The Girls’ Night Out Guide - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Sometimes, you need a big bowl of pasta and nothing’s going to stand in your way. Not even if the restaurant doesn’t serve pasta. Luckily, Grappa, an Italian/Greek wine bar in Queen Anne, understands this (and they do serve pasta). Grappa takes reservations, serves somewhat affordable burrata and pesto gnocchi, and it’s just dark enough for the mood to feel special but it’s light enough so that you can still show off the balayage that Rochelle just did for you." - aimee rizzo

The 13 Best Restaurants In Queen Anne

"Grappa is the kind of restaurant-slash-wine bar that’s perfect for showing off your new haircut or taking someone on a fourth date. Or both, simultaneously. You can get anything from pappardelle to paella on the Mediterranean menu here, and if you’re trying to eat a little healthier, there’s a zucchini linguini (which we promise is food and not a children’s television show character). But our favorite dish here is the seafood risotto." - aimee rizzo

Grappa Review - Main Street - Park City - The Infatuation

"Walking into Grappa feels like entering a romantic Italian farmhouse. Every table on the three-level dining space feels private, and the outdoor patio is peaceful, surrounded by flowers and fountains. The menu features traditional Italian dishes, including eggplant parmesan, gnocchi primavera with wild mushrooms, whole-roasted game hen, and the restaurant’s signature osso bucco. Don’t miss the grapes and gorgonzola, a salad that has been on the menu since the restaurant opened in 1992—that sounds pretty retro, but it’s there because it’s still good. Grappa is open only for dinner, and you should make reservations a few weeks in advance during peak winter season." - Jené Shaw

Amazing experience! Shayan was a standout server — super helpful with excellent suggestions. We had the spaghetti carbonara, Bahamas, and the flower chocolate cake. Everything was delicious! The cake is rich and fudge-like, perfect if you’re into that. Beautiful location with the option to sit inside or outside — on a sunny day, the outdoor seating is stunning.

I took my mom to enjoy an early Mother’s Day Brunch. What a treat! We both decided on the Mediterranean breakfast skillet and it was so full of warm and rich flavors. Alyssa was our server and was very sweet, quick service, and had excellent recommendations. I’ll be racing back to try the dinner!

Google
I really loved Grappa’s outdoor seating, which also had a great heating system to enjoy during colder days. Food was amazing, and I really liked my seafood risotto with salmon and shrimps. The server was very patient, detailed and very clearly gave me some options to choose from, with accurate descriptions. Overall excellent service and dining experience.

Google
First, I must discuss the Watermelon Gazpacho. The chef is a genius for this dish. All five tastes are engaged, Sweet, Salty, Bitter, Sour and Umami. This soup is meant to be tasted, savoured on the tongue. Not just swallowed. The Gazpacho will challenge you. There is so much going on. Sweet from the watermelon, salt added, bitter from the mint, sour from the lime, and Umami from the tomato. Eat it slowly, like drinking a fine wine. You will not be disappointed. Each dish was made with the same care. The handmade Pesto Gnocchi was the finest this side for North Beach. The charcuterie board was larger than expected. The salad enough for two. All serving so generous we ended up to-go boxes for lunch the next day. Really an exquisite restaurant. Please enjoy.

Google
The restaurant was very lovely and charming! starting off with a warm welcome at the entrance, our waitress sarah who introduced herself, and the very very very tasty food we got to enjoy! if you‘re looking for a good italian restaurant, this is the place to go!

Update: We returned a year later for their Valentine's Dinner. We had a 7pm reservation and were seated within a reasonable amount of time for how busy they were. Sarah was our server and she was absolutely delightful. We received excellent service, our courses were timed perfectly and my wine glass was never empty. The dishes we sampled were cooked to perfection and flavorful, I especially enjoyed the wagyu. They had a musician playing acoustic love songs and it set a cozy, romantic ambiance. We will be sure to come back before another year has passed. Thank you for the lovely evening. Original: What a wonderful place. The food was phenomenal and service was outstanding. We will definitely be making the trip back up to Seattle to sample their brunch offerings.

