"Local favorite Greenleaf opened in 1985 on the Plaza with a delightful patio on Ashland Creek, offering yummy sandwiches like a blackened chicken BLT with Dijon aioli and avocado and many vegetarian options, like Mediterranean quesadillas and soba bowls. Bookish course names, like Preface, Main Story, and Bookends, are a nod to Ashland’s cultural bent." - Sharon McDonnell

"An institution on Ashland’s plaza for more than two decades, Greenleaf has revamped its space and menu, giving it a fresher feel. However, mainstays remain: Grilled polenta alongside the vegetable-dense Ashlandistan omelet will bolster you through a hike in Lithia Park, just down the block, while lunch and dinner offer choices like bacon-wrapped meatloaf and wild Pacific cod fish and chips. Eat creekside if you can." - Susanne Robertson, Eater Staff

I was craving eggs Benedict (which was random for me) so I sought out a spot that had it. Not only did they have several Benedict options, they customized my order to be exactly what I wanted. The portion was generous, the vegetables were fresh and delicious, the eggs were perfectly cooked, the ham was noticeably high quality, and the hollandaise sauce was plate licking good. On top of that, the potatoes were delicious and crispy on the outside yum. The service was attentive and casual, and I sat by the creek out back for ambiance. I would absolutely recommend Greenleaf.

Google
Excellent food and wonderful service. Great omelet with perfectly cooked veggies-not too limp but still grilled all the way through. The Eggs Benedict were delicious. Fairly priced for the good service and quality food in a lovely outdoor atmosphere by the river.

Salman is good. Quite a bit of mash potatoes. Good amount of veggies. Good atmosphere sitting outside next to a creek.

We came here because someone in our party had a super great breakfast here and said they do all day breakfast: they do NOT! The non breakfast food was good. If you go for breakfast have the Marion berry pancakes.

Monica Ifland

Google
Wonderful service. Exceptionally clean. But let’s talk about the food! Marionberry pancakes that I will crave for months. Sadly, we are visiting Ashland and there were 17 things on the menu that I wanted. We loved the brick wall vibe inside but are looking forward to coming back to sit outside too!

Best Ruben I've ever had. Coleslaw is really good too. Our server was great, Ruby I think was her name? Honestly, this was an amazingly l lucky choice to stumble on. The outside seating by the creek is charming and cool. Hope to go back here someday.

creative and delicious food and drink, outdoor seating next to a running brook is nice but just be aware there's lots of foot traffic. dog friendly

During our recent trip to Ashland, Oregon, we stumbled upon a hidden culinary gem that we simply can't stop raving about: Green Leaf Restaurant. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. We sat on the patio by the river, the stage for a remarkable dining experience. To start our meal, we couldn't resist ordering the Potato Skins. These delightful appetizers were a heavenly combination of crispy potato skins smothered in melted cheese, sautéed mushrooms, bacon, and green onions. We would never think of adding mushrooms to potato skins and wow it’s a wonderful addition, and the accompanying ranch dip added the perfect touch to this delicious appetizer. Sincerely the best potato skins we’ve ever had, not kidding! My daughter had the Rustic Soup. It was a comforting choice. Made fresh daily, Cream of Zucchini I believe made with coconut milk. Served with garlic bread, she loved it! Our son ordered the Short Rib French Dip, and it was a true winner. The braised short rib, on a French roll, was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The accompanying rich au jus for dipping added a savory dimension that elevated the sandwich to new heights. My wife ordered the Free Verse Veggie Pasta, a vegetarian delight that exceeded all expectations. The oven-roasted tomatoes, roasted garlic, white wine, and olive oil created a harmonious symphony of flavors, which blended beautifully with the basil and fettuccine. Topped with Parmesan cheese and served with garlic bread, this dish was a celebration of freshness and creativity. The addition of blackened chicken added a delightful twist, taking the dish to another level. As for me, I indulged in the Braised Short Rib, and it was an absolute triumph. The boneless beef short rib was flawlessly cooked and rested on a bed of creamy garlic mashed potatoes. The red wine reduction added another level to this fantastic dish. It was a culinary experience I was not expecting. The Green Leaf Restaurant in Ashland, Oregon, is a true hidden gem. From the exceptional service to the outstanding flavors of each dish, every aspect of our dining experience was impeccable. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a remarkable culinary adventure in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to Hayden for his outstanding service and welcoming personality. We will be back!

