Really fresh healthy food!!!! The Owner is a truly great guy and lived in the neighborhood a long time. Just renovated the cafe and menu. Their bathroom is also really cool. Yummmmmmmmmmmm And PS - the sauces are awesome!

I discovered this place today while waiting in line at UPS and I’m so so happy I did. I got a veggie bowl with mushrooms (recommended to me, very wisely) and broccoli and it was warm, healthy and completely delicious. Everything I wanted. Next time I’ll take pictures before I devour it!

Greenhouse is incredible! Amazing delicious food and the space is beautiful and very chill. The owner is really friendly. I highly recommend the Brooklyn Net (waffles and fruit compote) and the Forte Greene juice. All the food I have tried here was really tasty. Check it out!

Great for a tasty and healthy dinner. I ordered the smoked salmon quinoa bowl; it was warm and tasty. The owner is great, very friendly; makes the shop more inviting.

This place took me a few visits to figure out. It's a charming space, and the owners are super friendly. They have a simple menu of stuff that it feels like I could probs make at home, but I realized after a few visits I'm ok with that. Sometimes not looking for an adventurous foodies night out, but some comfortable and healthy food close by out of the apt in a cozy space. This is that. Solid hot breakfast food especially (waffles, omelets), sandwiches are alright, kids menu items which is cute. Haven't had the juices but sound good.

Great spot for a brunch date or lunch with a small group of friends. The restaurant seats ~10 people, so keep your group limited. Charlie, the owner, is very friendly and makes delicious sandwiches from scratch. Highly recommend!

Green House is an excellent addition to the breakfast/lunch spots opening in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. The tiny cafe has window and counter seating. The walls are decorated with photographs and air plant / moss living wall boxes. The service is charming and attentive and the food -- I had egg and cheese on a croissant and a coffee -- is fresh and well-prepared.

The bowl was delicious and filling. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. The Fort Green juice was very flavorful.

I've been here a number of times over the years. In that time I never had a bad experience. However, some have been better than others. The service is always very good. The menu is extensive, plenty to choose from. All in all, a very nice place with excellent entertainment.

Found this gem today. I didn't know what I wanted. I told the owner what I needed. He recommended Mamba juice it was so good, not watered down. That's my new spot will recommend my friends.

Really good, healthy, fresh, filling food! I didn't need to eat the whole bowl, but it was so tasty I couldn't help myself. The staff is also really nice. Highly recommend Greenhouse Cafe!

Fantastic small nook of a place I just happened upon while walking along Flatbush. Very unique food and drink choices. I got the smoked salmon bowl with brown rice, quinoa, red beans, mushrooms and siracha mayo. To drink I got the island squeeze (mango, pineapple, banana, carrot, coconut oil and vanilla bean). Absolutely loved the meal and drink. Definitely stop by if you're in the neighborhood you won't be sorry.

This is an amazing place!! Very friendly and professional staff not to mention delicious and healthy food! I got the smoked salmon sandwich with vegan cream cheese. Highly recommend!! I would post a photo but I devoured it.

Got the protein bowl with chicken and it was SO GOOD! On time, hot, fresh veggies, delicious sauce options, and it's a great healthy option in the area. An excellent local Black owned business that I'm happy to be able to enjoy as well as support!

after eating way too many sweets today, the veggie bowl I picked up from Greenhouse saved my day. Mushrooms were seasoned perfectly, broccoli nice and fresh, quinoa solid, and beans were fat and creamy and just a total lifesaver. Excited to come back and try the beverages!

After nights of drinking, my body must have been dying inside because I woke up craving something healthy (a very rare occurrence). I had seen a juice place open up down the street, so I decided to swing by and take a look at what they had to offer. I stood outside and was looking at the menu when the very friendly staff member (owner maybe?) came out to give me a Seamless coupon and told us about the kinds of food they served. The shop is pretty small but has a lot of rasta-themed art on the walls. There are a few seats at the counter and a few stools by the window. I had a Green juice with kale, ginger and all kinds of other healthy goodness. I also had a fresh squeezed orange juice, which is always yummy. The two juices came out to about 12 or 13 bucks, but I could see that it took so many fruits and vegetables to make my drinks. I felt energized and the juice really did taste good. No choking it down in a "omg i know this is good for me so I am going to just suck it up" necessary. I want to come back for breakfast or lunch soon.

I'm so happy I popped my head in to check it out. I tried the veggie bowl and all I can say is FLAVOR!!! Each bite was flavorful and nutritious. The soft music in the background was pleasant and the owner was very kind and knowledgeable. With the state that our city is in, it was so refreshing to experience. I can't wait for the restaurant to open up fully... I heard talks of a wine selection coming soon to the menu!

This spot is absolutely delicious and underrated. my chicken bowl and Island Squeeze juice was delicious. The music they play in here while you wait is , was listening to some smooth J.Cole. will be back!

