We loved Gray Hawk Grill because of the foods the service and the atmosphere. The tuna tartare was excellent. We didnt lik the buffalo cauliflower and the kind waiter immediately replaced it with an excellent homemade burta. The meats - hamburger and New York Strip steak were very good and for dessert the coconut cake was delicious. The dishes are large and the value for money is good.

The experience at Gray Hawk Grill was one of a kind. We had two different types of steaks, frites and strip, both grilled to perfection. The waitress, Bri, was very attentive to details and provided insight to menu options and even gave recommendations of outside menu specials. An overrall great dining experience.

Starters - Shrimp Cocktail: Tough and tasteless - Kumamoto Oysters: Disappointing leaving absolutely no brine and some pieces of shell - Burrata: Good, pesto on the side was a nice touch and added a bit of flavor but the burrata itself was delicious Mains - Tuna Steak: Delicious and the charred Brussel sprouts were paired really well with the capers Filet: Very good and the butter topping was a nice added bonus Side - Mashed Potatoes: Were these instant? Service - Excellent I would've given more stars with the service and mains being fantastic but the starters left much more to be desired. And the potatoes... Would I go back? Probably. Everyone was very nice and the mains were enough to make me consider a return.

Tried oysters for the first time here during brunch with a friend! She got a bloody mary & the bacon in it was a creative touch. Cute outdoor dining & pet friendly, would come back 🥰

Google
Such a great experience and would definitely go back! The tuna steak was so delicious and paired perfectly with the bussels sprouts, tomatoes & capers. I also ordered the Strawberry Fields cocktail (sorry I only had a screenshot from a video if it and I already ate the strawberry haha) but that was so perfect and light, great with any meal or on it’s own! The service was excellent as well! My server, Brianne was so kind and helpful when I asked what she recommended.

We came here for the thanksgiving dinner. The hostess was really nice and we got off to a good start, but midway through eating the turkey, someone in our party almost almost choked on a giant thread the cooks left inside the turkey (see image). Due to the size of the thread, it’s insane they didn’t think to remove it. We told a waiter and all he did was give the person a new napkin. I understand things like this happen, but the one-star is due to the staff response to the issue.

I happened to come on a busy night. I was squeezed into a corner at the bar. I was here for a quick drink and dinner so this was okay. Seemed to be a neighborhood staple where most people knew each other. Food was enjoyable. Bartender was quick and attentive.

We had such a romantic dinner here. The service is impeccable and the food was perfectly cooked. Gray Hawk is on our go to list now when in NYC

Yelp
This is a fantastic place to eat well if you're looking for a fancier place by the MET. Pros: - Great service - Loved our dishes: Tuna Tartare, Crab Cakes, Shrimp Scampi Pasta, Dry Aged Steak, Cod, and chocolate cheesecake. Everything was so delicious, perfectly cooked. Cons: - For a fine dining restaurant, the decor is so random.... it doesn't know what it wants to be, rn feels like a dark-themed sports bar/lounge in Meatpacking. With such good food and service, it could be more of a rustic Quality Meats vibe. Notes: - Happy Hour is only for the front of the restaurant (bar area)

Yelp
LOVE this spot! Met a friend for dinner on her recommendation and I can see why she loves it so much. Service is great, very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. I was in the mood for the roasted chicken, I had been looking at it on instagram this week, it definately was a winner. Chicken is flavorful and the mashed potato is fluffy and creamy...so good! The owner came by our table and he is a really nice gentleman! Looking forward to returning! Live music also great!

Madeline A.

Yelp
Beware of their unclear happy hour and live music advertisement. I'm updating my review because I had a disappointing experience here! They advertise on their website that they have late night happy hour from 9pm to close at the bar, bar lounge area and outside. We arrived at 10pm on a Friday evening (keeping in mind they close at 12pm) and the restaurant was busy. We sat at a high top table in the bar lounge area and the waitress gave us the happy hour menu which included drinks and food. We tried to order drinks and food, but we're told the kitchen was closed! Why give us the happy hour menu without telling us? I'm confused how the kitchen closes at 10pm on a Friday evening! It would have been nice to have been told this before we sat down and decided what we wanted. We didn't end up staying since we were starving so they lost out on my business. They also advertise they have live music on Friday and Saturday evening however there was no live music; just loud music playing. Just beware and maybe call to confirm before coming for happy hour, especially late night.

Pamela P.

