If your traveling through Columbus or your a local Goremade Pizza is a must. The staff was so friendly and greeted us the second we walked in. They fully explained their unique pizza. The specialty pizza is so tasty with all local grown and homemade ingredients. Perfect size for one to two people. The crust is the highlight of the Italian wood oven. The salad with the fixings was so good with a choice of two homemade dressings. The pizza is off the charts. Can't forget the beer selection. Highly recommend.

Nick (Owner) and Maverick (Kitchen Manager) make the BEST pizza in all of Columbus. They make their pizzas in a wood fired oven. We had the Porkstopheles (pepperoni, sausage, & bacon) and added local fresh ingredients (including tomatoes, basil, and sweet corn). They have a small (yet delicious) menu, great local dessert, local beer options, and a beautiful back patio with shade! If you apprecate pizza, I guarantee you’ll LOVE this place.

I'm a first timer. Service was very cool. Ambiance was great but the pizza was not hitting. The door is extremely soggy. I thought it would be crispier because of the stone grill but it wasn't. Great service! They messed up my first order and gave me a free pizza. I believe it was a meat lovers and a pepperoni and bacon was not hitting at all. The flavor this was in there. I'm a big texture person. So the dope was a no-go

Google
Not the first time I've had their pizza and it was awesome. Unfortunately this time it looked great but was very burnt on the bottom. It was all you could taste and Unfortunately my kids wouldn't eat it and had to make them a second meal. I would love to be writing a review of the first time but it is what it is. Maybe 3rd time will be better.

This is a super fun place with Amazing pie! The decoration on the inside makes it such a chill spot to enjoy a little alcoholic beverage and a variety of pizzas. We tried several including the Chef Inspired surprise pizza where he made a pizza with such a great combination of items, sooooooo good, a true pizza Artist. They have one of the best wood fired pizza ovens I have seen, super authentic and brought in from oversees, this oven is the real deal. I highly recommend this place to everyone to check out, take a look around the outside patio. And sample some Amazing Pizzas, I will definitely be back!!

Google
Blown away by our experience here. Everything was top notch. Home-grown ingredients, great conversations with the owner/staff, sick music, AMAZING PIZZA! My wife liked the chef’s choice pizza so much. I am picky as F so I got something basic, but it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had. And I eat pizza like 4+ days a week.. go support this place!!!!!!

Google
Told myself I’d eat half and save the rest for later. I’m a liar. Future me is furious, but present me is full and happy. That's how good the pizza is! Worth the price.

Google
First time here, and it was really good! The crust had amazing taste!!! The salad was super good too! The atmosphere is really neat! I came alone late in the evening, and sat in the back patio. It was super peaceful! I’ll definitely be back, and bringing friends!

Yelp
Great service with limited seats. Thin crispy pizzas with unique ingredients. Their 8 slice size is optimal for each person. Be aware prices are above standard chain pizza places, but totally worth it. We all loved our options.

Yelp
We had high hopes for this place. Being local, I had read that GM had some great pizza and was eager to finally try it. I won't deny that the pizza was good but not filling. We shared the larger pizza and was still hungry after. The reason for the 2 stars is bc service was absolutely awful! These guys really seemed like we were putting them out. We had a larger group of 8 on a Tuesday evening: grandparents, cousins and a young child. We were barely acknowledged when we walked in. There was one other group of customers and a couple sitting at the bar. While I like the concept of self-serving yourself water, plates, utensils, etc. maybe staff could have told us this was the case. A casual "Hello, have you visited us before? Please order at the counter and grab your plates and napkins" would have gone a long way. The "Order Here" sign was clear but was that for take-out/walk-ins only? I might be exaggerating if I said that the two staff members said 10 words to us. And after delivering our pizzas to the table, no one asked if we needed anything else. Again, just a simple, "do you need pepper flakes or parmesan?!" Very disappointing experience as our family was visiting from Seattle and another family member just purchased a condo nearby. It must be really bad for me to leave such a review. Doubtful any of us will return or recommend.

Yelp
The pizza was great and the restaurant is small and cozy. Wood fired, which I didn't know and was great. Deducting a star because when I ordered, it would've been nice to know I was going to sit there for over an hour to get my food. Restaurant's typically give you the courtesy of telling you it's looking like 60-70 min until we get to your order. Told me there were 9 more pizzas infront of us after I had been waiting for 30 minutes and asked about the order.

