Excellent neighborhood spot for fast, consistent food. We have ordered from Go Noodle more than two dozen times and it's always tasty. If there’s ever an issue with an order (i.e., the DoorDasher didn’t shows up), these guys are FAST to correct it. If you’re looking for a local place that delivers reliable quality and stands by their customers, you can’t do better than Go Noodle.

Also known as “Ming Dynasty” on delivery apps. The sesame chicken was dry on the inside and overcooked on the outside. Instead of being in a glazed sauce, it came in a container of watery liquid with very overcooked broccoli. The “pan seared” dumplings were nothing but deep fried frozen dumplings. So disappointed.

Good value for the food quality and taste. Literally half the price of all other Chinese spots in Manhattan. I found the food to be piping hot and delicious. Not sure what all these negative reviews are about, but notice that the Asian names (south, southeast or east Asian) are giving all 5 star reviews. I trust them the most to review Chinese food.

The good was that the food was delivered hot and fresh, and the delivery person was quick. Unfortunately, the food just wasn't very tasty. We ordered a beef and a chicken dish, both were listed as spicy, neither were close. Seemed like the ingredients were fresh, but the sauces were bland and it was quite a letdown.

Nice typical Chinese noodle place. Price standard 9$ up. Big portions. Yes testy) but no place for sit. Veggie inside! 👍 testy clear chicken broth. Take and go. Good place. STOP! Correction! I finished it all and suddenly the stones crunched on my teeth !!! Be careful! I lower the rating immediately! that means they wash the food badly before adding!

Good food, good service! I love this place and they cook really delicious food. I got the lunch special which was 11.95(all inclusive), steal deal. They have a ton of options to choose from and I got the garlic fried veggies and spring rolls, both tasted fantastic. Spent less than 20min from entry till checkout. Will definitely recommend it

Got the mixed dumplings (pork, veggie, shrimp, chicken, I think). They were pretty good. Provided dumpling sauce and other packet sauces at a self-serve table to the side. The service was pretty busy and not the quickest for my relatively small, simple order. Also, the person at the register was a bit impersonal, but they were pretty busy so I understand. The aesthetic of the restaurant was relatively basic, though that’s understandable with the pandemic. More of a hole-in-the-wall type joint which is fine. Also, the display menu pictures all seem really generic and faint. Didn’t really inspire me to get any of the items based on that presentation. Ultimately, I think the price point is really what pushed it to 4 instead of 5 stars. I’ve had dumplings as good or better for cheaper and quicker, nicer service.

Huge health and safety issue in this kitchen. Ordered the wonton and seafood noodle soup and almost choked on a piece of metal Brillo pad.

Excellent food and good portions. At a time where traditional restaurants are fading away, this place stands as a pleasant throwback to Chinese takeout of old.

Ordered from here recently - my friend and I liked what we ordered especially the chicken lo mien. Very well priced and came pretty quickly. Will order again soon!

I used to love Go Noodles. They had such good food at a reasonable price. But the last few times I ordered from them, the food was tasteless and really nothing to write home about. Also, there was a time the food practically arrived before I hung up the phone. Those days are gone too. I think I'll start looking for a new Chinese take-away spot. Maybe the new dim sum place on 1st will be better when they open.

Something in the first three minutes of eating made me and my Friend non stop itch. We stopped eating and had to take Benadryl. The next day massive stomach issues. Won't be going back. Thank goodness nothing else more severe happened

I decided to give this place a try on a Sunday afternoon and was shocked at how busy they were. The phone was off the hook and they already had so many tickets! I did have to wait a bit to even talk to the cashier, but my order wasn't ready anyway. I got the general tsos chicken lunch with hot and sour soup and pork fried rice. The general tsos was great, still crispy under the sauce and there was actual chicken in it. The rice was pretty standard, and it tasted like they use something other than jasmine rice. I was dissappointed that they gave me egg drop soup instead of the hot and sour, I think I would've preferred an egg roll rather than the egg drop but oh well. Overall, this place can be a little hectic with mediocre service but the American Chinese food is actually decent!

