"Inspired by Gordon Ramsay's TV series, the first Hell's Kitchen restaurant is located at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
"Armed with chefs’ coats and scowls, aspiring Gordon Ramsays gathered in front of the Hell’s Kitchen restaurant on Formula One weekend to compete for the honor of closest resemblance to the celebrity chef. The contest, held on Saturday, November 23, was advertised with flyers pasted along the Las Vegas Strip and Ramsay arrived (predictably) just in time to greet the three finalists and award a signed pan to the Canadian winner." - Janna Karel
"I had a memorable meal at Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen, where I met Ramsay before trying his popular beef Wellington." - Elizabeth Rhodes Elizabeth Rhodes Elizabeth Rhodes is a special projects editor at Travel + Leisure, covering everything from luxury hotels to theme parks to must-pack travel products. "Gordon Ramsay’s beef Wellington is an iconic dish of its own. Combine it with the spectacle of Ramsay’s over-the-top cooking show and a stellar location right on Las Vegas Boulevard and you get a dish worth going to Hell’s Kitchen (or even hell) for. The Wellington is cooked in either the red kitchen or the blue kitchen, depending on where you’re sitting. The center is the beef filet — enrobed in wild mushrooms and wrapped in puff pastry with Parma ham, then drenched in a red wine sauce. The magic trick is getting a golden-brown pastry with a perfectly medium-rare filet inside." - Janna Karel
"Reservations are tough to come by at Gordon Ramsay’s fourth restaurant in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace. The restaurant pays tribute to Ramsay’s Fox Network Hell’s Kitchen TV show with 8,000 square feet of themed space sporting an interior bar, two dining rooms, a showcase kitchen, and retail space. His famous beef Wellington, pan-seared scallops, sticky toffee pudding, and, appropriately, a Caesar salad make the menu." - Janna Karel
