"The first time we visited Graziella’s, we watched a young kid run in from soccer practice, greet half of the people at the restaurant by name, and give the guy working the wood-fired pizza oven a big hug. So when we say this is a casual neighborhood Italian restaurant, we mean it. On the menu at this tavern-like restaurant along a quiet stretch of Vanderbilt Ave, you’ll find a bunch of pasta, seafood, and a huge chicken parm - but you should come for the pizza. The thin crust is buttery, but doesn’t overpower the sweet tomato sauce, nor the toppings like arugula, homemade sausage, and carmelized onions. Grab a table on their newly expanded curbside patio and be sure to order something from their gelato counter before you leave. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

Everything was great. The music, atmosphere, open kitchen, service and food were all top notch. Oh and the drinks! They must have a mixologist on staff because this whiskey apple martini was exceptional.

Graziella’s is a true gem, and their 50th anniversary highlights their excellence. The Smoke Rigatoni & Spicy Meatballs were bursting with flavor, perfectly paired with their fresh Focaccia Bread. The Nutella Martini was a decadent treat! Special thanks to Shannon, our attentive and friendly server, for making the evening memorable. Here's to many more years of amazing food and service!

Google
Excellent pizza! My friend ordered a small meatball pizza and I ordered the same but with a GF crust— outstanding!! I also ordered the mesclun greens which was enough for 2-3as a side salad.

Came with my twin, great experience. Customer service was a 10 out of 10. Everyone we interacted with was respectful and attentive. Receipt says we were served by David C, and David was awesome. Food was fantastic. Drinks were great and strong. Highly recommend clams and pistachio martini (better than nutella martini lol, both good, but loved baileys in pistachio martini more than chocolate liquor in nutella martini). The seafood linguini was the highlight of our night. Compliments to the chef! We sat outside since it was cooler than inside, and we had a great time. Wasn’t crowded. Would definitely come back!

This pesto pasta is absolutely amazing—so creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The addition of grilled shrimp on top takes it to the next level, adding a delicious smoky touch that complements the rich pesto beautifully. Every bite is a perfect harmony of textures and flavors!

Google
Came here because it’s the only place that serves Sicilian shrimp pistachio pesto pasta in NYC that I have found. And it delivered. Paired it with a seafood ink pasta that was fabulous too. Great amount of seafood and a very tasty not fatty sauce with a locally made squid ink pasta. Definitely will come back here to try their famous pizza

Wow! Little hidden gem in Ft Greene. No frills, cozy family environment exactly as you would expect an Italian spot to be. Drove past the other day and saw the cute sign outside and looked at the pizza and we had to go. This pizza is NO JOKE folks. FORGET Johns of Bleeker, DON’T wait in line at Lucali’s, the pizza was cooked to absolute perfection in their wood fire oven. Light, crispy, a smidgggggen of flop, and the CRUST, perfectly charred bottom and edges, best I’ve had in NY. Taste was great, maaaaybe could have used a pinch of Salt but that’s so subjective. Easily a 8.9-9.2 pizza. It’s up their with Wheated’s New Haven style pizza which is also very good, but slightly different style. Anyways, one of THE best pizza’s in NY imo. Menu (both drink and food) is very robust, so they have something for everyone no matter what your dietary restrictions are. They have your classic dishes as well as some interesting takes on classics as well. I had the smoked rigatoni vodka sauce pasta w/ spicy meatballs and it was unlike anything I’ve had in a good way. Top that off with an ice cold Peroni and that’s what I call a great night out. 100% coming back.

Google
So SO good. The calamari was nice and crispy! Great place for a calm Italian meal. I’m not sure what was in my peach drink but it tasted like a watermelon jolly rancher. DEEEEEELICIOUS.

Yelp
So good that we went twice on our short visit to Brooklyn! Some highlights: - tons of options for gluten-free folks or anyone with food sensitivities - incredibly kind owner - best gelato my kids had ever eaten - authentic New York pizza - fresh, beautiful salads - cozy, warm atmosphere

Shirrell H.

Yelp
Food came pipping hot. Grilled chicken was tender, shrimp grilled well but lawd that pasta.... Delicious Don't sleep on this place. Trust me I I did my research trying to find the right place that would fulfill my craving and Graziellas didn't disappoint.

