"An Argentine steakhouse is always a safe bet for consuming a small farm’s worth of protein. And we still love Miami’s most classic one: Graziano's. The Gables location (not to be confused with Graziano's Market) is our favorite Graziano's, and you’ll know you’re at the right one if you see the circular charcoal grill filled with chicken, lamb, and steaks. They’ve got bistecca alla fiorentina and tomahawks. But if you’re here to go toe-to-toe with a positively silly amount of beef, order the parrillada tradicional, which comes with sausage, blood sausage, sweetbreads, tripe, beef flap, and short ribs. Skirt steak and chicken add-ons are an option too. "Almost every time we eat at this Graziano’s, we overhear confused calls with loved ones who accidentally went to Graziano’s Market a few blocks away. Don’t do that. This is the Graziano’s to visit for the proper Argentinian steakhouse experience, and you’ll know you’re at the right one if you see the circular charcoal grill filled with chicken, lamb, and steaks. They’ve got bistecca alla fiorentina, spinalis steaks, and tomahawks—plus ribeyes, sirloins, short ribs, and skirt steaks (our favorite). For dessert, order pancakes. "Your carnivorous grandparents are going to choose a big piece of steak over beet salad, even if that means going against doctor’s orders. The least you can do is make sure it’s a delicious one by taking them to Graziano’s. The Argentine steakhouse (with other locations in Hialeah and Bird Road) makes great churrascos. A meal here always begins with bread and chimichurri, which you should save for your steak. Plus, the by-the-glass selection here is actually by-the-quartino, which means that you’re getting a quarter of a bottle of wine for around $14-18. "The Dish: Churrasco When it comes to Argentine steakhouses in Miami, Graziano’s is mandatory, especially if you’re looking for a juicy churrasco with a chimichurri so garlicky it prickles your tongue. A lot of places around Miami will be happy to serve you a gray, overcooked churrasco, but Graziano’s consistently churns out meat that’s generously seasoned and grilled with more accuracy than a NASA engineering team.
