Angel Food Bakery Leaves Downtown Minneapolis for St. Louis Park’s Texa Tonka - Eater Twin Cities
"Gray Fox, a sleek coffee shop, is opening a second location in Uptown today, right across the street from Lunds on Lake Street in the new Daymark Apartment Complex. The initial hours will be 10:30 am on weekdays and 8am on weekends. Gray Fox first opened in the TCF Atrium in downtown Minneapolis in the summer of 2018. The shop is owned by the same couple who have the Copper Hen Kitchen & Cakery on Nicollet Avenue and the Copper Cow in Minnetonka. The shop became an Instagram favorite for vibrant beet or obsidian charcoal lattes and flourishes like gold leaf garnish.
