This incognito bakery, previously located in Plaza Gipuzkoa with a similarly unidentified storefront, is the city’s baked goods MVP. The selection goes beyond variations on a puff pastry theme, jumping from croissants to financiers to alfajor-like sandwich cookies to brownies. This is an efficient, in-and-out kind of spot, so spend your time drooling outside and have your order ready when you enter.