Yelp
Great steakhouse for a fun diner experience, with live music Friday and Saturdays from 8.30 to midnight and happy hour 7 days a week. We came to try their happy hour menu and the food was delicious, particularly the sliders. One of the best burgers I've eaten in NYC. We also tried: the crispy Brussel sprouts, the hummus, the east coast oysters and the truffle fries. Everything was delicious and good portions. From their regular menu we ordered the grilled octopus and for dessert the chocolate fondue, both incredible. The fondue will serve up to 3/4 people approximately, it's generous. Our server was very attentive and gave great recommendations, everyone was very friendly, the hostess too. Our plates were cleaned up quickly but we never felt rushed, someone was pouring water constantly. I was very impressed. My only complaint is that the cocktails are not included in their late HH (9pm to close) and just in their early one (5PM-6.30PM) despite being advertised in their menu outside, and their website. I was disappointed that cocktails were not included, because this was one of the reasons why I booked the reservation in the first place. In their late HH only mixed drinks are included. I had vodka/pineapple and it was not good, I'll stick to wine next time. Also HH only applies on specific areas (bar/high tops/outside) but is not mentioned anywhere, we realized one seated at the wrong table. However they made an exception and honored the HH at our table, which we appreciated. Despite this being a big downside, the food, the music, and service was phenomenal and for that reason I'm still giving 4 stars. I would give 4.5 if possible. I could see myself having a diner birthday party or celebrating a special occasion in this restaurant.

Yelp
I was looking for a place to have an early lunch and a drink on the upper east side. I called Gray Hawk Grill and decided to go there for lunch. I arrived and the weather was amazing, so I decided to sit outside. There was happy hour from 11:30am to 3pm. I had a bulletin bourbon and ginger beer. For the lunch special, I had the Buffalo Cauliflower and the Salmon Burger. The Buffalo Cauliflower was good, but the Salmon Burger was even better. Sam, my server, informed me that the Salmon comes in fresh and they make the salmon burgers from fillets. The burger was really good. I took the bun off because I didn't need it. I passed this place several times. I was glad I called and decided to have lunch there. I definitely want to go back to try the afterwork happy hour, as well as the late night happy hour.

Michelle A.

Yelp
Classy restaurant on the Upper East Side with a fantastic Happy Hour. The happy hour is only offered at the bar or high tops from 5-6:30pm. I made a reservation because I didn't want to miss out on the deals, but honestly it wasn't necessary. The place was pretty empty at 5:30pm on a Thursday night. We didn't try anything on the regular menu because the Happy Hour food selection was plentiful. I got the Dare to Pear cocktail and my husband got the GH Old Fashioned. My drink was on the sweeter side, but my husband's drink was nice and boozy. We ordered 6 oysters, the buffalo cauliflower, GH sliders, and truffle fries (not pictured). The oyster came out super quick and were nice and fresh. The buffalo cauliflower had a nice tang and were pretty spicy. I didn't care for the blue cheese dip that came with it. Our favorite thing were the sliders. They were the juiciest sliders, I've ever had and were perfectly cooked. They also had a nice smokey flavor. We liked it so much we got another order. I would definitely come back for happy hour again because you can't beat the price. The rest of the menu is pretty pricey, but the food looks good.

Matt C.

Yelp
Sorry to see that they closed. On weeknights, it was calm and cool for eating oysters at the bar.

Toby L.

Yelp
Went for brunch, and tried an assortment of the brunch menu to get a feel for the place. We had coffee, granola with fruit, pancakes, avocado toast, French toast and banana risotto. The avocado toast was good, poached eggs were soft and perfectly cooked, with some tasty trimmings. The French toast was good, more like bread pudding, solid texture and had fruit on the top. The star of the show was the banana risotto which was a sort of variation on rice pudding, with cinnamon and caramelised bananas- original and very tasty. (The pancakes were pretty dull / average and a bit dry, granola and fruit bowl also a little average.) Staff were friendly although maybe could have been a touch more attentive, I know we were the first customers and staff were still doing some set up. Tables are set up with high tops in the front and regular level at the back, there is also semi outdoor seating at the front, but currently too cold to sit out there.

Yelp
This is my second visit to Gray Hawk Grill. My first visit was for dinner and we had a fantastic experience. Today we went for brunch and had a great time. As always, the food was excellent and the service was great too! The brunch menu was good with all of the classics. The drinks were really cheap too!

Yelp
Great restaurant!! Waitstaff was excellent!! Food quality and selections was awesome!! Delicious meals!! Highly recommend!

Leslie V.