Service was amazing. Unfortunately the food didn’t live up to the atmosphere or the service. It was good, it didn’t feel special or different. Maybe preference of mine

Google
Wonderful dinner! Scallop piccata, lasagna, and chocolate cake were delicious and prepared well. Cute neighborhood restaurant, wish we were able to explore the area more. Staff was friendly.

Yelp
Ambience: Cozy, perfect for a date night! Food: I'd give this a 4/5. Most dishes hit the sweet spot. I particularly liked the zucchini noodles! I feel their Paella could have been more flavorful, it didn't feel as authentic but was still good. :) Service: The staff is really kind! They accommodated us although they were fully booked out by opening their restaurant slightly early for us. :)

Yelp
We enjoy coming to this spot, but it's just so darn expensive. The food is always good. We like to order the risotto. The restaurant itself is a cute, quaint spot on Queen Anne. Street parking can get kinda tough on weekends, but you're usually able to find something relatively quick. The price is our main hold up for this restaurant. While the food is good, there are comparable restaurants that are cheaper. After tax and tip, it doesn't feel worth it at times.

Yelp
TLDR: Tasty well made food but wish a side was included (and bread if you'd normally give that eating in). My latest order was Alfredo with Chicken and it was very good! So far we have tried the spicy rigatoni (really good), Pappadelle Bolognese (didn't like so much), Chicken Marsala (very good and the only time I've ever liked this dish), Caesar salad, and a few other items. I have only ordered via delivery which has been fine except for an issue one time due to their ordering system, but they helped sort everything out and they went above and beyond to try to make sure I was happy after the issues I had, which I appreciated very much! Reason I didn't give 5 stars: My latest order was close to $60 and that was just for just Alfredo pasta with chicken added for $12 more (it was pretty small in size but the chicken helped make it more filling). I do wish their dinner dishes included a side (salad or veggie). I would still order but it will be on a more rare occasion due to cost. Note: Please bring the Chicken Marsala back, I loved it and never liked this dish until I tried yours.

Yelp
Grappa is an intimate little date-night spot with a fun menu and a beautiful bar (we loved the big, melting candles!). The hummus appetizer was delicious and the salmon gnocchi was rich, creamy, and flavorful. The carbonara was a bit dry for my taste, but I appreciate that you can get the egg on top or stirred in. Service was exemplary.
google avatar

Misha W.

Yelp
Was staying in the area for a staycation and went here back to back (dinner and next day breakfast) . Dinners vibe was dim lit with decor of melted candles. I ordered the Spaghetti D'mare and ate every bite! For breakfast the vibe is bright and windows openly cheerful w/same decor. I ordered the Mediterranean skillet and OMG! Amazing filled with flavor and tons of food! All the staff were great and we had the same bartender/waitress both times "Mariah" and she was a sweetheart! I've already recommended this place!
google avatar

Ryen B.

Yelp
Really friendly staff, casual vibe, menu that crisscross the Mediterranean (Greek, Italian, Spanish....). Tried a few sharable plates- table-flamed saganaki is showy, octopus is tender, side of broccolini a good option if you are on a diet. Salads are generous size but HEAVILY dressed- ask for it on the side if you try it. Probably wouldn't return, but it's a nice spot with something on the menu for everyone if you are in the neighborhood

Yelp
Recently moved to the area and we're in search of our new go to spots . Grappa is now at the top of the list. The food is terrific, the drinks are well thought out and offer a wide range of choices. The ambiance is welcoming but elevated. All of these things make grappa awesome but the real star of the show is the service. Our waitress Cassie was charming, engaging, knowledgable and guided us through an incredible dining experience. This place feels like somewhere I could stop in for a drink with friends or celebrate life events with family. Will be back soon.

