good, but the service was even better. We came in without a reservation and were seated inside behind a loud table on a Friday night. There were two waiters who came by to take our order, and while we were waiting the second came by again to take sure we were okay because we hadn't ordered drinks. I was getting irritated by the large group as they were drunk and loud (I'm Japanese so more sensitive to sound than the usual American) and I told the waiter who seated who was sympathetic but couldn't reseat us. The food came which made things better (and the group left thank God). The fusilli picanti was full of flavor, the endive salad hit the spot, but the asparagus was way too salty. My partner wanted the tiramosu, which was just right: not too sweet. Bring cash: there's a bit of a discount if you do.

The food at Gnocco was alright. We had bottomless brunch, pizza, and what thought was their version of eggs benedict. The food was a little cold, and the eggs didn't have hollandaise sauce, making it quite dry. The pizza was mediocre. The atmosphere and ambiance were very pretty. They have a cute backyard garden seating area, but we opted to sit inside because it was extremely humid. The service was decent. Our waitress was a bit all over the place. It was an okay place to get a quick bite.

Started off with a pumpkin espresso martini and it was the perfect fall cocktail. The gnocchi was made so well and it was a good portion. Lastly we got the tiramisu which was also so good. It wasn't too heavy of a dessert. The ambiance of the place was great and the service was great even though it was busy.

Lovely experience from the warm and friendly staff, to the food and cute covered patio. Drinks were excellent -- pleasantly surprised by the espresso negroni - yum! The gnoccho appetizer is their namesake and it is a must -- so simple yet so delicious. Broke open the pillowy dough and arranged it with a piece of salume -- came with three different kinds. Generous portion and easily sharable. Arugula salad great - not overwhelmed with dressing. Had two pasta courses -- the pappardelle with mushroom and the spaghetti carbonara. Both perfectly al dente and delicious. Note: carbonara is more like the carbonara I grew up with in NY - very creamy, not a Roman-style carbonara, but still excellent with lots of smoky guanciale. Had cappucinos and tiramisu and profitteroles for dessert - perfection. Wait staff very responsive and pro, while also being very welcoming and nice. Also prices very fair, too. First time here, and would definitely return.

I honestly loved the super thin style of pizza. The sauce felt very fresh and the crust was kinda chewy and crunchy. I loved the sauce even though I've heard complaints about it not being flavorful enough. To me, it was a perfect fresh sauce that made the pizza very light. What stole the show though is their tartufata pizza. If you love mushroom and truffle pizzas, you HAVE TO TRY the tartufata. I could not get enough of it. The truffle flavor was just right and not too overwhelming. Also it helped that I just like how thin their pizzas are! The passion fruit frozen marg was SO YUMMY and honestly kinda strong. I literally finished mine in 2 sips because it was absolutely delicious. Our servers were super kind as well and the place is nice, kinda rustic!

Great brunch spot!! Came here for birthday brunch with my friends, there were about 10 of us. The birthday girl made a reservation in advance and was able to change the number of people last minute. The seating in the indoor patio is so pretty with a garden vibe feeling to it. We did the $43 brunch deal which is a brunch course with bottomless (drink of your choice from the menu) for 90 minutes. Our waiter was great, she kept coming over to refill our drinks-even when they weren't completely done :) she was also super friendly! The food was nice for the deal, I got the omelette that is an option with the brunch deal and had a great amount of fries, salad, and egg! My friends also loved their pastas and vegan options. Overall I would definitely come back for a brunch event!!

This place is so yummy. I really believe the reviews don't do it justice. The service is great. They are so sweet and understanding. They let us do the brunch menu and order from happy hour as well on a sunday. Cute greenhouse/intimate vibe. The pizza was delicious, so was the bucatini and Gnocco, but the rice balls WON! Cheesy and delicious. Drinks also good. Price for brunch $43 and they did split payment.

