"For unique pancake creations and a full roster of plentiful breakfast and lunch specials, all three of the very popular Griddlecakes locations are open daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sure, you can find stacks of pancakes loaded with fruit, Nutella, and whipped cream. Or go for a more robust breakfast with a skillet of eggs and potatoes with endless combinations of vegetables and meat. Order it with a side of biscuits and gravy." - Janna Karel

"Griddlecakes, operating since 2008, is a popular breakfast and lunch destination. The restaurant has introduced its fourth location in a 2,299-square-foot space in Spring Valley. Known for its elaborate pancake dishes, the venue offers a lengthy breakfast menu served all day, including omelets, waffles, French toast, and more. The new location is situated five miles northeast from its Fort Apache Road location, with other outlets in North Las Vegas and on Eastern Avenue. It replaced an Einstein Bros. Bagels coffee shop and shares a building with a Dairy Queen." - Bradley Martin

"Griddlecakes only recently debuted its third location over the summer, but is now confirmed to be headed back to Spring Valley for a fourth breakfast and lunch expansion. The restaurant will replace the shuttered four-year old Bite Breakfast & Lunch at The Mall at Grand Canyon, sitting between Cinnaholic and Yoshi Burrito, close to the intersection with Grand Canyon Drive and Flamingo Road." - Bradley Martin

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience. After, Yes After, we ordered coffee, our server pointed out that today was the Free Coffee Daily Special (Wednesdays). That was a $7 saving for my wife and I. The food was properly prepared, hot, and very tasty. Met our expectations. The restaurant was clean, had decent background music at a reasonable volume, and the staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Our Airbnb was nearby & we came here each day for an amazing breakfast. The welcome and service from the team couldn’t have been better and the food was perfect. Thank you for looking after us and especially accommodating us on our last day in Las Vegas.

Would rate higher if I could! They accommodated a big group of us with no notice really happily, and took such great care of us. Food and service were both amazing! Our entire group of 23 were really happy. Definitely recommend!

OMG their raspberry drizzle pancakes are absolutely the best! I’ve had few pancakes as tasty as these in my life. Their linguiça is awesome! So glad they have it! Great service. Ample parking in a large lot for free.

This was my second time at griddlecakes, at a different location. And I am impressed that the food and everything else was just as good. Servers are so nice and one step ahead with offering what you may need and possessing an all around good attitude. What I enjoy about the food is that is actually seasoned food. I got the el gordo skillet and I was having a time! It’s a very lax atmosphere and perfect for family outings or a brunch date with homies or a potential boo. The locations are not huge, it’s more of a cozy vibe. I highly recommend trying it out at least once.

READ BEFORE YOU ORDER. Sadly I’m not impressed with our food at all. We placed our order using GrubHub. I ordered fried chicken and waffles. My wife ordered pancakes and a side of french fries. The chicken had a strange taste to it, as if it were not fresh, and it was slightly undercooked and was chewy and tough. The waffle was also chewy and dry. I spent over $18 on this entree and ended up tossing 3/4 of it. According to my wife, the pancakes were rubbery and grainy and did not taste good. The fries were very dry and rubbery and had no flavor. I typically don’t give 1 star reviews—check out my profile—but I’m sad to inform you that this restaurant earned it from us. UPDATE: We made our own chicken and waffles later in the evening (pictured) to make up for the terrible experience.

I recently visited Griddlecakes and had an absolutely amazing experience. The waiting staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for first-time visitors like myself. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent suggestions based on my preferences. The skillets were outstanding - cooked to perfection with a great blend of flavors. But the real star of the show were the pancakes, specifically the Bluejay. It was a heavenly experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Griddlecakes. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is outstanding, and the overall experience is top-notch. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and visit Griddlecakes.

Albeit having huge pancakes, I felt that the price is too high for 3 pancakes and no sides. Service was pleasant. The pancakes were enjoyable.
