Phoenix’s Best Vegan and Vegetarian Restaurants | Eater Phoenix

"Green New American Vegetarian is a vegan community mainstay with a 15-year history that predates mainstream vegetarianism in Arizona. It offers vegetarian and vegan diners a comfort food oasis with choices ranging from award-winning buffalo wings with ranch to “cheesy” crab puffs and a spicy po’boy on toasted ciabatta — all at affordable prices, with everything under $10. Don’t forget to stop in at sister restaurant, Nami, which has one of the best assortment of vegan desserts in the Valley, including the legendary Soynami ice cream." - McConnell Quinn

Green New American is a Great Vegan spot. We were welcomed and acknowledged immediately by staff. There’s a huge menu. We will definitely be returning multiple time in the future. Thank you for the great service and vegan options you provide. 🌱💚🌱💚🌱💚

We’ve been coming to Green forever and used to be regulars when we lived in the area. Now we only stop by when we’re downtown for an event like a concert or baseball. I am sad they got rid of grandmas chili. It was always my fave. The food here is always delicious and never disappoints. We’ve tried almost everything on the menu and the “wings”, burgers, and tacos are our go tos.

I generally enjoy myself at Green New American Vegetarian. Could’ve sworn it was vegan before, but it’s close enough, I guess. Imagine if Americans would swap all of their Big Macs for Big Wacs; that could be how we save the planet from ourselves. But it’s an unrealistic dream for this current generation, unfortunately. Maybe our children will do better. You know, we invent things like “recycling” and “veganism” to help us feel marginally better about our place in this capitalistic dystopian society. I personally felt marginally better about myself for eating imitation meat for this meal. I enjoyed my cheesesteak. I really did. It was a privilege to afford my meal, let alone enjoy it.

Google
I was blessed to be referred this restaurant. I try to find vegan/vegetarian in every city I go to. Vegan/vegetarian is the way to go and I love supporting local businesses. This was a great recommendation. I had the Big Mac and Brussel Sprouts. The only I hated about the burger is that I only ordered one. Whenever I’m in Phoenix this will be my go to spot. The staff was nice.

Went here with my mom who's an avid vegan food discovery lover! She raved about this place and I wasn't expecting it to blow my mind too! We had the noodle bowls and the big wac with cheesy fries. I also went to their next door joint and tried the mr peanut butter ice cream and their baklava latte. Everything was so bomb! I'm from Colorado where its popular to enjoy healthy restaurants. I love that this place is taking on healthy eating in the city. This place truly embodies health mixed with delicious from their detail in quality food, exceptional service, and cute decor. You can really tell they put their all into it and I love that. 10000% reccomend!

Checked out Green New American Vegetarian this week with my roommate Chip, who has unofficially become my heartbreak recovery coach and personal trainer in the noble art of not texting boys who can’t commit (looking at you, Beau). His latest advice? “Fuel your body with something other than gummy bears and bad decisions.” Enter Green, a magical land where the burgers are meatless, the vibes are immaculate, and the only thing toxic is the ex I no longer cry about. I went with the Big Wac (because if I can’t have emotional stability, I can at least have a double-decker sandwich with secret sauce), while Chip got the Bird Wac and a look in his eyes like he’d found religion. We split fries, inhaled spicy buffalo wings, and washed it all down with margaritas that healed something deep in my soul. By the end of the meal, I felt full, emotionally rebalanced, and honestly more satisfied than I’ve been in a while (no offense to Beau, but also, full offense). 10/10 will absolutely be back again. Maybe next time with a date. Or maybe just Chip, Chip doesn’t ghost.

I love the food here! I've been coming for a long time. Plenty of gluten-free options and the kitchen staff are so kind. However, I'm not sure if the front service staff are going through it or what. I have made an effort to be friendly/chatty multiple times and they simply do not care to talk, sometimes seeming to have actual disdain or annoyance for me/other customers. I'm kind, I always tip, what gives? Other than that, this place rules! The art on the walls is fun, the prices are reasonable, and the food is always very tasty!

Google
this is far from my first time here and it is far from my last. I love this place with all my heart it never ever disappoints. Everything is delicious but I think my favorite thing on the menu are their wings, specifically the buffalo flavor. they are spicy, tender, and the ranch that they serve it with is amazing. The only downside is that the portion is a little small so if you go with somebody else, I recommend getting your own order. This most recent visit I had a double street burger and it was so dang good, because of course it was. Try literally anything on the menu, you will not be disappointed.

