Green Bar & Kitchen - Galt Mile

This is one of my favorite places for lunch in Ft. Lauderdale. Everything on the menu is fantastic (especially the coconut burger), and the desserts are incredible. The staff is always helpful, courteous, and friendly. I only wish they were open longer!

Some of the best food ever - especially the breakfast sandwiches! Also love that there are options for kids - and at a reasonable price. (I admit I ordered the nuggets and fries for myself too - so good.) Great food, great service. Can’t recommend highly enough. Wish I lived closer.

Love this place! Anyone looking for a Healthy Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale should check out Green Bar & Kitchen. I always get the "Roasted Bowl" and can't get enough of it. They also have Kombucha on Tap which is awesome as well :)

New corner, plant based food and coffee spot. It's nice to sit back and work on your laptop for a couple hours and enjoy some of their homemade plant-based recipes. Also, the only place to get a vegan Cuban this side of i95 and it happens to be AMAZING!

The service was quick, respectful, and happy The food was amazing (the coconut burger was delicious) the organic beer they have is great. The prices are fair and the food is great tasting and healthy to boot Definitely suggesting this place to more people

This Green bar location has changed. It does not have their preset salads and bowls, no clarification on how to build your salad or bowl, many toppings not available, no kale, no quinoa, and chickpeas were not fresh. Also smoothy options were limited to 2. Poor decision to scale back, would have been better if it was only open on certain days with the previous options available.

Food is fresh, kombucha is out of this world and the service is humble, knowledgable, honest and open. Their mission is great as well: look into the back story of this place.

This joint was right next to our Airbnb and I am so glad that we stopped by. My group had the most wonderful experience. We stopped in at odd lunch hours (~2:30pm) and were seated right away. I was reading a newspaper article on the wall about the restaurant which said that the couple is from Italy, and the food shows! To begin with, freshly baked, hot bread was brought to the table. Dipping this in a mix of olive oil and balsamic vinegar was a great appetizer. I got the pizza with beef pepperoni-- one of the best pizzas I have ever had. All my friends were extremely satisfied with their dishes and the portions were good.

We came and feasted like Italian royalty with great authentic customer service by Roberta herself.... fresh handmade pasta and pizza was so good we ate here 2 days in a row. The 1st night we ordered to go chicken parmigiana and penne pasta with pink sauce & chicken fettuccine Alfredo. We left no crumbs that we had to dine in for lunch the next day. We shared the Caesar salad which was so fresh and crisp and I highly recommend putting pepper and a spritzof lemon to brighten the flavors even more. The polpette meatballs antipasti which was good but for me would've been even better if lightly breaded with Parmigiano. The Margherita pizza was perfect crispy doughy crust and good enough to share or eat as a personal size. The lasagna was ok but I prefer a little more herbs and seasoning and adding wine to the meat to give it a deep robust flavor which I felt this lacked. The star of the show 2 nights in a row was the chicken fettuccine Alfredo with homemade bread and butter and olive oil balsamic vinegar dip. Mamma mia please come support this local mom & pops gem I promise you won't regret it!

Outstanding food and service . The best lasagna I have ever had. This is a small restaurant but a really great find.We will go back there for sure

3/21/23 We decided to try something new on the menu at Roberta Pizza and pasta. Hubby opted for the cannelloni, which was a very light homemade crepe in a tasty pink sauce. The cheese and spinach filling was perfectly seasoned. He enjoyed it very much. I chose the penne with shrimp and zucchini served in a fresh tomato sauce. I am very fussy about tomato sauce and this was outstanding. Beautiful, tender shrimp, sautéed zucchini, and a flavorful homemade fresh tomato sauce. I will be ordering that in the future! Thank you Roberta and compliments to the chef!

5 stars is not enough!!! This place is absolutely incredible. My mom and dad are snowbirds and rave about Roberta's to no end. The last time they were in Fort Lauderdale, they came here 3 times in less than a week. So when my husband and I came here, we knew we had to stop at Roberta's. The bread at the beginning is an amazing first impression- it's made in house (all the food is) and it was so airy and fluffy, we couldn't stop eating it. Roberta works the front house, while her husband works in the kitchen- it's a very homey cozy vibe. The pastas are unreal- true authentic Italian food! We will absolutely be coming back here next time we come visit!!

Literally feel like you're in portofino when you step in here. We came here because of the raving reviews and it lives up to the hype. We got 3 orders of gnocchi along with the salmon pasta and Arabiatta. It was absolutely amazing to say the least and we finished every last morsel of everything. The ambiance the food and bring your own wine option was Also a great thing. 5 stars and more !!

