"This Second Avenue staple remains a fantastically reliable institution for quality Sichuan fare. Expect all the usual players: tender and spicy cumin lamb, silky mapo tofu, meaty dan dan, tingly Sichuan cold noodles, slippery mung bean noodles with chile sauce, and gelatinous beef tendon." - Melissa McCart

I normally go for lunch special menu because the price is just perfect for daily meal. My favorite dish here is the fish fillet spicy soup (not the lunch special). Everyone who tried it liked it so far! Only thing you would need to be aware of is to check the take out order because sometimes they mixed up when it’s busy and do the wrong order.

Google
This place is a neighborhood gem that we have visited serveral times, despite the stiff competition in the area. It's a nondescript place that serves high quality food. Their food is very authentic, with a mix of standard and lesser known Sichuan dishes. The staff is very friendly.

I placed an order of broccoli and (garlic sauce). I received broccoli with hot peppers (no garlic sauce). I kindly asked for a refund since I have a dietary restriction and cannot eat spicy food. They refused to provide me a refund and wanted me to choose another item from the menu. As a vegetarian, my options were limited. But the fact is that I shouldn't have to choose something else i don't want to eat just because they want to keep my funds after deceiving me, claiming they could meet my request. I don't plan on returning of course. I definitely do not recommend this place. Update: I noticed that the restaurant replied with lies. Yes i noticed what the the menu said, which is why i called directly asking if instead of a spicy sauce, i could get it with garlic sauce instead and i was told yes. I never ate the food as stated by the restaurant. Don't blame customers because your staff is negligent. Simply train them better.

Went there on my lunch break hoping to have a nice lunch away from work, given that I always eat in. I had a terrible lunch, first the menu says that they have daily lunch specials it doesn’t say no weekends and they wouldn’t serve me it unless it was ordered to-go, I was disappointed. I still stayed there to order the steamed dumplings they informed me after I had already put in the order it would take 20 mins to prep. So I waited and also ordered the Diced fried fish, it was one the worst foods I’ve ever eaten, very dry, fried with hot peppers. The menu didn’t specify the ingredients. I ended up leaving super angry due that I still had to pay very pricey meal I didn’t eat nor enjoy.

Google
Don’t let the negative reviews deter you from trying out this cute local restaurant. Had the General Tso chicken and sichuan beef with cabbage. Had the steamed pork dumplings which were awesome and hot and sour soup that was delicious. Would eat there again.

Luke Matarazzo

Google
The pork soup dumplings here are delicious and my favorite dish to order. But many dishes here are good. Fried rice is pretty good, lo mein is pretty good (though not my favorite). Really loved the Gui Zhou spicy chicken. Beef with green peppers is very tasty. The king pao chicken was also good. The soup dumplings are smaller and not as good when you deliver, but that's a necessity because the real ones wouldn't stay in tact on the trip. They're still good delivered but I highly recommend dining in to have them.

Google
Really friendly, quick, and great local Szechuan spot. While not on Szechuan row, this place makes several dishes really well and even makes it extra mala for me when I ask. I order here usually at least once, sometimes twice a week. I really like: -ChongQing Spicy Chicken -Parched Chicken with Three Pepper -Gui Zhou spicy Chicken -Spicy Whole Green Pepper I am less of a fan of their cucumber salad and their mapo tofu, but plenty of other dishes to keep me happy. If you like spice, I recommend you skip the American Chinese Food and try something off the special dishes menu, which is primarily Sichuan style food.

Katie Patterson

Google
We got general tso’s chicken, Spicy chicken and Chinese broccoli, noodle soup, and dumplings. The food was very good. It was made to order, came out very hot, tasting very fresh. There was no wait and the staff was friendly.

Smeeth W.

Yelp
I was there for their lunch special. The foods are ok. The portion isn't super big. And it's kind of salty. But they do have a pretty big selection for lunch specials one can choose from

Tao W.

Yelp
I normally would't mind to leave a bad review even the food is half raw.. but this one had me! Company Lunch order from this restaurant, worst Chinese food ever had in NYC! They even cut ginger like potato in ur dish...

Dave F.

Yelp
Still my goto for Szechuan. I still occasionally try new dishes here. Going to attach photos of the broccoli with garlic and the chongqing spicy and aromatic diced fish.

Chris S.

