I made my order online due to what my previous experiences at this location less than ideal. So after I made my online order I still had to wait through the drive-thru line I get up to the window and had a young gentleman who's customer service was subpar at best but nonetheless I know everyone has their good days and bad especially working in customer service. So after a few min he proceeded to give me food, no drink, no crackers, no hot sauce(all of which was specified on our order and on receipt) we also have noticed that 2 cheese coneys were also made incorrectly. After I waited at the window for over 5-7 min for him to address us again I explained what I was missing as well as the Cheese Coney's I, even offered to give him the incorrect ones back. He said OK shut the window and acted as if he was going to get them. After waiting an additional 5-7 MORE min woman came to the window extremely upset and rude told me that the only way I was going to get the 2 cheese coneys that I originally ordered was if I paid for them because she insisted she made first 2 right I tried explaining to her that's what my online order showed and I tried showing her my phone, she wasn't receptive cutting me off and continued being extremely rude and nasty towards my 3 children and I. I simply said OK I would pay for the second 2 and the gentleman got the rest of my missing items only now he becomes rude as she was while I paid and received everything and even after all that they tried taking back the original 2 coneys that were messed up by them to begin with, by that point I was fed up so I did tell themI changed my mind and I was going to keep them I mean technically I am paying for 4 of them at this point. I'd rather take them home and feed it my dogs then to give her anything. So even doing an online order although I was hoping to get a better experience from my local location I learned it didn't matter either way I just hope all the other locations aren't like this one I have attached a picture of my online order unfortunately I didn't receive a receipt for the additional two cheese coneys I purchased, so I'm unable to post a picture of those.
