"Griddlecakes, operating since 2008, is a popular breakfast and lunch destination. The restaurant has introduced its fourth location in a 2,299-square-foot space in Spring Valley. Known for its elaborate pancake dishes, the venue offers a lengthy breakfast menu served all day, including omelets, waffles, French toast, and more. The new location is situated five miles northeast from its Fort Apache Road location, with other outlets in North Las Vegas and on Eastern Avenue. It replaced an Einstein Bros.
