"Grabowski’s is a classic pizzeria with Chicago roots set to open in July in the former Comida space. It will serve thin-crust, 1950s tavern-style pizzas in a family-friendly space featuring a mezzanine-level arcade with pinball machines and other classic games. The venue is backed by Jared Leonard and Justin Anderson, who have significant experience in the food and beverage industry. Their vision includes a Chicago-themed ambience with sports broadcasts, pitchers of beer or house-made root beer, and a focus on Chicago’s tavern-cut pizza. Excellent place, the service crew are friendly and helpful, food arrived as ordered, everything correct, pizza and appetizers were served hot, and everything was tasty. Chicago style pizza is correct with proper sauce, sausage, and cheese toppings. Tables were wiped clean, no residue to spoil the experience. Bar looked nice with happy customers enjoying the experience. Highly recommended for Chicago style pizza and good service in clean, pleasant surroundings.

The best thin crust Chicago style pizza in Denver if not Colorado! The mozzarella bites are delicious as well. Throw in $4 cans of Old Style or $3 cans of Hamm's for the win! The service is as top notch as the food. A must stop in RINO!

The pizza was different but was so so and just felt like it was meant to accompany beer, not the other way around. If that makes sense to you. The garlic bread was great and the service was amazing. Our waiter didn’t miss a beat and was there for every moment. If someone had randomly proposed and didn’t have a photographer I’m sure she would have captured the perfect moment of shock, without prompt or planning. Great service, So so food

This is the best Chicago-style pizza (super thin) to be had outside of Chicago. Get the Classic Chicago, the sausage is in CHUNKS, not the wimpy stuff you've had elsewhere. Haven't had great pizza in Denver until we visited. Absolutely must visit.

Came for lunch, got the Classic Chicago 12". Crust was done well: thin, crispy, and not too burnt. Toppings were balanced but didn't make an impression on me. There was a ever-so-slightly bitter aftertaste that I couldn't pinpoint. Overall a good slice, if not a bit pricier than other pizzerias.

Great food. All of the food we got was REALLY good. Awesome location. Cool ambiance and feel in this building. Really friendly staff and solid service. The ONLY flaw is that they were SEVERELY understaffed and everything was really slow. Like crazy slow! (Staff knew it so they make good with good communications) Plan accordingly and don’t go here (Feb ‘23) if you need to move even at a level slightly above a snail’s pace. They weren’t that busy and it took way to long to do every little step from sitting, ordering and getting food. If you have plenty of time, and can be patient, then you won’t be disappointed.