Yelp
Came here on my lunch and enjoyed the food. Service wasn't too slow. Soup came out fast and was light and delicious. The shredded beef could've been spicier but it was well seasoned and paired with the rice well. It was part of the lunch special which was priced around $13. Cheaper options nearby for a quick lunch but this was still a good spot. Wish the portions were bigger though.

Adam L.

Yelp
Really more of a 3.5. Service was great, not too many people in there. Ordered the mapo tofu lunch special with a hot and sour soup and the crystal steamed dumplings. The soup was pretty good, nothing to really write home about. The crystal shrimp dumplings were pretty disappointing. Didn't really taste like they had shrimp in them, more like the essence of shrimp without any actual pieces of shrimp. I liked the mapo tofu and while it definitely got me with the spice it also kinda made me think....is this the right spice? I love when a mapo tofu numbs the tongue so you can keep eating it no matter how hot it is! And this was definitely spicy but didn't get that numbing sensation. It tasted pretty good though and for a lunch special on the east side I thought it was pretty cheap!

Ethan T.

Yelp
Didn't give us a fork or napkins. Had to eat with our hands like animals. Also, the dumplings were a little too thick.

Gila B.

Yelp
For the past two years, we have regularly ordered takeout dinners from Grand Sichuan Eastern about twice a month, and they always do a fantastic job. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and tasty. The portions are generous, often lasting us for at least two days. Every order is carefully packed and always accurate. We highly recommend Grand Sichuan for a satisfying and delicious dining experience!

Rafael M.

Yelp
This restaurant is listed on Seamless website as Haku Chinese. Address is 1047 2nd Ave, right next door to this main restaurant Grand Sichuan. Looks like Grand Sichuan extended their restaurant when their next door restaurant, called Haku Sushi, permanently closed. Just Google search Haku Chinese, NY, NY or Haku Sushi, NY, NY. This is very shady business since it seems Haku Chinese on Seamless obtained very high ratings which is likely due to owners of either original restaurant at 1047 2nd Ave or a previously named business called Haku Chinese. This IS NOT the original Haku Chinese! Customers BEWARE!! I personally wouldn't trust a business that would go to these lengths to get good review ratings on any platform and lacks in good food quality or good customer service. You've been warned.

Meng Z.

Yelp
I was craving some homemade Chinese food and this place definitely satisfied my cravings with the homey meal. My boyfriend and I ordered takeout from this place and the service was very efficient and quick. The chef himself even came out to hand us our order. We ordered the egg drop soup, the Singapore Mai Fun, and Fried Rice with Shredded Roast Duck. The Singapore Mai Fun was my favorite. I love how it was not only flavorful but contained both shrimp and pork (appreciated the double proteins!). Even though this dish was indicated as spicy, it was not spicy at all. The flavoring was so good and all the ingredients and the noodles all go together really well. The portion of this dish was also pretty big which I love since I really like noodle dishes. The egg drop soup was also amazing. I haven't had the soup in so long and both the soup and the noodle dish made it a great and cozy meal on a chilly fall day. Can't wait to come back again to try out the other dishes!

Rachel C.

Yelp
The dim sum is excellent. Some of the best Chinese food I've had in NYC. Highly recommend for either dine-in or take out. Service is great and fast. Nice wine selection too. 10/10 experience all around.

Farrah M.

Yelp
I ordered delivery for tonight. Yang chau fried rice and the crab and pork soup dumplings. The fried rice had no taste. It didn't have any ham or char siu. I ordered the shrimp and it had a good amount of shrimp. The soup dumplings were small but flavorful. The delivery was faster than their estimated time. Overall I would stick to the dumplings only.

Vik N.

Yelp
Quick service and delicious food. Definitely has that numbing spice, if you're looking for it

Bernie C.

Yelp
Wow. I guess there was a change in management. It used to be Grand Sichuan Eastern. I've been ordering from here for about two years. These clowns jacked up the prices 75 percent!! for example....Fried Pork Dumplings used to be $7.95, now 10.95. They don't do egg drop wonton soup anymore, btw.... small wonton soup is $4.95, use to be 3 dollars. ALSO, they dont give you brown rice anymore. So sad, never ordering again. And the kid behind the counter is an asshole. F'them....

Jiayi L.

