So, afternoon, too early for dinner, distant to fill up but wanted some senses-appealing tastes! No better place! Wowza! We had nachos and the cheese appetizer that was more like a salad, but packed with flavorful bits of delight. Ordered drinks and was advised our waiter was the best at making a coffee flavored martini… why not! So glad we did, this place excels in food, staff, decor and lively vibe. Get there, NOW!!!

This place is fantastic! Highly recommend it. The options were amazing and presented beautifully. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and the inside is super cute. Lots of vegetation options 🌱

My wife is vegetarian, I am not. Gott offered better vegetarian options that most places on the island couldn't. The food was delightful, no complaints, fish was fresh, Dubai chocolate tart was wonderful. Lovely waitress Maya, efficient and nice. - Jordon and Crysta from Canada

Had the best fish pan ever. I even asked the waiter if I could buy the sauce 😊. Will be back later in the summer…and will order the same dish. Of course the fish was first class and fresh…!

Excelent food and service. The place is also nicely decorated. We had the catch of the day and also the sea food in the pan which were fantastic . Surely a must visit and eat in the island .

A special spot on my 2 week trip to Iceland. I adore a good family owned, welcoming restaurant- and this one offers a sophistication - gorgeous and funky design with a variety of food choices that are an elevated familiar, I had the spicy Indian wrap that was big enough to bring some home. Other people in the group loved their pasta and seafood platters. Order the cheese app! If you need a family friendly spot - I noticed they have high chairs and a handful of toys.

What a happy surprise to enjoy such artisanal meals during our visit to Westman Islands! It was recommended in the Rick Steves travel guide to Iceland. 🇮🇸 It lived up to its promise of fresh high quality food with interesting tastes and textures. The salad was so scrumptious and flavorful.

We had a fantastic meal at Gott Restaurant in Vestmannaeyjar. The nachos we ordered were absolutely delicious — crispy, cheesy, and loaded with fresh guacamole and pico de gallo. Perfectly done! What made our visit even more special was the service. Our waitress, Jasmine, was truly outstanding. She was warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home with her great attitude and attention to detail. If you’re visiting the islands, don’t miss this spot.