We are visiting the area and chose Gnocco as a possible place to visit. They looked closed but I think the chef on break told us they were open. We entered this old version Italia restaurant and our adventure began! Maria our waitress could not have been more charming. We started with the gnoccho bread and prosciutto appetiser which was pillow bread accompanied with aged prosciutto, it was wonderful. I had the gnocchi buffalo which was a true delight preceded by a shared portion of one of the best Caesar salads I've enjoyed. My group also had the carbonara, pumpkin ravioli, the pork and chicken entrees. None failed the flavory test nor disappointed! I highly recommend that you try this hidden gem!

We went here after my son had swimming lessons since he was very hungry. I looked up places in the area and Gnocco hit my feed. We walked here and asked to sit in the back indoor outdoor courtyard area, which is very beautiful. The music they played added to the atmosphere of the place. My son had a margarita pizza to himself and devoured it. The sauce was on point and flavorful, and the end crust was perfectly cooked and thin. The middle, however, was a little soggy. I ordered the burrata with black truffle. The bread was tasty with the burrata and black truffle. I really took advantage of their bottomless brunch for 1.5 hrs;) I got to try their margarita, white sangria, red sangria, and bloody mary. My favorites were the standard margarita and the white sangria, which had a peach taste to it. The server was attentive, always asking if we wanted more drinks and clearing away spent items. The waiter gave thumbs up when people said they were enjoying their meal. We did not feel rushed and enjoyed our time here.

Horrible ... should've known from the empty restaurant which is a clear sign at times of what can be expected on a Saturday around 3pm. Opted for the restaurant week appetizer and brunch - the pancakes were not great at all, lacked any flavor and had a weird aftertaste. The fruit on top was old, the strawberries tasted off. Half of the dish was uneaten. The brunch entree I ordered was the sunny side eggs with fries and a salad. The bread the eggs were on was almost cardboard like. It was not fresh. Both pieces were very old. I didn't even touch the dish and sent it back. Overall didn't enjoy the food or the experience and to top it off our glasses smelled. Which made us not finish our drinks and opted to leave instead.

Amazing spot! A friend and I cam eon a Sunday and were pleasantly surprised to find out they have happy hour till 8 pm on Sundays. What a way to spend your Sunday evening! Their frozen espresso martinis are absolutely amazing and not too sweet- which I enjoy. Its really nice Gnocco has separate gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan menus. It feels very accommodating to all dietary restrictions and the vegan options are still great and are not lacking in the flavor department. They have a beautiful covered outdoor seating area in the back- full of plants and natural light. The perfect vibe to sit and eat some pasta with a friend over a bottle of red. Definitely check this place out!

Honestly, I thought the food was just okay, but the service and the ambience took the trophy. My friend and I came to work as part of their system where they open up their tables for people to come in, eat, and do work. They essentially transform into that classic cafe where you do work but instead it's a restaurant where you do work. There's free wifi, outlets, plenty of seating, and it's just total and complete vibes. My friend and I came in at the exact time they opened the space and we stayed until 5pm. I thought maybe they'd kick us out at some point-- nope. We stayed all that time and they were so kind in coming by to offer us more drinks/food, being okay with it if we didn't want any at that time (we honestly ended up buying more solely because we wanted to give them the business after how long we'd been there). We worked in the "outdoor" space (it's actually indoor but they let light in), which has plenty of lighting as well as outlets. I ordered a lemonade, mochaccino, freshly squeezed juice (pineapple, orange, strawberry), and the rigatoni pasta dish. The pasta was super al dente and had good flavor, albeit a little bit salty. I think the juice was my winner for today. When they said fresh, they mean FRESH. The pulp from the orange was still in there, and I could taste some of the strawberry seeds as well. While I was expecting a smoothie-esque drink, it was definitely a juice. I felt like I could taste each of the fruits that were in there which was a WIN. I want to gatekeep this so badly because this studying space is genuinely incredible, but I wish them the world and more people need to know about it. I'll 100% be back to get more work done!

Came here for bottomless on a Sunday- surprisingly uncrowded. Service was excellent and prompt, and the drinks kept coming. We had the peach bellini, mimosas, white sangria and all were amazing!Bottomless also comes with 1 selection from their brunch entree menu. We had the spaghetti carbonara. This is a great casual brunch spot with some of the friendliest waiters- definitely recommend!!

