Interesting place that has promise. I really wanted to love this place since it's close by, and there are some positives and negatives.
On paper, the ordering process is amazing. You can just use the tablet to order and keep the food going. However, the tablet is at the end of the table, which means only 2 people can access it. They have to stop eating, drinking, or cooking to tend to everyone's needs. Not only that, with the way tables are, it's kind of an awkward reach toward them.
I wish there was more than 1 tablet at the table, and it would make dining with groups way more easy.
I like the fact that you get both hot pot and KBBQ for just a small charge extra. That is awesome, and everyone gets an individual pot.
It allows everyone to have their own tastes and preferences.
The meat itself was just fine, on the KBBQ side. Didn't blow me away, but that's fine. Quantity sometimes is more important in these settings, and high quality is just a bonus. I wasn't dissatisfied though. I liked it.
The awkward tablet positioning and consistently having to interrupt whoever happens to be closest to the tablet isn't great. If that were fixed, it'd be much better. There also is a time limit, which is fine, but for large groups, I can see that being a deterrent. Especially if they remind you when it's not too busy.
