Gordos Pizzeria

Definitely cute and I can see the vibe that they were going for but basically a Franco Manca. It’s decently priced so it has that going for it! Had the strangest experience where the lady taking our order forgot who we were about 2 minutes after ordering. Literally there were about 10 people in the restaurant in total so it was pretty confusing as to how she forgot what we looked like. Ultimately it did get sorted and she was nice enough barring the weird conversation about how it would be £1 more for eat in (again, slightly confusing - but she didn’t end up charging us again?). That said - I agree with a bunch of these reviews on how this is the kind of thing you can get anywhere in London as this is p much the dominant style of pizza. I’m glad we shared a single pizza as this is basically like going to a chain. They have all the facilities to make something cool or interesting here. I feel bad making this review a little bit. The owner, who I presume is the older gentleman working here, is trying very hard and probably could just use some better help :( It was okay - I wouldn’t come back. There’s a million places that do sourdough in London which makes this a harder sell for me. That said, they have a garlic and chilli oil bottle on each table which is a nice touch!

I visited this pizzeria recently and was really impressed, not just by the food, but by the excellent service. The pizza was fantastic crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of flavor. But what really stood out was the attention we received from one of the staff members, SARAH who made the experience even better. She was incredibly polite, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome, patiently answered all our questions, and even made great recommendations on the menu. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly added to the overall experience. If you’re looking for great pizza with exceptional service, this is the place to go! 🍕🍕🍕🍕 🖤

This is my favourite pizzeria in the area and that is saying something as there is a lot of choice! The atmosphere when you eat in is great, relaxed vibes with good service. It’s always my first choice for a takeaway 🍕

Ahhh even though I'm not a pizza person I really enjoyed my butternut squash & ricotta & chilli honey pizza. It was delicious, I'm definitely going back to try other pizza menus soon! I was too full to have dessert but as I was very happy about the pizza, I had to order pistachio tiramisu as dessert. It wasn't thick or heavy as usual italian pistachio tiramisu I'd say it was more like pistachio cream cake, which didn't dissapoint me as I was already quite full. And the waitress lady was so kind and lovely!:)

Dropped in for a quick dinner whilst staying nearby on business. I love the simplicity of a Putanesca pizza, as the flavours really showcase the quality of the ingredients. Gordo's version didn't disappoint, and the homemade lemonade was a great accompaniment. Quick, friendly service, good value, highly recommended.

Nice food, nice service and nice toilet. DIAVOLA, a bit sour, light taste and healthy mixed pepper, recommended. CALABRESE, creamy, cheesy, a bit chilly, nice combo with buratta, highly recommended.

Honestly the cutest little spot. Not only is the pizza bloody delicious but the service is beyond warm and welcoming. Can’t recommend it enough! Immaculate vibes all round ❤️
