Thee Oasis of Riverside! Love the food, the yellow watermelon, the healthy supplements and food alternatives, the positive vibes. This place rocks! Favorite right now is the Slap Yo Daddy Burger and watermelon lemonade but everything is delicious!

Had driven by this establishment many times and told myself I need to try it out. Today was the day. I pulled up, and after I was told they were open, I was greeted with smiles, and my order was taken. I ordered a Chicago dog. The only disappointment I have is that I only ordered 1. Oh my, the vegetables and relish were fresh and tasted awesome! I will come back and try all the other items on the menu. I'm still thinking 🤔 about getting another dog.

Eye have been investing in this place for a few years and normally food is impeccable, friendly staff, and a good vibe. Yesterday eye placed a to go order, was told it would be 10-20 minutes, got there only to wait an hour and get horrible service and food! Eye asked for mushrooms to be fried soft and got rock hard instead and my raw salad has never come the way it did! Again eye am a loyal customer so eye called to resolve the issue and all eye got was “ my bad for the mix up but we’re busy”. Normally eye at least get a proper remake and keep it pushing but yesterday was a horrible experience!!!!!!! Eye simply hope you guys can handle rushes a little smoother in the future and no one else has to experience this! Have a great day!

Came all the way from Chicago to see Sinners on IMAX and I found this GEM! I’m on a 21 day raw vegan fast and this was JUST the fix I needed. Food was fresh and service was divine. I got the raw vegan taco and taco salad. Very filling 😋 whenever I’m in town I will definitely eat here. Wasn’t expecting it to be black owned, so that was a great surprise. It’s not often we see our ppl interested in vegan options so I loved that!

I was visiting Indy this weekend and decided to stop by and try this place. Wow is it good! So good I stopped there again on my way to the airport today. On my first visit I got the Italian sausage and the firecrackers and they were both amazing. Today I got the Slap Ya Daddy burger, which was also really good. I wish they would start franchising out and start one in Atlanta. I'm vegetarian, not vegan, but it's so nice to have a menu that is totally open to me. And when the food is that good, it's like lightning in a bottle. If you're in Indy, try this place!

My husband Ken & I were visiting Naptown (we’re from Merrillville) for a wedding and stumbled across this food truck & when I tell you the food was amazing, Im not exaggerating! I got the Gyro & my Boo got the cheeseburger & I loved both but that BURGER was OFF THE CHAIN! I almost ate the entire burger 🤦🏾‍♀️ We will definitely return whenever we visit! The desserts were delicious as well!

Google
Amazing! We have been vegan for awhile and we love too try new restaurants. I just happened too google one night and found this hidden gem! My husband who isn't a mushroom fan LOVED the chik n sandwich! We both did honestly! The taco salad was so good, fries were crispy and delicious, and the dessert 10/10! We wil be back!!!!!!! One of our new favorite stops!

Yelp
The vibes of this place were IMMACULATE. I felt immediately relaxed and happy being there. The food was loved by all three in attendance and the adults ate so fast that there are no pictures. The baby's haul is documented. We had fries, raw tacos, chick'n sammie and skimps. Everyone was very kind

Yelp
Best Vegan burger ever, amazing food great find. Was just passing thru Indy, but will return again for sure!

Yelp
This is a food truck located on the west side of Indy that serves all vegan comfort food. They have a few picnic tables nearby if you want to sit and eat or just wait on your food. The servers that took my order were very gracious and helpful. I ordered the Chik'N sandwich: oyster mushrooms, breaded in spelt flour on a toasted bun topped with a bar-b-cue/gold sauce combined. The mushrooms were crispy, crunchy and full of flavor. I couldn't believe it wasn't chicken. I plan to return and try some of their other menu items.

Yelp
Amazing food and desserts. I was the only vegan in my group but everyone loved their food. Smoothies, taco salad, hot dog, Italian sausage, desserts. I would absolute visit again the next time I'm in town.

Yelp
This spot is a must visit. The king mushroom fried chik'n is THE BEST in Indianapolis. i will be dreaming of that plant based cobb salad with chik'n and mock "hard-boiled egg". And the dressing... wow! My partner had the gyro and i just kept eyeing it the whole time. I'm going back for sure!

Yelp
The food is very delicious! Surprisingly tasteful. When I would think of vegan food I always thought of dull blend tasting food! The oyster mushrooms they use for chicken are very filling actually I couldn't tell the difference. My wife tried the vegan cheeseburger and she loved it! Great place to start your vegan journey!!! Yelp
I've been on a vegan food kick lately and the Good Vegan Bad Vegan food truck hit the spot. They have a variety of menu options - a little something for everyone. I had the raw tacos and was blown away! They were super flavorful and filling, plus they were packed with fresh veggies and superfoods. I'd go back just for the tacos alone. We also tried the Chik'N Fries which were made with hand breaded oyster mushrooms and fresh cut fries. You could get bbq or buffalo sauce. This was another solid option. The strawberry mango sea moss smoothie was delicious as well. They have a small parking lot with a few tables outside the truck for seating. Cute vibes and friendly service. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
I found this spot on Google... you def have to check out their business hours since it's a food truck, their hours of operations are currently limited but the food was tasty and delicious! Ambiance was okay, I sat outside on one of their table benches they have while other people would pick up their orders and drive off. The service was fine.