Serviceable but definitely not outstanding is how I would describe go noodle. The staff is kind of rude and there's nowhere to sit to eat so call ahead for pickup or just order delivery. I actually highly recommend their duck noodle soup with egg noodles, it's legitimately the best thing on the menu. I also tried the salt and pepper shrimp, which was pricey, but solid. Fried rice is tasteless so I usually get white rice instead. The rest of the menu is probably exactly what you'd expect. Solid dumplings, solid lo mein. I haven't tried the sesame chicken or general tso's but I can make assumptions. I come back for the lunch combos but I do wish there was another Chinese food place in the area that put a bit more effort into their food

I have ordered from here about twice a week for the past 3 years. It is always consistently good, fresh, and prompt. Do not judge it's storefront, as the locals all know it as great and fast Chinese food

I love their fried chicken wings! Absolutely crunchy. Also, delivery is super quick.

A place to avoid. Passed by and decided to stop in to place a to-go order. Ordered vegetable chow mein. When I got home, realized they gave me a plate of soupy vegetables with no noodles. Okay mistakes happen. But the worst part was sitting waiting for my order and watching the woman who took the order be aggressively rude to every single patron she interacted with, as well as with every call she took. I will never step into this place again. Dear owner: If you don't like what you do, or your customers, please close your doors and find something that you do like doing.....never again.

Consistently good. My favorite is shrimp and lobster sauce (do not look for the lobster). The shrimp are large and fresh. This is a quick take-out experience so disregard the absence of customer service. Visit for the food, not the ambiance.

Solid local Chinese takeout. Been ordering from here for a few years and the food has been consistently good. When I have a craving for classic (not exactly healthy) American-Chinese this is my spot. The homemade dumplings are excellent I usually order the assorted cause I get to sample each kind (vegetable, pork, beef, chicken, shrimp). My go to menu items include general tso's chicken, Singapore Mei fun, vegetable or pork lo mein, beef chow ho fun, shrimp mei fun, roast pork and wonton noodle soup, and the dumplings (fried or steamed). Last but not least the homemade baked pork buns.. savory and sweet... as good as from Chinatown.. yeah you'll want one.

Unclear why it has such low reviews - it may be one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area! Chicken & vegetables were very fresh with great flavors! Ordered delivery and everything arrived hot! Will be ordering again- so happy to have found it!

Everything lacked flavor and tasted like it was cooked in 3 week old vegetable oil. I ordered two different types of fried rice and it was clear they just make generic rice and throw some meat in at the last second... unseasoned, seemingly steamed steak or pork bits. The egg roll was not even edible, like most cabbage wrapped in a oily wrapper and void of any salt or real flavor. Stay away from this place!

I have been going here for 30 years. Used to be great prices and nice people. Now absolutely rude. Prices constantly changing depending if u go to store or order for delivery. Chicken with black bean sauce has be become chicken with onions and peppers and a few black beans. Good for convenience but nasty and pricing out of control. If you order from seamless you can only order large size plus prices r much hire than ordering from menu.

While this place does many things right, I find it a little confusing to review as there are several aspects that are not up to par in my opinion. However, they are impressively fast and efficient, and I believe their pricing is fair for the quality of service provided. This is particularly noteworthy in today's environment where one often has to compromise on one thing to get another. On my first visit, I ordered shrimp rice and chicken fried dumplings, and it took less than 10 minutes for my order to arrive. The bill was under $20, which was reasonable. The food looked presentable, and I could see the cashier making dumplings or wontons while I was there, indicating that they are likely made in-house with care. However, the food itself was lacking in flavor in my opinion, although it may be intentionally low in sodium and healthy. It seems to cater to the taste preferences of the residents of the Upper East Side/Sutton Place area who prefer flavorless restaurants. The green peas in the fried rice were hard and dry, and the shrimp seemed slightly undercooked. Despite the negatives, I like the restaurant and plan to give it another try, being more specific about my preferences for the fried rice. They have a condiment table with sauces, chili paste/oil, and other condiments based on individual preferences. I am hopeful that my experience will improve during my next visit.