Yelp
My favorite vegan restaurant in Phoenix area. They have the best sandwiches and every time that I am in town I get their "cheesesteak" and "Po boy". The staff is super friendly and the restaurant has tons of options to choose from. Good location. I always buy 1-2 sandwiches to go when I'm on my way to Sedona! I even bought a shirt from this place! Evolve to Vegan!

Yelp
Green is a very casual, counter ordering, lively spot right on 7th. I pulled into the wrong parking lot because the sign outside is hard to read. I was worried there wouldn't be enough parking because initially the lot looked really small but once you turn around the corner there are plenty of spots behind the sister restaurant Nami. My friend and I grabbed some menus and sat at a table to peruse before we headed up to the counter to order. The menu is pretty extensive, and there are so many choices for a vegan! It is always nice to be able to select anything from the menu because as a pescatarian (mainly vegetarian) there are usually only a couple of items on the menu to choose from!! So it is a hard decision because everything sounds soooo good. I ended up selecting the BFF and my friend got the "My Green Tangerine". Everything comes a la carte and I guess I didn't realize that because I really wanted fries or a side salad but I had already paid so I just went with the sammy (Plus we decided to go next door to Nami for dessert so I wanted to save some room!). The chkn in the BFF was pretty thick and made it almost too difficult to eat but as I got into it it was delicious and I didn't care that my hands were messy and I had to take big bites. The "My Green Tangerine" had super yummy glazed nuggies -- the sauce was a bit sweet for my taste but a bite with the noodles, the nuggies and the broccoli was very satisfying! The only reason I gave it 4 was that my margarita (yes they have drinks!!) tasted a little off -- I think because it had bubbles in it? Something -- but I was impressed that you can get several different rims with your marg like tajine. I think I would try a different drink next time. And oh yes there will be a next time, like I said there are so many options to try.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious food and drinks can be found at this vegan restaurant. I love coming back time and time again to get the noodle bowls with their version of chicken. Wonderful food, great portion sizes, and fast service. The decorations of this restaurant are excellent and showcase Phoenix local talent. Overall , a home-run every time!

Yelp
Now this place knows how to do vegan burgers. My go-to is the secret menu Lil Wac -- gluten-free, a 100/10 perfectly satisfying meal, even though they switch up the GF bun sometimes. The Big Wac gives McDonald's a run for its' money too, but I'm not into the middle bun and need GF anyway. Skip the ranchero 'wind salad' and go straight for the platter -- that's where the magic is. The bbq, buffalo, and the best of the 3: honey jalapeño are amazing (sweet with just the slightest kick), the other two wing flavors were only okay for me. Nachos are good, but ask for extra cheese -- it takes them over the top to live up to the name. The Damn Dan noodles are flavorful but a lot of gluten. Friendly youthful servers and vibes. Watch their specials because there are some fingerlicking gems time to time. Everything here is so delicious especially with Nami next door. If you're reading this, stop scrolling and just go eat here already. 070125

Yelp
We have been going to Green for many years. Such amazing food! My favorite is the BFF chicken sandwich, but you can't go wrong with anything there.
google avatar

Yelp
Best vegan burgers ever!!! I ate outside which was cool. Fries are good and they have a super tasty juice drink. I keep getting the same thing every time because it's so delectable.

Yelp
Green New American Vegetarian is our go to vegan restaurant when we eat out! I have brought my Mom and other normies who are not about the plant based lifestyle and they always leave in shock that they consumed something delicious that did not come from an animal. The Big WAC is Green's gateway drug to get you hooked on everything they offer! Give this small business a shot. You will not leave disappointed!!!

Yelp
Just landed in Phoenix, found this vegetarian oasis. The menu makes it really difficult to choose, so many great items. #Love

Yelp
Amazing vegan food with many options for sweet and savory comfort foods. The wings are worth a two hour drive from Tucson. They are crispy and drenched in buffalo sauce, served with a side of ranch dip. The Degobah salad is also a great side and comes covered with large, roasted Brussel sprouts and a jerk sauce for dressing. I also got to try the Big Wac and Chicago Cheesesteak, both solid choices for your main. I only wish I had enough room for a milkshake.