Yelp
This is Brooklyn!!!! I always have a great experience when I come to this neighborhood Gem! As soon as you walk in the door the staff makes you feel like family and Vito the owner always stops by my table to make sure everything is going well. The multiple gelato flavors and dessert is what you see on your left as you walk in followed by the amazing bar staff. The hostess on your right always greets you with a smile and is happy that you came for Authentic Italiano food and you can smell the amazing Aroma as soon as you walk in. As your being seated towards the back of the restaurant you see pizza being prepared in a wood burning oven and I must say the pizza is to die for. Every customer at their table is displaying smiles as they indulge in the super flavorful Italiano cuisines at Graziella's!! This restaurant should be on your top list to visit when in Brooklyn. Thank you Vito for feeding the neighborhood for so many years and keeping the food, service and conversation top notch!!

Yelp
This place is awesome. The food is phenomenal the wine list is extensive. the atmosphere is nice and the Tonka trucks lined around the restaurant are very nostalgic. I do not recommend the seasonal Apple Honey cocktail. And their Caesar salad is way too pricey for it to be so mediocre. Everything else is great though.

Lawrence C.

Yelp
Established in 2004 and known for their ultra thin pies, this place takes its time to make quality dishes. I only had take out pizza and calzones. The calzones are two to three times the size of typical ones. I'm not usually a calzone fan, but these are the best tasting calzones that I've tried. The dough of the calzone is delicious, has halves if cherry tomatoes and garlic slices. Delicious meatballs. Must try.

Jessica G.

Yelp
The overall experience was lackluster. I would consider going back to give them another chance and try the pasta, but I wouldn't get pizza from here again. -The positive: unpretentious atmosphere, your local neighborhood Italian restaurant with an open pizza kitchen and Tonka trucks on the wall, which was fun and unique. -The negative: Our pizza was lukewarm when it was delivered to the table. The layer of cheese was sparse. For $27, it was pretty small. The two of us easily finished it and we are not normally able to polish off a pizza in one sitting. Our waiter was fine, but on my way out the door, I held the door for a customer on her way in pushing a stroller. One of the wait staff hurriedly cut in front of her to go through the door. I did not feel that was the right thing to do. The staff member wasn't carrying anything heavy or had a reason for the rush that I could see.

Laura A.

Yelp
This place is AMAZING. Idk how they don't have 5 stars. Our waitress recommended this pizza, Quatro something, and it was mind blowing, and excellent chicken marsala. Big portions, excellent service and comfortable atmosphere. So glad we found this place

Angelica M.

Yelp
Recently visited NY from Las Vegas and this was by far, our favorite pizza spot, and this including comparing it to John's of Bleecker St. For starters the staff was very welcoming. Our server was very nice the entire time and checked on us consistently. The buzzers were constantly filling our glasses of water and smiling each time they passed us by. The vibe was amazing. There were a few families there and all were laughing making the environment feel even more welcoming. We ordered the pizza with sausage, pepperoni, prosciutto and cherry peppers. Graziellas is probably the best pizza I've ever had. Their sauce was not sweet like most, their mozzarella had a hint of salt which I appreciated because most pizza places have bitter cheese, and their bread was so fluffy and crunchy on the edges. It reminded me of eating hot fresh bread right out of the oven. It tastes like great quality ingredients and super delicious! It was our first restaurant and after that, no other place loved up to our expectorations. It was hard to beat them. This is a place I will definitely recommend and visit again when in NY.

Tremaine R.

Yelp
Food 5 stars - the food was absolutely delicious I literally went 2 consecutive days. Day 1 I had the sea bass with vegetables and rice which was so flavorful, I wished I ordered 2 plates. Day 2 I had the squid ink sea food pasta which was mouth watering. The portion was enough for two. Service 5 stars Ambiance 5 stars A definite yes to many more returns! (For some reason, the app won't let me post my photos.)

