The place is completely a kinda labyrinth for those who will be visiting for the first time. A few nice and interesting cafe, bar and restaurants all have a specific theme. It contains other type of commercial spaces, some skill course training points, such as make up training, and there are others as coiffeur etc. These connected set of buildings sharing the same courtyard are really old buildings probably left there from the imperial times. Not enough general renovation or interior replanning for our modern times. When you realise the bar or restaurant you have entered does not have a toilet to use after your beer, or say, if a woman (somehow) wants to refresh her make-up, it can turn out to be a very solid problem all of a sudden. The toilets are coomon used and in terrible condition. People profile who visit the place seems to be a low budget students and relatively younger ones, although in fact the prices do not seem to be very suitable for any low budget adventurer. The positive side is you can meet different members of a community if you are not familiar with this side of the city. Finally other advantage can be, if you seek different options in a small territory, without walking too far you may be able to change your mood very quickly. Recommend you visit if you love seeing alternative options. And if you have a high standard of expectations by means of comfort, hygiene, do not even think about going.