Yelp
I forget about Greenleaf! Definitely a wonderful local Ashland experience. The food is fresh, great salads, the fish and chips were great. Ashland is a lovely bustling town which kicks into major gear between 5;30 and 8, and the restaurants can get crowded, but there are lots of options. Greenleaf has a beautiful outside area, and servers with personality plus. Really a great find.

Yelp
This is our second visit to Greenleaf. This time we came with our friend, Peggy, arriving early on a Friday night around 4:30 PM. We received a friendly welcome and were seated quickly inside as it was too chilly to eat outside. Two of us started with the salmon chowder. It was good, but not as flavorful as we expected based on other comments. Between us, we ordered the salmon plate, the meatloaf, and the quesadillas. Our vegetarian friend really enjoyed her quesadillas and had enough to take home for lunch the next day. The salmon was good, but was a bit overcooked. The meatloaf is a pretty good dish as we had had it last time and it was also enjoyed this time along with the potatoes and sautéed veggies. Our server, Ruby, was very sweet.

Yelp
Yes indeed this place was awesome! Very accommodating to pet parents. They served our dogs fresh cold water, which I thought was awesome and super thoughtful! The service and staff was fantastic. Shout out to Manya a beautiful soul that gave us great conversation. She gave us great recommendations for things to do in Ashland,Oregon....Great waitress and and tour guide I would say. The food was good. I ordered the tofu steak sandwich. It was definitely a different taste but enjoyable. The ambiance was delightful with a view of nature and luscious trees, with the patio seating in downtown Ashland. I would indeed recommend this restaurant nestled in lovely downtown Ashland. Greenleaf gets 5 red and white stars from these green Vegan folks!

Yelp
I absolutely loved this place, my cousin and I were in Ashland for Go! Fest in August for 3 days and we dined here 3 times in 2 days :-') Discovered this place for lunch on a whim of trying a new place, loved it so much we came back for dinner 5 hours later. The last day we were in Ashland and wanted dinner we both kept thinking about this place and said yeah round 3!!! Service 10/10 the staff is soooo friendly and remembered us coming in. Oren D. was such a guy we named our lucky pokemon after him :') Food was immaculate, I remember when my cousin and I took our respective first bites of dinner and just silently looked up at each other like holy sh*t O.O this is so good!!! The restaurant itself is very nice, open space, modern barn vibes, interior is beautiful, white with wood stains and accented with splashes of black. The restrooms are located upstairs and are very clean. Honestly it's bigger on the inside than I would've expected because there's also outside seating. Day 1: lunch Short rib with au jus - juicy, flavorful, solid 8.5/10 - w/ house salad and ginger miso dressing - dressing is so good 9/10 Essential burger with bacon - crispy bacon, juicy, hits all the flavor profiles you'd want in a burger "that's a good burger" - my cousin 9/10 - Gorgonzola cheese fries - simple and good 10/10 Day 1: dinner Green leaf chicken piccata - I constantly think about this dish 10/10 I don't even like capers but they were very appreciated here Mash 10/10 as well Grilled salmon pesto - 8.5/10 perfectly cooked, clean and solid House salad with ginger miso again to share Day 2: dinner Bacon wrapped meatloaf - 7.5/10 not a meatloaf fan but this was good we just wanted to try something new the sauce was 10/10 would've been soooo good with mash but they were out :') Braised short rib - so tender, it was gone before we knew it 9/10 Would be 10/10 if we had mash potatoes!! Fried pickles - looooved this 10/10 the sauce was very good, added more zing - we added tobacco to it and yes so good Hearty chili - comically big because they ran out of mashed potatoes so they replaced it with a full size hearty chili at no extra cost 7/10 standard chili It's been 7 months and I still think about this place. I live in California but every chance I get I'll say "if you're ever in Ashland, Oregon you have to try this place"

Clint C.

Yelp
Great hippy food. Lots of vegan options. Waitress is a walking wet dream prices are up there. Lots of books and tea

Catherine C.

Yelp
Greenleaf Restaurant is a must stop for us when we're in Ashland. The restaurant is super cute, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is out-of-this-world delicious! There are lots of clearly marked options for everyone. We recommend trying the soyrizo poblano scramble. It's so delicious and tastes just like chorizo and is super hard for us to stray from. Amazing! We'll be back soon.

David H.

Yelp
Delicious food with a great cocktail selection. Our server was attentive and accommodating . Would definitely recommend!

John K.

Yelp
Magnificent breakfast in a beautiful town. Outstanding food & service. Will return when I come back to Ashland.

