Gold Star

This was a wonderful worm experience as I was reminded how welcoming the staff was. Server and the cook greeting everyone as they come and went. Had to tell the server I didn't want a refill. Everyone was attentive and worked really well together.

The young man at the window, is truly a precious young man. My card wasn't running and set off a fraud alert when it was swiped and he paid out of his own pocket, for my cheese coneys. I had 6 $100 bills on me, but they didnt have change. He was so kind! The food was great!! Wonderful family owned Gold Star!!

I've been eating Gold Star Chili for well over 30 years... I've also tried other competition chili restaurants and no other chili restaurant could ever beat Gold Star Chili. I'll always come back to one of my favorite restaurants no matter what! Also, it is an AWESOME place for you and your family to come out to eat great food served by your friendly neighborhood Restaurant Owners and servers! I highly recommend this location and will be back for future visits for sure!! Stop in and say Hello and order some great food!!!

This people are full of love and hospitality I usually don't put reviews on stores but this one is. Worth a review.i like the food and hospitality store is so clean as well thank you so much for your service and your kindness.

I've been to four or five different ones nobody knows how to make the bacon ranch fries this place is amazing every time I order it the service is great they're quick. I go there once or twice a week and every time it's been wonderful I've been to the one in beechmont I've been wanting Amelia they are disgusting their food is nasty but this one's amazing

By far the best Gold Star location out there, the Owner is one of the best people you will ever meet and the food is fresh and consistent every time, if I could give a higher rating I would !

They didn't report to Google or the app that they were closed and it took my money and refuses to give a refund

Tonight my fiance and I ordered online for us and our daughter, as we always have done, to make it faster to get our food. When he got there the two workers there who tried to tell him our order wasn't in their system. We ordered once and it said charge failed, we ordered again and the order went through. BUT, our card was charged TWICE. Once they told him they didn't have pur order he stated that was impossible and showed them that he was charged twice. They told him it was corporate and had nothing to do with them and they just wanted to close down. It's was 9:23 pm, you guys don't close down till 10 pm?! If shaireen was there, we would have gotten our food and one of the charges refunded. I am calling corporate tomorrow and giving them the store number and letting them know the manager Crystal is stealing monwy from customers. Never eating here again.

I went in and asked for a bowl of chili, with beans, onions, and cheese. Got what I would call a cup of chili, if that. No beans, I saw one onion piece, and very little cheese. With a drink and tip I was out $13. Could have gotten more chili at Wendy's for less money. Should have known when I went in at noon and was the only other customer.

I made my order online due to what my previous experiences at this location less than ideal. So after I made my online order I still had to wait through the drive-thru line I get up to the window and had a young gentleman who's customer service was subpar at best but nonetheless I know everyone has their good days and bad especially working in customer service. So after a few min he proceeded to give me food, no drink, no crackers, no hot sauce(all of which was specified on our order and on receipt) we also have noticed that 2 cheese coneys were also made incorrectly. After I waited at the window for over 5-7 min for him to address us again I explained what I was missing as well as the Cheese Coney's I, even offered to give him the incorrect ones back. He said OK shut the window and acted as if he was going to get them. After waiting an additional 5-7 MORE min woman came to the window extremely upset and rude told me that the only way I was going to get the 2 cheese coneys that I originally ordered was if I paid for them because she insisted she made first 2 right I tried explaining to her that's what my online order showed and I tried showing her my phone, she wasn't receptive cutting me off and continued being extremely rude and nasty towards my 3 children and I. I simply said OK I would pay for the second 2 and the gentleman got the rest of my missing items only now he becomes rude as she was while I paid and received everything and even after all that they tried taking back the original 2 coneys that were messed up by them to begin with, by that point I was fed up so I did tell themI changed my mind and I was going to keep them I mean technically I am paying for 4 of them at this point. I'd rather take them home and feed it my dogs then to give her anything. So even doing an online order although I was hoping to get a better experience from my local location I learned it didn't matter either way I just hope all the other locations aren't like this one I have attached a picture of my online order unfortunately I didn't receive a receipt for the additional two cheese coneys I purchased, so I'm unable to post a picture of those.

So I have been to this location numerous times living near it. Always ordered a grilled cheese for my daughter and today apparently it was a problem and couldn't make it. Ordered a kids chili cheese coney and they put onions on it and why would anyone put onions on a kids coney without asking first. Ordered my chicken bacon ranch salad with EXTRA chicken which mean an extra tender which is $1.99 I paid this and there was half of the amount of chicken compared to what I actually get! I called and the girl who answers the phone argues and continues with her little attitude towards me like it was my first time ordering there, I did get rude back and hung up. Never again will I go here! Yes I'm being a Karen, I'm not happy about this today!!

Went threw here on the drive threw and took forever to get the food and it didn't taste right at all I didn't even eat my second cheese coney probably wont be going back people were nice at the window though

Another 60 mile drive and I go past another Gold Star to eat at this location. Service today was great as always. Hayley was very friendly and efficient. Food is always good, but service has always set this location apart from the others. Will continue to make the trek to this Gold Star.

This Goldstar Chili Is Probably The Best Around Georgetown Ohio , Because They Always Get My Food Right And Friendly To Their Customers And It's Always Clean Inside Even After A Busy Lunch Day or Dinner Night.

Love the Cincinnati style chilli... their staff is very nice and pleasant. I have been here multiple times and always had a good experience. This is a locally owned chain and has been around for about 50 years.

Amazing! Best Gold Star around. I would travel an hour to eat at this particular location easy. Always good! You will never be disappointed!!!!!