Yelp
Grand sichuan is a solid option for Chinese food in midtown. Their turnip with beef, string beans, and lotus root are a must. My family orders of ent from here. Whenever I am looking for comforting, flavorful dishes this is the place I go to! Really quick and easy take out, would def recommend!

Alan M.

Yelp
I really like this place and it actually has authentic Sichuanese food. Chili oil, szechuan peppercorns, ma la flavors. Fair portions, prices, and food prepared fresh yet quickly. Dan Dan noodles are $7.95, and they're really addictively delicious. I've stopped here for takeout a 1/2 dizen times, quality consistent, I'm a fan.

Lisa S.

Yelp
This place is super shady. For the last few years I've ordered rice and beef for my dogs once or twice a month. I ordered 2x for them LAST WEEK. Today I received less than a 1/2 closer to 1/3 of what the order was in the past. I called and they told be that the chef gave me too much 2x last week. I asked him about the last three years he didn't know what to say about that. This turns my stomach. If they have a problem with inflation change the prices. Don't scam your customers. They charged me $6

Vivian R.

Yelp
Overall, this is a solid place. The hot and soup soup and the spicy cumin lamb are delicious.

Tahini R.

Yelp
Great no frills Chinese spot. Nice and clean inside and food is also pretty good. Portion sizes were also good, compared to a lot of other Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood. Highly recommend trying the beef with oyster sauce. A little pricey, but makes sense for the neighborhood. Also great way to support the AAPI community and a local small businesses. Overall enjoyed the meal and would definitely come back and try some of their other dishes.

Richard C.

Yelp
I received my delivery tonight. The food was delicious as always, but the delivery SUCKS !! I expect my order to be delivered to the front door of my apt,. Not curbside of my building. I will not continue to pay a premium for this type of non-service. The attached photo is from the driver letting me know my order has arrived IMG_0527 Richard Cobb

Neal M.

Yelp
Warning to customers!!!!. I ordered take-out of vegetarian mapo tofu (order repeated several times and repeated back) to serve to vegetarian guests. When I reached home, it was clear that there were pieces of ground pork in the "vegetarian" mapo tofu. It was extremely embarrassing, I threw the food out uneaten, and I had to go out again to find food to serve my guests. Several days later, when I found my receipt with the order number (#50042), I called the restaurant to register my complaint, they refused to deal with it because I didn't call back the same day, so they could re-do the order. I explained that I lived nowhere nearby, and re-doing the order would have been unacceptable. Poor customer service and unacceptable quality control. Beware!

Bradley S.

Yelp
I live in the neighborhood, and used to work in Chinatown. I know what good Szechuan food is and tell you not to make my mistake: don't let the street view dissuade you from going here, as it did me for many years. I finally tried it a couple of years ago and can only say that I wish I had gone earlier. My rating for their food is a solid 5! I have been a weekly customer ever since. You don't go here for ambience; you go here for the food. Among my favorites, I can assure you that there is no restaurant that serves better sesame cold noodles, vegetable fried rice, and shrimp with garlic sauce. The prices are reasonable for NYC, the service is fine, and the food cannot be beat. If you like Szechuan food, this is THE spot!

Jackie L. W.

Yelp
Wow!! Craving Szechuan food but don't have the energy to go all the way to flushing? This is the place for you. Our family came here super late on a weeknight and they were nice enough to accommodate us 40 min before closing. Genuinely pleasantly surprised by all the food we ordered. This place has been our go to over the years, but we tried the spicy fried diced chicken dish today and it exceeded all of our expectations. Not only was the chicken super light and crunchy, but the red peppers were fried to crispy perfection too. The entire dish was edible, unlike other Szechuan places where you order la zhi ji and half the plate is filled with dried red pepper that you can't even eat. Double cooked pork was excellent too. Hit the spot!

Max L.

Yelp
The flavors of the dishes are passable, but regrettably, they fall short in terms of freshness. This is a significant letdown regarding the overall food quality

Albert A.

Yelp
Waited 35 minutes for a simple lunch order fwhen the restaurant started out almost empty without receiving it. Meanwhile TWO SOMES and FOUR SOMES arriving after me were served. I asked the waitress why this was happening and she VERY RUDELY RESPONDED she was busy. I was UTTERLY DISGUSTED and left immediately. I have never seen such poor quality service coupled with rudeness in ANY RESTAURANT before. I will never visit again despite its proximity and I will advise others not to patronize it as well. As you can tell from this review I am ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS.