Made a reservation 2 months in advance for New York City Marathon weekend. We wanted a place to carb-load that had gluten-free and vegan menu items. As the dinner date approached, we were able to change the party # seamlessly. Our table was in the garden area in the back. The space was so very homey, complete with plants and Xmas lights. The menu (on a tablet) had something for everyone. Instead of just 1-2 gluten free and vegan options each, they had complete menus for these parameters. The bread that came with the meal was warm and crusty. I had the fusilli with eggplant. The dish was in a well- seasoned tomato sauce with eggplant chunks, green peppers and fresh cheese. Very satisfying without being heavy. Everyone else also enjoyed their food. Could not have asked for a lovelier meal on Marathon eve.

Host Service - Excellent! We ended up being somewhat difficult as he sat us indoors and then we asked to be sat in the garden area and then asked to be moved as the AC was right on us and we were cold. The host was very patient and didn't make us feel bad. Waitress Service - Terrible. It took someone forever to take our order. My husband had asked for oil and balsamic and we never got it. We ended up having to ask for it again and then finally got it by the time we were almost done with dinner. After the food arrived, it took so long for someone to come check on us that we were over ordering the condiments we needed. Ambiance - The restaurant is nice and they have put in a lot of time and effort to make the indoor garden look nice and feel like an outdoor set up. Food - My husband and sister-in-law got their pizzas and it was delicious. The sauce was well seasoned and the crust was perfectly cooked. I unfortunately got the pasta and it was very disappointing. The sauce tasted bland and the vegetables didn't even have any flavor to it. It was supposed to be spicy but the chilis were on top of the pasta and not cooked so even when I mixed them in, the texture was off. We also got the burrata and the arancini for appetizers and they were average. Price - Average, I don't think it was worth it though. Side note: I did enjoy that the menu is on an ipad and therefore you can see a picture of everything you are considering ordering.

Came here for pizza for lunch last summer and it was very lively inside with big groups. I love truffle and their pizza was good although it was on the thinner side. I would want to come back to try their bottomless brunch next time

I was in nyc with friends again and wanted a good vibe. I was me and my boyfriends two good friends so I didn't wanna go anywhere awkward/intimate or whatever because again, me and two guys. We needed something lively! I somehow managed to find Gnoccho on Google maps. I was slightly unsure because of some reviews pertaining to slow service. But I said whatever idc let's just do it. I saw online they had a super cute patio area or interior area and I thought okay this looks super vibey. We got there and got seated inside in the back and let me tell you- that is exactly where you wanna be! It's ADORABLE back there. Beautiful indoor terrarium like feel with amazing plants everywhere and cool art. Good upbeat background music playing. I really loved it here. The service was actually phenomenal. Nothing was slow or lacking at all and this was a beautiful 77 degree Saturday night in august. Everyone was super nice and really knew what they were doing. Note: cool iPad menus. Great for those who have a hard time reading. The food was really good. Some of the pasta dishes are very heavy so beware. Not the best for like a night of drinking probably but just pick something else ! We got pasta. Lol. But we started with a margherita pizza to share and it was soooo good. The mozzarella was really yummy actually. And the pizza crust was perfect. The pasta dishes were all very good. Again, just heavy. But hey that's pasta for you. My friend said the spaghetti carbonara was a tad overwhelming with bacon flavor/bacon. And could've been toned down a bit. But he ate it ! My gnocchi was good but some of them were undercooked and chewy/doughy which was such a bummer. So that's my primary reason for 4 stars. My friend said he enjoyed the Gorgonzola sauce on his. All in all it was a great spot. We got great bottle wine service and felt very taken care of. Would come back for sure!

The food was absolutely delicious, we wanted to lick the plates clean lol The staff is incredibly attentive and very welcoming. Perfect spot for a date night, especially in the garden area.