Absolutely amazing. All the food is in house made, the bread was mouthw and the pasta? To die for. The service was great too, went with my uncle who knew them and they were very sweet and it was a very pleasant experience, vibe is great. Absolutely precommend, 11/10

The food was so delicious, like nothing I have ever had. This place should be the gold standard for Italian cuisine. Service was by the owner who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Ambiance was excellent. Not a lot of inside or outside seating but I would wait until something was open in order to eat here!

We had the Ossobuco. The Veal was very tender. The sauce was light and not over powering like many Italian restaurants. The pasta was fresh made and very tender. The bread The bread they brought was real Italian bread warm and are and full of flavor. This restaurants is very small. The wife serves and her husband is cooking. This was our first time here and we will be back.

Tucked away on the back side of Galt Mile is Roberta and her husbands heart and soul. **** Open 7 days a week just Roberta and her husband running the show. A true passion, heart and soul establishment. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home, your greeted by Roberta herself. Bring your favorite bottle of wine to pair with your fantastic meal. Everything was just phenomenal. Casual night out or dress it up a little. Grazie mille Roberta!! Enjoy your well deserved vacation

Food is excellent prepared by the owner and Roberta the wife handles the tables. She is personable and fast to an accommodate any request. The restaurant is small and quaint with tables both inside and outside. A real gem.

This exceptional tiny Italian bistro looks like a typical pizza place from the outside but don't let that fool you. They deliver a food experience in a casual beach neighborhood. Even being on keto, I had an over the top branzino and salad. I love this place, the simplicity, no dress code, great caring service and you can bring your own preferred wine

One of the best gnocchi pasta dishes I've had, this says a lot because I was in Rome last semester for 4 months. Great small buisness with a cozy aesthetic. This restaurant is BYOB which is different but fun for an Italian restaurant. My parents loved this idea. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, there are so many different pasta dishes and other things as well. Traditional meat dishes and first courses.

Very fresh and home made food cooked with high quality ingredients and olive oil. So appreciative to find an authentic restaurant that makes me feel like I'm at someone's house as a guest, especially when the majority of "Italian" places have been Americanized and cook their food in junky oils and saturated fats

Veal osso bucca is a favorite of mine. It's very hard to find. My daughter is opening a spa next door in Galt ocean mile. I looked at Roberta's reviews and read that they have osso bucca as a special. I went inside and it was quite lovely. Linen tablecloths. I asked the lady inside if she's Roberta. She said yes. And I asked if they have Ossa bucca and she excitedly told me it's ready. I was so excited. Sat down. Roberta brought out fresh hot home made breads which I had with oil and balsamic vinegar, and then the veal. It did not disappoint. A couple next to me ordered it also. They seemed like regulars. So two more orders floated by. I feel next time I go I may ask her to season the veal a bit more. Other then that. It was perfect. It could possibly be because the area is Galt Ocean Mile. It's an elderly community. They do the watch their salt intake. The veal fell off the bone. Like butter. It was served with home made noodles which were excellent in a very light red sauce. I'll also be going back for pasta. I didn't order desert. I ended my lovely dinner with a perfect cup of cappuccino. Superb. Don't let the outside fool you. The is a hidden gem. Roberta also owns a small Italian market next door. Enjoy.

Amazing. Food & hospitality were excellent. The place was buzzing which created a great atmosphere. BYOB but some good wine options at the store next door. Homemade bread was to die for.

Four of us went for dinner and everything was great! Everyone of us loved our dinners. We each ordered different pasta dinners and they were fantastic. Highly recommend. FYI, pizza is only served for lunch, not dinner. And they do not serve any alcohol.

Every time I visit my family in Fort Lauderdale I go to Roberta's. Roberta's is truly THE BEST Italian restaurant in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Their food is superb, the taste genuine, truly Italian (I am Italian, and I can tell!) The ambience is relaxed, friendly, perfect. The service impeccable and efficient. Every single item in the menu is delicious. You cannot go wrong, whatever you try. Roberta and chef Dino are GREAT. Grazie, ragazzi!

Loved Roberta's. It was like eating in Italy. The room was filled with small groups many speaking Italian. The food was fresh and delicious. Get there early as the service can be slow.

Great little Italian restaurant the homemade pasta is outstanding. Homemade bread is equally wonderful. Roberta is a fantastic hostess so friendly and helpful! We have become a regular. The Alfredo and Bolognese are the best!

Roberta's Pizza and Pasta is a little gem on the back side of the Galt Mile strip. Roberta herself served me a delicious penne vodka with shrimp, salmon and mushrooms. The pasta was cooked PERFECTLY! And I know my pasta because my grandmother's family owned an Italian restaurant. I grew up making my own pasta. Next time I will get the ravioli- they make them in house. Yes, there will definitely be a next time! And I will bring my own bottle of wine. No bar service, but Roberta will cork for you. Bread was deliciousness, too. Soft and light inside, crisp outside. Mmmm. Service was neither slow, nor quick and, if you choose, can be entirely in Italian just like the conversation around me during dinner!