Yelp
We had a fantastic meal at Grappa. The hummus was phenomenal and the Summer Salmon Gnocchi was fantastic. My husband got the spaghetti alle bongole and the homemade pasta was fabulous, clams and sauce were delicious. Our service was fantastic. Our server was attentive, helpful and kind. They were very knowledgeable on the menu and drink options. We loved the decor and setting was beautiful and quiet and felt intimate. An overall fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
I haven't been here since the summer, and I'm so pleased that I decided to pop in today! It was a bit of a stressful day, and I only mention that because the vibe at Grappa immediately soothed me. Easy going piano jazz playing at just the right volume, and the restaurant lights are down low. All I wanted was a yummy salad and a glass of Red Mountain Syrah, and I got exactly that. I decided to finish my meal with their flagship Negroni. Mariah was an excellent bartender exuding kindness that is not normally found in Seattle servers. I appreciate this being originally from the south. I can't believe I waited four months to return to Grappa. I've had two wonderful experiences in a row. I think this place needs to be implemented into the regular rotation. Thanks for helping turn my day around!

Yelp
Came here for brunch. Glad they have lunch items. Had the crab and tiny shrimp salad. Pretty good size for a half salad although I wished there are more crabs. Beautiful venue and good service. The fake flower is kind of turnoff

Yelp
The food was good but it didn't blow me away. It was quite pricey for what it was and I don't think I'd return. I ordered the carbonara but the zucchini in it did overwhelm the pasta. My friend ordered the vodka pasta which was definitely the best thing we tried. Service was good, my friend and I are fast eaters so we were ready to leave pretty soon. Ambiance was great; gorgeous restaurant.

Yelp
Wonderful vibey atmosphere with delicious cocktails and tasty food. The best dish here I've tried is their butternut soup. It tastes like the greatness of butternut smashed with truffles and other goodness. I often think about this soup and hope that it's always on the menu wow. There is live music on some nights, featuring a wonderfully talented musician.
google avatar

Yelp
We sat at the bar since we didn't buy any not have a reservation. The bartender there was great. Of course the menu was pricey, but I expect that at a nice restaurant like this. We both got the wagyu filet, and it was amazing. No regrets!

Yelp
Grappa is a Greek-Italian restaurant located at a busy corner in the Queen Anne Hill neighborhood in Seattle, right across from Starbucks. Plenty of metered street parking. We took my parents here for dinner and chose it since our 4yo son also loves Mediterranean cuisine. We had four excellent dishes and one really bad one, so 4-stars overall factoring in service and the laid-back vibes of the restaurant with wooden decor. Otherwise, food is probably 3.5 stars. Good dishes (4 stars) * Spaniard Octopus - They braises it, so very tender. It comes with pickled onions and pita bread. * Kid's Pasta - Custom Rigatoni dish with chicken and lemon-butter sauce, my son's favorite. * Scallops Piccata - My parents shared this dish and loved it. Scallops are light but the fettuccine is filling! * Roasted Lemon Chicken - Excellent - the lemony flavors were infused with the bone-in half chicken and the roasted potatoes. Bad Dish (2 stars) * Their Paella had really, really dry rice and not all of the mussels were fresh. Did they forget the broth or maybe cooked the Bejeezus out of the rice? My parents took this dish home and attempted to rehydrate it before reheating. Desserts - The pistachio and vanilla gelato are both good and suitable for sharing. However, their tiramisu and bread pudding dishes both have alcohol so not ideal for toddlers.

Yelp
The food was good and well portioned and plated. The drink was also very tasty. The service was attentive and kind. We sat on the covered patio which has heaters and is dog friendly. They were very kind to our pups! The ambiance was nice since we mostly had the whole patio to ourselves and it was a cloudy January day. We would definitely go back, especially because they are dog friendly!

Yelp
Came here for brunch on a weekend. Would recommend if you live in the area or want to show off upper Queen Anne. It was easy to get a reservation for five online. Decent brunch menu and cocktails. Food was 4/5 but can't complain. Great service and was cheaper than the $$$ suggested by Yelp (not saying it was cheap though, by seattle prices seemed pretty typical). Ambience is cute, it's certainly a good date spot. Weirdly they have all these melted wax candles everywhere. Maybe they look cuter at night when it's dark and they're actually lit but in the light of day look like Halloween decorations that someone forgot to take down.