Cheri L.

Yelp
Ate a most delicious curry chicken salad croissant sandwich and the apple/berry crisp was just like grandma makes. Servers are very friendly and accommodating. There is more seating than you first see. A dining space I the back and a wonderful patio. I'm going back to order the exact things again!

Gita F.

Yelp
The food was not good at all. The food is GMO and inorganic and not locally sourced. You are a restaurant in Oregon where Oregon prides themselves on their conscious awareness of the importance of our health to serve local organic humanely raised food. A huge disappointment to see you on the plaza presenting unhealthy unconscious food. a true disgrace to this community.

Jess T.

Yelp
Terrible service, terrible food. No drink refills, no water, no service, totally unseasoned and bland food. Took 45 minutes to get the food. Waiter asked specifically if we wanted avocado on a salad and we said sure. It didn't come, realized later we were charged for it. Worst low quality overcooked salmon ever. Was told they were out of pasta but other people ordered pasta... Only good part was sitting outside by the creek. The hostess was very nice. Wish we had chosen somewhere else for our one meal in Ashland. We'd never go back

Sam Z.

Yelp
Yelp steered me to Greenleaf, and this place did not disappoint. Service was impeccable. Vibe was "quiet happy hour". I had the fish and chips, and it was perfectly cooked, with huge portions. I ate almost all the fish, maybe half the fries, and only a little of the Cole slaw. The slaw was a little disappointing, the flavor was just slightly off, like they had used cheap vinegar and then added a little too much sugar trying to balance it out? But the fish had exactly the kind of light crispy batter everyone wants - the kind most places strive for, but don't achieve. And the fries were also quite good. The only thing missing was a good fake beer. Get some fake beer on your menu, please! Oh and one other tip: spring for the paid Spotify account, the commercials are annoying, and your customers deserve better.

Christy T.

Yelp
Great ambiance and excellent service. The food was quite good! The savory oatmeal and fried polenta were a little heavy on the garlic, but we enjoyed it.

Tom W.

Yelp
We arrived at 11:15 and were seated at a table. We asked for a lunch menu and told lunch started at 11:30. We asked for a drinks while we waited and were told they don't allow "squatters"; we either had to order breakfast or leave. Never been called squatters before. So we chose to leave.

Tamara S.

Yelp
OMG! Hands down the best brunch I had on my 10 day trek to / from the Pacific Northwest! Ate the Norwegian Trout and Marionberry pancake. Both were divine. Sat on their beautiful, dog- friendly patio and marveled at how the lovely, kilted waiter juggled customers entering the restaurant from multiple directions all at once . . . Chatting them up, getting them seated and engaging in pleasant banter w staff all at the same time without missing a beat. Our waitress was pleasant, efficient, checked on us regularly without being intrusive and offering guidance to tourists passing through. Cannot imagine ever going back to this part of the country without stopping for brunch at Greenleaf again

Andrea D.

Yelp
The food is delicious & the service is good. Their menu is very extensive & has options for most of if not all dietary specifications. I hadn't been to Greenleaf in several years & I must say that as far as downtown options, this spot is now squarely on my radar. The only drawback was that we wanted to sit outside & there was a perfect 4 top table available, but they wouldn't seat us there as a party of 2 - there was a tall 2 top open & it was not ideal for a number of reasons - so we ended up sitting inside where it was much cooler & not crowded. It worked out in our favor, in the end. Will be back!

Courtney L.

Yelp
Always quality and good service and I always like what I order...so two thumbs up for sure! It's a memorable place and sweetly unique I guarantee you will enjoy the patio dining, grabbing a quick bite inside or ordering it for delivery!

S G.

Yelp
Tried again after many years.. what a wonderful surprise! Definitely better than I recall. The outdoor seating by the creek was delight in a hot day. The Eggs Benny with soyrizo was fantastic and I'm generally not a non-meat person. Service was excellent as well.

Quinn N.

Yelp
We had a very good meal here without breaking the bank! We arrived on a rather cold day, needed some soup so we can enjoy our walk later in Lithia Park. Chili soup was great and filling; the braised short ribs were delicious. Out of the 2, surprisingly the soup was more of what I needed, and my husband had no problem devouring the braised short ribs. We didn't have to wait for a table, and service was decent.

Victoria D.