This is pretty standard Americanized Chinese. Sweet and goopy. However, for that specific cuisine, it's surprisingly good. Clean flavors, correct textures.

Found a piece of METAL in my wonton soup. The restaurant did not even apologize when I called. I had to argue for a refund. Appalling.

Where do I start? I guess by saying this is a review not of food but of customer service. I will never know what the food tastes like because it never came! I will never order from here again. Long story short- ordered on delivery.com. Estimate says 30-45 min (which is so long for Chinese food- my normal place is always about 15 min). At the 40 min mark I called to see where my food was- gave my address (and apt #) and was told it was on its way. I live around the corner- 15 min later, never came. I call back- got the rudest person ever who was short and aggressive with me when I said I was told it was coming and I live around the corner it's now 55 minutes. I was told they never received my order that the order they were talking about was for 4c in my building, not me. They told me call delivery.com, that they are a third party. I did - they called the restaurant who told them they are too busy and closing early. Nothing about not getting my order. I asked my doorman if 4c ordered food, they said nothing came for them. One hour later- no food and a bad taste in my mouth! STAY AWAY- do yourself a favor and go to Lin's Gourmet around the corner. Great food, good value and lovely people. I never should have bothered going somewhere else. Lesson learned.

Not sure why there just isn't very good American Chinese food in this area? This is an exception. Been looking for place that has a good price to quality ratio. Wouldn't say this is the best I've had, but this place is very solid. Not overly salty, fast, and reasonably priced. Their dumplings are surprisingly good and have a thin wrapper which you don't typically see at American style chine takeout places. I like how they also sell their dumplings in bulk (50 piece) frozen which I feel like I've only really seen offered in Chinatown or specific dumpling shops. They must be pretty proud of their dumplings to do so right? Didn't get to try it, but curious about their udon and noodle soup dishes too. They have a pretty extensive menu, but only ordered a little this time. Had their Chicken and Broccoli Combination with Pork Fried rice -- all tasty and good portion size. Will definitely be ordering again and trying their other dumpling flavors!

Ordered General Tso's Chicken (Not Lunch Special) and got very little chicken and A LOT of broccoli for 17$. Not worth it.

All our regular Chinese food places have closed, so it was a joy to see this one open during one of our recent walks. We had to try it out and are so glad we did! Everything was delicious, and this place is among The best Chinese places I have had in almost 20 years living in NY. They have both typical Chinese takeout items and more traditional. We will definitely order from here again, delish

I got wonton with seafood noodles (also got extra wonton on it) and fried wonton. They serve a good potion of food relate with thier price. But food is not so tasty for me since Im Thai and I like my food savory and seasoning. But This is the one of good spot.

The food is mediocre here, but acceptable for fast food Asian Noodles. I will never order from here again however, because the girl behind the counter choose to be combative and argumentative with me rather that slow down a minute and ask a couple of questions. You know...customer service!

I order from here every single Sunday night it is so good and I love the vegetarian options. You should deff try their veggie dumplings and udon ramen

This is a great neighborhood spot and I always order dumplings here. I order from them directly over the phone to avoid having them pay ridiculous third party fees, and my order is always perfect.

I have been getting my take out Chinese food from Go Noodle since I was in college. That's over 25 years ago. The food was always excellent, delivered quickly & delicious. However, since they had a fire in the restaurant & had to rebuild their food quality is not the same. I have ordered from them 3 times since the fire & each time I got sick. The food lacked quality & taste & arrived cold. Disappointed can not describe it. I don't know if they lost their cooks who worked there prior to the fire but whoever is cooking for them now does not know how to cook. Their food is tasteless. I am so disappointed. I will NEVER order from them again. They not only lost me as a customer but I told all my friends how the food now sucks.