Yelp
I came here for happy hour with a friend and it was a good time. The hummus was the star of the meal. I've heard about it for a while and finally understand the hype. It was flavorful and perfect. I loved how they served it with pita bread AND veggies. The spicy sausage rigatoni was delicious and not super spicy. The flourless chocolate cake was smooth and rich with a mousse-like texture. The only downside to our visit was our waiter tended to disappeared for long moments at a time and we had to flag down another waiter at some point for our main course and dessert orders. The restaurant was half empty and not very busy so that was confusing, but all other staff that helped us that day were extremely attentive.

Bryon H.

Yelp
First, let me say that I did not eat at the restaurant...this is purely a review of the two dishes I ate. I live 2 blocks anway and really wanted to like the food. I'm a huge fan of Tilikum Place and was hoping for a similar experience closer to home. I ordered the Meatballs and the Spicy Sausage Rigatoni, based on ratings. Unfortunately, the meatballs were small, dense, and very reminiscent of frozen. The pasta was good but not great, heavy on onions and sausage that was chunkier and chewier than I'd have preferred. Tender meatballs aren't difficult and the rigatoni was ranked as the most liked dish so maybe I got a bad night. I will give them another try in house before shelving them, but they are starting from behind.
google avatar

Alexa Z.

Yelp
Food is delicious. Portions are generous. Pasta is fresh and tasty. Their focaccia was not what I usually think of when I think of focaccia. It was beautifully toasted but dense. Service is fast and friendly. Our server was great at answering our questions about the menu. Very chill and relaxing environment. Definitely a good spot for small groups. Would definitely say it would be a good date spot. Not too loud. But tables are not set up for more than groups of 4.

Yelp
We were here for a multi-course thanksgiving dinner, so tough to review against the normal menu. Loved the place, vibe and service. The food was not consistent and had a few peculiarities though, Squash soup and lobster bisque were both great as were our two salads. Our second course of wagyu beef bites were not good. Described as bites with a sauce what was delivered was a bowl of delicious sauce (almost stew like) and some small chunks of really terrible, chewy beef. Roast prime rib with au jus was actually just a grilled steak, not cooked properly and no au jus. Osso Bucco with Demi glacé tasted good, but the sauce was not Demi glaze. Lobster risotto was very good as was the cured salmon.

Yelp
My husband and I were in Seattle from Boulder, CO. Due to a recent hip fracture surgery, I was using a walker. We have never dined at Grappa's, but decided to try it. The hostess was friendly and accommodating of my walker, seating us at a main floor table. Bless her! Our waiter explained highlights of the menu, which was helpful. The food was delicious. We will definitely return the next time we are in Seattle, a few times a year. Thank you, team!

Yelp
Always love Grappa! I have been here a handful of times and it's always an amazing experience. The service is top notch friendly and there to truly make you have a wonderful dining experience. The food is stellar I have never ordered a bad dish the flavors and presentation are 12/10. It's a great spot for a date night or night out with the girls the ambience it's a vibe candle light small and cozy. Will be back soon!

Yelp
So, I would definitely say that dinner is better than Brunch here. Sunday morning for brunch on Daylight Savings Day allowed us to pick our seating. They do have a $15 penalty for no-shows or cancelations per OpenTable so something to be aware of. We ordered: - French 75 - Coffee - Egg Benedict with a side of bacon - Seafood pastry puff. Benedict does NOT come with the traditional ham and comes with the English muffin, poached egg, and hollandaise sauce with a side of potatoes. This was disappointing and bland. What Benedict doesn't come with ham on it? Potatoes were mushy and flavorless. The bacon was subpar quality and was dry. A coffee mug had to be exchanged for one that didn't have food waste still on the inside rim. Their dishwasher didn't remove everything. They do not offer brown sugar for their coffee options. The Bf enjoyed the seafood pastry puff and shared that seems more in line with their dinner caliber. Overall Sunday Brunch experience at Grappa left much to be desired and with rising costs for eating out, I would say check out further down QA Ave for 5 spot breakfast.