Yelp
We had a lovely dinner outside at Graziella's the other night. I called early to make sure they would be OK with us bringing our dog and eating at an outside table. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and welcoming and told us to stop on by! When we got there we were promptly seated outside and they brought our dog a bowl of water and our place settings very quickly. We ordered the fried calamari (large), a large margherita with pepperoni, and the seafood black linguini. And two draft pilsners. I eat a LOT of fried calamari. Any chance I get, any place I'm at. At any given moment in time I am probably a certain % of body weight in calamari. This calamari was divine - perfectly fried, perfectly seasoned, and a huge portion. Nothing makes me sadder than when you pay $16 for calamari and there are fewer than 16 pieces in it. This was a heaping plate of classic italian style calamari which my wife and I struggled to finish (but finish we did). Then the pizza and pasta came out. Pizza was massive and delicious. Perfect crisp and texture. Sauce tasted great. And they use cup pepperoni! Almost no flop and a pleasure to eat. We could only finish half because we filled up on calamari, but it was a perfect breakfast the next morning. If I had to suggest one change it would be for more basil :) The seafood black linguini was also perfect. Very generous portion with tons of mixed seafood in (lobster, shrimp, squid, salmon). Sauce was creamy - almost like a less red penne vodka. Linguini was a perfect chewy al-dente. Lastly, the staff were so warm and welcoming. I THINK our waitress' name was Melissa (some of the other staff told us) and she was so sweet. Also, the 2 pints I got were ice cold. We will be back a lot.

Yelp
Simply put Graziella's is fantastic. Whether you get pizza or the other food, it's always great. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is lively, fun, and cozy.

Trisha L.

Yelp
Perfect Friday afternoon in a chill spot, as we had the Mike's hot honey pepperoni pizza and drinks. Everything was delicious, service was attentive, and the cost was fair.

Sheila W.

Yelp
I have been eating at Graziella's for a very long time. It is my second home, yummy food, great atmosphere and wonderful environment. Vito is always gracious when we come each time and the staff are outstanding. Portions are plentiful, variety of everything from pizza to desserts are delicious and seasoned to perfection. If l could of course I would eat there every day. Hey, stop by and see for yourself.. You won't be disappointed. My second home.

Jessica G.

Yelp
Coming here for two decades. Consistently great food, atmosphere, and service. Highly recommend.

Fula O.

Yelp
Great local Italian restaurant When the weather is nice sit upstairs outside. Nice mix of pastas, pizzas. It has a ton of pizza and pasta options and great cocktails. We ordered Sicilian Gib Martini (amazing) Bacalao cakes Rigatoni Lamb pasta special

J K.

Yelp
We went here for lunch and it was delicious. The portions were generous and I was surprised that the food was so fresh and freshly prepared even though it was New Year's Day. My only complaint is that I ordered eggplant parmesan and I was not crazy about the way it was prepared. Instead of being stacked with cheese and tomato sauce, the eggplant slices were shingled like a deck of cards and the cheese was melted on top. As a result, many of the eggplant slices were only half covered with cheese. The only tomato sauce was on the spaghetti. My friend ordered the pork chop Milanese which was a generous portion and my other friend ordered the pasta Norma which was plentiful and looked delicious also. In all, I would say this was a successful outing and I would go back and try other dishes.

Amanda D.

Yelp
Omg this is my new favorite Italian place! It reminds me of cafe farmaggio on Long Island! Everything I have tried so far is delicious. Obviously service is also important and all the staff is kind. The brick oven pizza has a gorgeous and beautifully textured crust, the honey pepperoni pie is delish and is LOADED with pepperoni. The marinara tastes just like my Sicilian grandmothers sauce! The mussels are delish! The calamari is crispy! The fried goat cheese is a show stopper! The desserts and coffees are also yummy. The espresso martini is amazing! You can tastes the chefs passion when eating the yummy food and reviewing the menu items

Lisette C.

Yelp
Both my dishes were very tasty. This was my first time eating boar meat and the sauce I think made it taste as good as it did. I think without the sauce it would have just been mediocre. Not much to say about the salad. It was satisfying. The service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant isn't fancy but a nice neighborhood spot.

Chris W.