Greenhouse Cafe is very calming.... These days have been very somber and tough for me - but upon entering Greenhouse cafe - It gave me such a ZEN and Calm feeling.... It is small and quaint - it reminds me of a walk up stand in the caribbean islands with a natural earthy feel... There were but only 2 people... an older woman who was simply relaxing and people watching.... and a gentleman who was simply having a small snack. What struck me was how both the older women and gentleman were satisfied and appreciated the space with the health conscious menu and art - it had to offer... I ordered my green drink - which included Kale, spinach, ginger, moringa etc... Delicious.... I was very satisfied and will be back again.

this place deserves more positive reviews. a place like this is a gem, especially in a neighborhood that is rapidly changing while holding true to the diverse and strong cultural history. what i really appreciate most about the greenhouse is the authenticity and simplicity mixed with a really sunny and welcoming environment. this place doesn't try to impress with unnecessary foodie pretensions. the menu is basic with a bit of flair... not just eggs and turkey but also some creative offerings like waffle cups with fruit compote and a non-dairy hemp kale protein shake! nestled into a quiet brooklyn neighborhood, this place is easy to miss. the staff is friendly and relaxed. i love to see small businesses succeed. try them out if you are in the area and looking for an affordable and yummy place. also, i think they deliver.

Just walked by at 11:20A on a Saturday...the grate was still down, and it looked like it hadn't been open for days...

This tiny brand new place is still getting up and running but they're worth a try. I've been there three times now and each time the food's been great. They clearly care a lot and they're trying really hard and they seem to run a bit smoother each time I've been. Don't go if you're expecting fast service - it's a super-small operation and the way they prepare their food takes time, but if you're into a slow food, good service, great music experience, then go for it. I've gone by myself with a book, and I've gone with my toddler son - both have been really great. I've had fresh-made juice with tropical fruit, I've had a veggie sandwich and I've had waffles with fruit compote on top - all delicious.

I think the food that has arrived at my door still warm has been awesome. Too bad they've never delivered to me on time. If they did, I feel like I would have a great food experience. That said, these guys obviously have got to step their delivery game up. Right now they're a Jeremy Lin--okay with potential to be good, but they need to be a John Wall--good with the potential to be great.

Great customer service and the Hemp Me smoothie is delicious. Nice to see a place like this in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood like Flatbush. Will definitely return next week.

Prices are good, but then you realize that they use a powdered mix to make the waffles and a store bought mix to make the hollandaise sauce. Not really fresh. Plus the poached eggs were basically hard boiled. Everything tasted all right, but not special. I'll give them 5 stars for customer service, though. They were very nice and gave free small french toast bites while you waited for your meal.

25 minutes for a sandwich and a salad with only 2 people in the cafe? You guys better step it up if you want to make it six months.

Very disappointed. Ordered delivery ($15 delivery min ? WTF?), we ordered two breakfast sandwiches. On the menu it's listed as croissant w/scrambled eggs w/choice of cheese. When it arrived it was scrambled eggs with onions and peppers and no cheese. We called and told them we thought we got the wrong order but they said "that's how we do our eggs". They brought us replacements of just scrambled eggs but literally only had eggs and no cheese. Never again.

Delicious breakfast and lunch foods. We needed a healthy option in the neighborhood, for a reasonable price. I'm eating a totally delightful croissant with scrambled eggs and cheese - flaky, fresh, just right. My sister got a boss salad with big pieces of fresh avocado, and my mom is super happy with her salmon sandwich. Definitely coming back again.

This family owned healthy eatery serves breakfast all day, salads, smoothies and sandwiches. The family who runs it is lovely and accommodating. There's barstool seating an an unhurried atmosphere. I had the Chicken Chick Pea salad, which was delicious. The people I was with got a sandwich & an omelette & both loved them.

Great food Great people and Great service. They also have free WiFi and there pet friendly.

The Greenhouse makes a fabulous smoothie called "Fort Greene" with kale, spinach, green apple, celery, ginger and moringa. Can definitely recommend it. With tasty, nourishing food you get friendly conversation and good vibes. This is a great place to eat and support a small locally owned business at the same time.

Great iced coffee and some delicious pastries. Love the vibe and the music, friendly people. Pick-me-up kinda place. Will definitely be back to try the food which looks great.

I love the Greenhouse! I walked in here on a gloomy day and the staff just totally cheered me up. Very cozy vibe with very friendly people. I would recommend the Angel Lust or the Veggie Nation. Great healthy options!!

I have eaten from this small but cozy place twice. I ordered a Veggie Nation Sandwich and Kale Salad (can't remember the specific menu name). I was more than impressed with the taste and freshness of my choices. On both occasions my orders were prepared in front of me by their warm, welcoming and friendly staff. The owner is aways around and welcomes you with a smile. He is open to suggestions and does his best to accommodate customers. This stores mission is quality over quantity. If you want to eat tasty food from an appreciative owner and staff, give them a try!!!

NEVER go here to eat in. Two friends and I were the ONLY people in there, and they told us the wait was 20 minutes. After waiting an HOUR AND A HALF we still had no food. The whole time they were preparing take away orders in front of us. After we decided to leave they didn't even give us our juice and coffee for free!! We had to ASK for a discount for waiting over an hour with no food! WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER.