Yelp
The owner was there, he was nice and helpful. His service was great. Once he left, the other 2 guys working basically didn't talk to us until we had to pay. It was odd and the one guy seemed annoyed to be there. The pizza was decent. Prices were what most places seem to charge. The overall place is a little small. There was a third guy in the back kitchen cutting onions and my eyes started to burn & water. Glad we were paying to leave at that point.

Yelp
The wood fired pizza is excellent! They also did a chefs choice with a great vegetable array. Super nice workers and has board games, a garden, and patio! I would highly recommend GoreMade.

Yelp
Visited on pizza tour. WOW the pizza texture and flavors were phenomenal. Owner was extremely personal with tons of information

Yelp
How cute and convenient! Made it here during the Arnold and I was able to get a gluten free pizza. You have option for menu pizzas, create your own or chefs choice! I tried a chefs choice and loved it. The pizza i had didn't fall apart and was crunchyyyy! If you're unable to deal with cross contamination with gluten, it may not be the place for you though as there is only one pizza oven

Yelp
Sometimes I want a good wood fired pizza. It's a unique and great taste. Went to GoreMade pizza on N. 4th Street near downtown. Excellent pie. Got the 12" Porkistopheles pizza. Great flavor, fresh mozzarella, Ezzo pepperoni, sausage and bacon. Very thin and light. Not greasy. The crust is bubbly and perfectly cooked. Toasted but not burnt. They use an old pizza oven from Naples Italy and make each pizza by hand one at a time. The wood fired flavor really comes through. You can eat there or take out. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced for such great pizza.

Yelp
The side salad was $5 and life changing I loved it so much! Pizza was light and super easy to eat, restaurant was adorable, and the service was very friendly! The outdoor dining was also super cool!

Yelp
Thought I'd give this spot another try. I ordered a pepperoni, mushroom, and block olive pizza. The pizza arrived pretty cold, I had to heat it up some before I could dig in. Overall, I think the pizza tastes good. I guess I just don't like how soggy the bottom is. I'd like it to have a little bit of form and crunch to it. All the topping fall off the slice when you pick it up.

Yelp
Always great. Server team was on it tonight. There was a Crew game tonight so it was very busy. We arrived at 530 and got a good table. The balsamic on the salad is really great. So is The Old Fashion. The water is cold! A Top 10 pizza in the area.

Yelp
This place never fails to make a perfect thin crust pizza every single time. This time we ordered a bacon, mushroom and roasted onions, red sauce pizza. Sooo delicious and the staff is always helpful. Seating is okay but much more space outside in the back, weather permitting. Definitely will be back!!!!! Always!!!

Yelp
I was not impressed with goremade and honestly sad about it. I've heard so many good things and finally wanted to give it a try. We ordered a large pizza and a garlic bread. When we went to pick it up, it was around 8:30 on a Saturday. Their site says they don't close till 10, but when we got there they were out of ranch. That's fine, but they offered us some jalapeño sauce? It wasn't what I would eat pepperoni pizza with. We went home and opened up the garlic bread. The bottom of the crust was charred and burnt. It's all we could taste. I was super bummed because it wasn't cheap either. Our pizza was fine, but tiny. I would've rather gone to Borgota or the truck outside seventh son. I sadly will not be back. Too expensive for not good pizza.

Yelp
I had my fiancée order a meat lover's pizza to go. When I arrived to get the pizza I was met like I lived in the neighborhood and had been there before. It small but clean with a bar and a few places to dine in. Once I picked up the and drove an hour home. I heated the pizza up in the air fryer and it was amazing.

Yelp
Outstanding pizzas that are fairly lesser known throughout town. I love this place - truly well made (or should I say "gore-made") pizzas with a personalized flare. Everytime I go here, I leave with a smile - I wish I also left with leftovers, but the pizzas are just too good. Great service, fun decor, everything is just so fun.

Yelp
Was in Columbus and needed pizza. Reviews and "wood fired" got my attention. The food was amazing. My wife and I got different styles, and both were awesome. The experience was great too. Great setup, and if you sit at the bar you can watch the whole cooking process. The owner (Nick) is really engaging, and is an artist with his cuisine. This is now my pizza spot here, when I'm in town!!
google avatar

John B.