Gnocco is a great little restaurant I discovered (after it has been around for I think 20 years) by a revived Tompkins Square Park and area. I had gnocchi with broccoli rabe and put red pepper flakes on it. The gnocchi was good, although not as good as the dish at the Holiday Inn in Sardinia and the broccoli rabe and focaccia bread [strips] were the best that I have had. THey have a comfortable enough area inside and out, although the tables and chairs inside and art in the garden can be better. I learned that Moderna, Italy, where the owner is from, is the birthplace of balsamic vinegar, which I like greatly. I was surprised the birthplace was not in Greece. I look forward to going again.

I kind of feel bad for giving this place 3 stars. Although I didn't love the pizza, everything else was good, the owners are very nice, ambience, service, husband enjoyed his pizza etc. So updating to 4 stars for overall experience. I'm sure the other (non veggie) menu items are great so do visit.

Please please PLEASE pay attention to bad reviews on here and don't waste your money coming here. If I could give this place 1 star, I would. Honestly don't waste your time coming here. Someone recommended me this place but after experiencing unprofessional service I INSTANTLY regretted it. Food is ALRIGHT; you're better off going to Olive Garden or a local pizzeria.

I have been going to Gnocco for over 20 years. The food is extraordinary! The price is not exorbitant! The cocktails are unique and delicious. The ambiance is elegant, warm and welcoming. Multiple choices of comfortable seating include, outside, in the well- heated garden or inside the restaurant proper. The staff is personable and caring. Tonight we met the chef and congratulated him on an outstanding dinner. What a way to kick off restaurant week! I am going back with a crowd for brunch!

This was a lovely place to catch up with my friends! Kind staff and a relaxed atmosphere. My friends and I all got the bottomless brunch option which came with our an entree. I got the bellini and my friends got the sangria and mimosa. My spaghetti carbonara was delicious, and it was just the right portion! I will be coming back for their happy hour deal. I heard good things about their frozen espresso martinis :)

Went here for brunch and it was amazing. All of us ordered the same drink so they went ahead and gave us a pitcher at no extra cost. The food was delicious and the portion was perfect. There's plants everywhere so at some point water began to leak a little on our table, but the wait staff took note immediately and fixed it right away, we didn't even have to bring it to there attention. Will be going again!

Enjoyed Margherita pizza at Gnocco's recently. The crust was thinner than I anticipated yet with good chewiness. The sauce is amazingly fresh with wonderful tomato notes, a bit of basil and oregano. The cheese melts perfectly on this pizza and gives nice stretch and gooey-ness when you enjoy. Topped with pieces of fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil. We loved it!

Great Northern Italian cuisine with it's 20+ years in business in this location. Must make a reservation when possible or go at an off time or you're not getting in. Yeah, it's that popular. The pasta dishes are fresh and some more unique than others, must read through the iPad menu when you scroll. Cool feature with the menu, if you click on the name of the dish, a photo of it appears! Nice touch. This visit: I loved my gorgonzola walnut pasta and the whole wheat pasta my friend ordered. Both made with simple ingredients but the taste was next level pasta all around. Note: on the menu, the restaurant gives suggestions of wine pairings with certain dishes. That's worth the time to go through the menu in itself. Descriptive and helpful in making a decision. Don't skip the signature Gnocco fritter appetizer! It's all that and more. Thinly sliced cured meats accompany them. One should split open the gnocco and place some slices inside to eat together. So delicious. Let's not forget the beautifully presented octopus salad, see the photo as it speaks for itself. I would've preferred some cracked pepper or more fresh lemon as another element but my fellow companions opted no to that. Oh well. Next time I'm going to hoard it all for myself and make it my entree. LOL Other classic dishes like the margherita pizza and stuffed calzone (#2 was with sausage and ham pieces) were also very good. The margherita is topped with fresh basil and that's generally our favorite when sampling pizza at any establishment. Loved the sauce and that crisp crust. Yeah it was a little charred but it just added to the levels of flavor. Seating: If you're lucky, you can ask for the outdoor garden seating in the back of the restaurant but that's usually packed first. It's a quaint covered area with all the fun elements of outdoor dining without the pedestrian traffic and street noise. They are open for indoor dining and the tables have separations via plexiglass partitions. I sat right at the open doors on the street. They also have a very open yet covered curbside/in the street seating. Built for the pandemic so it takes up some of the street. Totally would return and highly recommend. I read with other reviews that service was an issue but I didn't experience that at all. And I was there for a 7pm full dinner service on a busy and beautiful summer Saturday night. My waitress was very attentive and quick to bring us whatever we needed. One note: we had a carafe of water that wasn't refilled but we also didn't ask. So I say to you, just ask if you need anything.