Andre C.

Yelp
Very good Szechuan cuisine, with all the spice you can handle Great for large parties especially for Chinese Nee Year!

Roger S.

Yelp
One of the Best Northern authentic Chinese in NYC. Owner Chef meticulously prepare every dish with pride. Dishes from the Smoked meats from the Mountain taste to one of the most extensive seafood dishes from the sea. There's more fish dishes on this menu than any Chinese restaurants in Manhattan. If you understand the depth of the Chef's menu, you will be rewarded. Don't get put off by looking at the decor from the street. Think of it as a private dinning club.

Fred R.

Yelp
Do not eat here! I found a cockroach in my food this afternoon and nearly threw up. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. The restaurant told me not to post this. I begged them to throw out the rest of the food. I pray they did.

Anthony S.

Yelp
Great authentic old school Chinese food. Friendly waiter, quick and hot food. Large variety of dishes. Lunch specials inexpensive and delicious.

Nimi V.

Yelp
I am amazed by the low rating this place has on Yelp. The food was very good, especially the Chilli Pepper Chicken and staff was very well mannered. I went upon the recommendation of a friend and it was beyond expectations.

Dolonchapa C.

Yelp
This was my first time where although my boyfriend orders from here quite regularly. We ordered the Chendu dumplings- they were spicy and came in a spicy sauce with ginger paste. They did not have th mapo tofu in their lunch special but our server said she would accommodate. Very impressed! The mapo tofu is just how I like. Spicy and with ground pork. It came with vegetable roll and fried rice. My boyfriend's twice cooked pork was made to perfection. The hot and sour soup was pretty nice too. None of their food was out of the world. But their service is splendid, price is reasonable, and location is awesome. Will definitely order from here and go back to try more stuff.

Brian M.

Yelp
What a score so close to my house!!! Food and staff was awesome. You get a lot so the young lady has lunch today. Nice beer selection. They also do take out. But sitting in better. Freshly made dishes all served with white rice or brown. You will enjoy it.

K G.

Yelp
I went here for lunch, first time since 2019. The service and outright poor treatment should have been cause enough to exit as soon as I entered. I was insulted by host/server when I asked for the lunch menu, then fed a few pieces of gravel by the chef. I then began to question there side conversation in Chinese and racist gestures and was told to leave. I responded, you fed me rocks, probably from the food being tossed around on the dirty kitchen floor. I was also ill after this terrible experience and immediately called the health department.

Danan R.

Yelp
The food here is great - authentic, flavorful, generous portions, and served in a no-frills environment with paper table mats. Don't expect to be pampered by the service but you come here for the actual authentic food. It's the only place in Midtown that serves true-to-flavor Sichuan cuisine. I am giving 5 stars for the food. Service and ambiance are more like a 2 but again - I judge on actual dishes! Some highlights: 1. Braised pork shoulder with shitake and bok choy: This was delish with tender, flavorful pork shoulder in a spicy and savory jus. The portion is huge but I ended up eating 75% of it...yeah.. 2. Chili wontons: Flavorful and plump pork enfolded in tender wonton wrappers and served with a spicy and savory soup base that wasn't too oil. Very good. 3. Braised beef shank and turnip casserole: Soooo flavorful and savory. The jus is delicious and the perfect base for the flavorful and well-marinated tender and fatty beef shank and turnip. I think that I ate an extra bowl of rice because I wanted to polish off every last drop. They also serve complimentary orange slices and the requisite fortune cookies at the end. I only had the fortune cookies since I was too stuffed for the orange slices. Seriously - I think that I ate half of the casserole, half of the wontons, and 3/4 of the pork shoulder - which is likely 2-2.5 lbs of delicious meat PLUS a bowl of rice. The dishes are so good that you will want to finish everything.

Amrita A.

Yelp
This place still remains one of the my favorite Chinese spots in Midtown. It's low key, almost a hole in the wall, but serves pretty authentic Chinese food. We usually get the Kung Pao chicken here along with sautéed greens in fresh garlic(Chinese broccoli or bak choy) but this time we decided to venture out a bit and got the - steamed fish in green chili broth which tasted amazing and was big on sichuan chili flavor which actually got a but overpowering after a few bites. But the broth and the fish were really great in flavor. And you can ask them to reduce the amount of sichuan peppers if you want. We also ordered a side of sautéed bak choy with fresh garlic which was yummy as always. The meal ends with a complimentary serving of fresh orange slices and fortune cookies which is the perfect way to end this meal.