Yelp
The pizza is awesome Service spectacular The ambiance is perfect for a pizza shop. The only complaint is parking. You will have to find parking and it can be difficult and you may have a long walk. With that said I take a star away. 4 stars

Yelp
Excellent, excellent pizza! My daughter has been raving about this place, and I was skeptical. But geez. This was so delicious! We got a Clintonvillain subbing the mushrooms for olives, and a Chef 's Choice Pizza -- also delicious!! Great crust, amazing toppings! A small pizza joint with a small bar and 6 or so tables. I'm sure they do a robust carry-out business but we sat at a table by the window. Helpful employees, who are clearly proud of their product. Street parking. We'll be back!

Yelp
Didn't know this place existed until recently, and it's right down the street from my place. The cheesy garlic bread is amazing - a must try! The pizzas come in a round 12" or you can get the pizza boat, which is half sized. I really enjoy thin-crust pizza and I think this place is my favorite in Columbus so far. They definitely have some unique toppings to choose from. I went with a basic pizza, but will have to try their pesto next time I'm there. There is an outdoor area available with decent amount of seating, which I did not know at first!

Jake C.

Yelp
This place is has some of the most disgusting food in all of Ohio. They use cheap low quality ingredients that smell rancid and overcharge for their garbage in a box. Staff is extremely rude and take forever to do anything. Last time I ate here I got sick so I'm never going back. I would rather go to dominos or papa John's before this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you wanna get sick

Yelp
Food was perfect, the dough cooked wth the perfect char rustic basic tomato sauce and fresh local ingredients. Will definitely be back and went to my top 5 list of cbus pizzas

Yelp
My first time here. Ordered a small chef's choice and it was basically 3 slices with barely any toppings. The person that took my order was very nice.

Yelp
Discovered this awesome small local business thanks to Yelp! The pizza is so yummy and I have been wanting to take my partner, Chris, so he could try it. Today was the perfect day for pizza and for him to try some pies! We ordered the Annie Social and the Clintonvillain Pizza and we have leftovers for tomorrow. The Annie Social Pizza ($16) has bacon, red onion and feta with the olive oil base. The Clintonvillain Pizza ($16) is my favorite with roasted mushrooms, smoked salt, truffle oil, and grated cheese with an the olive oil base. It's a nice laid back shop with seating inside and outside on the patio. There is even an art car on the patio. Definitely recommend and can't wait to come back! Next visit count with the chef's choice.

Yelp
Great wood fired pizza. Took it to go and they got cold fast. Next time will eat there to get them piping hot out of the oven. Tried the mushroom white pizza and the pepperoni, sausage and bacon, really good flavors on both with just the right amount of char on the crust.

Yelp
I hate giving out my haunts though I will make an exception this time...Nicholas G and Goremade one of the best Neo Italian style pizzas I have had in Columbus outside of Rome, Italy! The $19 Clintonvillan is packed with shrooms, garlic, and white sauce/cheese to temper a hungry vegetarian! There are options galore to choose from under $20 and I suggest you get good service and watch you pizza being made- that is the true charm of the place. The interaction with the pizza oven and the chefs! Don't be lame and ask for a different size- they are all 12" or half as a boat...or ask for a different type of pizza...like the guy after us trying to impress his date!?!! Square all around when the pizza is round. Check out the menu before coming to get your barrings and grab a brew or glass of wine while you are at it. One of the only places where $55 dollars can get you a nice date dinner!
google avatar

Amanda D.

Yelp
Tried it last night for the first time. Pizza was lacking flavor, was very floppy, and tasted raw and burnt at the same time. We would not eat there again.
google avatar

Samantha K.

Yelp
Finally made it to GoreMade for the first time and it did not disappoint. The inside of the restaurant is small and intimate; the chef even cooks the pizza right at the bar for all to see. It was a really cool concept! The staff was super helpful in navigating you through the menu and making recommendations. We ultimately wound up building our own pizza, although the chef's choice (chef surprises you) was tempting. We sat on their back patio which was perfect for a nice fall afternoon. The pizza was INCREDIBLE. The crust was perfectly thin, the red sauce was sweet and tangy, and the toppings were all fresh. I'm already excited to go back!