Yelp
This is how you do vegan/ vegetarian without scaring off the carnivorous. The menu is exciting & even entertaining to read. The staff is loving & patient. They won't turn their nose up at you because you are wearing leather boots. This more than inviting, environmentally conscious eatery/ pub will wet your whistle & show you something new without harming any animals. They are fun right down to the Ice Cube machine. Yay-e-yayee! Come check it out & let it become one of your new favorite spots, even if you are an omnivore like me. Peace!

Yelp
Nice reliable vegan food . When in Phoenix I eat here at least once. The food is reliable and tasty.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots to grab vegan food. They have so many options to choose from. I love the atmosphere and everyone is always so nice here. The parking lot is a bit small and can be busy but they usually get you in and out. The quality of the food is like no other. I love bringing my family here. Great vegan options.
google avatar

Yelp
One of my favorite vegan restaurants ever. Super fresh, great options, and the food just tastes good, not fake. The salads are yummy, the 'chicken wings' are incredible! You can't go wrong on anything for the menu. Service is great, always friendly. Good vibe with trivia on Tuesdays!

Yelp
I absolutely love the damn Dan bowl. It is so delicious and so filling. Cool spot for quick lunch

Jenay C.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! I've been coming to both locations for years and the food still taste the same. Delicious! Every time I visit AZ I always stop by for a spicy po boy, fighting artichoke salad and tS'mores. The customer service is always great and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I hope you open a location in California one day cause I'll be the 1st customer to visit. Lol and thank you Stacey N. for helping me with my tip adjustment. I really appreciate your quick response. Thank you for a lovely experience as always.

Yelp
I came here one day for the buffalo cauliflower and again for the chicken sandwich. Both amazing in texture and comparable to their meat counterparts. I would recommend. Though I am less inclined these days to find a vegan/vegetarian substitute in taste for these items, if that is what you are looking for, then this is your jam.

Yelp
Service was friendly. Ambiance was just fine. There were several images of rapper Ice Cube on the H2O dispenser. I went with the most popular item on the menu aka the Big Wac which is a vegan take on the classic McDonald's Big Mac. It delivered. It was quite alright. I got it with the Thyme fries. I didn't really taste too much Thyme in the fries yet they still were alright. I wish there were more healthy items on the menu. I guess there were some noodle dishes with veggies yet the theme here is vegan comfort food so various types of veggie burgers were on the menu. Not sure what the Big Wac veggie burger is made of and if made in house. I most prefer homemade black bean veggie burgers and that is not what this was yet would be cool if the veggie burgers were made in house. The special sauce on the Big Wac hit the spot. I haven't had an actual Big Mac in a very long time since I have been vegan 25 years now and it has been at least more than 25 years since having a Big Mac yet the Big Wac was quite alright and recommended!

Yelp
Somehow I had never visited before in all my trips to PHX despite having visited Nami next door many times. Well, that changed today. I stopped in for dinner. Ordering is done at the front, and they then bring your order out. I got a taco and a bowl. The food took quite little while to come out, about 25 mins. -Ultimo Taco ($5.50 plus tax): pretty low-effort taco, loaded with iceberg lettuce, low-quality tomato, some vegan beef and cheese on a single tortilla. Fine but pretty weak. 2.5/5 -Firecracker Red Curry ($15 plus tax): solid bowl, with lots of broccoli and carrot, plenty of seitan steak, with vegan wheat noodles, all smothered in a semi-spicy red curry sauce. Pretty solid stuff. 4/5 Service was pleasant and the place itself is comfortable. Good food that satisfies the junky craving.
google avatar

Chandni L.

Yelp
I was ecstatic to try to wings here and they didn't disappoint. I got the espresso bbq wings and they were delicious nuggets of protein with crispy edges and a great sauce. The ranch on the side was nice as well. The west coast fries were underwhelming in comparison, with soggy, underseasoned fries slathered in sauce. If you're in between these two items on the menu, I'd definitely recommend the wings over the fries.