Yang H.

Yelp
Food was decent but didn't live up to the high prices. Service was lovely and it was great that they had heated patio seating outside. We tried the following: - Spaniard Octopus: Pretty good, though I've had more tender octopus before. Was also a bit confused with the "focaccia" that came with it: I've never had focaccia with a crumb that looked like regular bread before, rather than the usual bubbly and airy focaccia. It reminded me more of a sourdough toast. - Brussels Bacon and Brie: Good flavor but lacked texture, the Brussels were very mushy and had no crisp on the outside. - Housemade Gnocchi: my husband thought it was decent, but not super wowed by it - Paella: I was impressed by how much seafood was in the paella. There were 3 giant shrimp, lots of clams/mussels and a ton of sausages and assorted seafood buried under the rice. That said, while there was a bit of heat to it, it otherwise tasted a tad bland. We also tried a few cocktails and they were all pretty good, especially the Milano Mule.

Yelp
Unfortunately I only took one picture but I'll be back so don't worry, I'll update this! I just moved to Queen Anne and am hitting all the local spots and I am thrilled this spot was first on my list. From the patio seating to the service to the food, 12/10. My sister and I had a bottle of wine, the cheese appetizer, the Mediterranean salad and we shared the seafood risotto and everything was so delicious. Our waiter was also such a gem and recommended some other spots in the area for a night cap which we followed up on and also really enjoyed. It was such a great vibe and I can't wait to come back!
google avatar

Chelsea A.

Yelp
Excellent service, excellent food. That's it, that's the review. A nod to the name, they have a ton of grappa to try! I had the seafood risotto which was absolutely incredible. Though they also have your classic, Italian dishes like carbonara and bolognese. You've got to try the focaccia. The ambiance is super cool. It's dark and moody and romantic with candle wax melting everywhere. But you could still go with family as we did. The tiramisu was incredible!
google avatar

Ketki ..

Yelp
Really liked my Mediterranean breakfast skillet, basically shakshouka with delicious chorizo bits. Friend got the eggs Benedict and it was extremely spicy, especially salmon bits. Nice ambiance, but service was very slow. A little on the pricey side, but still a cute spot.
google avatar

Marge L.

Yelp
Food is terrible. Service fine Ambiance fine They seem to have cooks not chefs in the back. You could do better using a cookbook and omitting ingredients and adding salt.

Olivia M.

Yelp
I've been to Grappa a few times now. The ambiance, service, food, and drinks are top-notch! They just released their spring menu and everything looked so tasty. This time around, I had the Hugo Spritz, burrata to start, and the spaghetti carbonara as my main - everything was spectacular. Our server Alyssa was lovely. I'll definitely be back again soon!
google avatar

Alexa D.

Yelp
This place was fine. After going there, it didn't really surprise me why they had so many reservations open on a weekend. We went on a Friday for happy hour and were one of two tables, with about 10 staff members. And the service was STILL super slow and bad. Our waiter consistently forgot to bring us things- he forgot to bring out more cava when we wanted more drinks (had to remind him more than once) and he completely forgot my friends gazpacho, then brought it after we reminded him. And since he brought it out after our entrees (which was odd), he didn't give her the happy hour price even though she ordered it 45 min before happy hour ended. The atmosphere is fine. It's trying to be cute but there's just something missing. The outdoor tables feel reminiscent of peak Covid- plastic awnings and makeshift outdoor furniture. Our spot inside was fine, but where was an awkward chair at the edge of our booth that looked impossible to get in and out of. The food was super boring, but priced like fine dining. My Mediterranean salad came on nasty wilted romaine and was no better than something I've ordered at Olive Garden for $8. And 4 overcooked shrimp were $9. My zucchini linguine was just wet vegetables with no sauce and no flavor. I can't really think of anything I liked about this place to be honest.
google avatar

Ally P.