Yelp
One has to know what they're getting in to when they go here. It's a small pizza shop with a handful of seats at the bar, a few high tops and some other tables around the outside of the main space. It's quaint. The patio is very nice for dining on a pretty night. Don't expect a ton of service because they just aren't staffed for it (drink refills). Order and pay at the counter before finding a seat kind of place. If you're thirsty, you're going to get your steps in if you're sitting outside. The guys are great/helpful, but they're elbows deep in slinging pies and answering the phone. The salads are basically a box of lettuce with some shaved parm. There aren't but a few choices of "out of the box" offerings of pizza; however, they do have enough good toppings for a "choose your own adventure". The size is a manageable serving size to share- we got two of the off the menu, and shared them. Both pizzas were good, but both were missing something as part of the flavor progression that would make it a place to return to often rather than occasionally with Columbus' good pizza scene.
google avatar

Yelp
Food gets a 4 read on for the 3.5 First thought...be prepared to find parking and you'll pay for parking. It's on a fairly busy street so be patient and park as you find a spot, even if you have to walk a bit. We came on a Friday afternoon and found parking fast but then had to figure out the parking app. No wings here but salad or cheesey bread for appetizers. The only dressing they have is balsamic and housemade ranch. We opted out of either simply because of the lack of choices on dressing, no biggie for us but remember that coming in. They also only have locally brewed and canned beers but a pretty big variety. Unfortunately no frosted glasses and sitting on the patio the beer got to room temperature pretty quickly. We ordered the 12" pork...something or other pizza and added roasted mushrooms. Delicious!! And enough for us to share. The wood fired pizza is great and the crust is especially thin... yummy! Pizza and two beers was $30 but we left the tab open for more beers Then seen to be short staffed so we had to go get our own beers, not an issue but would have been nice to be told that instead of having our beer sit on the counter. Great little place for delicious pizza and if you can, sit out on the patio.

Yelp
A perfect place to go and get a perfect pizza cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven! The staff is so friendly and the restaurant is very welcoming! Highly recommend!

Yelp
An order at the bar kind of place that has both a small indoor seating area and a rather charming backyard. They pride themselves on local ingredients, and yet I didn't see as many local vegetables as I wanted, given how much farmland I drove through to get here. Nonetheless, the mushrooms were, and I got them on my pizza, along with some carmelized onions that didn't add much. The crust here is very thin; it does have a bit of spring to it and a hint of char, but clearly the star of the show is the sauce, which is a pretty pure tomato flavor without a lot of spices. Toppings were generous. I'm skeptical that it's the best pizza in town, but it was good. A tulsi cardamom soda delivered an intriguing flavor hit, and I liked the salad options enough to order one with fixins.
google avatar

Tyler J.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing!!! Best wood fire pizza in Columbus hands down. Everything is local and they do have gluten free options too.
google avatar

Benjamin D.

Yelp
Great pizza place. They make their Neapolitan crust homemade and all the ingredients seem fresh. We were able to eat outside and there was good shade cover due to the leaves on the trees. Pizza was excellent probably wouldn't say an ideal place for a date night, but perfect mid day place.
google avatar

Madison L.

Yelp
I had passed by this please many times seeing its sign on the side of the building. I don't know what to say except you need to eat it to believe it. I don't know how to do this pizza justice, you need to ask for the staff pick/ chef special, whatever it is. They will blow your taste buds' mind like you wouldn't believe. Sorry no pic of my food, it went down to quick.
google avatar

Tonya S.

Yelp
Snuggle up to the bar and watch the pizza professionals work their magic on your wood fired pies. Such a warm and inviting atmosphere in this little "Gormade" pizza shop with super friendly staff. My Old Fashioned was yummy & the (three!) pizzas we tried were divine. Before you leave stop and enjoy the fungi themed bathroom!

Yelp
This was our first time here. Cute enough. We sat on the patio and it was nice. I had a Cardomon soda and hubby had house red wine. Also fine. We each had the fixings side salad with balsamic vinegrette. It was a very good salad and the salad dressing was delicious. Pizza- my husband ordered a pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and two kinds of olives. It was gorgeous and covered with toppings. He said it was very good. I ordered a gluten-free clintonvillain. It was awful . I posted a picture of it. It is advertised as having roasted mushrooms, smoked salt, truffle oil, and a delicious grated cheese with an olive oil base. The problem was that the toppings were lacking and there were giant patches where there were no topping at all. Perhaps, if they had spread the olive oil base across the whole pizza, it would have been better. But the didn't. So the pizza was super dry. I went into ask if they had any dipping sauce or something that I could use. The guy at the cash register (he was very nice) asked ,"olive oil"? And I said okay. Then as he was getting it, I saw a squeeze bottle of the pesto and I asked about that. He got a soufflé cup and put about a tablespoon of pesto in it. Then, he said he had to charge me for it. I was a bit taken aback because we just spent 60 bucks plus tip and now you want me to pay extra for a tablespoon of sauce? So I said, never mind, I'd just take the olive oil. A person I perceived as possibly the manager (big guy with a beard) said something along the lines about a "lot of work going into it" and thanked me for my "opinion". Then he just tossed the pesto into the trash. So...I definitely won't be going back. Honestly, we love little places like this. It would have taken very little to have turned this around and had a repeat customer.