Yelp
We have visited several times and have enjoyed several items from Good Vegan, Bad Vegan including - the Chargrilled Soy-Free Gluten-Free Plant Base Patty w/Plant Base Cheese on a gluten free toasted bun with all the classics of lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, mayo, mustard Burger (~$15) - the Chicago Style Chargrilled Soy-Free Plant-base Hotdog w/spear pickle, tomato, sport peppers, green relish, diced onions, celery salt on a poppyseed bun (~$7) and - the Soy-Free Gluten-Free Falafel Gyro with Grilled Onions, Tomato, Cucumbers, Made In House Gyro Sauce on a Soy-Free Pita (~$15) All of their food is delicious, very flavorful, innovative, and sizable portions.

Yelp
Both the taco salad and gyro were delicious. Great customer service, too. You won't be disappointed. :)

Yelp
FIIIIIIIIRE!!!!! Hands down best vegan comfort food in the city! I wasn't expecting a food truck but they definitely over delivered. We had the gyro, chik n fries, the Chicago hotdog (we ordered 2 more to go), and the African kool-aid, solid 10 out of 10! Everything that is supposed to be crunchy, soft, and seasoned IS! Made to order, so you may have a 10-15 minute wait unless you call ahead, but if not it's worth the wait. They even have an app!! Don't just walk, run here!!!

Yelp
Have literally been instrumental in keeping me on my vegan journey for the last 7 weeks. Always greeted with love and some good music! Everything made to order so it takes a little bit, but it's always fresh and delicious. Curbside parking and walk up to order. You'll love it they have everything from breakfast sandwiches to Chicago dogs and all of it is good. Go'on over there!

Yelp
Food truck parked behind Earth Life, nice outdoor seating with umbrellas. The chicken fries were amazing, soooo good. Breakfast burrito was great 10/10. Highly recommend the African KoolAid. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu! They have an app

Yelp
AMAZING. Stopped by on a whim after getting out of a late evening event and had my mind blown. Got the melon sea moss smoothie, buffalo chik'n, fries, and gyro. Staff and customers were friendly and helpful. Melon smoothie was light and refreshing. Great consistency. Would easily drink this any time of day. Buffalo chik'n sandwich was crunchy, "meaty", saucy, and delicious. The gyro was hands down one of the best vegan sandwiches I've ever had. The gyro "meat" was perfectly seasoned and savory. Large cubes of tomato and cucumber added a fresh contrast. The pita was fluffy, chewy, soft and held together despite the hefty filling. And the tzatziki sauce! Pay for an extra side and dip your fries in it. SO GOOD.

Yelp
I was driving through indianapolis with my mom and figured this would be the perfect spot to stop by and grab some food on the way to ohio. They have a great menu, variety of options available. I got the chick'n (oyster mushrooms fried & covered in bbq) plus a side of fresh grilled veggies, delish hibiscus tea & the mulatte. The food was on point, only complaint was it does take a while since they are so busy so i recommend ordering ahead that way its ready when you get there.

Yelp
Tried for the first time this past weekend and I can't say enough good things about it!! I've been telling everyone about it. I had the Brat, Buffalo Chkn Fries, and a Seamoss smoothie.... I feel obsessed. It was so amazing and the best part is that it's PLANT BASED vegan. Not highly processed and full of fake ingredients and preservatives. Just delicious plant based comfort street food. The brat had the right texture , which is hard to find in plant based foods. The smoothie tasted amazing ! But the star of the show was the Buffalo chikn fries!! If you don't try anything else, try the fries ! It's to die for . 100/10 would definitely recommend and will absolutely be eating here again.....frequently lol.

Yelp
A couple months late with this review but better late than never.. I had been wanting to try this place for the better part of 6 months but never was able to find the time.. then one day my family and I had to take a trip to St. Vincent's pediatric ER with my 10 month old, we were there for almost 12 hours and by the time we left we were STARVING.. I ordered online before we got to our car so it would be ready as we were 25 minutes away.. when we arrived the food was not ready, no biggie... 45 minutes later good still was not ready.. we're all starving, it's summer it's hot and I have a sick 10 month old. At the 1.5 hour mark I was going to ask for a refund and just leave with out it... only to find out another customer had taken my order and left with it.. they gave me that customers order instead, it was a fried mushroom sandwich and I got a refund.. after all of that wait and wanting to try them that bad, I'm thankful I didn't spend the $120 I spent to order us all food.. the food is terrible, greasy and not even "soul food". The owners were nice, but they just let some random person who was a "regular" walk off with my order after waiting 1.5 hours of waiting for it. Edit to add my response to the owners question: The regular that had walked off with my food, you said her name was also "Vicky" and you also told me "sorry about that, my son is autistic and he didn't stop her"... you're on here on a public platform questioning if this review is real or not because I used the words a couple months ago.. if this were a made up review I'm sure I could have done a lot worse.. it's late because I have a sick son and reviews are not my priority, but today I had time to leave a review, so I did. No need to be defensive, just do better.

Yelp
Everywhere says their open, even their ph num. The have crazy hours and STILL don't open when they say they are. Ppl drive to patronize the, yet they neglect common courtesy for their customers regarding hours.

Dee W.

Yelp
Absolutely worth the drive! This is hands down the best vegan food that I have ever had! We drove from Chicago after hearing about this food truck! We sampled almost everything on the menu. Check it out. Call for food truck hours.