Yelp
Grappa is consistently good. You come here knowing you are going to have a good meal. The ambiance is intimate but the space is large enough and breathable. The seafood risotto, octopus, and bolognese is delicious. You can't go wrong with a starter plate of focaccia. I always bring out of town guests here when I want to show them the cute streets of Queen Anne!
google avatar

Zeidy O.

Yelp
Food tastes delicious. We had the Brussel sprouts with bacon and brie, the octopus spaniard, spaghetti carbonara & the lasagna. Everything was tasty, service and ambience are great. Small tables so it is not loud.

C K.

Yelp
Ate here for on a Friday at 3. Pasta was delicious. Service was very good. By far the best food and service of a handful of Seattle restaurants we tried over a long weekend.
google avatar

Estella K.

Yelp
We walked in for an early dinner around 6pm on a week night and were seated right away. There are a few tables outside as well and their patio is dog friendly! Staff was very friendly and service was quick. We started with their creamy burrata and it was so refreshing. Balsamic glaze w the pine nuts were a nice touch. For food, we ordered 3 main dishes to share- vongole, carbonara, and paella. They were all so delicious and flavorful and portion size was reasonable. We shared all the dishes among 3 people and walked out very full and happy. Can't wait to come back and try the other dishes
google avatar

Kim K.

Yelp
This place is the middle of the road for me. To be honest, the service was kind of disappointing. It was pretty slow, drinks were slow, but seemed to be pretty well staffed. We ordered some items on happy hour that weren't delivered to our table. They brought them later (but then didn't charge the happy hour price). Too much work to have the bill adjusted for a few dollars off but annoying nonetheless. The gazpacho was really good! I also go the crab salad, which was pretty plain and nothing to write home about. The ambiance and decor is cute.
google avatar

Brooke A.

Yelp
Grappa is a cute brunch/lunch/dinner place in the heart of Queen Anne. It's definitely a bit pricey for what you get, but a great choice for when you have guests or are looking for some more upscale ambience. I enjoyed the grilled cheese and tomato soup - they make it on focaccia bread, which made for a rich, comforting combination. Our waitress let us know this was her first time serving brunch, and she did phenomenally! She was attentive and quick to grant us our additional requests like sauce on the side.
google avatar

Christopher L.

Yelp
To start this place has a fantastic vibe to it. As far as the service goes, it's spot on. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Last but not least, the food was delicious and everything was prepared perfectly. On this occasion we came here for a special prefix menu. However, can't wait to come back soon and try the regular menu.
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
Came here for dinner, but would not come back. For the cost, would've expected more from the meal. Pro: service was nice and waitress took care of us. Thank you! Con: We got 4 dishes, total ticket with drinks was about $200, and it did not feel worth it. Moreover, none of the dishes felt like they sparked joy, or was a "surprise & delight." Burrata: Cheese was good, but the flavor overall felt a little bland. Octopus: This was probably the best dish of the night. $30, was a pricy appetizer. Paella: Too salty, overwhelmed the dish, tasted it right away. This was kind of disappointing, because we love paella. Piccata: Too creamy / lemony, kind of overwhelmed the flavor. This dish was closer to $50, so we expected this one to wow us, but it felt underwhelming for 4 pieces of scallop.

Chanele R.

Yelp
This is a chic restaurant with excellent food, not to mention a stellar wine and cocktail list. We were seated in the "outdoor" area, which is a covered patio with plastic walls that allows for heaters to eat outside, even in November. The food was exceptional. The grilled saganaki cheese comes with a flare - literally, they set it on fire at the table, which makes for great people watching. I had a delicious pasta dish with fresh vegetables, as well as their riff on the Manhattan cocktail, which was a winner. The only reason it was not 5 stars was that the service was a bit slow. When we finished, we waited a really long time to get our check, almost an uncomfortably long time. While it wasn't a big deal, if you were in a hurry to go somewhere after dinner, this could be a problem. But all in all, it didn't really damage the experience much because the service was very friendly and helpful beyond the speed.
google avatar

Eric T.