Yelp
I had heard about the incredible pizza created at GoreMade Pizza. It was my goal to make it there and try it for myself. One cold Sunday after enjoying some beers at a local craft brewery we made our way to GoreMade Pizza. We were lucky that the quaint pizza shop was not slammed. We slid into a booth and took at look at the menu. I was extremely impressed with how focused GoreMade Pizza is on local ingredients and seasonal ingredients. They use what is in season and available. A local shop supporting local farmers. Such a beautiful and sustainable concept. GoreMade's menu is not large, but don't let that discourage you. They have three pizzas on the menu with names; Annie Social, Clintonvillian, and Porkistopheles. Then their most popular pizza is the Chef's special. That is when you release all control and let the pizza maker create your perfect pizza with all seasonal ingredients on hand. Craig the pizza maker highly suggested that route. I normally do what the employees of the establishment suggest, but just this once I bucked my normal trend. I ordered the Annie Social with red onion, bacon, and feta on an olive oil base. I love red onions and bacon and though I do not love feta, I just knew that whatever Goremade considered good complimentary flavors would absolutely be outstanding. We enjoyed a beer in our booth while we discussed how quaint and homey GoreMade is. We felt a home immediately. The two employees were willing to chat it up with us from time to time. I took no time at all for our two pizzas to be pulled out of the authentic Neapolitan wood fire pizza oven. Honestly, I don't even think it was 90 seconds. Our pizzas were delivered to the table piping hot with the wood-fire char perfection that got me excited to take a bite. The first taste and I was in heaven. The pizza melts in your mouth. The crust is thin, with the proper amount of chew, not overpowering. The cheese is delicious, but not too heavy. The olive oil base goes so perfectly with the cheese. The red onion complemented the bacon and feta. And as I suspected, I didn't hate this feta, it was a perfect compliment to the other flavors. GoreMade Pizza knows what they are doing. Trust them when they create a pizza. We were so happy with our pizzas that we have been back multiple times since. I have tried the chef's special and I loved it! That has become my go to, but I would be happy with any of their pizza creations. I am happy to say I love GoreMade Pizza. Do yourself a favor and seek their pizza out. The have a back patio area that I am excited to try out this spring.

Yelp
The Good: Good crust, slightly reminiscent of the flavor of Dominos. Pizza oven gives it a distinct texture. Fresh tasting cheese, sauce, and a unique flavored pepperoni that's definitely not Hormel Pepperoni from Krogers. The Bad: Crappy Parking, the pizza is real dainty and pricey for what they give you. If you want to use this pizza for a Super Bowl party then I suggest you buy 50 of em because this pie will leave you hungry and your guests will fly through them because there's no girth and they're not substantial at all. I doubt you'll have leftovers. They're RAZOR thin crusts. Think even thinner than Donatos thin crust. The cheese and toppings don't fully cover the pizza and are sparse so you'll definitely see like areas of just crust with a little bit of sauce and no cheese or toppings. It's an artisan pizza I guess and they're catering to that whole Italian village area with the $4,000 a month apartments and the feel that your eating "fresh," "clean," "exclusive" with "premium" ingredients but it's not satiating or satisfying at all leaving you with a feeling you didn't get your money or time worth.

Yelp
This pizza is seriously outstanding. The pizza oven is right up front and so legit; your pizza comes out so crispy and heavenly. Their topping ingredients are very high quality and the staff is super welcoming. I can't wait to visit Columbus again just for this pizza. It's a must have if you're around the city.

Yelp
Dave Portnoy gives this place a rating of 7.4. Yelp only has a maximum of 5, so I'm going to go with 3-4 stars. Don't get me wrong, the pizza itself is pretty good, especially if you're a fan of thin crust. The wood fired oven does a great job of toasting the bottom yet keeping the toppings nice and crispy. However, they have limited pre-made pizza choices on the menu -- only offering 4 specialty pizzas, in addition to one appetizer. There is an extra 'chef's choice' where, according to the menu, whoever's making the pizza pretty much decides whatever toppings they want to add. I went with the 'porkistopheles,' the quintessential meat lovers pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. Like I mentioned, the pizza had great flavor and the wood fired crust gave it a good crunch. However, the largest size is only 12" (8 slices), which is equivalent to a medium at most pizza joints. In addition, the $16.50 price tag for all but a generic cheese pizza had me gritting my teeth a bit. Overall, the pizza is tasty but limited menu and higher than average prices have me rating this place around 3.5 stars, and for the sake of Yelp, I tend to round up.

