"Grabowski’s is a classic pizzeria with Chicago roots set to open in July in the former Comida space. It will serve thin-crust, 1950s tavern-style pizzas in a family-friendly space featuring a mezzanine-level arcade with pinball machines and other classic games. The venue is backed by Jared Leonard and Justin Anderson, who have significant experience in the food and beverage industry. Their vision includes a Chicago-themed ambience with sports broadcasts, pitchers of beer or house-made root beer, and a focus on Chicago’s tavern-cut pizza.