Yelp
If I want pizza, I have discovered that this is one of the BEST spaces in Brooklyn. I lived and loved Saraghina for years but, the toppings were ALWAYS an issue and if you asked for extra it was like buying another pie. Enter Graziella's the toppings are over flowing and the pizza is good and I don't mind paying for it. It has taken me a solid two years ti write this. I have had all the red pies and white. I have not found one that I have a problem with. This space is solid for PIZZA and a glass of wine A great piece of Brooklyn History also. You get the real old feel when you go in and the space is clean and nice. Staff is AMAZING super NiCE all the time. No one is Pretentious Favorite

Anita O.

Yelp
Cozy restaurant with delicious food. Totally recommend this spot . Service was good and attentive.

Brian J.

Yelp
Graziella's has been our go to spot for Italian food! Some of the best pasta and clams that I have ever had. We are looking forward to our next visit

Regina O.

Yelp
I love this place. I've been coming here for 6-7 years things have not changed for a bit, everything is up to the standard! Their homemade lobster sauce on special menu is another level

Suzette S.

Yelp
Great to be back in Brooklyn!! Absolutely loved the calamari and pizza!! Look at all that fresh basil!! Our server Rob was great!!

Anessa O.

Yelp
Okay I think its time I share my lil secret with you guys . If you want GOOD italian food , Graziellas is a must . The service , the food, the drinks are always on point . I didnt get it this go round but I recommend the 4 cheese and pear fiocchi, along with the stuffed shrimp, maybe even a fennel salad , or whatever your lil heart desires because I can almost promise you that you will enjoy everything ! Dont worry about me, Im sure to always return ...

Alex L.

Yelp
Awesome waiter. He was really friendly. The food took a little longer than is usual maybe but they only have 1 oven and that's part of the charm. It's good pizza good calzones. The oven is hot. People are happy. It's a loud family vibe kinda place. I'd take my kid here if I had a kid. I feel like a kid would love this place.

Leeni L.

Yelp
I was a little hesitant when I first came here for a takeout order but the cacio e pepe stuffed gnocchi blew my mind. It's creamy, peppery and oh so delicious. I savored every flavorful bite and wished I had ordered two of these! It's THAT GOOD. I've been back a few times and the quality of food here has always been fantastic. Pizza was impeccable and you bet, I ordered my favorite stuffed gnocchi dish. Give this no frill Italian restaurant a try - you will be hooked!

Jacqueline S.

Yelp
We came here the day after Valentine's Day. The service was very nice - they were apologetic that they ran out of the bottle of wine we wanted on Valentine's day and even gave us mini cannolis they said they had leftover from Vday. We had chicken Parm and stuffed gnocchi. I've never had such giant gnocchi in my life! It was all very good. The gnocchi sauce was especially notable, as it was similar to a cacio e pepe sauce - which I am very picky about, and I loved it. We will definitely be back - I'm excited to try one of their gorgonzola sauces.

Alan C.

Yelp
I patronized this restaurant for a gathering. Food was delicious less the meatball appetizer which was bland. I had the veal parm which was delicious ious. Overall this is a very good restaurant with nice atmosphere . Having gelato added to its Italian authenticity.

Jose P.

Yelp
Misleading!!!!! Portion's unfortunately TINY. You do not pay for what you should get. I ordered a lasagna and was charged 27$. What I received was a piece of lasagna. When I called the restaurant they told me I should have known it would only be a piece. I told them at that price I was expecting A LASAGNA. Honestly who willingly pays 27$ for a piece of lasagna. The place had the nerve to laugh about it. Just rude. Oh by the way the lasagna was disgusting. It went right where it deserved to be, in the trash. This place was disappointed.

Su L.

Yelp
We ordered food from here on one weeknight last week. I'd been thinking about trying this place for awhile and thought the food was good. It wasn't amazing though, and tasted a bit oily. I had the stuffed shrimp with crab, which tasted rich and buttery. The fried calamari was crisp and fresh. The pizza that my husband got with sausage was also good, but not as good as other pizza places in NYC. I wouldn't mind getting delivery from this place again, but only if my husband really wanted to - all in all, the food was fine, but there are definitely a lot of better options.

ishanti f.

Yelp
Ordered for company luncheon! Super delicious, fast delivery & very good communication via the business on updating the order time frame..everything was sooo good

Miriam B.