I came here with a large group of 15 people, and when I called beforehand, they were super friendly and set up a long table in a side room. I ordered the gnocchi which was great, nothing super special but definitely a solid pick! They also have gluten free and vegan options for each of their menu items which is super convenient. Would definitely come back here, especially to sit at the courtyard at the back of the restaurant.

Went to Gnocco for my birthday brunch. We did bottomless brunch, and there was a group doing just the same basically right next to us so it did get a little loud in there. It was a little hard to hear. Other than that, the food and service was great. Everyone gets their own mini iPad menu which is a really cool and unique feature.

phenomenal happy hour. they have the best espresso martini i've ever had in my life, and i didn't even like espresso martinis until today. i've been changed. so cute on the inside. the service was so fast.

Ambience, delicious pasta dishes and delicate pizza pies, quick preparation time, extensive menu - everything was wonderful about my first experience at this North Italy inspired eatery and I'd go again for sure. Starting with the ambience, the rustic patio was beautifully decorated and lit with lots of greenery and string lights which my friend and I loved. The menu was very comprehensive and to our surprise, we were each given the menu on our own iPads including pictures and descriptions of any menu item you tap on - made the selection process much easier than other places. My friend and I gave the spaghetti carbonara and bufalina pizza a try, and needless to say, they blew our minds. The carbonara was traditional, rich, creamy, and smoky with Italian bacon bits. The bufalina pizza was perfectly crisp and thin, making me a bigger fan of thin pizza, and was topped with the right amount of cheese and pops of fresh cherry tomatoes when you bite in. The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the food's reasonable price was justified by its look and quality, no complaints! I highly recommend this spot to any vegans and vegetarians out there as well, with Gnocco having an extensive menu for each. Cheers, A.K

Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday and was excited to try it out. The atmosphere was nice and the garden patio had a good vibe. Unfortunately it was all downhill from there. The three of us ordered Aperol spritzes. When they came out the waiter spilled all 3 drinks on my friend's lap. Accidents happen, totally understand. We moved tables and proceeded to order our food. We got the bill and realized we were still being charged for our drinks despite the fact that my friend had to sit through her meal soaked in aperol. We politely asked if we could have the drinks taken off of the bill (as is common courtesy). The managers refused and said that since they only spilled on one person, they could only take one drink off the bill. They were very rude and standoff-ish for what we felt was a pretty reasonable request. The food was fine. I got carbonara but it was basically scrambled eggs on spaghetti. Maybe just a bad night for them but i will not be returning.

I went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday with a friend and unfortunately left quite disappointed, uncomfortable, and upset. We started our meal by ordering three spritz drinks, which, when brought out to us, were spilled all over our table, resulting in me getting completely soaked alongside my friends who also got the drinks spilled on them. We were then told we could switch tables, which we did since the one we were at was completely covered in liquid. Once at the new table, I was offered a few napkins for my clothing. We ordered our meals, received new drinks, & ate our food. When we received the check, we were quite astonished to see that nothing had been taken off the itemized list, not even the drinks. Since I was still entirely soaked throughout the meal, we decided to go up to the manager to ask if we could get some compensation for this occurrence (get at least the drinks taken off the bill). Once finding the manager, we were met with push back, one member of the team stating "we are only compensating one drink, since she did not spill the drinks three times". Basically, since I was the only one who got completely drenched in the beverages, mine was the only one being comp'd. I do not recommend this restaurant, especially now knowing how disrespectful and rude the managerial staff is to their customers.

