"Goodwin’s $19 GW Burger became an immediate Dallas burger staple for many — when a restaurant is this beloved, it feels inevitable. The burger features a tender, flavorful black angus patty on brioche buns, plus layers of charred onions, horseradish pickles, American cheese spread, and dijonnaise. It can be a slippery little sucker, thanks to the spread. Holding it together takes some practice, but once you master this art, you can focus on the savory, acidic, cheesy burger itself, which has the richest flavor profile in town.