I wish I could give this restaurant negative stars. I ate here a few time as I work around the corner. I once ordered some food and found a hair that was not mine in the food. when I went back one lady was really nice about it and refunded me my money but started to yell at her workers because they knew they were obviously in the wrong. when I returned today they had hair nets on but thag did not protect my food as they were wearing the hair nets half leaving much of their hair out. when I came back to return the food I was met with a very rude worker. the same man who must have gotten hair into my food last time came and said that this isn't my first time and that they never have anyone complain about their food. As I have family who work in the food industry, seeing no care with mistakes like this is annoying since these things are very preventable. I did not come in asking for a refund or a remake, just simply letting them know what happened then they gave me my money back. Food safety is way more important than a little 8 dollars but there was no ownership or even apology for my experience. please do not eat here. the food does not even taste good(when they aren't leaving their DNA in it).

A great neighborhood Chinese takeout. We love this place and eat here often. Great menu selection. The food is good quality and reasonably priced.

The General Tso's chicken is really good, the sauce is not on the too sweet side, which adds more flavor. Also the vegetables are very fresh!

Go Noodle is my go to place for Chinese food. I usually order take out when I come here but I've also sat here and ate a few of my meals. This place is a really solid Chinese place. I have a lot of friends who live in the area and we usually order from Go Noodle. They have ordering done through seamless so it's supper convenient! I've ordered from them multiple times and they always came promptly with the right food as well. It was also fresh and hot when it came to the door! Go Noodle has good combo options that are really affordable especially for being in midtown! They also have huge portions so, if you're having a get together you could order a few things and it would actually feed a lot of people. My favorites are their dumplings and anything with vegetables! Their chicken dishes as well are very good. On a cold winter day their soups are perfect! Whenever I'm in the area I always try to stop by they also give you this small plate of pineapples for ordering! If you're ever in the mood for Chinese and face it everyones always in the mood for Chinese make sure to try out Go Noodle!

Can't believe the ratings are so low. Go Noodle Nine Moon is easily the best Chinese American food in midtown (and possibly all of Manhattan). The sesame chicken is perfect - not too much corn starch and extremely tender. Definitely worth an order when you're feeling like you need some Chinese comfort food.

Used to eat from this takeout spot all the time. But that was a while ago (decided to be healthier). One thing I remember loving was the chicken dumplings (fried oh yeah) these bitches were plump too. You got 8 baby apple sized dumplings. That was the past, today is different. It may have been over a year maybe even two since I've eaten these dumplings. I decided after the gym to have a fuck it day (just for the dumplings). Today these dumplings were more like dumplames. Yeah maybe 1/4-1/2 the size I remember. The biggest thing is they were $8. For that much I could have bought some healthy food from Wholefoods, which was the original plan. 1. Fuckit can fuck you over. 2. Don't bother with the dumplings they ain't worth it. 3. Stick with a healthy plan, its healthier.

Hole-in-the-wall Chinese place, no indoor dining. Huge menu, I've yet to have a bad meal from here. They make their own dumplings and pork buns, they're absolutely fantastic.

The food here is always great, along with the services as well. I used to order here once every week, now that I do not live in the neighborhood, I will always stop by whenever I am around and grab dinner. They have been around for quite long. I wish they could delivery to 34 street, sadly they don't :(

Worst and shadiest restaurant ever. Goes by Go Noodle on Google and Dumpling and Things on UberEats... obviously there's something wrong with this restaurant if they have to go by different names... Delivery with them is a complete mess. They clearly do not know how to use UberEats. When contacting them in regards to the food being almost TWO HOURS LATE the ridiculous lady on the phone had the nastiest attitude saying that the food was already sitting there for the longest time and that I had to contact UberEats to ask for the delivery... Not only is she ridiculous- she's crazy and nasty. Can't believe this restaurant is still opened with that kind of service.