Yelp
Non-vegan/vegetarians typically don't go "Hey, you know what sounds good today? Some fake meat." However, Green New American Vegetarian really killed it and will definitely be on our go-to restaurant list in the future. We had a niece visiting who doesn't really like meat, so we thought we'd take her to a vegetarian restaurant (these don't exist in her hometown). We were shocked at how good the food was. I started with the crab puffs, which is my typical order at any restaurant with them on the menu - I honestly couldn't tell the difference between this fake crab and real crab. Followed it up with a mouthwatering Golden Curry (I may be weird, but I love tofu). I took a bite of my niece's Damn Dan Noodle, which was a little too spicy for a 10 year old but had great flavor. My husband's Big Wac was absolutely delicious. If you've tried "impossible burgers" and fake meats before and are worried about the menu here, don't be. This place knows how to cook.
google avatar

Yelp
Let's start with this- this place is a must try! Just do it lol ... My friend invited me here for lunch, I'm a meat eater but sure fine I said! I looked at the menu ahead of time and figured I would get the "wings". Now I assumed it was gonna be cauliflower but they were mushrooms very different but delicious. I recommend getting the sauces on the side so you can try them , my favorite was the spicy bbq. I also had the BFF, a crispy "chicken" sandwich. It was good. It looked amazing and I expected more flavor but still it was good. I don't necessarily seek out plant based meals but I will definitely be back to try some other things. The staff members were very friendly , welcoming and helpful. I appreciated that and found the whole experience to be delightful!

Yelp
I'm not vegan myself but I find myself here often, especially now that they have HH. HH is two dollars off small bites and all handhelds include fries. I've been coming here for years and a few of my faves that I don't have pics of are the east coast fries and wac burger (think in n out but vegan style) and their ranchero salad and dagobah. The ones in this photo also make it on the list which is the bff and the honey jalepeno wings. The staff here is always super sweet and they have plenty of seating so I feel like it's never an issue to find a table.

Yelp
This was the perfect spot for a quick dinner on our last night in Phoenix. We got in early enough for the happy hour menu, which included half priced appetizers. We ordered the crab puffs and Buffalo wings. The crab puffs were not fully cooked and were cold in the middle, but our server explained they were training a new cook and happily took them back to finish cooking. They were alright for half price, but I would skip them at full price. The Buffalo wings were delicious and I would definitely get them again. For my main entree I got the Damn Dan Noodle bowl. It was a hefty serving with decent flavor. The mushrooms were my favorite part! This is a counter-style restaurant with quick service. There is a parking lot in the back that's shared by a couple different businesses, but we had no trouble finding a spot.

Adore D.

Yelp
Honestly, I liked this spot up until today took them 30 minutes to make my food mind. people at tables were eating before me after I ordered. They were passing out fries left, and right I ordered a simple burger and fries not to mention when I asked to speak to the manager he was just like I'm him and I was like OK so like hey other people are getting their food before me I've been here for almost 30 minutes and then he's like we're bagging it three minutes later still no food no apology or anything so definitely don't like the service won't be back not to mention they gave me a half bag full of fries for $8.50
google avatar

Sahar S.

Yelp
Had a bbq Sammy and fries the other day and it's CRAZY to me that they ever removed this sandwich from the menu cuz it's my absolute favorite secret menu item. I'll definitely be back soon.
google avatar

Brianna G.

Yelp
I want to start off by saying I am not vegan, however, this place has some great options! I am open to trying new foods, so I visited with some friends and had an excellent meal. The staff are always great anytime I've gone and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Also, if you're craving vegan sweets/ice cream/coffee you can go next door to Nami which is a popular spot (not crowded) for getting any of those things. Overall, I recommend both places and if you weren't sure, just try it!

Yelp
Well, well, well. Green - you've impressed me, and that's not an easy feat. During a recent birthday trip to Phoenix we elected to celebrate the occasion with a vegan feast at Green that far and beyond exceeded my wildest hopes and dreams. Service: fantastic. All questions were answered thoroughly and the person taking our order was very helpful, recommending many ideas for things I could add to my West Coast Fries. My spouse secretly mentioned it was my birthday and they thoughtfully gifted me with a giant chocolate chip cookie. Ambience: I mean, it's Phoenix, so both indoor and outdoor seating are available. Décor is eclectic and includes art by local artists available for purchase. There was plenty of seating on the evening we dined. Food: just yes. Everything was glorious - exactly what I had hoped for to celebrate my birthday. I blissfully enjoyed the West Coast Fries with added chicken. The fries were perfectly fried and seasoned, the cheese was beautifully melty, and the grilled onions and 1000 island sauce were excellent. My spouse devoured his Original "G" Spicy Po-Boy (buffalo chicken with a variety of toppings, served on a ciabatta roll) along with a side of thyme fries. Green is doing vegan comfort food right - my only wish is that I didn't have to fly all the way to Phoenix get me some.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this spot as we were in the area for work. Small joint but full of character. More options than we anticipated. Unfortunately, we inhaled our food before taking a picture! I had the BFF, which was absolutely amazing! We also had the Big Wac, which was equally delicious, and both were huge! Definitely adding this as a fav for vegan options when in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious plant based food!! This is one of my favorite spots for vegan soul food. I love the milk shakes, the quesadilla, and the bbq wings are my favorite! My husband is not vegan and he even says the quesadilla and wings are the real deal! The service is great, everyone is very friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly. The ambiance is chill. It's nice to sit outside when it's not too hot. Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Herman T.