Yelp
Always great quality food and it is delivered promptly. I have been dining at Graziella's since I moved to the area in 2005. It is consistently delicious, the pizza is fabulous, as is the garlic bread and I love the beet salad too. The entrees are also delicious, the pasta with Bolognese sauce is fabulous. The gelato is home made and rich, today they sent over a free chocolate mousse cake just for being a regular client. I also highly recommend it!

Lady L.

Yelp
I ate here a while ago food is very delicious I look forward going again it's a bit of a tight space but great experience

Mike K.

Yelp
Delivery a few times a month. Always correct on the order. Always well-packed and warm or cold where it should be. Absolutely delicious, comforting, and fresh tasting.

Gabriele B.

Yelp
Excellent pizza as well as many other Italian foods. Warm and quaint ambiance with very friendly staff. Went with friends and they have gone many times after with other friends and love the place.

Kathy X.

Yelp
I discovered this Italian restaurant {only a few blocks away from home} when a few friends who came over ordered delivery from here. Although I didn't get anything that night, I was able to try the blue crab ravioli, salmon with vegetables, and margherita pizza with extra basil. That blue crab ravioli in butter sauce was amazing... The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, the crab filling was well seasoned and bursting with flavor, and the sauce was rich and delicious! I thought the salmon was pretty good, but the vegetables were kind of bland. The pizza was very thin, which is not my preference, but the tomato sauce and mozzarella were really tasty together. They definitely skimped out on the basil though. The "extra" basil was just a large basil leaf in the center of the pie, which doesn't equate to "extra" in my book. A few weeks later, I decided to order delivery from this place for myself, and selected the shrimp oreganata, as well as the half rack of lamb with garlic oil pasta. I enjoyed the shrimp oreganata, which is baked shrimp topped with garlic, olive oil, and bread crumbs. This was absolutely wonderful. The shrimp was a decent size and quite juicy, with a satisfying slight crisp. All the seasonings mingled together beautifully. The rack of lamb were New Zealand lamb chops grilled with a scrumptious medley of herbs, including rosemary, thyme, fresh basil, and more. The lamb was extremely tender, succulent, and there was plenty of robust savory sauce to ensure that each piece of meat had great flavor. The accompanying pasta was not the best. There wasn't enough garlic flavor from the garlic oil, so the pasta was pretty tasteless. I visited the restaurant to see what the ambiance was like and ordered take out. There was a warm and rustic feel. The host and bartender who took my order were very nice. This time, I chose the half order of Calamari, as well as the 4 Cheese and Pear Fiocchi Pasta. The Calamari was very lightly fried, so it wasn't crispy enough for me. It was also too chewy for my tastes. I did enjoy the 4 Cheese and Pear Fiocchi, which was served with a very rich, creamy, flavorful Gorgonzola sauce and candied walnuts. The 4 cheese and pear filling was in purse-like pieces of pasta, and cooked to just the right consistency, which was very soft and silky smooth. The dish was full of great seasoning and I really enjoyed the crunchy sweet candied walnuts. I would be open to returning to try the Sicilian Rice Balls, Pork Chop and other Pasta dishes.

George L.

Yelp
This place has my favorite chicken parm and the reason for 5 stars. It's a generous portion of chicken and manages to not be soggy even though it's covered in cheese and sauce. My partner got the meatball pizza and said it was also great. Service was fast and warm, there's complimentary bread before the food comes. Overall a staple in my regular rotation.

Ally O.

Yelp
Absolutely awful food. Received delivery with rotten olives that smelled like vomit. Broccoli rabe was past prime. The worst food I've eaten in a long time.

Claire T.

Yelp
I want to love this place, and did actually eat here when I wasn't gluten free and it was fine. However, their gluten free pizza is awful. Like cardboard, or Socca on a bad day. They advertise many different gluten free pizzas, but if the base isn't good to start, then it ruins everything. Would recommend sottacasa in bk or simo in the city for gluten free instead. Please note this has nothing to do with their staff or restaurant, I got take-away, but this is a sorry excuse for a gluten free option.

Anne M.

Yelp
One of my go to in the neighborhood. You can't go wrong with their thin crust pizza, calamari, and rice balls. Their walnut and Gorgonzola salad with their sweet vinegrette is to die for. Never had a bad meal here. Service was good and attentive. They're able to accommodate large parties. Casual atmosphere. Kid friendly.