Monica R.

Yelp
Authentic Sichuan flavor. The owner and waiters are very nice too!! Highly recommend!

Paula M.

Yelp
Good, inexpensive- relatively speaking - this is NYC, afterall - Sichuan dishes. Deliveries are prompt if in Midtown. Singapore noodles with shrimp a favorite. (Shrimp $4.00)

Sebastian O.

Yelp
During the pandemic I have tried this place again and it has been great! Food is awesome, order was quick, prices aren't bad (right in the middle of cheap and expensive) but lately the portions have grown smaller. I assume this is due to inflation and prices going nuts again but that's a loss of a star since it's noticeable.

Devina C.

Yelp
Came across this place with my family while walking through the city. The place is a hidden gem. It is clean and affordable. The menu is extensive, but they are willing to explain it to you. We stuck to the basics, chicken and broccoli and fried rice. It was sooooooo delicious. It didn't taste like regular Chinese. It was worth the price. We also got tea which was wonderful.

James S.

Yelp
I used to order from here all the time, the food is good. Lately they often take 2+ hours to deliver or randomly close on Grubhub and never deliver your order. Today I waited over 2 hours for an order they ended up never delivering, even though on the phone they repeatedly told me it was "2 minutes away." Repeatedly "2 minutes away" over two phone calls an hour apart, and then just never delivered at all. The third time I tried calling they just put me on hold for ages and then hung up on me. I love their food, but will never be ordering from here again.

Jen Z.

Yelp
I've been around the neighborhood for years and seen this place going from a decent place to really bad. Ordered Spicy spring water beef takeout a restaurant special main dish for $20. The portion is very small -- size of the lunch special. Beef is super dry, tasted like premade beef of long time ago. Red pepper is burnt thats why the whole dish tasted bitter. Sigh.

Matteo R.

Yelp
I used to live in the Upper East Side in a previous life, and Grand Sichuan on 2nd Ave. and 55 was one of my favorite restaurants: excellent Szichuan food (I love spicy food) and reasonably priced. Be advised that this is very spicy Chinese food (i.e. expect the ring of fire the morning after...). When VH told me that she and some coworkers were planning to go there for dinner, I got very excited: will it still be as good as it once was? Well, yes and no: the food is still as good, but the prices have gone up considerably. Some of my favorite dishes on the menu include: ox tongue, beef tendons (both cold appetizers), string beans with minced meat, Chendu spicy dumplings, sliced fish & sour cabbage soup, and the shredded chicken in a sea of chili peppers . Their soup dumplings with crabmeat and pork, although not strictly a Szichuan dish, are also excellent. We also tried the bitter melon which was, well, VERY bitter. In the past I've also tried (and loved!) the pig intestines in red sauce, which was on the Chinese New Year special menu. Overall, our check came down to $33 per person, including beers and tip.

JiHae L.

Yelp
The food was delish!! I don't understand the mediocre ratings. I'm glad that my friend and I checked it out. While walking around it had caught my attention. I would've missed out if I didn't catch the yelp and zagat rating signs. At first we did experience a bit of rudeness in the service. I realized that they weren't being rude later on instead that's just the way they spoke in general to customers and each other. The waitress spoke a lot with us about the different items on the menu. So, we ordered the Pork Soup Dumplings which were average. Nothing to write home about. The other two dishes that we ordered were really great. The two dishes were Chinese Broccoli with Chicken and Dan Dan Noodles which wasn't on the menu. I found out about it on yelp. Both were really good. On top of that we had some hot tea, Jasmine Green Tea. I've never tasted tea that smelled so flowery. The Chinese Broccoli was pretty yummy, we asked for it to be mild. But with mildness there's still a bit of spiciness. Just enough! The Dan Dan Noodles was mild too. It had just enough spice. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the restroom. It was a bit dirty and I went in just to wash my hands. They may need to pay attention to the dirt and grime in some areas.

Julie F.