Yelp
Okay! I've been on this vegan quest for a couple weeks now and decided to visit Green New American Vegetarian to make sure my first visit wasn't a one off; and they didn't disappoint. I ordered the burrito of the day and it killed. I asked for hot sauce and Sriracha as a crutch but decided after my first bit...it would be disrespectful to the chef to do that. It was an explosion of flavor! I personally grabbed both sauces and told the server, "I don't need these". If you are trying to minimize your red meat intake for health benefits, this should be your go to spot!
google avatar

Michael J.

Yelp
Great service, friendly staff. The music and vibe is awesome! Great food for everyone, especially the Chicago Cheesesteak!
google avatar

Crystal M.

Yelp
My reliable go to vegan spot! Excellent choice for non-vegans to sample & explore vegan cuisine. Always a solid choice when in phoenix for vegan food. They are clumped with other amazing vegan establishments too, like their neighbor Nami. I have my favorites their Jamaican brussel sprouts salad with mock chicken & cauliflower wings. Partner loves the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. They have indoor & outdoor seating. Gets very busy. Very loud too. But service is quick & friendly!
google avatar

Lois B.

Yelp
Great food and service!! They even have an icecream shop next door. Came here the other night with my friends and had the fries, Brussels, and buffalo wings. Their mocktail was also delicious and refreshing. I'm not vegan but I'll definitely come back to try more on their menu.

Alex S.

Yelp
Very impressed. The food tastes great. Found my new go to vegan restaurant! Highly recommended.
google avatar

Henry L.

Yelp
Ok lets be real, some vegetarian food is nasty. But this place is the exact opposite and caught me by surprise! Service was given with a smile and the decoration was very simple which added to the overall aesthetic. Would come again!
google avatar

Deedee W.

Yelp
LOVELY! I love this location on 7th! They have a cute patio and big open doors into the inside. Green has always been interesting to me on how they lean into being vegan "comfort food" with all the mock meats. I really prefer to eat fresh but it is fun to get a seitan cheese steak! This trip I noticed the amazing salads. I got Thee Fighting Artichoke salad and my friend got the Dagobah Jungle which is jerk fried Brussel sprouts in an amazing sauce. Both salads were off the chart!! They also have beer and wine if it is that kinda day! Vegan, vegetarian or a meat eater you will enjoy eating at Green for all the great menu options!
google avatar

JoJo R.

Yelp
Passing through Phoenix, looking for a good vegi burger. Stopped here and omg. One of the best vegi burgers I have had and I have had a lot. I am heading to CA but will crave your burger until I come back through. Thank you for making your food delicious!
google avatar

Christopher J.

Yelp
Had a great dinner enjoying a Big WAC and fries. The hamburger was absolutely delicious and the fries were the perfect amount of crispy. We stopped in after a long walk downtown and wanted something quick and on the go. We were able to immediately put in our order and food was out in a few minutes. The place was laid back and had absolutely stunning artwork on the wall. Some people were reading, some on a date, some friends catching up. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
Im not vegan or vegetarian but I love trying vegan places because some of these places really do have delicious food that does not require any meat. This is my first time eating vegan in Arizona and I have to say I am very satisfied with what Green New American has to offer. I ordered a samosa for an appetizer and for the main dish I ordered thee fighting artichoke burrito with vegan chicken. The samosa nice and crusty and the inside had a ground beef consistency but it wasn't meat! It was the curried potatoes, carrots and green beans. It came with a tamarind sauce on the side! Very delicious 5/5 The burrito was equally delicious with so many fresh vegetables inside and the vegan chicken tasted exactly like fried fish which surprised me and was also very exciting because I love fried fish. 4/5 for sure The atmosphere was super chill and had a lot of people but the noise level was definitely moderate and not anything crazy. There was ample parking space behind the restaurant and the staff were so friendly with speedy service !
google avatar

Matt E.