I'm going to go ahead and give Go Noodle 4 stars under the category of "Greasy Chinese Takeout in Midtown East" b/c everyone in the city needs their go to spot close to home. *This will also be a review comparing Go Noodle to Lin's Gourmet as they are one avenue apart. Rating the 4 because I do feel this place should be higher rated than Lin's! Based on Chow Ho Fun, which is my favorite Cantonese fried noodle dish, this place is way better than Lin's Gourmet (which I have tried a few times). PLUS, Beef and Shrimp Chow fun same price! and included ~20 medium sized shrimps as per photo. PLUS, Go Noodle is open until 11:00pm vs. Lin's Gourmet 10:00pm. PLUS, Per Seamless: Go Noodle has Avg 5 stars based on 265 Ratings, 86 reviews VS Lin's Gourmet Avg 3 stars based on 26 ratings, 16 reviews. I guess the negative is that Lin's Gourmet can be up to a few dollars cheaper but it's already cheap less than $10, I rather pay for better tasting food. After trying Go Noodle though, I will NOT be returning to Lin's Gourmet.

The worst experience we have ever had with delivery! They told us 30 minutes and we called 40 minutes after and they said the delivery driver will be right there and 10 minutes later, nothing. We called back about 5 times. Now it's an hour and a half later and still nothing. Called and they asked if we knew our own address?!?! Meaning they never even left! Absolutely disgusting cursing and yelling in Chinese in our ears. Do not even bother with this place!

This is the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I ordered sesame chicken, steamed chicken dumplings & fried rice. Let's just start with the fact that I'm pretty sure this wasn't even chicken. It maybe, was all the leftover cartilage remains of chicken, fried into overly greasy and overly breaded sesame seed flavor. The dumplings? The inside were pink, chewy and gross. And the rice? Yellow with likely canned vegetables. I tossed it half way through.

We popped in here on a whim to give it a try for "greasy spoon Chinese" food. A few seats to sit at, but the business appears to be mostly the take-out kind of place. Two dishes: Yang Chao Rice (mixed meat & fried rice) and the Garlic Pork are what we ordered. The Garlic Pork wasn't too spicy and the pork wasn't so much shredded as chunky - not nearly garlicky enough, but it satisfied an itch. The Yang Chao fried rice wasn't bad, but it was a bit dry but similarly, was close enough to what we wanted. Both dishes not so much the normal greasy spoon Chinese that you look for, but still, not a bad start.

Appetizers: Best-in-NYC Cold Noodle w/ Hot Sesame Sauce. Also highly recommend Wonton Soup & Roast Pork Bun. 5 Jumbo Shrimp with Fried Rice @ $8.05 is a delicious main course deal - offered all day/evening long. Go Noodle also has lunch specials. Ask for your free pineapples if you spend $13 or more. Mostly takeout but there are 5 tables and 10 chairs for those who wish to dine-in, plus free hot tea.

Go Noodle is an inexpensive neighborhood Chinese fast food takeout--Don't let the the inexpensive or fast food fool you---the quality and taste of the food is excellent--the delivery is always speedy and the food always comes hot. Keep it going --Good Noodle!!!

Worse Chinese food I've ever had. Ordered sesame chicken and general tsao couldn't tell the difference. Both were extremely bland tasteless and terrible quality. Did I also mention delivery was 45 min late

I had a very simple take out order of the minced chicken and corn soup and some chicken wings. The order was ready when I got there and steaming hot. Both items were delicious and I would have no hesitation to order here again. The nice lady at the counter was very friendly.

One of the best Chinese food around the area. The lady who works at the front are always nice as well as the owner. The fact that this place has been around for almost 20 years and is still open just proof how good the food is as well as the ingredients they use to prepare the food.