Yelp
We were hungry and wandering reading menus and Grey Hawk had the yummiest sounding food for our current tummy situation! Great ambience with indoor and outdoor seating - all white tablecloths. The menu is simple in size with raw seafood options, and then apps and sandwiches. Last, a couple of big meals like steak, but too heavy for us...is what we thought... Grey Hawk has a great lunch special with a choice of app & sandwich for $22. My husband ordered the Caesar salad and it was homemade dressing with whole anchovies on top! Tasted fantastic!! I ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower and I have to say i was unable to taste the cauliflower because of the heavy fry - but the sauce was delish! I would try this at home only roasting the cauliflower (or air fry?) and it would be awesome! For lunch, my husband got the spicy chicken sandwich and it had to have been 6-8" high when delivered! Impossible to hold and trust me - he has a big mouth! teeheehee Just kidding, it was just SO large that he had to knife and fork it. My sandwich, the salmon patty, was huge also. I took one bite and missed half of the goodies so I also took it apart and ate with a knife & fork and no bun. I would have to say it was the best salmon patty I've ever had! It had a fabulous sauce, then seaweed salad, then the patty, then pickles and huge slices of avocado, then a tomato slice and more sauce. I love getting everything in one bite and found myself doing that minus the tomato. It just didn't 'go' even though the color looks cool! I loved my patty that I was able to get cooked rare and ate every bite! Fries were fries - nothing special but not bad! Just average. I passed on homemade chips that came with it because they are usually very deep-fried and oily - in hindsight, one of us should've tried them. Overall, I loved most of the food - I would definitely come again. I wanted one of their drinks but just couldn't justify spending $18 on a cocktail at lunch. Next time we'll come for dinner. I wish I had checked in before the end because there is a buy one drink get one and I FOR SURE would've gotten one then! A great reason to go back!! They also have a brunch menu for Saturday & Sunday that looks yummy!!

Yelp
One of the WORST dining experiences ever!!!!!! Noise level was off the chart. It was impossible for the 4 of us to hear each other. It took the waiter 45 minutes to give us menus. I had to flag down the hostess for her to let the waiter know we needed water. He wouldn't look in our direction. The food was mediocre at best. My salad topped with chicken was awful. Chicken was hard as a rock. My husband's scallop dinner was incredibly small for a very large price. On our way out my friend stopped at the hostess desk and let her know the service was non existent. She said oh well....the restaurant is closing for good by the end of February so that's why the kitchen and wait staff couldn't care less. It was almost funny....almost. If you are thinking of dining the last weeks of February..... Don't.

Kathy K.

Yelp
I sat inside but they do offer an outdoor patio which is very nice. Once seated I put my purse on the floor not noticing that a drink had been spilled there and had not been cleaned up. I had to try to clean it in the bathroom. I ordered from the brunch menu and decided to have the Napa's Challa French Toast $17 and a cup of coffee $4. The plate presentation was nice but the fruit on the French toast had a bad refrigerator taste.

Josh F.

Yelp
James took great care of and even recommended a specialty cocktail that really hit the spot. Food was great and the environment was cozy yet sophisticated. Will be back.

David I.

Yelp
The food is excellent. We very much enjoyed the steak and eggs and chicken sandwich. The cappuccino was surprisingly great at well. Service was good. Howver -1 star for charging 4$ for two pieces of white toast that we asked for to add to the steak and eggs. It came after about 15 minutes and we were already done with the food. Kind of nickel and diming. That toast was like wonder bread supermarket toast guys. Literally the whole loaf it came from was probably 0.99$ not cool.

F.D. L.

Yelp
Great chopped salad and tuna tartare. A bit too dark inside. And there was a dog, that didn't seem well trained at all. Do service dogs behave in restaurants, or do they pull on their leash, not sit, and are on a lap a lot? I'm not an expert, but there was nothing to go by. Asking for a highly allergic friend.

Joel S.

Yelp
Nice neighborhood restaurant. The outdoors seating is comfortable. The staff are nice and attentive. The boss move here is happy hour. Select appetizers and drinks are half price from 5:30 to 6:30. The Buffalo cauliflower was excellent. The oysters and Sauvignon Blanc were very good. Entrees were solid. The chicken paillard could have used a bit more time on the grill. The burger was solid and the French fries were excellent. Solid neighborhood place, especially if you're early enough for happy hour. 3.75 stars.

Anita S.

Yelp
After confirming to me many times, they called the day of reservation to tell me that the owner cancelled brunch. Not happy!

Angelina Z.