Yelp
I'm not usually a vegan eater, but my wife wanted to try it so we did. The food was great! The atmosphere was perfect: chill with indoor and outdoor seating. Great staff. We will definitely be going back many times during our vacation. I'm looking forward to trying the tacos next.
google avatar

Yelp
Dropped in here for a quick bite. Landed in Phoenix on my way to Sedona. First off, the staff is fabulously wonderful. Kind and helpful. Very nice vibe in the restaurant. I have breakfast burrito and it was both yummy and huge. And really pretty inexpensive. Zero complaints and would highly recommend this place for great vegan food.
google avatar

Szervous Y.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised! First time to a Vegan restaurant & love a great steak! Salad was fantastic as were the Brussels. My kid had Dam Dan noodles & Wow! So delicious. Extra Bonus: I no longer drink wines from California - bad headaches. They have Italian wines! This is a win for anyone! For anyone not Vegan - there are options for us that will not leave us starving or eating odd food - it's fantastic! And the staff are lovely! Thank you my eyes are now open :)
google avatar

Megan B.

Yelp
My husband and I loved this place so much that we came back twice within 24 hours. Everything is vegan here and top-notch, for an amazing price! We couldn't believe we were getting such amazing food that was good for us and didn't break the bank. We tried the "Big Mac", the chicken sandwich, the fries and spinach dip, and dragonfruit cocktail when all was said and done...not so many pictures because I couldn't wait to dig in! Everything I would order again besides the spinach dip. If I lived in Phoenix, I would be going here on a weekly basis. Do not miss out! Especially don't miss out on their sister store next-door with vegan ice cream!
google avatar

Daisy F.

Yelp
I absolutely love the creativity and ability to customize my food at this restaurant. They are very flexible if you wanna change a sauce or add something to your meal. I've never had a bad experience delicious.
google avatar

Shana A.

Yelp
Counter service cafe cafe with additional outdoor front and back patio seating. The restaurant has the word vegetarian in it, but it's actually all vegan. Great vegan "junk food". My partner and I both got the Big Wac with thyme fries and we were both raving about the quality of the food the whole time we ate! It's up there with some of the best vegan food we've had. My partner isn't a vegetarian/vegan but said the burger was spot on to a Big Mac, and I agree. The buns, the sauce, even McDonald's style onions were incredibly accurate. And the fries were delicious! They had the perfect amount of crispiness to them. Take your non veg friends here- they will definitely approve! Other notes: -You have to purchase sides separately -They also serve beer! -they're steps away from another vegan cafe that serves dessert if you have any extra room

Kathy W.

Yelp
Outstanding!!! Salads with "chicken" that was beyond amazing!! So glad to have found this sweet little spot! And right next door to a vegan bakery/coffee shop!!!

Yelp
(From February, 2022) Ok, I was one of those snobs back in the day who thought vegan/vegetarian food was straight up garbage despite not ever eating anything like it. Kept thinking I need "real" protein in my food cause that's what "real" human do. Now I wish I could go back in time and smack the ignorance out of my younger brain! Vegetarian/Vegan eats are just as good if not better than any other dishes and not only does it taste great, it's cleaner as well. We could have meat products wiped out from extinction and I wouldn't be affected in the least bit; especially after eating at a place like here! As for eats, the buffalo wings and the dagobah jungle burrito were my choices. The wings tasted like actual chicken wings (minus the inflated prices) and sauce-tossed right. The jungle burrito had a Jamaican/Caribbean flavor due tot he dressing and the brussels were fried properly. Brussels sprouts is seriously underrated, not sure why people (especially kids) hate on them. Suckers they want to be! The staff was helpful in helping me navigate the menu and they are knowledgeable about their food. They explained the ingredients/sources of the meat substitutions as being plant-based which I found fascinating and could definitely get into. I appreciate the clean eating options provided as I was on a vegetarian diet at the time. And fortunately this place delivered!

Yelp
Being vegan in arizona is hard, even harder finding a good vegan restaurant. I was very excited to try Green after everything i've heard about it, but wow, what a disappointment. I have been vegan for 10+ years and I don't think I have ever had such awful food, huge disappointment. I even went back again to give it another try, and same thing. The food is below average and the service is as well. The ambiance is also very mid and uninviting. Absolutely would not recommend. But try Nami next door, it is fiiiiireeeee.

Yelp
Just converted to a vegan diet and this is the real deal. Can't wait to try everything else. Having the pictures on the "order online" section makes it so helpful to go in and know what you want