Terese H.

Yelp
We had a group of 7 for a graduation. Loved every single bite. Highly recommend. Pizza is awesome.

Nicole M.

Yelp
Prices are ridiculous here (they were once somewhat reasonable). Large pizza's now range between $29-$34. It should not cost almost $60 (not including tip) for a salad and large pizza. Come on!

Comer C.

Yelp
We've only ever ordered takeout and pizzas are what we always get. The pizzas are amazingly good.

D W.

Yelp
We were seated outside at a large table for 10. The pizza, pasta, and drinks were all fantastic. The wait staff came back often to make sure everything was good and she was also very friendly. If I am in the area again, I would definitely revisit it.

Chris B.

Yelp
Ordered delivery for dinner one night. Order came on time and correct. The portions are very large for the price. The penne vodka was ok. Not a ton of flavor and isn't cooked with any peas, onions or prosciutto, so it tasted pretty much like normal tomato sauce. Meatballs were nice and tender but again sauce was simple and somewhat bland. Chicken Marsala comes with tons of chicken but the sauce was very watery and again lacked flavor. May try the pizzas but likely wouldn't try the entrees again.

Rohin S.

Yelp
Stopped by for takeout on a Friday night and the place was poppin. Super busy out front and inside. Can't comment much on their vibe because I just popped in and left. I was however a bit disappointed that I showed up on time and my order was just kinda sitting on the counter (no text or anything for order ready, post pandemic come on). Food: 1. Meatballs were the highlight of the dish for me. They were slightly over cooked, making them a bit dry but the sauce was very flavorful and helped restore some moisture. The meatballs themself were well flavored, very herbaceous which I enjoyed. Would give em a 4/5. 2. Anchovy pizza - 3/5 didn't hold up on takeout. The supposed to be crispy crust was a bit soggy and the crispness was lost. You could see it was probably cooked correctly but just didn't make it in the box, I imagine it would be better on dine in. Anchovies were really good; perfect amount of fish to salt/umami (not overly salty) and great combination. I think it was a decent pizza just missing the wow factor for me. I'd probably come back and try some other dishes and/or fresh pizza to see what the rave is about.

Brandon T.

Yelp
Decent Italian spot in Clinton hill. Wish I could give 3.5. Not trying to be fancy, and they do old school well. Staff is always friendly, and service is quick. Not in the same league as some of the nicer new Italian places like Evelina or La Rina, but if I want an old school classic like fettuccini Alfredo or chicken parm this is a go to spot!

Aiman S.

Yelp
Simply put, one of the loveliest and homiest restaurants I've been to so far in the city. The hospitality, service, extensive menu, and ambiance all make for it's well-deserved five stars. Two friends and I were starving after a comedy show in Buschwick and looking for a sit down place to enjoy some pizza. After calling 10 spots, Graziella's answered warmly saying they would gladly accept us at 10 PM at night on a Sunday night. The same man was waiting at the front desk when we got there and warmly welcomed us in. At Graziella's, you'll see a group of friends enjoying a birthday, a couple enjoying a bottle of wine, a single youngster working on his laptop while enjoying a plate of pasta. It seems like a place that could serve anyone for what they needed in that moment. The menu had all the standard fare of pizzas, pastas, and salads but has a number of specials that don't usually pop up in standard Italian restaurants. Most items range from $18-$25 but can easily be shared. Between the three of us, we ordered a margarita pizza, cacio y pepe stuffed gnocchi in an almond and cheese cream sauce, and a side of roasted red peppers. The total bill rang to about $60 with tip. The pizza was delicious and I preferred the mass spread of cheese instead of dallops like it's usually served. The gnocchi was delicious, but definitely on the heavy side. 2 of these and you may feel knocked out. All in all, I'd easily recommend this as one of my favorite local spots in Forte Greene. Such a lovely place with wonderful hospitality.

Cristina G.

Yelp
I've been coming to Graziella's for years. One of my favorite Italian restaurants in Brooklyn. Whatever you order on the menu is delicious. I have tried the whole menu. My mandatory must have items are the veggie and meat pizza. As well as the muscles and the shrimp oreganata.
