"Suntha is launching Goose Suit as a kind of 'fake fancy' pop-up on his cart (the name is a deep-cut I Think You Should Leave reference), where four seats in front of the cart create an improvised chef's-counter experience: he will cook three courses—an appetizer, entree, and dessert—in front of diners, pairing the meal with a nonalcoholic cocktail curated by the booze-free bottle shop Cheeky and Dry for $45, and to-go meals will also be available. He describes the menu as a 'chaos menu' with 'weird flavor combinations,' inspired by Japanese temporary sit-down stall culture and his backstage catering gigs where the goal is simply to make it taste good; after initial apprehension about the $45 price, feedback convinced him it was reasonable. Goose Suit will run at the Fremont Sunday Market starting in November, with other locations TBD and updates on Instagram." - Harry Cheadle