Met some friends here while visiting NYC. Besides that the food, service, and ambiance was way above par, Gnocco was also a solid choice because my husband and a friend needed the carbs to fuel their Gran Fondo race the next morning (100-mile bicycle race). Highly recommend!

A beautiful spot!! We came here for a Saturday brunch and definitely recommend making a reservation beforehand! There is a beautiful garden section so also recommend asking for a table in this section when you go!! I ordered the pasta! And they were able to make my dish vegetarian friendly which is always a huge plus! The pasta was so fresh and flavorful, definitely check out this section of the menu! The staff and overall ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, but we were seated in the garden area on a cold day and they did not have heaters :/ since it was so cold we asked to be moved indoors which they were able to accommodate but even so it was very cold and made the experience uncomfortable. Overall great spot, will definitely be back when it get warmer out!

Went with a group of 7 to celebrate a birthday. The food was delicious however the service was appalling-- the restaurant was seemingly empty but we had multiple employees serving us and yet somehow it was impossible to get a hold of any of them. We also booked for the outdoor patio weeks in advance but were seated inside. Furthermore--and most jarring-- there was an erratic outburst from an employee on the dining floor who took a crate of glasses and smashed them on the ground sending glass flying next to dining patrons. At the end they brought out a birthday dessert which was nice but we were surprised to see that it was charged in full to our bill. Would not come back

After being harassed by the restaurant owner, we will never be back. The food is decent, but not worth the poor service and being called names by the staff. Update: The owner's comment is completely false. I blocked the restaurant on Instagram after the owner called me names and harassed me. I was never followed by the restaurant, nor did I follow the restaurant, so there was no unfollowing involved. We have dined here several times and the food is very good. On this occasion, our service on the patio was terrible (the server admitted to forgetting about us), and the aftermath is pure insanity. The owner threatening to sue me over a negative Yelp review is just another reason to stay far, far away from this place and the people who run it. If you want decent carbonara with poor service and threats of a lawsuit, then this is your place.

We went here for bottomless brunch! The bottomless options are the best here! They offered Margarita, mimosa, Bellini, bloody marry and sangria! Bets set of options I've seen! The bottomless was 42$ including the meal! Very good deal! The service here was awesome! The waitress was amazing, attentive and very good attitude! My panini seemed a little cold but I still thought it was delicious, just wish the bread was warmer, hotter!

Nice ambiance but after that nothing special, portions are on the smaller side and pricy for an Italian restaurant. Service is quick, nice if you are in A hurry but felt a little rushed. Party of nine wrapped up within a hour and a half

Went to Gnocco many times first the food is very very excellent they make you feel very welcome !!! The staff , the owners are great , i recommend the Gnocco ristorante to all my friends!!!

My favorite place in LES! Everything tastes wonderful! The atmosphere is so cool & service AMAZING!! I'm a frequent visitor, almost afraid to reveal my secret. Lol!! The owners are very nice and they are accommodating to their guests. Mouth watering now, thinking about the food!

The food is always incredible - especially the calamari and their pizza. I also love their mini frozen espresso martinis! The inside of the restaurant is so cozy and the garden area is lovely. Definitely recommend for a date.

I went here as part of a group of 4 people. We ordered the cheese plate to share, and it was the perfect amount of cheese for our party. The cheese plate was very well done, and included a nice selection of cheeses with fruit and sauce pairings. For my main, I had the gnocchi, which I believe is made fresh in-house. It was fantastic. One of my favorite things about this restaurant is the ambiance. The outdoor (street) seating is okay, but I personally prefer the interior and garden seating. I think seating in the garden is pretty limited, so make sure to ask or include it in your reservation. This is my go-to recommendation for a date night but it also works for a small group of friends. I would recommend getting a reservation in advance, as they do tend to go pretty quickly, especially on Fri/Sat nights. My reservation was for a Friday night and I got my reservation that morning. When my party showed up, the place was almost completely full.