Yelp
Had a fantastic experience here today for lunch. Was up visiting my son and he specifically asked to sit on the top balcony- which thankfully was dry! He was so excited to be up high! He ate almost his entire bowl of oodles and noodles with garlic bread, I had the chicken piccata sandwich, and my boyfriend had the short rib dip which was also delicious. We both had the French fries (waffle fries) with a Gorgonzola sauce that was delicious! Service was fast and wonderful, the server even asked what we were up to today and then continued the conversation when we were checking out. I highly recommend coming to Greenleaf! It's also very easy to walk off your meal by walking into and exploring Lithia Park!

Yelp
My husband and I popped by Greenleaf Restaurant for brunch after seeing it while window shopping in Ashland. My husband wanted to sit in the back overlooking the creek and the host promptly took us to a nice 2 top at the creek's edge. It would have been a very beautiful and serene dining experience except for the swarming yellow jackets going after the food at the table next to us. The group were handling it well--using their clothes napkins to constantly bay away the pests. However, I immediately was concerned, because I am allergic to stings and scared of yellow jackets. Right before placing our food order one of the gentlemen at the table next to us got stung. The server help him, then came to take our order. We ordered and the husband asked to move inside. Luckily, the server had no issues with that and were moved to a 2 top in the indoor, back dining area. Still able to kind of be near the creek which was nice. The back dining area was a little awkward, because we were near the kitchen and work area with a lot of yelling, breaking down boxes, transporting garbage bags... just not the most appetizing ambience. I was looking forward to my Toad in "A" Hole, but it ended up being underwhelming. The temperature of my food was way off. The poached egg was cold. The grilled polenta was pipping hot and needed to rest before I could eat it. The "melted" cheese sprinkled across the avocado toast was dried up and hard. I was disappointed with the brioche as well. It seemed a bit stale and reminded me of a brioche hamburger bun from the grocery store. Greenleaf was not a horrible experience, but it lives up to a 2 star, "meh, I've had better" reviewThe temperature of the food made the biggest impact for me, but the general ambiance could also have been a little better both inside and out.

Chauffeur Mom S.

Yelp
Outstanding all around. They graciously modified a meal for my strict allergies, and it was delicious. The woman cook and staff really cared about my well being and had pride with modifying the meal. Fabulous ambiance too outside with the gas fireplace, even with the cold weather. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend. ********** I returned and this other cook was NOT nice about modifying my veggie quesadilla per food health issues. The waitress and I had to nicely argue with him about what to do. It was ridiculous. And the meal didn't taste as good. Even the waiter I had the other day complained about this guy cook. If you go, wait until after 2 pm when Rayna (sp?) the very nice, accommodating, and MUCH better cook is there. Or wait until the manager talks to this inflexible guy cook and teaches him about good customer service!

Nancy E.

Yelp
A leisurely breakfast with good coffee, food and service helped ease a travel delay. There are reasons to plan travel stops in the winter carefully, and enjoying a nice meal instead of fretting about when chain requirements will lift is high up there in my world. Thanks, Greenleaf!

Cari M.

Yelp
Rude staff, misleading items in the menu. Food is meh. I will never go back to Greenleaf.

Norina C.

Yelp
First of all, the service was amazing! Everyone was efficient, kind, and authentic in their interactions with us. The food was delicious. I had the light wheat Belgium waffle. It was light, perfect balance in flavor. One of the best in Ashland.

Sarah C.

Yelp
Mediocre food, overpriced. This place used to be amazing and I'm not sure what happened. Also, heads up that the smoked trout salad is actually lox, not trout.

Kandice L.

Yelp
I read tarot at Simply Ashland on most Mondays and Tuesdays and always order my daily meal from here when I do. I love how chill the waitstaff are. They are attentive but not obnoxious. The bottled/canned drink options are set up in coolers to help you visual shoppers, and the kitchen is open for you nosy diners. THEY SERVE ESPRESSO. I would name food items I love however, at this point, everything I have tried has been amazing and I plan to try the whole menu...so I will not opine quite yet. I LOVE this little restaurant.

D G.

Yelp
Outstanding food--we thoroughly enjoyed a Saturday brunch on the patio--and warm, friendly service. The only small complaint is the table--even with shims, it teetered so that our plates nearly slid off.

Kathryn O.

Yelp
This was my favorite place in Ashland. I loved the cute book theme, and my food was absolutely fabulous. I had the corned beef and caramized onion omelet, rosemary potatoes and marionberry muffin. It was incredible. I loved the way the flavors mingled together. My friends spoke highly of the polenta bowls and savory oatmeals. (Not a thing in Colorado where I'm from, but I'll try my hand at making some now--thanks for the introduction!) The service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was sparkling clean. Beautiful views from the second floor, too. What a delightful end to my trip! If Greenleaf feels like expanding...Colorado needs you!

