A ‘Fake Fancy’ Food Truck Called Goose Suit Is Coming to Seattle With Prix Fixe Meals | Eater Seattle

"Suntha is launching Goose Suit as a kind of 'fake fancy' pop-up on his cart (the name is a deep-cut I Think You Should Leave reference), where four seats in front of the cart create an improvised chef's-counter experience: he will cook three courses—an appetizer, entree, and dessert—in front of diners, pairing the meal with a nonalcoholic cocktail curated by the booze-free bottle shop Cheeky and Dry for $45, and to-go meals will also be available. He describes the menu as a 'chaos menu' with 'weird flavor combinations,' inspired by Japanese temporary sit-down stall culture and his backstage catering gigs where the goal is simply to make it taste good; after initial apprehension about the $45 price, feedback convinced him it was reasonable. Goose Suit will run at the Fremont Sunday Market starting in November, with other locations TBD and updates on Instagram." - Harry Cheadle

Mark from “Goose Gear” was outstanding in customer service. First both my son and I had bought from “Goose Gear” the rear seat delete version 1 when they first came out. When I upgraded to a new truck albeit a Tacoma it was a different year and at that time Mark and the Goose Gear team had come out with “Version 2” which would not work with Version 1. Mark “personally” called to clarify not only the vehicle I was ordering for but to let me know if I was keeping the older Version 1 that it was Incompatible with the new Version 2. Mark also stated that with the version 2 all additional side plates would be included in the order whereas with version 1 they were not. Marks diligence to customer service, accuracy of the order and attention to detail sets an excellent standard for the company. Also to note even though the website states xyz weeks for manufacturing and shipping Mark ensured that he contacted me beforehand so I knew production was starting. As far as the Version 2 “Goose Gear passenger side rear seat delete, it is even better than the version 1. Less hassle to assemble 95% of all the small parts are already assembled on the decking. The real wood is coated with a textured overspray that protects the wood from gouging and prevents damage to the items setting on it. The instructions are clear and show pictures for ease of installation. If you’re looking for a deck to hold a cooler or crash gear or even a deck for your pet, goose gear is an excellent choice and their customer service is “Top Shelf”.

I have 2 vehicles with goose gear seat deletes and absolutely live the product. The systems are so well built, its amazing. It has given me the ability to get my gear organized and safely packed away. Beyond that, the platforms allow me to add extra gear that was once left behind due to space constraints and created an area to safely store bags and other items inside the vehicle. I also have a comfortable flat surface for a large dog bed and my animals really love that! All in all, Goose gear makes an incredible product. The seat deletes & drawer systems have changed the game for me. Thank you

I have the stealth system for my 2016 JKU. At first, I wanted to build my own, but I’m definitely glad I went with Goose Gear. American company, quality products and great group of folks to help you build your over landing rig. Highly recommended!

Love Goose Gear in our new Bronco Badlands. Moved Drawers over from our 2016 Rubi to new 2025 Badlands, just added a new plate for the rear. Hopefully will do the rear seat delete soon as we had in our Rubicon. Love all the storage and capabilities Goose Gear has provided us on our travels, off-roading. We have cooked meals in places never would have without the Goose Gear. The tailgate table has been our prep surface with the drawers holding all the cooking anesthesia eating gear.

Pros: Looks good. Full coverage. Seems pretty solid but we'll have to wait to see how it holds up over time. Instructions were pretty straightforward. Cons: Need to keep an allen key on ya to remove the 4 screws if you want to access the rear hatch where you keep the jack. Holes were a bit off and needed to be enlarged to get lined up. Whatever sealant/liner they used on the wood smells horrible. It's been installed for a few months now and the smell is still as strong as it was the day I put it in. Gonna need a bio bomb to rid of the smell. Overall I'm Neutral on the rear seat delete. I nor love it or hate it.

Product is very good, just what i needed, expensive but built to a very high standard, by machines! My only criticism would be the small black hex bolts could be of a better quality and literally 1mm longer so they grab without having to poke a zip tie under the nut to hold it up. Dealing with Goose Gear, was awful, gone are the days that American customer service was on point. Did not respond to initial emails requesting product details, i had to order what i wanted and then try and reply with requirements to make sure i was ordering the right bits. Absolutely no communication through the build process, nothing! When the product was ready we had an absolute battle and i mean full scale war getting it shipped, to the point they said they were going to cancel the order, refund the money, less a handling fee unless i agreed to have it shipped that day! Hours notice and we are across the pond in another time zone. This despite the agreement i had had earlier to use my own courier, and then it was the same Company? So obstructive in the end. Never knew who i was taking too as no names on any of the emails. Could have been so much simpler, i think it was just spiteful how they dealt with correspondence in the end. Should and could have been so much simpler.

I am someone that likes to do my research when spending a substantial amount of money. After reading through loads of reviews and comparisons on various drawer systems I settled on Goose Gear. I placed an order for a drawer system with a 40% seat delete system to act as a sleeping platform and a fridge slide. Shortly after Goose Gear contacted me asking if I would be willing to lend them my 4Runner for updated measurements. I am typically willing to help people that want to improve on things, so I agreed. All communications were very professional and clear, which I feel is indicative of customer support, and the drive and willingness to improve on a product is something that we need to see more of. The quality of the materials, fit, and finish is just spectacular. I primarily communicated with Brian and Mark and the both of them were just fantastic and helpful with any questions I had. After talking with the owner, Brian, in person during pick up I am completely confident in their product; and if there are any issues their willingness to correct them.

Google
ot the full seat delete and drawers for a raptor bronco. Quaility The quality of the product it’s okay. Not as rugged as other brands as frontrunner where I own similar products for my other vehicles… Design The design it’s the only reason I got it from goose. It’s a well designed product with smart configurations. The one I got it was missing some bolt drill holes so I needed to them myself Shipping the shipping was well handled and safe except that they struggle to find my address and cancel a few times. Installation For a $4000 + I was expecting at least some sort of instructions. It took me a while to figure out all the pieces and there were still some missing brackets which now my setup it’s a bit loose and not as solid Note - Behind the passenger seats on the lower part of the goose system.. there is no way to secure or enclose the lower panels parts so things keep getting out while off-roading… I may need to make some drill holes and enclose it Overall I only had this for a few months.. giving 3 starts. I’m happy for the design but quality of the product and not including instructions can do better considering the price tag