Yelp
Whenever I need a spice intervention - this is the place. What can I say? I'm addicted to the burn. I love the burn. I crave the burn. Enter GSE and their amazing Chengdu dumplings. (Psst...use the remaining sauce on their Mei Fun. You're welcome.) I can pretty much live on them alone. But why limit yourself? There's also pork belly. Twice cooked. With leeks. Seriously good stuff. With 10 check-ins (and about 50 more when I forgot to check in) you will understand that this is no accident. Service in my case was always very fast and efficient. Portions - generous. Delivery guys are charming and sweet. It's hard to review a place you turn to again and again. I guess that's the review - I turn here every time I need some serious flavor and heat. If you prefer your heat turned down - you REALLY should mention that. It's kind of my revenge on other places where "hot and spicy" means "mildly seasoned". Here - if I forget to mention "extra EXTRA spicy, please", I will still get a good kick. Love 'em!

Sara L.

Yelp
Go to this place!!!! If I'm remotely near Fifth Ave I go out of my way to get here.. it's that good. Food is always flavorful and made with quality ingredients, not too oily or salty which is appreciated. Now that I've discovered this place I come here often to get a bowl of noodles or wontons as a very very yummy dinner. Best dishes: Chongqing spicy chicken is insane. Get it. Cold chicken appetizer Lotus root Sichuan beef noodle soup (highly recommend, my go-to) Dan dan noodles Service is super nice and the waiter took time to explain the menu to me. I also heard a few customers with *very* specific dietary requests and he took it all in stride. The menu is extensive and authentic, which is amazing so I don't have to trek to Flushing or Chinatown, and the prices ain't bad either. A true gem in the upper east area!

Daniel F.

Yelp
Really good food, nice casual environment. Had the double cooked pork and the kung bao chicken and both were great!

Jenn G.

Yelp
We come here on a weekly or at least bi-monthly basis; and host a lot of family dinners here. This is our go-to Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. The dining-in is great: food is fresh, waiters/waitresses are accommodating, etc. The szechuan food is on-point and very authentic (highly recommend the chili pig intestines and xiao long bao, which is our fav). My most favorite aspect of the food is that it is not greasy, which can be a problem with Chinese dishes. The food is unapologetically spicy but not your standard spiciness -- it's what we called "malay" and there is a numbing, burning sensation to it that fills your soul. As for the take out/ordering out aspect of the restaurant, I agree with past reviews: it needs A LOT of improvement. Delivery tends to exceed the promised time on Seamless or whatever app you use. Moreover, whoever is the Cantonese woman that sits behind the counter is inhospitably RUDE . I almost stopped coming to the restaurant because of her.. She's the most cantankerous person on 2nd Ave, and, if she's part of management, it's probably time to step down because it's clear she hates her job. However, if you're dining in, the waiters/waitresses are 500x more personable and the saving grace of the restaurant (not to mention the food). So, would I return? Only if I am dining in. I would avoid this place like the plague if I was to order delivery/takeout.

Kathy L.

Yelp
Its been years since I've updated this review but I'm still eating here at least once a month. Its my favorite chinese restaurant in the city. Here are my favorite dishes: - Gui Zhou Spicy Beef - Chong Qing Spicy Chicken (it is the one pictured with tons of peppers) - Dan dan noodles - spicy dumpling - Sautéed Shanghai bok chou (sounds simple but sooooo good) If you can handle the heat, you can't go wrong with this place!

Bubblez S.

Yelp
I wish I can give them below a 1 star ! I am a former and faithful costumer who always order from this location. Today, I had financial issues where I could not give the deliver man a specific amount; that in their opinion was worthy enough. They called me in the middle of my shift to tell me to cancel my order because I did not tip their delivery man enough. As a restaurant owner, your job is to serve costumers with the best service. Though I paid for my food in whole and did not have enough to tip, only showed how greedy this place was. Tipping your delivery man should never be a problem. As a costumer, tipping is NOT mandatory; but done out of the kindness of one's heart.

Gary M.

Yelp
I ordered from this restaurant this evening. I ordered Chicken with Spicy China Broccoli. I asked if it was spicy as that is what I was hoping for. In addition I ordered Wonton Soup & a Spring Roll. Unfortunately the soup was bland & there was no chicken. I called them to ask for the chicken but they were unable to comply. I didn't go thru an App so the restaurant would not lose any money. I was told they would give me a free chicken next time. Sadly there will be no next time. I ordered from a different restaurant and received the food very quickly & it was excellent.