Laurie F.

Yelp
We live nearby the downtown area. The Greenleaf is a GOTO spot for us when we don't want Italian, Agave's Fish Tacos or sushi/Asian, just something comforting. We almost always order their Chicken Piccata. it is delicious and consistently good. Nice fresh veggies and mashed potatoes. The vibe of the atmosphere inside is good . Cool vintage brick with historic photos of Ashland. When the weather is good the outside seating can't be beat. Summertime it is busy but in the colder months, not so much. Thinking about why it is never busy we wondered why they don't take advantage of their bar style seating near the front of the house and near windows and offer wine tastings and some kind of happy hour style appetizers, and put up a sign on the sidewalk or in the window letting people know about it. Even some charcuterie boards would be nice with a glass of wine. Alcohol is the $$ maker after all. With all the competition on the plaza there needs to be something new happening to create a buzz! Service is good but the "positive energy" of the service depends on who you are being served by. With some creative thinking and innovative options The Greenleaf could be much more of a hot spot in town. It will remain on our list. We want to see the restaurant thrive!

Karina D.

Yelp
Great chicken sandwich, hamburgers and omg the triple fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream was sooo good! Great service and cute ambiance as well.

Megan F.

Yelp
Amazing service and food for breakfast!! Our server, Sadie, was lovely! It was also very relaxing with chill music and great conversation!

McClay S.

Yelp
Service was great and amazing food! Very friendly and smalltown vibes (Extra characters to post review)

Yelp
The refreshed ambience at Greenleaf is delightful, with a library or book study theme. I like how the theme carries through to the menu descriptions as well. Our only complaint is that the table we sat at had a glaring light right between us that made it a little difficult to enjoy the meal. Looking around, it seems like it was the only table with this problem, so you should be otherwise fine at any other spot in the restaurant. During nicer weather days, dining on the Calle outside is another fantastic option. The menus here have good variety. I've been to Greenleaf for both breakfast and dinner, and I always find multiple things that look enticing. On our latest visit, I was committed to dining as a vegetarian, and I still found multiple favorable options to pick from, which is a definite plus. It's always sad for a vegetarian when all you can order is a salad, but at Greenleaf you're given several options, which is excellent. Rating the food is a little tricky. Wifey ordered the Tuna Salad Sandwich on Sourdough and I ordered the Pesto Veggie sandwich on a Croissant. In both cases, the presentation was good, and the sandwich fillings were excellent. Both of us were disappointed with the breads, however. The Sourdough seemed stale and could not stand up to the fillings. The Croissant was stiff and not flaky...it also seemed stale as well. I think they source their bread locally from the Apple Cellar Baker (aka Village Baker) located in Ashland, so it's probably not an issue with their supplier. Maybe the bread needs to be toasted a bit, or perhaps there is a storage or freshness issue? Not sure. We opted for their salmon chowder as a $2 upgrade to the entrees as a side, and it was definitely worth it. Very good. Service was acceptable, at best. It seemed that our server was grumpy and we were inconveniencing him with our presence. Our waters were never refilled, and it wasn't ideal that the default tip was 18% on the Toast POS system. I still gave the 18%, but I always find it cheeky when restaurants assume that, especially when service doesn't seem a focal point. We're chalking this up as 'anyone can have an off day.' Overall, we would rate Greenleaf as a 'solid' experience. I'm sure we'll dine there again, but perhaps breakfast is the better meal option to go with.

Russell P.

Yelp
We ate breakfast here twice in the last week with our family--5 of us--and we all had wonderful breakfasts each time. Good coffee, omelettes, and pancakes. Service was great and we really like the new remodel as well. A hearty recommendation!

Jacqueline F.

Yelp
I came in and was greeted warmly. After I mentioned that I was waiting for an order, they invited me to wait at the bar or at a table. I sat at the bar and looked at the book art they had on the wall. I took a picture. This was the highlight of my trip. I had a takeout burger from here. It was supposed to be on Gluten Free bread, but it wasn't. They were totally nice and understanding, but when my sister asked if they had gluten free bread, and ordered the burger to be made with it, then it was confusing to find a brioche bun, wheat bun, on my burger. Unfortunately, we were on our way to the airport and couldn't stop for a correction. The fries that came with the burger were OK. Nothing outstanding about them. My sisters split a salmon salad, with a strange red dressing on it. They liked it, but I was stewing about my burger, so didn't want to try the salad, although I was curious. If I were to go back, or order, I'd want to double/triple check everything to make sure that they have my order correct.

