Yelp
A cute place with a hipster feel. Came for brunch and initial impressions were good. We were seated on the deck right away and our server arrived quickly. Overall, we found the food to be good, not great and our server inattentive.
I started with a cappuccino, which was ok, but a little too milky. Our order arrived quickly. I had the Loaded Avocado Toast with a side of Sweet Potato Hash and my wife had the Bacon Avocado Salad.
The food was good, not great. The bread was lightly toasted and had no crunch to it and the hash tasted like they had no seasoning whatsoever.
The salad came with a house made bacon dressing that was not good. After waiting 10 minutes for our server to reappear, we finally waived down another staff member to ask if they had other options for dressings, and settled on a ginger dressing that was much better.
My wife decided on a cappuccino as well after her meal and again, we had to ask another server for assistance. She needed a dairy free option and was offered oat or coconut milk. The drink came quickly and she also agreed it had way too much milk.
When the check came, they had up-charged the coconut milk on the cappuccino, which was a surprise. Our server, who we had only seen twice during the entire meal, took it off when questioned about it. As others have mentioned, the food is a little on the pricey side, but I expect that from a place that claims to use high quality and fresh ingredients. However, the service was disappointing and the food just didn't impress.