Yelp
While they boast that they are a Mediterranean wine bar, Grappa does a nice weekend brunch, with some unusual tasty offerings. Try the spicy sausage country biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs or the crab avocado toast. Small teaks to the usual recipes make for a welcome change. The Queen Anne area of Seattle provides an inviting after brunch stroll to do some shopping or to just burn off some of the artery-clogging gravy.
google avatar

Reilly F.

Yelp
Really expensive for mid food, drinks, and portion sizes. Service was fine. Just really overpriced for what you're getting.
google avatar

Anwesha N.

Yelp
The food at grappa is mediocre at worst and extremely expensive. Granted I would say that the tiramisu is pretty good. Service is okay at most. And it's extremely overpriced for food that tastes like you can get it at an average diner.
google avatar

Spencer B.

Yelp
Jesus Christ the steak bites. The sauce. I'm eating it like it's soup. I'm licking the damn bowl. Why would you give this to me. Why would you give this to me knowing that it will eventually run out. Cuz now I'm out of steak bites. I'm upset. I'll never taste food again.

Yelp
Dinner at Grappa with three kids was almost perfect! We arrived a couple minutes late for our reservation, but we're still promptly seated. The interior is pretty cool: our kids LOVED the candles with wax dripping all over, and the combination of copper and wood is really well done. Our waiter waited for a while to take our order, which was intentional (that's how they roll there), but once we told him we wanted to order and get the kids fed ASAP he course corrected. We got the hummus appetizer, which was good, but would be nice to know it's a red pepper infused hummus, so the kiddos were not fans (they ate the warm pita though). They do have a great kids menu (you have to ask for it): we got the grilled cheese and kids pasta. We also got 3 spaghetti's: pesto, primavera, and d'mare (which I butchered pronouncing). The spaghetti's were all great. The primavera was fresh and not overly sauced with delicious fresh vegetables, d'mare was loaded with muscles and had lots of other seafood with a great slightly spicy tomato sauce, and the pesto was creamy, basily deliciousness. The kids pasta was perfect also. The grilled cheese is a little more interesting: it's served on herb bread, which is a little elevated for our 7 year old (and most that I know), so that didn't get touched. Grappa would be amazing for date night, and was still a pretty good place for a family of 5.

Yelp
I've been coming to Grappa since 2016 (is that when they opened?) and probably have been there a handful of times but this week, I ordered the fettuccine for the first time and was blown away by the fettuccine Alfredo. For those of you who love garlic, this fettuccine is for you! I wish I could have licked the plate if that was socially acceptable. My second fave item in their menu is the saganaki. Who doesn't love fried, lemony halloumi on a cast iron?!

Yelp
In a town that's known for its expensive but mediocre food, Grappa really shines as a gem. Not only was the food delicious, but the prices are very reasonable, service is friendly, and the ambiance was lovely. We ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese and Spicy Sausage Rigatoni. The entrees came out within 10 minutes and were prepared al dente. Both were fantastic and my wife and I kept stealing from each other's plate. We finished the evening with bread pudding topped with pistachio ice cream and lattes. The dessert was mind blowing and the coffees were very rich (they roast their own beans). A truly exceptional experience -- I highly recommend!!

Yelp
Came for Thanksgiving dinner last night and it was such a wonderful experience! The food exceeded my expectations, the staff was incredible - so attentive and nice! The space is beautifully decorated for the holidays and the entire experience really just saved the day this year! Thank you to the entire Grappa team!

Yelp
This place was so yummy!! We went for lunch/early dinner around 3pm and were able to get seated at the bar. Even during a weird (usually slow) time of day the place was pretty busy with lots of reservations! I absolutely LOVED the pasta - so sorry I can't remember the name. But it had mushrooms and sausage with a creamy cheesy sauce. I'm sure the servers would know if you asked them for it! The grilled octopus appetizer was great too, but in my opinion a little small for the price...it is octopus though so it makes sense. Wish we would have tried some of their cocktails but I guess we need to go back!!