Justin W.

Yelp
Service - 4.5; you have to order yourself and get your own menu, but the service was quick and they do bring your drink to your table. Food - 4.5; the pizza was great and you can really get whatever you want. You pick the base and toppings. One member of my group wasn't a fan of the charring that can be found on the crust, but that's personal preference, and I believe it added to the overall flavor profile. Cleanliness - 5; nothing to comment about here! Atmosphere - 5; It's a small shop, but everything was pretty open and you would have no problem meeting some friends over a bite to eat here! Overall rating is a 19/20 or an average of 4.75 stars! Recommend!

Yelp
Looked forward to this. I remember this spot being on a Barstool Pizza review. It was a good pie. Nice and light. Perfect for two. Crust was good and loved the burnt crust bubbles. I prefer a thicker crust. It was great for what it was though. Friendly staff with an intimate dining room. You can watch these guys making the pie from your seat. I'll definitely try a different pie next time.

Yelp
I have passed by many times on my way to other destinations, but never had an excuse to stop by. My friend and I are doing a couple week's of yoga nearby and we were trying to find a close place to eat, landing us at GoreMade Pizza. I am so glad to have found this place! It was still quiet when we arrived, and we were the only patrons. There were two gentlemen working the tiny establishment. Right away we all started talking together and jamming out to tunes while they made our pizzas. They were funny. You could tell they liked to talk to customers as more people came in. The pizza was delicious! This is another place to add to my list of pizza to get in town. The sauce was zesty, the pepperoni had a bit of a kick, it all worked together beautifully. They have a chef made pizza where the chef picks out your toppings. I think I will try this next time I am there to see what the chef picks out. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
In town for Sonic temple but decided to make a stop for lunch before day 3 of the festival... this place is wonderful. Super tasty pizza and cheesy garlic bread. Good beers to go with the food and a very friendly staff!!

Yelp
We got two Chef's choice pizzas which were delicious. You can tell them your preferences and they'll come up with something. Great selection of local brews and large outdoor seating area

Yelp
I've been eying this place for a while but never tried it until recently. Im the time of The coronavirus, things are different. We ordered our pizzas inside, then sat outside. They call you to come pick up your pizza and napkins, utensils once it's ready. Almost self service. You clean up your table too. We tried 2 pizzas. We got Annie Social (bacon, red onion, feta) and Clintonvillain (mushrooms, truffle oil). They both had olive oil bases and were thin crust. It was absolutely fresh, had the perfect crunch, and didn't make you extremely full. They are lighter pizzas that don't make you feel bad about the carbs. Fantastic place! Staff was really nice too!

Yelp
Hands down some of the best pizza and vibe in Columbus. You have to go with the chefs choice. I've been a few times and it never disappoints! Everything you want in a brick fired pizza spot, fresh ingredients, awesome service and hot delicious pizza. Nice patio space in the back as well!

Yelp
Months ago my husband and I found this pizza place to celebrate our anniversary. We loved it. Chatted with the owner and his lady and really enjoyed our evening. Fast forward to this past weekend, we invited some friends to join us at GorMade for dinner.. Although the food was good, we had some major issues. Six of us arrived together and ordered as couples. There were only 4-6 other people in the whole place besides staff. The third couple to order got their food quickly and were done eating before another couple joined us. But this time the place was quite busy. At this time it has been nearly an hour and were still waiting on a salad, a starter and two pizzas, so we asked about our food and were told they would get to it when they could. Shortly after that our order arrived, leaving one pizza still to be delivered from our original three orders. About 20 minutes later the last couple to join us got their pizza, so our friend who hadn't been served yet went again to speak to the one who appeared to be in charge and was talked to rudely and told that "others are waiting for their pizzas while I'm talking to you." SERIOUSLY?! By the time they got their pizza it had been over 70 minutes. She was told her pizza would be refunded, but as of two days later, that hasn't happened. I can only hope that if the owner had been there that night, things would have been different... although that shouldn't matter.
