Grand Hyatt Jeju

5 star overall. Massive Hyatt property. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Grand club was great. Overall polite and efficient service. Location is also very good- surrounded by lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Walking distance to a Lotte mart where you can find all sorts of goodies and snacks. Will stay again

One of the best accommodation of this Jeju trip. Post Christmas there are still festive and beautiful deco around the hotel interior and compound. Room is huge comfortable and full of features / accessories giving a luxurious vibe. Great city view and location to dining and shopping areas. Unfortunately did not have time to explore its Dream tower mall casino shopping and dining options.

We were here on a tour package Non Stop Travel Hawaii, and it was fabulous. We had a room overlooking the pool area and the entire city. In the distance we could see planes landing and some of the sunset and all of the sunrise. The room itself was very large and beautifully furnished. The tub was a standalone. The shower was spacious and clean. The blinds were motorized with a black out and a separate semi sheer fabric. The room was very quiet except for the poolside music speaker but it wasn't a deal breaker since it was not very loud and turned off after 11 pm. The breakfast buffet included was fabulous and exclusive to the premium rooms. Otherwise there was a buffet for the regular rooms which was equally fabulous. There is a shopping center in the hotel on the lower floors with a food court. This hotel was definitely worth every penny.

First of all, this was a beautiful and very big hotel but there was no waiting area at the lobby. I traveled with my elderly mother and unfortunately there was an issue with my credit cards in the beginning and she had to wait a long time standing. Totally unacceptable for such a big hotel. The room was great and I liked the gesture of giving me a bottle of wine for my long stay there. I appreciated that but would be better if I had an option of choosing the gift as I don’t drink. I also appreciated the restaurant manager giving me chocolates as a token of apologies when there was an issue with my lunch booking. Breakfast options seemed to be a lot but I don’t think the quality and the taste were of high standards. 99% of the guests staying there was Chinese tourists so perhaps it was catered for their taste instead. Lunch was slightly better with more seafood but again the taste of cooked dishes really needed to be improved in my opinion. Also, for such a large hotel, there was no bathroom scale or any scale to help guests weighing the luggage. I was also surprised and disappointed to know that I had to pay extra to use the public bath. This should have been included considering the cost of the room.

Stayed at Grand Hyatt Jeju and was honestly blown away. The rooms are huge, beautifully designed, and the city + ocean views are stunning, especially at night. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen, the service was warm and attentive throughout our stay, and the outdoor pool was amazing and relaxing. Everything felt thoughtful and high quality, would absolutely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at the Grand Hyatt Jeju multiple times over the past year, and it continues to exceed expectations in every way. This hotel is the perfect place to stay right after landing in Jeju or before catching a flight out — it’s incredibly convenient, beautifully designed, and packed with amenities that make it easy to relax or get work done.||||A major highlight of my stays has been the outstanding service. I want to especially recognize Randy Wong from the Guest Experience team, who has provided some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced anywhere. Months ago, I had issues redeeming a FIND Experience credit, and after several associates tried to help, Randy personally stepped in and solved it on the spot. Since then, he has consistently gone above and beyond, from arranging excellent room assignments to offering thoughtful touches like access to the spa. His professionalism and kindness are a major reason I keep returning.||||The hotel itself has so much to offer. The pool areas and spa are fantastic, and the Grand Club is one of the best I’ve visited. The evening “snacks and cocktails” are substantial enough to serve as a full dinner, and during the day the lounge provides plenty of space, great drinks, and snacks — perfect for guests who need to work or simply want a comfortable place to unwind. On several stays, I barely needed to leave the hotel at all.||||Overall, the Grand Hyatt Jeju delivers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and genuinely exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju, whether for a short layover or a longer stay.

Amazing view from our high floor room, awesome heated swimming pools, free shuttle to the airport and shopping street, great customer service. Many restaurants and 7 eleven located in the building. Had everything we needed. Really hope to be back! Special mention to Jane who served us so well at check in.

This is a premium hotel and experience on Jeju Island. I recommend looking forward to meeting Randy Wong (Guest Experience Manager). He is fantastic and very attentive providing personalised suggestions. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The bathroom is very comfortable and considered. We really appreciated the toilet being separate to the bathroom. We were fortunate to stay on the 31st floor and have club lounge access. Enjoy wonderful service and views of the city and sea. The breakfast and dinner time offerings are expansive and diverse. This would be one of the best club lounge offerings globally.