Yelp
Excellent: Presentation. Food. Service. Ambiance. Have been wanting to try this local restaurant for some time and glad I did tonight. For starters, we ordered a dozen oysters, a mix of East and west and both were fresh, creamy and top notch; burrata with watermelon and garlic toast; and truffle fries. All are recommended and leave me excited to come back and try their other starters. For entrees I had the catch of the day, a Black Sea bass over lentil with a spinach and garlic sauce. It was perfectly cooked and the flavor combos paired wonderfully. My boyfriend got the burger and said the beef was among the best he's ever had on a burger in the city. So all in all, we're happy we came, will come back and do recommend. Cheers

Sandy Y.

Yelp
GREAT specials and happy hour deals. Wine down Wednesday's, tequila + taco Thursdays, HH 9Pm--close Fridays and Saturdays (live music), and bottomless brunch Saturdays and Sundays. Regardless of what you're here for, it's a great deal.

Aaliyah N.

Yelp
got here a few minutes before 5pm on a saturday (the time google said they open) and was seated promptly which was great. place was empty as they were just getting started. sat in a corner table by the large windows/door and got some really nice drinks! the food was great; got macaroni as an app and then the regular cheeseburger and a truffle burger. liked the truffle burger more, it was really good! my only qualm is the service. it was weird because the restaurant was not busy whatsoever, but after 30-40 minutes or so, no one took our order which we thought was strange. then we see people who came in *after* us begin to get their meals. we had to ask the hostess if someone could get our order. once we asked if seemed as if they remembered we were there and began to be more attentive so idk what was going on. we get our food after another while and we enjoyed it, but we then had to ask *again* if someone could bring us the check. the bartender had to end up stopping what they were doing and check us out. the experience kind of ruined it a bit for me. maybe i'd be back after a while it just felt odd.

Jeff U.

Yelp
Great late night happy hour and weekend live entertainment. Food is very good and very good service. Great place to spend a few hours late night.

Judy P.

Yelp
Great service delicious lobster roll saw and ad on instagram definitely worth the money every bite was sooo good look amazing taste soooo good definitely looking forward to returning

Oyinkansola O.

Yelp
The ambiance, the food and service is amazing. Food was super delicious. We were happy and definitely going back

Alexa F.

Yelp
Gray Hawk Grill is one of my new neighborhood faves! The shrimp scampi and miso black cod are my go tos and so so delish every time. The waiters are always sweet and attentive and the owner/manager remembers everyone that comes through their doors.

Emily E.

Yelp
I let the server know I was gluten and dairy free, and something in the food I received had one or the other in it, because I left with my stomach feeling horrible. FYI if you're sensitive to GF/DF cross contamination

Diane C.

Yelp
Ben there for brunch and for dinner. Bothe we're great experiences. Staff is friendly and plentiful, food is delicious and surroundings are pleasant. Real tablecloths and napkins!!!! We will be regulars.

Terry V.

Yelp
The hummus was some of the best I've had....super smooth with a creamy texture. Outstanding double truffle burger with caramelized onions and sautéed onions. Excellent service. I mean seriously great service!! Jorge was so nice and the wait staff kept our table clean. Never an empty glass. We sat outside and enjoyed the NY city sounds.

Scott S.

Yelp
The food was very good but there were a couple of issues. The biggest one was that the medium-rare steak I ordered came out medium if not medium-well. It was still a high quality cut and a very good steak, but it would've been even better if it came the way I wanted it. Another minor issue is that the burrata appetizer we ordered came with only two minuscule slices of bread. There's no possible way anyone could eat all that cheese with so little bread. We ended up asking for more and they brought us a good amount of extra bread and then didn't charge us for it on our bill so that was appreciated, but that could've all been avoided if they just gave a normal amount from the beginning. The service was also a little spotty. Our waitress was very nice and wasn't bad per se, but she was also working the bar making drinks for other tables and only came to check on us periodically. Maybe since this is a new place and with covid restrictions being lifted they were a bit understaffed or something but still there is some room for improvement there. Final thing is that the prices are quite high. This isn't really a criticism as the dishes were all delicious, but more so just something to note since entrees at this place are a bit more expensive than a lot of the others in the area. All in all though it was a good dinner spot and a nice addition to the area. The food is easily 5 star quality if they just work on some of the other small details.

Lu C.