A hidden gem! The best bread in South Florida. We ate 2 portions it was so good. Everything is homemade and delicious! Great Salads, Raviolis, and Frutti Di Mare. My new favorite Italian place. Go here, you won't be disappointed.

We were drawn by the great reviews....so we decided to get a pizza and check it out. The margherita pizza was supposed to have fresh basil, but all we got was tomato sauce and melted cheese. A bit of a disappointment. We saw a lot of happy customers, so I don't know what went wrong. The taste of the pizza was just average at best. Nothing to write home about. Plenty of parking right in front of the store. Friendly people.

OH MY GOODNESS! How lucky are you who live nearby. On a short vacation we tried Roberta's, and it was the best dining experience we've had recently. I only regret we live in New Jersey so we are only able to enjoy Roberta's once in a while. The flavors and taste screamed "You're in Italy". Loved every bite.

Tiny little find on the Galt Mile. A little store front restaurant that is brimming with flavors. I had the chicken parmigiana that was done to perfection. They do not take reservations and bring your own bottle.

This little hole in the wall is a must if you want real homemade Italian cooking. I had the cannelloni and I savored ever single bite. I didn't want it to end. My husband had the spaghetti bolognese which he thoroughly enjoyed. Roberta is a one man show in the front of the house so have a little patience. It's worth it! BTW Roberta is a badass!!!! Will definitely be back. Oh and desert is not to be missed! Yummmm!!!

It's a great little off the beaten path Italian restaurant. Need to be patient as Roberta does everything but cook. No other staff But it's worth it ! Pasta is great ! And I had the osso buco AMAZING! no pizza for dinner ! They only serve pizza for lunch.

Amazing! By far the best food in Fort Lauderdale. Pasta and bread is homemade and amazing. I have eaten here several times and never had a bad meal.

Slightly longer dining experience, but we'll worth it. It felt like we were transported back to Italy. The olive oil + balsamic with bread was magical (don't forget to ask for some Parmesan). We shared apps but forgot to take pictures. Gnocchi was the perfect chewiness with fresh presto, bolognese had perfect al dente pasta, the fish was perfectly seasoned. The dessert- profiteroles didn't have the standard hard chocolate shell but were AMAZING. All three desserts were food but that was my favorite!

Friendly atmosphere, large servings and reasonably priced. We had the pizza with spinach and the chicken Parmesan. The pizza was yummy, the chicken park was just "ok". If you want wine with your dinner you need to BYOB.

My husband and I went here for dinner tonight to this great new restaurant in our neighborhood. Roberta brought out handmade bread to start and it was fantastic. We dipped it with olive and balsamic vinegar that was at the table. My husband ordered the osso buco with risotto on special and it was cooked perfectly. I ordered spinach pasta with a light red sauce which was also amazing. They don't serve beer or wine but don't mind if you bring your own. Very happy to have this little gem in our neighborhood and we will definitely be back!

Excellent authentic Italian comfort food here at Roberta's Pizza & Pasta! Such an amazing hidden gem of a place! Fresh baked bread straight from the oven served with imported olive oil and balsamic vinegar straight from Modena, so good! I ordered the spaghetti aglio olio, it was amazing, and you could tell they used the freshest ingredients. Their tiramisu was also fresh and homemade, no frozen ingredients used here! I was seated and served by the owner Roberta, who is the sweetest most humble woman on the planet- salt of the earth. Met the chef, Khalil, and thanked him for such a wonderful meal! Overall Roberta's Pizza & Pasta deserves several visits so I can try every last food item on the menu, highly recommend!

Ok this place is the real deal. I have money on that they will need to move to a bigger place soon as the food is amazing! Small dining room in a strip mall that you will miss if you blink...don't blink! This husband and wife team have something special here. It you want to see what the American Dream looks and taste like pay this place a visit. Food is as authentic as it can get. I went for lunch and will be sure to be back for dinner! Cute little cafe in the Galt. t's small. But they have a nice menu and The owner is lovely and very attentive. I had salmon on a salad snd it was perfect. My friends eggs and turkey bacon was not greaT. The cappuccino was a hit. And the. Pizza on the next table looked yum. Worth a try again. B

Zero atmosphere. Had chicken Milanese.. The worst chicken cutlet I ever had in my whole life ever ever ever. And the salad was nothing tomatoes no flavor. The ravioli were good .
