"Gray Fox, a sleek coffee shop, is opening a second location in Uptown today, right across the street from Lunds on Lake Street in the new Daymark Apartment Complex. The initial hours will be 10:30 am on weekdays and 8am on weekends. Gray Fox first opened in the TCF Atrium in downtown Minneapolis in the summer of 2018. The shop is owned by the same couple who have the Copper Hen Kitchen & Cakery on Nicollet Avenue and the Copper Cow in Minnetonka. The shop became an Instagram favorite for vibrant beet or obsidian charcoal lattes and flourishes like gold leaf garnish. In addition to coffee drinks, the new location also offers breakfast bites." - Joy Summers

This one girl, i think her name was sarah, made me the most delicious fall inspired drink and she even put an adorable image of 2 panda bears riding a motorcycle together because I was wearing a panda shirt! It made my entire week. I would highly recommend visiting Gray Fox.

The vibe was very nice with the fireplace but food and drink were totally disappointing. The latte art doesn’t look anything like in the menu. The matcha was very light and sweet. I felt like drinking green sugar water. The turkey sausage was extremely salty. The muffin was hard I wasn’t able to bite. Price was not worth it.

I absolutely love the matcha here, they also have very very good lattes served in such a great atmosphere! I recommend a vanilla lavender matcha OR a clever bee!

The atmosphere was calm and comfortable. My sandwich was tasty and fresh. The Cherry Blossom Crowler was just what my sweet truth was looking for. My favorite is always the amazing artwork coming to life on top of my coffee in the frothed milk, can’t get that anywhere else.

My wife is Columbian. So trust me, I know my freaking coffee! I stop here every morning! It’s the best by far downtown and in the skyway. Nice atmosphere and even reasonably priced. They even have beer and wine, which I’ll indulge in and digress after a day at the office while the bus boy (Alex?) listens to my problems. Must try!

I have been to this Gray-Fox several times and I can’t stop coming back. Their customer service is a 10/10 , friendly and fast. Their coffee is delicious and I have had the pleasure of dealing with Alexander the manager who is one of the best people to a with interaction with. I would recommend

This place is so cute, great vibes amidst all the corporate! My favorite is the lemon loaf and a lavender latte with oat milk, the barista (Hannah) is super friendly and has never made my drink wrong. Great little spot.

Was part of a tourist coffee walk during a conference this weekend. Our first stop on the walk was to grab coffee at the Gray Fox on Marquette. More people showed up for the walk than they were planning on with not much time to give a heads up to the person working the coffee shop by himself. Hats off to him! He was calm, professional, and kind. Great service and great coffee!