Yelp
I had brunch here today for the first time and was shocked that this place is not on a list of best burgers in NYC because it was phenomenal! It came perfectly made as ordered - medium rare- sorry no pic after I cut it in half because it was already in my mouth. Melt in the mouth beef that was perfectly seasoned. Juicy but not greasy and a slight char grill taste. It was on a perfectly toasted brioche bun that wasn't too heavy where you sacrifice a bottom or top bun because of excessive carbs and generous half pound of beef. Run don't walk because you won't feel guilty for the exercise before you devour this burger in four bites.I will definitely be back again!

Mimzy F.

Yelp
Glad I found this spot and that they pushed through during Covid to open. I cannot imagine how daunting that must be, but they really are worth it! They have been extremely accommodating (offering to put as in the window with the floor to ceiling windows when we weren't quite ready to indoor dine (despite the restrictions slowly being lifted) and holding that table for us until we arrived. You can tell they are taking all available precautions with contact tracing, hand sanitizer and temperature checks. Food wise, we have yet to try anything we didn't like. The dishes are on the pricier side, but we have not gone wrong. The shrimp pasta dish was filled with flavor, caccio e pepe perfectly cooked. Salmon was amazing as was the cod (I believe it was cod - not my personal order!). The truffle burger....do not even think twice if you're a burger person. SO MUCH FLAVOR. Decor and plates are nothing to write home about, but I can't blame them given that there was no indoor dining when they opened. Hopefully if they're able to keep going strong, they invest in some finer dinnerware to better match the exquisite dishes. I will say we didn't see a cocktail menu everywhere, but saw a bunch of martinis floating around, so would love to know if they offer specific cocktails or if these just happened to be signature drinks of the people ordering! We only saw a wine list when we were there the last few times. Will definitely be back to continue supporting this new spot and hope others in the area will do the same!

Britni R.

Yelp
5 star experience! Highly recommend for a date night or fun dinner with Friends or Family! They have live music on the weekends, and I must say Aaron Short was fantastic! Our waiter Eusebio was the absolute best! He was very attentive, but did not rush us out at all. Gave great recommendations & made sure we knew happy hour started. It's a very robust menu with discounts on Apps as well as drinks! Food was also very good- Miso cod was delicious! Will definitely come back!

Marines M.

Yelp
Really good neighborhood place. Ever since this place opened its doors it caught my eye and it hasn't disappointed. I might not necessarily visit if I were in a different neighborhood, but I'm 3 blocks away and most definitely worth the visit. What I've had Classic Ceasar Salad ... way too much dressing for my taste. Not a repeat. GH Burger ... absolutely delicious! It's one of those thick well cooked (perfect medium rare temperature) burgers with fries. It's a well done classic. Service is good.  Nothing specific to rave or complain about. Ambiance ... it's actually pretty barren. Not sure how to describe, but it's kind of missing character. Also, visitors are more on the older side so not really a happening place/ After reading this I'm wondering myself why the 4 stars I'm giving this restaurant and it seems I'm actually giving the burger 4 stars. It is definitely a must try.

Jeannie L.

Yelp
FANTASTIC ‼ The staff was exceptional, as grubhub was a little slow giving my del order that i was confirming w/ restaurant... staff called me back, even tho i could hear sooo busy‼ Food (burger) came ON TIME and DELICIOUS + RARE AS ORDERED....What a SURPRISE & TREAT! ill be back‼

Mary B.

Yelp
This has been in my neighborhood a very long time, and I had not ever gone there. I decided to give it a try on Mother's Day. I had a reservation and was promptly seated. It is a very pretty and open restaurant. The menu is very varied, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a problem in the kitchen and we were not served for almost an hour. What we ordered was excellent and to his credit, the owner came over to the table. He apologized and comped our meal. We thought that was excellent customer service and we are certainly going to go back. I would suggest everyone give it a try.

Dee J.

Yelp
Oh my God, how awful. This is the first time YELP has led me wrong. We had the salad, and it looked like something was from Food Emporium but three days old. I should have known to leave when the place was empty and on the upper east side. We had entrees that were God-awful. I think maybe these reviews that are so positive may have been incentivized. Please don't go to this place to eat. The staff was polite. I did not have any drinks, so maybe the drinks were good. They need a new chef ASAP. Please! Please! Proceed with caution. Please don't say I didn't tell you.

Howie K.

Yelp
Went frequently when it opened but it has steadily gotten worse. The outdoor space is now covered (not ideal for summer) and the service and food has slipped in quality. It's hard to recommend Gray Hawk these days. Do yourself a favor and visit other places nearby.

Andrea P.