Frank F.

Yelp
Awesome experience here. The food quality was very high. I had the chicken piccata sandwich and my wife had the fish and chips. Both dishes were really really good. Our waiter, Hayden, was the best. Friendly and knowledgeable. We're coming back!!

Audrey M.

Yelp
I was passing through town and stopped here for a late lunch. The food and service were both good. However - and this is the first time I've ever complained about something like this - their choice of serving vessels was ridiculous. The salmon/kale salad was great, but the plate it came on was way too small and made it impossible to toss. The tea came in what looked like a lightbulb and was impossible to pour - not only was it scolding hot (the black sleeve on it didn't help), but it was also uncomfortable to hold. I ended up spilling boiling water on my hand and on the table. The salmon chowder was delicious, but came in an awkward bowl that it was so close to spilling out of, but only on one side - a normal bowl would have been just fine. Perhaps the idea was to make the dishes look 'fancy' but they ended up making it more difficult to enjoy the meal.

Stephanie F.

Yelp
When we drove through Ashland on the way to and from Washington state, we often stop here. Delicious food. Nice staff. Vegan / vegetarian options.

Diane R.

Yelp
Food was amazing snd resonantly priced. Super flavorful and something for everyone. Staff responded professionally and service was right on. Will go back here again

Stephen C H.

Yelp
We have eaten here several times and service is hit or miss. On this visit we tried lunch and stood unacknowledged for 10 minutes. Gave up and left. This is not a new problem and has happened to us before on several trips to Ashland. We are Oregon locals and cannot re immense this place. Management! Wake up! Food is usually good.

Jennifer T.

Yelp
Went here for solo lunch. Sat by the creek. Ambience was great. Nice and peaceful. Food was outstanding. Ordered chicken piccata sandwich with Gorgonzola cheese fries. Server was friendly, although didn't know what hard seltzers they had and told me I could get up and go see for myself. For a sit down restaurant would expect them to n ow or at least be willing to go find out. Overall quality place with quality food.

Bobby D.

Yelp
I'm not sure when the practice of paying your food bill while the server is standing by your table and they hand you a iPad has become a thing...you have to digitally make you tip choice while they stand there staring at you. Make you pick 20% - 25% - 30% or hit MANUAL and type it out... Wtf? Leave a check and I'll pay 20-25% Have some class or suffer a 5% tip. Weirdos, stop forcing people's hand and guilt tripping ffs.

Ira H.

Yelp
Ate here before. Great experience. This time; One server. Instead of blood orange beers (very distinct taste) got Pilsner. Waiter forgot our order so two other tables that arrived after us served first. 7 tables still void of food after 30 minutes. Can't comment on food because it's not here.

Janet T.

Yelp
I'm sure that the food is great but I'll never know because it's not handicap accessible. They were "grandfatherded" in. So that leaves myself and many others S. O. L. There are other places here in Ashland that don't cater to the disabled as well. So much for a "progressive" town.

Jessica O.

Yelp
I haven't been to Greenleaf since well before the pandemic but wow! New owners with a cool, new interior and a lovely menu. We went all in on the beef with a short rib dip (and tasty green salad) and the bacon wrapped meatloaf (+ mashed potatoes & really good veggies). We also tried the salmon chowder. Everything was really tasty and great service.

Christina M.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious breakfast! We sat outside and it was beautiful with the creek running beside. My husband had the fancy taters and I had Ashlanditan Omlette with roasted potatoes. Oth of our dishes were fantastic! The potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Some of the best I've ever had. We each also had a lemon poppy seed scone. Once again, it was so good! We highly recommend coming here. The food did take awhile to come out, but the ambiance was so nice it didn't matter.

Marcy S.

Yelp
Excellent service. Good beer and cider selection. I've only been a few times but always good. Very clean too. I like that.

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
Really nice place. The food was delicious, but the service was a little slack. However, in their defense, the restaurant was super busy and l guess this put pressure on the staff. Hence their forgetfulness. Luckily, we weren't in any hurry, so it wasn't a huge issue. We dined outside on a lovely warm summer's eve. It was very pretty. We also found the prices to be very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant.