Yelp
A perfect find for a lovely midday lunch! I was in the mood for steak frites, but changed my mind completely when I saw the double truffle burger with truffle cheese, truffle aioli and truffle fries. I made the right choice, because it was DELICIOUS! My husband had the Wellpoint Oysters starter, the Sautéed Shrimp with linguine and we shared roasted brussel sprouts. Again, so good. The pasta was cheesy with the perfect touch of garlic, and the shrimp were jumbo and super fresh. One downside (and I'm not sure of this is a health protocol or not): the restaurant expects you to put together and bag your own leftovers. In that moment, it made a fancy lunch feel like a diner. For such a lovely place (and at the cost), this was a miss. If this is not being done for health-related reasons, I recommend management change this policy ASAP.

Avram S.

Yelp
We had a lovely dinner last night at Gray Hawk. I was super impressed with the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff. It seems to have all the makings of our own neighborhood place to eat on the regular. Both the appetizers a classic (really good classic) Caesar Salad and Tuna Tartare were yummy and nicely proportioned. We split a steak frites and the fries were perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The steak was cooked perfectly and the au poivre sauce reminded me of some of the great ones I had as a child. This place has it going on, for those who want wonderfully prepared classic dishes in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The wine list and cocktails are also classic and work well with the dinner. Finally the server and the host (owner?) were lovely and attentive as well as kind. Here's to our new neighbors! Cheers!

Laura C.

Yelp
Happened up this delicious restaurant following a medical procedure in the area and wow. They offer a great lunch special and everything was fresh and tasty. Authentic caesar salad, moist salmon, tender steak and delicious beets. I will definitely return for dinner or lunch again. Service was on point and I was appreciate the smaller menus such as we found here because the place more efforts into freshness and quality. Do get it a try.

Mar F.

Yelp
Customer service is everything right peoples make you feel good make you tip good? Anyways let's start with the food the fries was crispy nice crunch and good amount of salt. I order my steak medium well now that steak was JUICYYYYYYYYY!!! The flavors was talking to my stomach we never experienced these flavors on steak. My knife was sliding through the steak like butter. It was cooked perfectly you can see the pink. $36 you can't beat that the waitress are the best.

ana b.

Yelp
My steak plate was $40 and I haven't really ate something as bad as that anywhere in the world. It was pretty bad. Don't order steak here!

Karen C.

Yelp
Good addition to the UES with a balanced menu offering seafood, meat and veggie side dishes. We had cocktails, crab cake appetizer, steak frites and black cod miso. All dishes were prepared well and we really enjoyed the entrees. Would come back.

Connie P.

Yelp
Great drinks, great food, friendly staff!! What more do you need?! My go-to neighborhood spot. Steve, Bri, and Jorge will make you feel welcome and keep you coming back!

Tomek S.

Yelp
Saturday brunch on the UES: what can go wrong? First, and really most importantly, food was delicious. Salmon eggs Benedict finely executed. Runny egg, salty lox, potato hash . I'd have it again. Now the pains of growing up: a lot of staff members, but uncoordinated and disorganized. Long wait time for ordering, for food, and for paying. One bathroom out of service; the other had a dislocated door.

Joanne W.

Yelp
We had a group of 10 for dinner on Saturday night reservations. They said us immediately we all had different drinks from the bar served promptly and were delicious. I shared a Caesar salad which was excellent and even had two anchovies on top! Most of us at steaks and most were cooked to perfection. My steak frites did need to go back to be cooked just a little more! The servers were excellent. Never felt rushed! Very nice wine list though a bit on the expensive side . Initially we passed on dessert because we intend to go across the street for gelato. But once we got outside we saw that the line for the gelato place was very long and it was pouring. We turned around came back in and asked the waiter if we could change our mind and sit back down at our table and have coffee and dessert he was more than happy to accommodate us. Looking forward to returning!

Laze S.

Yelp
Came for drinks and a quick bite due to the 5 star review. Well they all defiantly Deserve 5 stars! Lauren our server/hostess/bartender was friendly and on top of all of our needs... not to leave out that she made a great cocktail. The food is amazing, ordered the strip steak and cod fish that simple melt in your mouth. I mean what else can you say about a gem on the UES where even the owner Steve is around greeting and taking orders. Talk a bout a business with great workers, food, drinks and atmosphere. Will defiantly return. Thank you Lauren and Steve.

Yelp
Solid meal - everything was delicious. Nice outdoor seating area in front as well. The cod and chicken were both great. Enjoyable service from out waitress as well.

Yelp
Went back for food and it was tasty and portions were good. The drinks we got happy hour are still my biggest draw, great flavors and prices!
